An Extensional Client Authorization Scheme for IoT Scenarios by Using OAuth 2.0 and PoP Token

  • To improve the security of OAuth 2.0 access token transportation and satisfy the challenge of resources constraint caused by the bearer token access mechanism of the OAuth 2.0, we proposed an extensional client authentication scheme that is based on the Proof-of-Possession (PoP) token mechanism. By improving the integrity of PoP token, we bind a PoP key of a public/private key pair to the PoP token. The authorization server and the resource server can authenticate the identity of the client by verifying whether the client has the possession of the PoP token. If the client can prove that it has a PoP key that matches the PoP token, then the identity of the client can be authenticated. This experimental evaluation can confirm that this scheme effectively dealing with the issue of client identity authentication and reduce resources consumption.

  • The electrical conductivitv of the system $ThO_2-Ho_2O_3$ was measured in the temperature range 600-$1100^{\circ}C$ and $Po_2$range $10^{-5}-2{\times}10^{-1}$ atm. The mean value of activation energy was 1.45 eV. The observed conductivity dependence on $Po_2$ was ${Po_2}^{1/4}$ at $Po_2$'s above $10^{-3}$ atm and was independent on oxygen partial pressure at $Po_2$'s below $10^{-3}$ atm. It is suggested that these dependences are due to a mixed ionic plus electron hole conduction by Vo defect.

Relationships between pH, $NO_3{^-}$ and $PO{_4}^{3-}$ and phytoplankton distribution in the upper stream of Dorim-cheon (도림천 상류의 pH, $NO_3{^-}$, $PO{_4}^{3-}$와 식물성 플랑크톤 분포와의 관계)

  • The stream has various environments and they are serving as main habitats of aquatic organisms. The distribution of phytoplankton is affected by water environment, especially pH, nitrogen and phosphorus. To reveal the relationship between phytoplankton distribution and water environment, we measured pH, $NO_3{^-}$ and $PO{_4}^{3-}$ concentration, and abundance of phytoplankton at 10 sites in the upper stream of Dorim-cheon. pH value ranged 5.05 to 7.56. $NO_3{^-}$ and $PO{_4}^{3-}$ concentrations ranged 0.4 ~ 4.9ppm and 0.02 ~ 0.99ppm, respectively. A point source of $NO_3{^-}$ was Seoul National University but concentration was not high and dropped to normal range at 400m downstream. $NO_3{^-}/PO{_4}^{3-}$ ratio ranged 28 to 152 except site 4 (0.4) where was affected by $PO{_4}^{3-}$ point source. Water pH, $NO_3{^-}$ and $PO{_4}^{3-}$ concentrations increased with downstream and were related to the input of irrigation water from Han-river between site 5 and 6. Bacillariophyceae alge dominated this stream. Phytoplankton density increased abruptly at downstream of site 5. In general, phytoplankton density did not increase until the $NO_3{^-}$ concentration of 3.5ppm and $PO{_4}^{3-}$ concentration of 0.07ppm. Phytoplankton density was low at sites where $NO_3{^-}/PO{_4}^{3-}$ ratio was larger than 50.

Experimental Studies on the Antipyretic, Analgetic, Anticonvulsive effects of the Woo-Whang-Po-Lyong-Whan to Rats and Mice (우황포용환(牛黃抱龍丸)이 Rat 및 Mouse의 해열(解熱).진통(鎭通) 진경작용(鎭經作用)에 미치는 영향)

  • The Woo-Whang-po-Lyong-Whan has been used as one of the traditional medicines in the field of pediatrics so far since Song dynasty, and still it is widely being used nowadays. It might be considered to be a contribution to do further basic experimental studies on antipyretic, anticonvulsive and analgetic action of the Woo-Whang-po-Lyong-Whan. So it's pharmacological studies were carried out comparing to control drugs. ?Following conclusions were obtained. 1. It's antipyretic action was compared to that of aspirin by Writhing response using acetic acid-method. Mice were given one twentith, one tenth and one fifth tablets of the Woo-Whang-po-Lyong-Whan per Kg of body weight, respecitively. Writhing syndrome frequencies were noted as 38.4 in control group. and $18.0{\pm}12$, $13.17{\pm}2.28$, $7.33{\pm}12$ in above esperimental groups, respectively. In aspirin group it was $18.5{\pm}1.0$ when 2mg aspirin per body weight of mice was given. So it was recognized that antipyretic action of the Woo-Whang-Po-Lyong-Whan become remarkable by increasing amounts of the Woo-Whang-Po-Lyong-Whan. ?2. Antipyretic action in normal temperature mice group was not significant by increasing concentration of the Woo-Whang-Po-Lyong-Whan, but body temperature dropping in normal mice group was slightly noted than control. group, but less temperature dropping was noted than aminopyrin group. ?3. In fever provocated rats groups using Salmonella typhimurium, antipyretic action of the Woo-Whang-Po-Lyong-Whan was not observed significantly than control group. And slight antipyretic action was noted in aminopyrin group. So that antipyretic action of the Woo-Whang-Po-Lyong-Whan was not significant than those of general antipyretic used nowadays, but slower action was recognized. ?4. Anticonvulsive action of the Woo-Whang-Po-Lyong-Whan was studies comparing to that of phenobarbital. Action was not remarkable than phenobarbital, but was significant than control group. No significant intesifying action was noted by increasing amounts of the Woo-Whang-Po- Lyong-Whang.

Photoluminescence Characteristics of Spherical-Shaped LaPO4:Tb Phosphor Particles Prepared by Spray Pyrolysis (분무열분해법에 의해 제조된 구형의 녹색 LaPO4:Tb 형광체의 발광특성)

  • Fine $LaPO_4$:Tb phosphor particles with spherical shape were prepared by spray pyrolysis. The influence of the precursor type of phosphorous such as ($NH_4$)$_2$$HPO_4$, $NH_4$$H_2$$PO_4$, ($NH_4$)$_3$$PO_4$ and $H_3$$PO_4$ on the morphology and brightness of particles was investigated. As-prepared particles by spray pyrolysis had spherical shape when ($NH_4$)$_2$ $HPO_4$ and $NH_4$$H_2$$PO_4$ were used as the precursor of phosphorous. The precursor type of phosphorous affected the photoluminescence intensity of $LaPO_4$:Tb phosphor particles, but not significant. With changing the content of activator(Tb) and excess of phosphorous, the optimal composition giving the highest photoluminescence intensity was found. The spherical morphology of prepared $LaPO_4$:Tb particles was completely maintained even after the posttreatment up to $1050^{\circ}C$. When the posttreatment temperature was over $1100^{\circ}C$, the particles did not have the spherical shape anymore. However, the highest photoluminescence intensity of prepared $LaPO_4$:Tb particles was obtained at $1050^{\circ}C$. The photoluminescence characteristics of prepared $_LaPO4$:Tb under the vacuum ultraviolet(VUV) illumination was comparable with that of the commercial $Zn_2$$V_4$:Mn and (La,Ce)PO$_4$:Tb phosphor particles. At the optimal condition, the decay time of prepared spherical $LaPO_4$:Tb phosphor particles was about 6.8ms.

7Li MAS NMR studies of Li4P2O7 and LiFePO4 materials (LiFePO4와 Li4P2O77Li MAS NMR 특성 연구)

  • [ $^7Li$ ]Magic Angle Spinning (MAS) NMR spectroscopy has been used to study the lithium local environments in $Li_4P_2O_7$ and$LiFePO_4$ materials. The purpose of this study was to know the structure of the solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) in lithium ion cells composed of $LiFePO_4$ as cathode material. $Li_4P_2O_7$ and $LiFePO_4$ were prepared by a solid-state reaction. The $^7Li$ MAS NMR experiments were carried out at variable temperatures in order to observe the local structure changes at the temperatures in $Li_4P_2O_7$ system. The $^7Li$ MAS NMR spectra of in $Li_4P_2O_7$ indicate that the lithium local environments in $Li_4P_2O_7$ were not changed in the temperature range between $27^{\circ}C$ and $97^{\circ}C$ Through this work, we confirmed that the small amount of $Li_4P_2O_7$ less than 5.0 wt% in $LiFePO_4$ could be clearly measured by the $^7Li$ MAS NMR spectroscopy at high spinning rate over than 11 kHz.

Influence of Ga Content on the Ionic Conductivity of Li1+XGaXTi2-X(PO4)3 Solid-State Electrolyte Synthesized by the Sol-Gel Method

  • In this study, NASICON-type Li1+XGaXTi2-X(PO4)3 (x = 0.1, 0.3 and 0.4) solid-state electrolytes for all-solid-state batteries were synthesized through the sol-gel method. In addition, the influence on the ion conductivity of solid-state electrolytes when partially substituted for Ti4+ (0.61Å) site to Ga3+ (0.62Å) of trivalent cations was investigated. The obtained precursor was heat treated at 450 ℃, and a single crystalline phase of Li1+XGaXTi2-X(PO4)3 systems was obtained at a calcination temperature above 650 ℃. Additionally, the calcinated powders were pelletized and sintered at temperatures from 800 ℃ to 1,000 ℃ at 100 ℃ intervals. The synthesized powder and sintered bodies of Li1+XGaXTi2-X(PO4)3 were characterized using TG-DTA, XRD, XPS and FE-SEM. The ionic conduction properties as solid-state electrolytes were investigated by AC impedance. As a result, Li1+XGaXTi2-X(PO4)3 was successfully produced in all cases. However, a GaPO4 impurity was formed due to the high sintering temperatures and high Ga content. The crystallinity of Li1+XGaXTi2-X(PO4)3 increased with the sintering temperature as evidenced by FE-SEM observations, which demonstrated that the edges of the larger cube-shaped grains become sharper with increases in the sintering temperature. In samples with high sintering temperatures at 1,000 ℃ and high Ga content above 0.3, coarsening of grains occurred. This resulted in the formation of many grain boundaries, leading to low sinterability. These two factors, the impurity and grain boundary, have an enormous impact on the properties of Li1+XGaXTi2-X(PO4)3. The Li1.3Ga0.3Ti1.7(PO4)3 pellet sintered at 900 ℃ was denser than those sintered at other conditions, showing the highest total ion conductivity of 7.66 × 10-5 S/cm at room temperature. The total activation energy of Li-ion transport for the Li1.3Ga0.3Ti1.7(PO4)3 solid-state electrolyte was estimated to be as low as 0.36 eV. Although the Li1+XGaXTi2-X(PO4)3 sintered at 1,000 ℃ had a relatively high apparent density, it had less total ionic conductivity due to an increase in the grain-boundary resistance with coarse grains.

The Anti-Bacterial Properties of LTP Crystallized Glass by Ag Ion Exchange (LTP계 결정화유리의 Ag이온교환에 따른 항균특성)

  • Antibacterial glass ceramics composed of $5Li_2O{\cdot}36CaO{\cdot}20TiO_2{\cdot}27P_2O_5$ were Prepared. After ion exchange in the $AgNO_3$solution, crystallization phases were $AgTi_2(PO_4)_3$, $LiTi_2(PO_4)_3$ and $Ca_3(PO_4)_2$. In case of ion exchange, the crystallization phases started to be transformed from $LiTi_2(PO_4)_3$ to $AgTi_2(PO_4)_3$in 0.5 mole $AgNO_3$ solution and the transformation was almost completed in 1.0 mole. ion exchange rate of glass-ceramics powder, considering ion exchange time, was more fast than that of bulk. The bacteriostatic effect of the glass-ceramics on Staphyloroccus aureus and Salmonella typhi bacteria was more excellent than that of glass when the crystallization phase was transformed from LTP to AgTP.

Effect of Ph3PO or BCP Between Electron Transport and Emission Layers on the Driving Voltage of Organic Light Emitting Diode (전자수송층과 발광층 사이의 Ph3PO 혹은 BCP가 유기발광다이오드의 구동전압에 미치는 영향)

  • We have investigated the effect of organic thin film on the driving voltage of OLED (organic light emitting diode) by inserting a 5 nm thick 2,9-dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline (BCP) or triphenylphosphineoxide ($Ph_3PO$) between tris-(8-hydroxyquinoline)aluminum ($Alq_3$) electron transport layer and 4,4'-bis(2,2'-diphyenylvinyl)-1,1'-biphenyl (DPVBi) emission layer. The device with 5 nm thick $Ph_3PO$ layer exhibited higher maximum current efficiency and lower driving voltage than the device with BCP layer, resulting from better electron injection from $Alq_3$ to DPVBi in the device with $Ph_3PO$ layer.

19F NMR Investigation of F1-ATPase of Escherichia coli Using Fluorinated Ligands

  • Asymmetry amongst nucleotide binding sites of Escherichia coli $F_1$-ATPase was examined using $^{19}F$ NMR signal from fluorinated analogs of adenine nucleotides bound to nucleotide binding sites. ADP-$CF_2-{PO_3}^{2-}$ showed no inhibitory effect to $F_1$-ATPase. But ADP-CHF-${PO_3}^{2-}$ (racemic mixture) showed competitive inhibition of $F_1$-ATPase with $K_i$ of $60\;{\mu}m$. ADP-CHF-${PO_3}^{2-}$ shows only negligible binding to $EF_1$ in the absence of $Mg^2+$. With the addition of $Mg^2+$ to the medium, the $^{19}F$ resonance of free ADP-CHF-${PO_3}^{2-}$ disappeared and the new broad resonances appeared. Appearance of more than two new asymmetric resonances following the binding of ADP-CHF-${PO_3}^{2-}$ to $EF_1$ may indicate that at least one of the isomers showed split resonances. This may suggest that the region between ${\alpha}$-and ${\beta}$-phosphate of ADP-CHF-${PO_3}^{2-}$ which is bound to catalytic sites is experiencing a different environment at different sites.
