This paper describes a wireless point of production(POP) system using Bluetooth that is used as a tool of a new wireless interface. We developed the wireless POP system that is composed of POP terminal and control software. The POP terminal wirelessly collects the shop floor information in real-time. And the control software helps to make appropriate decisions based on the collected information by the POP terminal. The software is developed by using Visual C＋＋ programming language. A case study is implemented to show the performance of the developed system.

Recently, many companies want to accept and operate ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system in their fields ERP does not only include business, but also include finance, account, trade, personnel and BPR(Business Process Reengineering). Especially, it is necessary to have ERP system for companies which have lots of external businesses such as trade and communication sector. In modern society, the manufacture field faces on variable chances of Environment. For this situation, the application of Information technique is one of the main point maintain competitive power. The company should chose a proper method for their future and build Unified Information System on its suitable situation. Nowadays, Adjustment and application of technical method for Internet/Intranet and raised and more advanced Extranet gains its force at the moment. The Unification of ERP and POP system under the distributed environment like this will have a huge influence to us. In this subject, I will think about POP system for operating EPR system and improve its defects that can operate more effective sales, circulation, demand plan. Also, I suggest a proper POP system can handle seperated resources in each part of factory for a plan of shot period, order operating, factory inventory, process control.

A POP system, which collects manufacturing data from the shop floors and supply them to higher level systems, should be maintained and upgraded according to the change of production environment such as new product introduction. This situation leads to the need of a cost-effective system development methodology. In this paper, a methodology based on the classification and the similarity comparison of manufacturing processes is proposed. In this, a new product is classified according to the similarity of its manufacturing processes, which enables recycling of existing system modules. The proposed methodology has been tested in the case of an electronics parts manufacturing company, where a POP system is implemented. The result shows that the proposed methodology can save time and efforts for system implementation.

In this paper, we develop a real-time manufacturing control and information management(POP) system that can support realization of CIM and information network of manufacturing system. The POP system systematically collect informal data that is originated from working area and make an offer collected information to planning side. Especially, this study designs a modular POP terminal that directly extract and process momentary information from field source and provide it to control system on real-time. In addition, we apply developed POP system with open architecture to flexibly and optimally operate the manufacturing system based on CIM.

The ultimate purpose of the research is to solve the problem that fashion inspired by les Nouveau Pop Artic criticism and satirical factors is interpreted as concept of American Pop Art style, even though there is distinct difference between les Nouveau Pop Art style and American Pop Art style. We think that the reason causing the problem is that les Nouveau Pop Art is not familiar to the general public, even though it is getting attentions as trends treated by les Nouveau Pop Artists. Above all there is insufficient study to establish a theoretical system and a concrete concept on les Nouveau Pop Art. Therefore, this study is to set up the theoretical concept on les Nouveau Pop Art based on comparisons and analysis of the characteristics of works expressed les Nouveau Pop artists, and to draw the concept of les Nouveau Pop image fashion. The result of this study indicate that les Nouveau Pop Art Image Fashion is defined as "fashion design borrowing the concept and image from les Nouveau Pop Art and blending and consisting of the themes, characteristics and techniques from les Nouveau Pop Art.

The rise of K-Pop in the latecomer environment is unusual. There is little research on K-Pop from the catch-up perspective though it would yield some insight into a strategic direction of creative industries in the latecomer environment. Thus, this study aims to compare the firm capability, market development, and product strategy of K-Pop firms with ones of manufacturing firms during the catch-up period. It reveals first that K-Pop firms developed project execution capability to carry out discrete projects effectively by adopting in-house (vertical) system in music production and increasing the size of firms. Second, they pursued global market and utilized the window of opportunities based on a proven music genre. Third, K-Pop firms pursued the incremental innovation in the product development. Since these characteristics have many similarities with the catch-up strategy in the manufacturing sector, Korean catch-up experience could provide valuable insight into the development of creative industries in Korea.

The hybrid phenomenon of pronunciation of K-Pop lyrics, which is the diction fusion phenomenon of lyrics, is not a strategic measure for an overseas expansion but a natural formation in the course of history of K-Pop. With the debut of Seo Tai-ji and Boys in 1992, the course of K-Pop changed and settled from ballad to dance music. After three years, the success of a hip hop dance music, 'Come Back Home', opened up a door to Korean Americans who ascertained the potential competitiveness of a hip hop music in K-Pop market. And the writer insists that such advance of Korean Americans into K-Pop market is the origin of the bilingual usage and diction fusion phenomenon of K-Pop lyrics. Therefore, this research will look into the pronunciation system of Korean and English in order to understand the bilingual pronunciation system shown in the lyrics sung by Korean American hip hop singers in the 1990s. Moreover, through Korean pronunciation system, this analysis will discover the main cause of continual acceptance and application of Korean American's broken Korean in the diction of lyrics. Last but not least, this exploration will show the correlation of English pronunciation method of Korean lyrics appeared in K-Pop and the diction of Korean lyrics used by Korean American hip hop singers in late 90s. This research will identify the primary cause of the diction fusion phenomenon in the course of history of K-Pop.

This paper presents a structured framework for developing the embedded subsystem, called ESDMP (Embedded Subsystem Development Methodology for POP), which is one of core components at the development of POP (Point Of Production) system. It is essential that embedded subsystem development methodology must be closely related to the general information system development methodology from the early stage of system development. Therefore, this paper investigates the PDSM (Production System Development Methodology) that is developed by Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SMEs and widely utilized at the fields of POP system development, and proposes the embedded subsystem development methodology aligned with each step of PSDM. The main characteristics of proposed methodology are as follows : First, it is developed to link each step of embedded subsystem development with relating steps of PSDM from the early stage of feasibility study. Second, it provides the procedure for designing and implementing hardware and software simultaneously. Third, it includes the method of reusability for developed products and modules.

SPC(Statistical Process Control) provides objective means of controlling quality in any transformation processes by analyzing statistically data gathered in the process. Recently the construction of the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system becomes accomplished actively from the many enterprises. But the many problems occur in acquisition of production data which is a fundamental data of system. Also to delay the acquisition of the production result is fatal in the efficient business operation. The construction of the POP(Point of Production) system which acquires production data at real time is become accomplished widely, In the POP system it is most important to acquire the production data which is accurate. But the many enterprises drop the competitive power with acquisition of the data which could not be trusted. In this paper, we analyze these causes and present the method which it can improve the reliability of production data. Also we introduce a real application case.
