초음파를 이용한 한우도체 연도 측정 시스템 개발 (Development of Tenderness Measurement System of Beef Carcass Using Ultrasound)

  • 본 연구는 초음파를 이용하여 한우도체의 연도를 비파괴적이며 객관적으로 측정할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하기 위해서 수행되었다. 한우도체 연도 측정 시스템은 크게 초음파 측정장치, 자동 탐촉자 수직이동장치, 데이터 획득 및 분석장치로 구성되었는데 초음파 측정장치는 초음파 pulser/receiver 및 탐촉자, 자동 탐촉자 이동장치는 상하운동부, 구동부, 제어부, 데이터 획득 및 분석장치는 digitizer, Labview 5.1을 사용하여 구성되었다. 통합된 시스템을 이용하여 획득된 도체의 초음파 신호를 분석하기 위해 1.0~1.1 MHz의 bandpass filtering을 거쳐 hilbert 변환을 이용, envelope를 구할 수 있었으며 탐촉자와 도체의 최적 접촉 위치를 결정하기 위하여 3단계로 나누어 신호분석을 실시하였다. 시료의 개수는 40개였으며 획득된 envelope를 FFT 변환 후 PLS, PCR 분석을 수행한 결과 7단계의 PCR 분석에서 $R^2$= 0.6474의 유의성 있는 결과를 나타내었으므로 최적 접촉 위치로 결정하였다. 최적 접촉 위치를 통해 시료 80개의 추가 실험을 실시한 결과 PCR 분석에서 $R^2$= 0.4304의 결과를 나타내었으며 이를 이용, 도체의 연도를 측정하는 프로그램을 개발하고 최종 통합 시스템을 구축하였다. 본 한우도체 연도 측정 시스템의 개발을 통해 한우도체의 전단력을 예측하여 연도를 객관적으로 판정 가능할 것으로 생각되며 또한 사이즈의 확대로 도축장에 설치하는 설비로서 가능할 것이라 사료된다. 그러나 추후 좀 더 세밀한 측정과 결과의 보완을 위한 분석방법의 개선에 관한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다. 사용해 설계된 장치를 사용자가 쉽게 제작할 수 있도록 하였다. 공정설계프로그램을 통해 설계된 공정은 데이터베이스에 저장이 되며 장치설계프로그램에서 쉽게 이전에 설계했던 공정을 이용할 수 있도록 하여 공정 설계와 장치설계를 연계하도록 하였다.동투하시간과 비용 -종자준비부터 통마늘선별까지의 일관기계화로 투입된 주요작업의 노력은 75∼76%가 절감되고, 재배규모 3ha기준시 비용은 44-53%절감되었음. the annealing texture.   • 본 연구의 목적은 조직 내 소셜 미디어를 활용하여 기업의 성과에 도움이 되는 방안을 찾고자 함에 있다. 최근 들어 기업들도 소셜 미디어를 다양한 분야에 활용하는 방안을 모색하고 있음에도 이에 대한 연구는 극히 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 소셜 미디어 서비스 사용자 간의 커뮤니케이션이 증가하게 되면 다양한 인간관계 형성 및 확장이 발생되고, 이것은 다시 정보공유, 자아추구, 사회참여, 유희(오락) 등의 성과로 이어지는 연구모형을 설정하였다. 연구의 효과를 극대화하기위해 연구대상을 소셜 미디어 서비스를 이용하는 직장인과 비직장인들로 분류하여 조사 및 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 직장인들은 모르는 사람들과 지식을 공유한 후, 습득된 지식을 바탕으로 자신의 이미지를 지인들에게 어필하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 소셜 미디어 기능에 유희(오락)성을 포함시키면 조직 내 소셜 미디어의 사용이 활성화되어 경영참여로 이어질 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 향후 조직 내 소셜 미디어 서비스를 활용할 경우 유용한 가이드라인으로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

인터넷 티켓팅 시스템의 사용과 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the Use and Satisfaction of Internet Ticketing Systems)

  • With the development of information technology (IT), various information systems (IS) such as Web-based systems and mobile systems have appeared utilizing different technologies. However, recent studies on IS use and user satisfaction rarely account for technological differences among IS and environmental characteristics where IS are intended to be used. The purpose of this research is to investigate the determinants of the use of Web-based ticketing systems for cultural activities and to empirically validate their relationships. Environmental psychology suggests that human beings respond to external stimuli from environments with their emotions, and their emotional states influence human actions, e.g., IS use in this research. Applying environmental psychology to the use of Web-based systems in the culture and entertainment industry, we propose that web site characteristics first influence a user's internal state of mind (i.e., flow) and then the flow state influences the IS use. Studies related to the state of flow collectively affirm the key role played by the flow construct in shaping individual attitudes and behaviors toward IS. Users' flow states are captured by their shopping enjoyment, perceived behavioral control, and the level of concentration on the IS use. Referring to social presence theory, we have included such web site characteristics as content quality, context of web site, and community quality. In our research model, a second order construct is utilized to represent web site quality, because flow theory suggests that holistic experiences with web-based systems (rather than individual characteristics of the web site) are important in explaining the IS use. Further, we have included trust as another important factor influencing the IS use since business transactions on the web encompass higher uncertainty comparing to offline transactions. In order to test our hypotheses, we have conducted an online survey which results in 1,141 valid responses in the final sample. The data were collected from respondents who have experiences in Internet ticketing systems. Although it was a convenient sample, the sample represents a wide variety of user demographics. Validity and reliability of the research instrument were tested and research hypotheses were examined using PLS Graph 3.0. The results indicate that web site characteristics significantly influence the level of user concentration, user's enjoyment in shopping, and perceived behavioral control. Further, the use of Internet ticketing systems is influenced by users' flow states and trust in the web channel. User satisfaction is turned out to be affected by the use of Internet ticketing systems. Unlike extant research on the relationship between web site characteristics and its use, our study has found that, in the culture and entertainment industry, the impact of web site characteristics on IS use is mediated by a user's flow state. This finding has a practical implication that web site design should include as many features that enhance shopping enjoyment and concentration. Other practical implications of these findings and future research implications are also discussed.

IT서비스 아웃소싱 프로젝트 위험과 실물옵션 유형간 적합성에 관한 연구 (The Effect of IT Service Outsourcing Project Risks on the Intention of Purchasing Real Options based on Transaction Cost Theory)

  • IS outsourcing has an important meaning to the Korean SME's (Small and Medium Enterprises) which want to use the IS Services. The objective of this research is to manage IT risks occurred during IS outsourcing project process. This study tries to identify these risks using real option methodology. In order to perform this objective, this study set up the research model which is composed of two main concepts. The first one is the risk factors occurred during IS outsourcing project process: User's Risks, Supplier's Risks and Transaction's Risks. All of these risks are based on Transaction Cost Theory. The second one is the intention to get (or buy) Real Options to manage the risks. In the research model, two types of real option are included: option to abandon (put option) and option to defer (call option). This study uses questionnaires and statistics methodology (PLS) to analyze the hypotheses proposed in the research model. Compared with prior studies, this study is different in two ways. First, this study restricts the range of IT risks. Prior researches of IT Risk management in MIS area cover various range of IT risks, but this study focuses on the Korean SME's IT outsourcing risks on the basis of Transaction Cost Theory. This study tests the relationship between the risks and real option types. Second, this study tries to test the moderating effect of user's risks and supplier's risks on the relationship between transaction's risks and real option types. In IT outsourcing research area, almost studies focus on the direct relationships between IT risks and outsourcing success. But in reality, the co-relationship among IT risks may occur. There are some findings according to the research analysis. First, risks related with user's risks have strong causal relationships with the intention to get option to abandon (put) and option to defer. But risks related with supplier's risks have causal relationships only with option to abandon (put). Second, user's risks and supplier's risks have no moderating effect on the relationship between transaction's risks and real option types. According to the research results, this research have some important and interesting implications on the IS outsourcing business area. First, this study identifies the effective types of real option to minimize the risks occurred during the IT outsourcing projects. So IS outsourcing service users can manage (or minimize) effectively the risks, which occurred during outsourcing projects, using real options. Second, real option gives benefits to suppliers and users at the same time (i.e., win-win strategies between IS outsourcing service providers and users). Vendors (:IS outsourcing service providers) can offer users the real options which can minimize the occurrence of risks in time. "IN TIME" means that before the IS outsourcing project starts, vendors can offer users the opportunity to buy real options in appropriate prices to manage the possibility of the risks of IS outsourcing project. And users also have chance to minimize the IT outsourcing risks occurred during the project process using real options.

충남도내 유통 과일류의 잔류농약 안전성 조사 (A Safety Survey of Pesticide Residues in Fruit Products Circulated in Chungcheongnam-do Province, Korea)

  • 본 연구에서는 2018년 충남에서 유통되는 과일류에 대한 잔류농약 실태를 조사하여 보고하고자 한다. 유통 과일류 150건을 실험대상으로 식품공전 다종농약다성분 분석법(제2법)으로 분석이 가능한 195종의 잔류농약을 실험하였다. 150건의 과일 시료 중 63건에서 40종의 잔류농약이 검출되었으며, 검출률은 42.0%였다. 각 과일의 잔류농약 검출률은 감귤류(55.2%), 인과류(41.3%), 장과류(38.7%), 핵과류(36.0%) 순이였으며 표본이 작지만 열대과일에서는 잔류농약이 검출되지 않았다. 검출빈도가 높은 과일은 사과 21회, 감귤이 16회로 다른 과일에 비해 높은 검출빈도를 보였으며, 검출빈도가 가장 높은 농약은 bifenthrin(21회), pyraclostrobin(17회), novaluron(13회)로 나타났다. 잔류농약이 검출된 시료 중 74.6%의 시료에서 2종 이상의 동시에 검출되었다. 잔류농약이 검출된 63건의 과일 모두 잔류허용기준 이하로 안전한 수준으로 평가되었으나, 잔류농약 검출률이 높고, 농약의 종류가 다양해지고 있어 지속적으로 모니터링이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

How Retirees' Evaluation of Starting Food Service Business Affects Effectiveness of Their New Business and Quality of Life

  • This study surveyed how retirees' evaluation of starting food service business affects the effectiveness their new business and quality of life, based on personal factors such as entrepreneurship and business-starting capability and environmental factors by using questionnaires. Bootstrapping was carried out in order to find out factors affecting rapidly changing new business environments and retirees' initial intent to start a business so as to verify basic hypothesis about relation between retirees' evaluation of starting food service business (social, economic, and psychological effects) and the effectiveness of their new business and quality of life and confirm whether the effectiveness of the new business acts as a medium between the evaluation of starting food service business and quality of life. In addition, PLS-MGA was performed in order to verify whether the correlations among test factors can be varied according to the kind of job the target retirees had. Having examined the basic thesis, it was found that social and economic factors had significant positive effect on the effectiveness of the new business, and social and psychological factors had significant positive effect on the quality of life. Having analyzed whether the effectiveness of new business acted as a media between evaluation of starting food service business and quality of life, there was no significant effect as a medium. Having studied whether the kind of job of the retirees controlled or affected the relations among evaluation of starting food service business, effectiveness of new business and quality of life, the results were as follows: in the office job retiree group, the greater economic factor led to increase of effectiveness of new business, while social and psychological factors influenced the quality of life; In the physical labor group, the higher social factor resulted in higher effectiveness of new business, which showed significant positive effect on the quality of life. Having researched about which element is considered to be most important in starting food service business, the most important element was found to be dish/menu, followed by staff management, accounting management, business management, and service education. Having analyzed relation between accomplishment and important consideration for starting food service business, "managers with entrepreneurship," "appropriate distribution of time to prepare for starting business," and "operation of practical field education programs" showed higher importance compared to the degree of satisfaction, so it is needed to more concentrate on the above matters. This study intends to raise retirees' awareness of starting business and help them live better life based on the analysis results, and further suggest detailed mechanism and specific operations of factors affecting retirees' decision making on starting business, such that they can use the information as basic materials to make better choices that can lead to successful business.

조직의 안전문화가 레질리언스 역량에 미치는 영향 : 건설업을 중심으로 (The Impact of Organizational Safety Culture on the Resilience Ability : Focused on the Construction Industry)

  • The construction industry is considered to be a fatal accident industry, accounting for 28.5% of the total industrial accidents in 2017, as the number of industrial accidents in the construction industry has steadily increased over the past decade. So it is necessary to consider introducing Resilience Engineering, which is actively applied to risky industries around the world, to drastically reduce construction accidents. Although Resilience Engineering, which has emerged as the next-generation safety management centered on Hollnagel since the 2000s, claims the importance of strengthening Resilience abilities considering organizational structure and culture, most studies focus only on developing evaluation indicators. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of an organization's safety culture on its Resilience abilities in the construction industry. Specifically, it conducted empirical analysis on the impact of safety culture consisting of 'communication, leadership and safety systems' on the Resilience abilities(responding ability, monitoring ability, learning ability, anticipating ability), and the mediation relationship between leadership, communication, and safety system. The survey was conducted on construction workers, and an empirical analysis was conducted on the final 154 responses using SPSS 25 and Smart PLS 3. The results showed that the safety system had a significant impact on all Resilience Abilities, and communication had a significant impact on the remaining three except for anticipating ability among Resilience Abilities. On the other hand, leadership has been shown to have a significant impact on anticipating ability only. In the verifying of the mediation relationship between leadership, communication and safety systems, it was found that leadership affects all Resilience abilities by means of safety systems, but communication can only affect responding ability. This study has practical significance in that it suggests the need for policy-level efforts to introduce and apply Resilience Engineering and then expanded the effective safety management assessment of the construction industry in the future. Moreover, the academic implications are important in that the study attempted to expand the academic scope for a paradigm shift in the future as the safety culture has identified its impact on the Resilience abilities.

농업 신기술 도입의향에 대한 결정요인 분석: 혁신저항모델을 이용하여 (Analysis on Determinants of Acceptance Intention of New Agricultural Technology: Using Innovation Resistance Model)

  • 본 연구는 농업 신기술의 효율적 확산을 위해 혁신저항이론과 부분회귀-구조방정식모형을 통해 신기술 도입의향의 구조관계를 분석하였다. 혁신저항에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 상대적 이점, 기술 적합성, 기술 복잡성, 시험 가능성, 위험성을 선정하였고, 혁신적 개인성향과 교육, 기술, 자금지원으로 구성된 농촌지도기관의 서비스를 영향요인으로 추가하였다. 본 연구는 33개 문항으로 신기술 도입의향을 포함하여 11개 요인을 측정하는 설문지를 구성하였다. 자료수집은 농촌진흥청에서 개발한 신기술을 보급하기 위하여 시행된 시범사업에 참여하지 않은 180농가를 대상으로 2017년 4월부터 10월까지 이루어졌다. 연구결과, 혁신저항에 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 요인은 기술 복잡성과 위험성으로 나타났다. 혁신적 개인성향은 혁신저항에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았지만, 신기술 도입의향에 양(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 농촌지도기관의 서비스는 혁신저항에 음(-)의 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으나, 신기술 도입의향에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 본 연구는 농업 신기술에 대한 반감을 최소화하기 위해 농촌지도기관은 신기술과 관련된 교육, 컨설팅, 홍보 및 시범사업과 같은 활동에 노력할 것을 제안했다.

  • 기술 발전과 산업 생태계 변화로 고객의 욕구를 만족시킬 수 있는 서비타이제이션(servitization)의 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 연구는 첨단기술이 융합된 자동차를 이용하고 있는 사용자의 사용전 기대와 사용 후 만족이 지속사용의도에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 살펴보기 위해 기대일치모형(Expectation Confirmation Model)을 적용하여 연구하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 첨단기술기반 자동차와 관련된 제품과 서비스를 제공하는 기업이 연관 기관과 협력하여 빠르게 변화하는 기술과 환경을 소비자에게 전달할 수 있도록 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 첨단기술이 포함된 자동차를 이용하는 사용자를 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고 수집된 자료의 분석은 SPSS 26.0 프로그램과 SMART PLS 2.0의 통계패키지를 이용하여 가설을 검증하고 논리적 근거를 알아보았다. 이에 본 연구는 사용자의 사용 전, 후 관계에 대한 기대일치(Expectation Confirmation), 지각된 용이성(Perceived Ease), 지각된 유용성(Perceived Usefulness), 사용자만족(User Satisfaction), 습관적 이용(Habitual Use), 지속사용의도(Continuance Usage Intention)를 사용하여 모델을 구성하였고, 가설 검증결과 모두 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 첨단기술을 접목한 자동차의 사용은 일상생활의 편의와 업무능률의 향상을 가져오며, 사용자의 만족과 더 나아가 지속사용의도로 이어지는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구의 시사점으로 새로운 자동차 시장의 확대와 더 편리한 기능, 많은 기능을 가진 자동차를 쉽고 편리하게 사용할 수 있도록 자동차 회사와 연관 기관의 지속적인 성장과 변화의 흐름을 파악하는데 영향을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

외식 프랜차이즈 기업의 SNS 마케팅 활동이 소비자 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (Impacts of Food-Service Franchise's SNS Marketing Activities on Customer Behavior Intention)

  • Purpose - Many companies use the Internet to conduct their business to maintain and acquire their customers. SNS is used as a site where users can create profiles, build personal networks, and then share and exchange information with others. Not only do people use SNS for their self-promotion, but they also promote their services by creating SNS pages. SNS is recognized as a medium for implementing effective advertising strategies and is being used as an important means of promoting the company. Therefore, in this study, we investigate the effect of SNS marketing characteristics of restaurant franchise firms on utilitarian value and hedonic value and examine their effects on purchase intention. Research design, data, and methodology - The data were collected from 20s-60s respondents who have used SNS for restaurant visit using Google survey. A total of 159 responses were collected and used for final analysis. Smart PLS 3.0 was used for the hypothesis test. Results - As a result of an analysis, it was shown that the influence of the playfulness and affordability of information on the utilitarian value had a significant positive effect. Interaction and up-to-date did not have a positive effect on utilitarian value. Interaction, affordability, and up-to-date have no significant positive effects on hedonic value. The playfulness of information has a positive effect on the hedonic value. Both utilitarian value and hedonic value had positive effects on purchase intention. Conclusions - The findings of this study suggest that the SNS marketers of restaurant franchisors should focus on the playfulness, affordability, and up-to-date rather than the interactivity of SNS. In marketing through SNS, the act of presenting the basis of information and enhancing the provision of information through objective criteria makes it possible to experience the practical value of information. It is necessary to develop differentiated contents which cause customers interest and fun and to induce many customers' purchase intent by providing objective and realistic information. In order to increase the customers' repurchase intentions toward the food service business, customers should maximize the hedonic value and practical value felt through information. It should also focus on providing information that customers are receptive to, rather than providing prompt information.
