Appearing gagman on various ads are presently experienced in domestic market both high involvement and low involvement products ads. Therefore, this research attempts to analyze the effectiveness of using gagman ad model in terms of building brand preference and purchasing intention among target audience. Results of this study proposed the basement of practical use when gagman is selected as a ad model in the field. For testing hypotheses attractiveness, reliability, like/dislike as dependent variables and as independent variable purchasing intention were selected. The result of analysis shows that for high involvement product reliability influenced on brand like/dislike and attractiveness of gagman model is effective to enhance purchasing intention. For low involvement product only like/dislike was significant. This can be interpreted gagman ad model is useful for building brand like/dislike and purchasing intention of high involvement product when gagman has reliability and attractiveness respectively, while for low involvement product, like and dislike is the only variable to be considered in choosing gagman ad model.

This research is concerned with the fungicidal properties of nano-size silver colloidal solution used as an agent for antifungal treatment of various plant pathogens. We used WA-CV-WA13B, WA-AT-WB13R, and WA-PR-WB13R silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) at concentrations of 10, 25, 50, and 100 ppm. Eighteen different plant pathogenic fungi were treated with these AgNPs on potato dextrose agar (PDA), malt extract agar, and corn meal agar plates. We calculated fungal inhibition in order to evaluate the antifungal efficacy of silver nanoparticles against pathogens. The results indicated that AgNPs possess antifungal properties against these plant pathogens at various levels. Treatment with WA-CV-WB13R AgNPs resulted in maximum inhibition of most fungi. Results also showed that the most significant inhibition of plant pathogenic fungi was observed on PDA and 100 ppm of AgNPs.
White rot, which is caused by Sclerotium cepivorum, is a lethal disease affecting green onions. Three different types of nanosilver liquid (WA-CV-WA13B, WA-AT-WB13R, and WA-PR-WB13R) were tested in several different concentrations on three types of media to assess their antifungal activities. Results from in vitro experiments showed that all three of the nano-silver liquids had more than 90% inhibition rates at a concentration of 7 ppm. Greenhouse experiments revealed that all of the nano-silver liquids increased biomass and dry weights, and there were minimal changes in the population of various bacteria and fungi from the soil of greenhouse-cultivated green onions. In addition, a soil chemical analysis showed that there were minimal changes in soil composition.
Slot coating has been wide spread in photo-resist coating on the glass for liquid crystal display. Die in slot coater consists of manifold and land. Material comes in inlet of the die and flow into the manifold and then flow out through the land. The coating thickness variations along the die length depend upon inside of die design such as manifold and die land. However the coating thickness variations along the moving direction(coating direction) of the coater depend upon the operational conditions of coater as well as die lip design. The coating behaviors including atmospheric air have been investigated in this study. Die geometries considered in this study were nozzle gap and length of the die lip. Coating gap and coating speed were the variables fur coating operational conditions. When the nozzle gap and length of die lip increased climbing effect of PR on the downstream die lip was reduced. Subsequently uniformity of coating thickness improved. Uniformity of coating thickness also enhanced as coating gap and coater speed increased. The uniformity of coating gap was related to the velocity vector distributions on the coating surface.
Ferroelectric Sr0.8Bi2.4Ta2O9 stock solutions were prepared by MOD(Metaloganic Decompostion) process. The phase transformation for the layered perovskite of the SBT thin films by changing RTA(Rapid her-mal Annealing) temperatuer from 700$^{\circ}C$to 780$^{\circ}C$ were observed using XRD and SEM. Layered perovskite phase began to appear above 740$^{\circ}C$ and then SBT thin films were annealed at 800$^{\circ}C$ for 1hr for its com-plete crystallization. The specimens showed well shaped hysteresis curves without post annealing that car-ried out after deposition of Pt top electrode. The SBT thin films showed the asymmetric ferroelectric pro-perties. It was confirmed that the properties were caused by interface effect to SBT and electrode by leak-age current density measurement and asymmetric properties reduced by post annealing. At post annealing temperature of 800$^{\circ}C$ remanant polarization values (2Pr) were 6.7 9 ${\mu}$C/cm2 and those of leakage current densities were 3.73${\times}$10-7 1.32${\times}$10-6 A/cm2 at 3, 5V respectively. Also bismuth bonding types of SBT thin film surface were observed by XPS.
The laminar boundary layer flow and heat transfer of anisotropic fluids in the vicinity of a wedge have been examined with constant surface temperature. The similarity variables found by Falkner and Skan are employed to reduce the stream wise-dependence in the coupled nonlinear boundary layer equations. The numerical solutions are presented using the fourth-order Runge - Kutta method and the distribution of velocity, micro-rotation, shear and couple stresses and temperature across the boundary layer are plotted. These results are also compared with the corresponding flow problems for Newtonian fluid over wedges. It is found that for a constant wedge angle, the skin friction coefficient is lower for micropolar fluid, as compared to Newtonian fluid. For the case of the constant material parameter K, however, the magnitude of velocity for anisotropic fluid is greater than that of Newtonian fluid. The numerical results also show that for a constant wedge angle with a given Prandtl number, Pr = I, the effect of increasing values of K results in increasing thermal boundary layer thickness for anisotropic fluid, as compared with Newtonian fluid. For the case of the constant material parameter K, however, the heat transfer rate for anisotropic fluid is lower than that of Newtonian fluid.
In rearpoint contact solar cell and the PERC (passivated emitter rear contact) type cell, surfaces were passivated by SiO2 or Al2O3 to increase solar cell efficiency. Therefore, we have investigated the effect of surface passivation for crystalline silicon solarcell using mass-production atomic layer deposited (ALD) Al2O3. The patttern which consists of cylinders with 100um diameter and 5um height was formed by PR patterning on Si (100) substrate and then Al2O3 of about 10nm and 20nm thickness was deposited by ALD. The pattern in 10 nm Al2O3 film was removed by dipping in aceton solution for about 10 min but the pattern in 20 nm Al2O3 film was not. The influences of process temperature and heat treatment were investigated using microwave photoconductance decay (PCD) and Quasi-Steady-State photoconductance (QSSPC). The solar cell process used in this work combines the advantage of using the applicability of a selective deposition associated with a ALD passivation and the use of low-cost screen print for the contacts formation.
Objectives To investigate the therapeutic effects of intravenous cultivated wild ginseng(Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) pharmacopuncture(CWGP) in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Design Prospective case series. Setting This study was conducted at the East-West Cancer Center of Dunsan Oriental Hospital, Daejeon University. Patients Two non-small cell lung cancer patients. Intervention Two non-small cell lung cancer patients were injected CWGP(20mL/day) mixed with 0.9% normal saline(100mL) intravenously. Each patient received a total of 16 and 9 cycles, respectively. One cycle is composed of 14 days. Outcome Measures The effect of intravenous CWGP was measured by scanning with computed tomography(CT) after every 2 cycle and Positron emission tomography- computed tomography(PET/CT) after every 6 cycles. Response and progression was evaluated using the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors(RECIST) Committee classification of complete response(CR), partial response(PR), progressive disease(PD) and stable disease(SD). Results They were treated with intravenous CWGP for 8 and 5 months respectively. time later, each tumor remains stable disease(SD). Conclusion These cases may give us a possibility that intravenous CWGP offers potential benefits for non-small cell lung cancer patients.
Shizandra chinensis(SC) and Pinus regida(PR) showed antimicrobial activity against 3 strains(B-5, D-1, A-1) of lactic acid bacteria(LAB) isolated from kimchi among eight kinds of plant extracts such as Shizandra chinensis, Phellodendron amurense, ornus officinalis, Pinus regida, Allium tuberosum, Machilus thunbergii, Cyperus rotundus and Schizonepeta tenuifloia. The growth of LAB was inhibited apparently in modified MRS broth containing 1% Schizandra chinensis at $35^{\circ}C$. Pinus regida showed weaker inhibitory effect on the growth of isolated LAB than Shizandra chinensis. pH of SC added kimchi did not change greatly compare with control during 25 days of fermentation. Degree of titratable acidity change and ratio of reducing sugar utilization in control were more higher than in SC added kimchi during fermentation. Growth of total bacteria and lactic acid bacteria was inhibited about 1 to 2 $log_10$ cycle by addition of SC extracts during kimchi fermentation for 10 days at $10^{\circ}C$. Fermentation of kimchi was delaved about 5 to 7 days by addition of 1 or 2% of SC. extract, but sensory quality (falvor, taste and overall acceptability) of SC added kimchi was lower than that of control (p>0.05).
