2자유도 PI 제어기를 이용한 2축 BLDC 모터 시스템의 정밀 위치동기 제어 (Precise Position Synchronous Control of Two-Axes System Using Two-Degree-of-Freedom PI Controller in BLDC Motor)

  • This paper describes a precise position synchronous control of two axes rotating system using BLDC motors and a cooperative control based on decoupling technique and PI control law. The system is required performances both good speed following and minimum position synchronous errors simultaneously. To accomplish these goals, the three kinds of controllers are designed. At first, the current and speed controller are designed very simply to compensate the influences of disturbances and to follow up speed references quickly. Especially, the two degree of freedom PI controller is used considering both good tracking for speed reference input and quick rejection of disturbances in speed controller. Finally, a position synchronous controller is designed as a simple proportional controller to minimize position synchronous errors. The validity of the proposed method is confirmed through some numerical simulations. Moreover, the results are compared to the conventional master-slave control ones to show the effectiveness of the proposed system.

  • 최근 태양광 시스템에서는 기존의 태양광 시스템을 계통과 전원으로 상호 접속하는 것에 대한 연구에 관심이 모아지고 있다. 단상, 삼상 시스템에 관계없이 태양광 시스템에서 태양광 인버터는 계통연계 동작에 중요한 역할을 하기 때문에 전체 시스템에서 핵심요소로 고려된다. 태양광 인버터를 제어하기 위해서는 부하 전류 조절이 핵심요소 중 하나이다. 일반적으로 태양광 인버터에서 이용되는 PI 제어기는 정상상태 오차와 왜란에 취약하다는 단점을 가지고 있기 때문에 실제 시스템에 완벽하게 적용하기에는 무리가 있다. 특히, 이는 고주파영역에서의 PI와 PR 제어기의 성능을 비교해보면 알 수 있다. 이 논문에서 제시된 PR 제어기는 무한 이득을 교류 기본파 성분에 넣을 수 있기 때문에 PR 제어기는 회전좌표계의 PI 제어기에서 사용되는 디커플링 기법과 복잡한 변환 없이 제로 정상상태오차에 도달할 수 있다. 그렇기 때문에 이 논문에서는 PI 제어기를 대체하는 이론적 분석을 통해 PR 제어기를 설계하였다. 논문에 제시되어 있는 이론을 바탕으로 한 PR 제어기를 고정 소수점 연산방식의 32비트 마이크로컨트롤러 DSP320F2812를 기반으로 한 3kW 프로토타입 태양광 인버터에 적용, 평가하였다. 또한 태양광 인버터의 제어 성능을 시뮬레이션과 실험결과를 통하여 보여주고 검증하였다.

  • This paper is to study a modified hysteresis band current control technique for keeping the fixed switching frequency. The control technique is applied to an brushless DC motor(BLDCM). This paper gives an analysis of the modified hysteresis band with isolated neutral case and the PI controller with current limiter in forward loop; their characteristics are studied by simulation. The proposed control technique is implemented by using a microprocessor-based system.

  • 비례-적분(PI) 제어기는 전동기의 간섭성분을 고려하지 않기 때문에 고속회전영역에서 오버슈트가 커지고, 적분기 포화로 인해 정착 시간이 느려지는 단점이 있다. 고속회전영역에서 느린 응답성을 보완하기 위해 전동기의 간섭성분을 고려하는 Cascade PI 전류제어기가 제안되었지만 오버슈트를 증가시키는 문제점이 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 Cascade PI 제어기를 소개하고 Cascade PI 제어기의 오버슈트 특성을 개선하기 위한 전류제어기를 제안하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 각 제어기의 성능을 비교, 분석하였으며 실험을 통해 이를 검증하였다.

Frequency Synchronization of Three-Phase Grid-Connected Inverters Controlled as Current Supplies

  • In a three-phase system, three-phase AC signals can be translated into two-phase DC signals through a coordinate transformation. Thus, the PI regulator can realize a zero steady-state error for the DC signals. In the control of a three-phase grid-connected inverter, the phase angle of grid is normally detected by a phase-locked loop (PLL) and takes part in a coordinate transformation. A novel control strategy for a three-phase grid-connected inverter with a frequency-locked loop (FLL) based on coordinate transformation is proposed in this paper. The inverter is controlled as a current supply. The grid angle, which takes part in the coordinate transformation, is replaced by a periodic linear changing angle from $-{\pi}$ to ${\pi}$. The changing angle has the same frequency but a different phase than the grid angle. The frequency of the changing angle tracks the grid frequency by the negative feedback of the reactive power, which forms a FLL. The control strategy applies to non-ideal grids and it is a lot simpler than the control strategies with a PLL that are applied to non-ideal grids. The structure of the FLL is established. The principle and advantages of the proposed control strategy are discussed. The theoretical analysis is confirmed by experimental results.

  • Deposition conditions, surface morphology, and electrical properties of polyamic acid alkylamine salts (PAAS) Langmuir-Blodgett(LB) films have been investigated through a study of surface pressure-area $\pi$-A isotherms, AFM (atomic force microscopy), and current-voltage characteristics. To obtain the optimum conditions of film deposition, the $\pi$-A isotherms were examined by varying temperature, barrier moving speed, dipping speed, spreading amount of solution etc. The Z-type LB films were made at the surface pressure of 5 mN m-1 and 25 mN m-1 for the AFM study; the former surface pressure forms the gas phase and the latter one forms the solid phase. The LB film made in the gas phase show domains with a size of about 200 A diameter and 70 A height. However, the LB films made in the solid phase show a very smooth surface with 2 A surface roughness. In the current-voltage characteristics measured along the perpendicular direction of the films, ohmic conduction has been observed below 105 V cm-1 and the calculated electrical conductivity is about 10-13 S cm-1. Nonohmic conduction has been observed above = 10-11 V cm and the conduction mechanism can be explained by the Schottky effect.

  • 대용량 동기 발전/전동기 기동운전에는 주로 사이리스터를 이용한 정지형 주파수 변환 장치(SFC : Static Frequency Converter)시스템이 널리 사용되고 있다. 지금까지의 국내 SFC에 대한 연구는 주로 양수 발전 시스템에 관한 연구가 주류를 이루고 있어 가스터빈용 SFC 시스템에 관한 구체적인 기동 알고리즘에 관한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 PI 전류 제어기의 안티 와인드업 출력 신호를 이용한 가스터빈 동기 전동기의 기동을 위한 새로운 약계자 제어 알고리즘을 제안하였으며 이에 대한 실효성과 타당성을 실험을 통해 검증하였다.

  • This paper discusses stability of new simplified sensorless vector control systems of induction motors (IM). The simplified sensorless systems estimate the flux angle by using the output voltage of d-axis PI current controller to achieve the q-axis flux zero. Two simplified sensorless systems are studied. The difference of two systems is the presence or absence of a q-axis PI current controller. The systems stability is compared by deriving linear state equations and showing root loci and unstable regions. Furthermore, transient responses and experiment results make clear the stability of the proposed system.

  • Cascaded H-Bridge rectifier (CHBR) is a more attractive solution in traction application for its transformerless structure. Because of the currents of different cells are exactly the same one, it is a challenge job to regulate the voltages of cells with only one current controller. In this paper, a PI-based control scheme is presented to deal with the voltages balance issue in CHBR. To satisfy the demand of rectifier such as unity power factor and regulated output DC voltages, the proposed control scheme consists of two parts. One is for shaping the grid current waveform and regulating the sum of DC-link voltages of all the cells; the other one is for balancing DC-link voltages. The latter is more concerned in this paper and is discussed in detail especially. Simulations and experiments are carried on. The results verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

  • Generally, the current controller is located inner the whole controller, so the characteristic of the current controller is important in controlling performance of the upper controller. A current control loop in motor control is designed so that it is 10 times faster than the speed control loop of the upper controller. Thus, the current controller with complex control algorithm is not proper. In this paper, the improved current controller using a conventional digital PI controller and feedforward controller for the brushless BC motor is designed.
