SF6 가스 중 직류 고전압 하에서 부분방전 특성 (Characteristics of Partial Discharge Under HVDC in SF6 Gas)

  • This paper dealt with the measurement and analysis of partial discharge (PD) under high voltage direct current (HVDC) in SF6 gas. Electrode systems such as a protrusion on conductor (POC), a protrusion on enclosure (POE), a crack on epoxy plate and a free particle (FP) were fabricated to simulate the insulation defects. The analysis system was designed with a Time-Frequency (T-F) map algorithm programed based on LabVIEW. This can arrange the acquired PD pulses into frequency and time domain. A HVDC power source is composed of a transformer (220 V/50 kV), a diode (100 kV) and a capacitor (50 kV, 0.5 ${\mu}F$). The gap between the electrodes is 3 mm, and the $SF_6$ gas was set at 5 bar. PD pulses were detected by a 50 ${\Omega}$ non-inductive resistor. In the analysis, PD pulses were distributed below 0.5 MHz and 20 ns ~ 35 ns for the POC, 0.7 MHz ~ 1.7 MHz, below 0.6 MHz and 10 ns ~ 40 ns and 60 ns ~125 ns for the POE, below 0.1 MHz and 135 ns ~ 215 ns for the crack, and below 1.6 MHz and 250 ns for the FP.

  • Studies on a $SF_6$-mixture and -alternative gas has been in progress to reduce the use of $SF_6$ gas as an insulation material of GIS (gas insulated switchgears). In this paper, we dealt with PD (partial discharge) characteristics in pure $SF_6$ and $N_2$, and their mixtures on aspects of insulation design and risk assessment for GIS. A POC (protrusion on conductor) and a POE (protrusion on enclosure) as the major defects were fabricated to simulate PD. We analyzed the DIV (discharge inception voltage), DEV (discharge extinction voltage), pulse magnitude, counts and phase distribution of PD pulse in $SF_6-N_2$ mixtures ($SF_6$ 100%, $SF_6$ 80%-$N_2$ 20%, $SF_6$ 50%-$N_2$ 50%, $SF_6$ 20%-$N_2$ 80%, and $N_2$ 100%) according to the IEC60270. The DIV, DEV as well as magnitude of PD pulse decreased on the POC as increase of $N_2$ ratio. For the POE, the DIV and DEV in $N_2$ ratio below 50% were the same voltages as those in $SF_6$ 100%. In this experiment, $SF_6$ 80%-$N_2$ 20% mixture could be considered with the equivalent insulation performance to a GIS.

  • This paper describes a partial discharge (PD) on-line monitoring system used for large turbine generators. The system consists of a broadband current transducer, a computer-aid PD measurement system. By using a programmable fabricate band pass filter and an adaptive digital filter, the system can suppress the noise and extract PD signal from the intense noise surroundings successfully. Two simulated PD sources, which often exist in the large generators, were simulated and detected. At the end of this paper, some field test results, obtained from a 200MW generating set, were presented and discussed.

  • This work involves analyzing partial discharge (PD), which has estimated the detected signal accumulation based on Labview, and analyzing by Fuzzy algorithm. In algorithm, we developed system configuration that detected accumulating PD signal. With practical PD logic implementation of theoretical detected system and hardware implementation, the device for 50kV setup has generated and then has applied with 15k~17kV with 1:1 time probe. Our new class of PD detected algorithm has also compared with PRPDA or Fuzzy algorithm, which has diagnose more conveniently by adding numerical values.

FePd 인공격자박막의 나노구조 및 자기적 특성 (Nano-structure and Magnetic Properties of FePd Superlattice Thin Film)

  • FePd 합금박막을 스퍼터링법으로 초격자 박막의 형태로 제작하고 기판온도, 조성변화에 따른 미세구조 및 자기적 특성을 분석하였다. FePd 합금박막의 규칙화를 위한 열처리 온도를 FePt의 열처리 온도에 비해 $150^{\circ}C$ 낮추는데 성공하였다. 또한 FePd 규칙화 합금 박막은 화학양론적 조성일 때 장범위 규칙도는 가장 높은 값을 가졌으며(Fe조성 50 at.%, S = 0.79), 자기이방성 에너지는 Fe 조성이 약간 낮은 조성에서(Fe조성 48 at.%, $K_U=1.6{\times}10^7\;erg/cm^3$) 가장 높은 값을 나타내었다. 이것은 FePd 합금박막의 조성이 장범위 규칙도와 수직자기이방성에 직접적으로 영향을 미친다는 것을 나타낸다.

온도 및 전류밀도 변화에 따른 Pd도금막 특성변화 연구 (Effects of Temperature and Current Density on the Characteristics of Electroplated Pd Films)

  • 균일하고 치밀한 미세구조를 갖는 Pd박막이$ PdCl_2$를 사용하는 전기도금방법으로 제조되었다. 본 연구에서는 도금온도와 전류밀도가 주요 공정변수로서 고려되었고 이에 따른 음극효율 및 제조된 Pd도금막의 결정성, 형상 및 경도 등의 특성이 측정되었고, 이들간의 상호관계성이 검토되었다. 연구결과에 따르면, $PdCl_2$를 사용하는 본 Pd전기도금 시스템에서는 5$0^{\circ}C$와 5mA/$\textrm{cm}^2$의 조건이 도금막의 형상으로 볼 때, 최적의 도금조건이라고 간주된다. 최적 조건에서 제조된 Pd도금막의 경도는 약 600kg/$\textrm{mm}^2$이었다. 변수 및 특성간의 관계성 검토 결과, Pd막의 경도는 미세구조에 의해 큰 영향을 받지만, 결정의 배향성과의 연관성은 작은 것으로 해석된다.

1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydrophridine으로 유도된 파킨슨병 쥐에서의 도파민 신경세포 손상에 대한 PD-1 처방의 보호 효과 (Neuroprotective Effect of PD-1 Extract in MPTP-lesioned Mouse Model of Parkinson's Disease)

  • Objectives: The aim of the present study was to explore the neuroprotective effect and the possible mechanism of the PD-1 extracts on 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydrophridine (MPTP)-lesioned C57BL/6 mouse model of Parkinson's disease (PD). Methods: The mice were supplemented (or not) with 50 or 100 mg/kg/day of PD-1 for 2 weeks, after which MPTP was injected intraperitoneally. We observed that daily administration of PD-1 prevented MPTP-induced depletion of striatal DA, and maintained striatal and nigral tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) protein levels. Results: Our results demonstrated that mice treated with PD-1 prior to MPTP administration showed more abundant TH-immunopositive (TH-ir) fibers and neurons than mice given only MPTP, indicating that PD-1 protects dopaminergic striatal fibers and nigral neurons from MPTP insults. Possible neuroprotective effect of PD-1 was further studied by the detection of antiapoptotic protein (bcl-2) and proapoptotic protein (Bax). In this assay, MPTP elevated the Bax protein and decreased the bcl-2 protein, while these expressions were prevented by PD-1 pre-treatment. Conclusions: The present results suggest that PD-1 is able to protect dopaminergic neurons from MPTP-induced neuronal injury with anti-apoptotic activity being one of the possible mechanisms.

홍삼 활성 성분이 생쥐 간 조직에서 Glutathione 및 지질과산화에 미치는 항산화 효과 (Effects of Red Ginseng Component Administration on Glutathione and Lipid Peroxidation Levels in Mice Liver)

  • 홍삼의 물 추출물, 알코올 추출물, 지용성 추출물, 총 사포닌, PD 및 PT 각 홍삼 추출물을 생리식염수에 녹여 50mg/kg/0.1ml용량으로 4주령 수컷 생쥐에게 15일간 경구투여 하여 생쥐 간으로부터 항산화 효소(GPX)의 활성도 변화와 GSH, GSSG 및 MDA의 함량 변화에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. GPX의 활성도는 PD, PTTS순으로 활성도가 높은 것으로 조사되었으며, 항산화 물질인 환원형 GSH 또한 같은 순으로 증가하는 것으로 사되었다. 한편 GSSG 함량은 지용성 추출물, PD, 알코올 추출물 순으로 감소하는 것으로 조사되었다. 동물조직세포내의 산화환원반응과 해독작용상태의 평가에 중요한 GSSG/total GSH비율은 지용성 추출물, PD, 총 사포닌 순으로 감소하는 것으로 조사되었다. 활성 산소에 의해 생성된 지질과산화의 최종산물인 MDA의 함량은 GSSG/total GSH 비율의 조사 결과와 비슷한 경향을 보였다 이와 같은 결과를 종합하여 볼 때 항산화 효소 활성과 항산화 물질 활성 증대를 강화시키는 홍삼 성분으로는 지용성 추출물, PD 및 총 사포닌인 것으로 조사되었으며, 이러한 성분들이 산화적 손상에 대한 방어기전 향상에 좋은 것으로 생각된다.

저열량 레이어 케익 제조 공정의 최적화 (Optimization of the Reduced-Calorie Yellow Layer Cake Preparations)

  • Fat and sugar reduced yellow layer cake system was developed with varied replacement level of 30%, 60%, and 90% for AD(amylodextrin) and 10%, 30%, and 50% for PD(polydextrose). Physicochemical and sensory characteristics were investigated and optimum replacement level was also decided using response surface methodology. Sample groups of PD10AD30 had significantly the lowest specific gravity and viscosity, indicating the stable batter system with high air incorporation. Sample groups with PD10AD90 showed the highest volume index and were not significantly different from those of the PD10AD30. Sensory results indicated that PD30AD30 were significantly the most springy and moist, and the least hard of all sample groups. Sample groups with PD10AD90 had the least adhesiveness value. To establish the optimum substitution level using RSM, the restriction level was set up as moistness over five point, hardness under five points, and adhesiveness under four points. The optimum substitution level was 20% for PD and 88% for AD.

CATALYTIC MEMBRANE REACTOR FOR DEYDROGENATION OF WATER VIA GAS-SHIFT

  • Pd-ceramic composite membranes and catalytic membrane reactors(CMR) have been studied for hydrogen purification and recovery in th fusion reactor fuel cycle. The development of techniques for coating microporous ceramic tubes with Pd and Pd/Ag layers is described: composite membranes have been produced by electroless deposition (Pd/Ag film of 10-20${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$) and rolling of thin metal sheet (Pd and Pd/ Ag membranes of 50-70 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$). Experimental results on electroless membranes showed that the metallic film presented some defects and the membranes had not complete hydrogen selectivity . Then the catalytic membrane reactors with electroless membranes can be applied for some industrial processes that do not require a complete separation of the hydrogen (i.e. in the dehydrogenation of hydrocarbons). The rolled thin Pd/Ag membranes separated the hydrogen from the other gas with a complete selectivity and exhibited a slightly larger (about a factor 1.7) mass transfer resistance with respect to the electroless membranes. Experimental tests confirmed the good performances in terms of durability.
