This research attempts to analyze type of typography influence on advertising attitude, brand attitude, and purchasing intention among print advertisements. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis using Cronbach's alpha, and MANOVA were utilized to analyze those gathered data. The result is the type of typography, affects on building advertising attitude in the mind of audience. However, brand attitude, and purchasing intention are not signigicant. It means that type of typography does not influence on building brand attitude and purchasing intention.

This research attempts to analyze communication effects of print ad having pictorial typography. 150 Questionnaires were distributed to respondents staying Daejeun City and 148 copies were retreated for five days from April 22nd to 26th, 2012. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha for reliability analysis were utilized for data analysis with SPSS 12.0. For testing hypothesis, regression analysis was used. As result of testing hypothesis, 'informative, beneficial, creative, reliable' were partially significant to attitude towards print ad having pictorial typography. That means 'creative' and 'reliable' were insignificant, while 'informative' and 'beneficial' are significant. Variable of the most influencing on attitude towards advertising is 'informative.' 'Informative, beneficial, creative, and reliable' were partially significant to brand attitude, too. That means 'beneficial' and 'creative' were insignificant, while 'informative' and 'reliable' were significant. Variable of the most influencing on brand attitude was 'reliable.' Therefore, to enhance communication effect of print ad having pictorial typography, 'informative' and 'reliable' are most significant variables.

Properties of lead zirconate titanate ferroelectric thin films prepared by rapid thermal annealing/direct insertion thermal annealing were investigated. The remnant polarization (Pr), saturation polarization (Ps), and coercive force (Ec) of typical samples annealed by rapid thermal annealing (RTA) are about 13.7 $\mu$ C/cm$^2$, 27.1 $\mu$C/cm$^2$, and 55.6 kV/cm, respectively. The dielectric constant of the sample is about 786, the dielectric loss tangent is about 2.4% at 1 kHz. Furthermore, ferroelectric, conduction, and piezoelectric properties of the thin films annealed by RTA process and the direct insertion thermal annealing (DITA) process were compared. The influence of temperature in the dry process on the above properties was also investigated.

This experiments was carried out to find the effect of different organic farming types, the Duck-pasture plot, the Pond-snail pasture plot andd control of the conventionalculture plot farming on the yield and its components of paddy rice. The results obtained are summarized as follows. Plant height an Tillering were significantly increase in the Duck-pasture plot. Panicle number pr hill, NO. of grain per spike and 1,000grain weight were significantly increase in the conventional culture plot. Yield pre 10a were 574.13kg at pond-snail pasture plot, 576.81kg at Duck-pasture plot and 579.04kg at conventional culture plot. From these results, it seems that the organic farming are useful and pasture of the Duck, Pond-snail for depression of the weed occurrence or increase of yield per 10a is effective as the environmental perservation farming.

The reaction of alcohol with a solution of thexylborane (ThxBH2) in tetrahydrofuran (THF) provides a new class of mild and selective reducing agents, thexylalkoxyboranes (ThxBHOR: R=Et, i-Pr, i-Bu, s-Bu, t-Bu, Ph). In order to elucidate the effect of the alkoxy group in reduction reactions, the reducing power of ThxBHOR toward selected organic compounds containing representative functional groups under practical conditions (THF, 25°, the quantitative amount of reagent to compound) has been investigated. Generally, the reactivity of ThxBHOR is largely dependent upon the alkoxy substituent. ThxBHOR can be synthesized from a variety of alcohols, thus allowing control of the steric and electronic environment of these reagents.

This research attempts to analyze the effect of printed-saving coupons distributed by major discount store on consumer purchasing intention. Those consumers having used printed-saving coupon in major discount store in Daejeon were selected as respondents. 121 copies were retreated from 150 questionnaires. For data analysis, frequency analysis for respondents' characteristics, Cronbach's alpha for reliability of analysis, and $X^2$ test of multi-regression analysis for testing hypothesis were utilized. The result of analysis shows 1) the way of using coupon is respectively different according to sex, age group, marital status, term of coupon, and the number of using coupon; 2) Attributes of coupon partially influence on purchasing intention of consumers. Only shopping cost cutting is insignificant, while keeping convenience, impulse buying, scheduled purchasing are significant. The most effective variable is scheduled purchasing, keeping convenience, and impulse buying influence on purchasing intension of consumers. Therefore, offering printed-coupon by major discount store is useful tool to induce consumers to planned purchasing.

A group of beneficial plant bacteria has been shown to increase crop growth referring to as plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR). PGPR can decrease plant disease directly, through the production of antagonistic compounds, and indirectly, through the elicitation of a plant defense response termed induced systemic resistance (ISR). While the mechanism of PGPR-elicited ISR has been studied extensively in the model plant Arabidopsis, it is less well characterized in crop plants such as pepper. In an effort to better understand the mechanism of ISR in crop plants, we investigated the induction of ISR by Bacillus cereus strain BS107 against Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. vesicatoria in pepper leaves. We focused on the priming effect of B. cereus strain BS107 on plant defense genes as an ISR mechanism. Of ten known pepper defense genes that were previously reported to be involved in pathogen defense signaling, the expression of Capsicum annum pathogenesis-protein 4 and CaPR1 was systemically primed by the application of strain BS107 onto pepper roots confirming by quantitative-reverse transcriptase PCR. Our results provide novel genetic evidence of the priming effect of a rhizobacterium on the expression of pepper defense genes involved in ISR.

Misch metal (rare earth element, Ce, La, Nd, Pr) which has large influence on high-temperature stability and toughness was added to the Al-5%Ni-5%Mg alloy, and squeeze casting was used for Al-5%Ni-5%Mg-(Mm) alloys. The effect of applied pressure and misch metal additions on mechanical properties in Al-5%Ni-5%Mg alloy by direct squeeze casting has been investigated. The applied pressure were 0 MPa(gravity casting), 25, 50 and 75 MPa. Squeeze-cast Al-5%Ni-5%Mg-(Mm) alloys had better mechanical properties than those of non-pressurized cast alloys because of the increased cooling rate by the application of pressure during solidification. By the addition of misch metal in Al-5%Ni-5%Mg alloy, better combination of strength and elongation was obtained. The addition of 0.3%Mm in Al-5%Ni-5%Mg alloy improved the heat resistant property due to the formation of fine eutectic phases.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect and potential problem of before and after technique in cosmetic surgery advertisements. This study would draw the positive and negative aspects in executing before and after technique by segmenting the surgical part(eyes, nose, and breast). And this study compared before and after technique with after technique and doctor(expert) endorser. Independent variables of this study are advertisement technique(before and after/after/doctor) and the kind of surgery(double eyelid surgery/ rhinoplasty/mastoplasty). Dependent variables of this study are general attitude toward advertising, hospital believability, ethical judgement toward advertising, intention to cosmetic surgery. This study is run as $3{\times}3$factorial design with 30 subjects per cell, resulting in a total sample size of 270. The result of this study shows that advertising technique in cosmetic surgery advertisement important variable to mediate the effect. This study found that before and after technique was more effective than any other techniques. Also, this study found that the kind of surgery variable should be considered in the execution of cosmetic surgery advertisement. Therefore, the result suggests that the kind of surgery and advertisement technique should be spontaneously considered by cosmetic surgery clinic and advertising regulation organizations for the effective communication way and consumer protection.

The effects of dead-time and offset error, which cause output current distortion in single-phase grid-connected inverters are investigated this paper. Offset error is typically generated by measuring phase current, including the voltage unbalance of analog devices and non-ideal characteristics in current measurement paths. Dead-time inevitably occurs during generation of the gate signal for controlling power semiconductor switches. Hence, the performance of the grid-connected inverter is significantly degraded because of the current ripples. The current and voltage, including ripple components on the synchronous reference frame and stationary reference frame, are analyzed in detail. An algorithm, which has the proportional resonant controller, is also proposed to reduce current ripple components in the synchronous PI current regulator. As a result, computational complexity of the proposed algorithm is greatly simplified, and the magnitude of the current ripples is significantly decreased. The simulation and experimental results are presented to verify the usefulness of the proposed current ripple reduction algorithm.
