최근 IT 기술의 급속한 성장과 함께 도서관의 내 외부 환경도 급속하게 변화됨에 따라 도서관의 경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 마케팅 활동과 전략들이 요구되고 있다. 도서관 이용자들의 만족도 향상노력과 이용률을 높이기 위한 연구들이 꾸준히 진행되어 왔지만 도서관 성과를 높이기 위한 마케팅전략에 관한 연구는 아직 미미하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 체계적인 프레임워크를 기반으로 도서관 마케팅전략에 영향을 미치는 내부 및 외부 환경 요인이 무엇인지 그리고 도서관 성과에 영향을 미치는 마케팅 전략을 분석하고자한다. 본 연구를 위해 국내의 다양한 도서관 유형을 대상으로 설문조사가 이루어졌으며, 설문조사의결과를 바탕으로 도서관 관리자 및 실무자들에게 도서관 성과를 높일 수 있는 마케팅전략에 관한 가이드라인을 제시하였다.

The real estate management includes not only the brokerage, property management, development, investment and consulting which are related to real estate handling, but also the human resources who deal with the real estate business. The level of management quality of Korean real estate business is rather poor. This paper deals with management innovation of real estate management using Six Sigma methodology The main focus of this Paper is to develop strategy Planning, and is to select critical success factors for each strategy to make an advanced management system for real estate business. This paper is a case study, and the target company for this innovation is ERA-Korea Company. Seven strategies are proposed, and for each strategy several critical success factors are suggested. Through this case study, the authors hope that a management quality model for real estate business is proposed, and an improved management method can be adopted in the other real estate companies.

In this study, the various financial management systems practiced by modem dual-income families were assessed by in-depth interviews with 6 people, 3 practicing integrated financial management and 3 practicing individual financial management. The results indicated significant differences between the two financial management methods regarding family structure, individual values, and family finances. Families that practiced individual financial management consisted of weekend couples without children who showed an individual-centered value tendency and seemed to take a positive attitude towards their future economic situation due to possession of their on stabilized financial assets. Based on these results, we can expect more families to adopt methods of individual financial management and show a wider variety in their financial planning tools which will require adequate and efficient countermeasures and strategies suitable for each financial management practice.

KOSPI200 선물 트레이딩을 위해 업계에서는 여러 전략으로 포트폴리오를 구성해서 운용한다. 동일한 전략 모음을 갖고 있더라도 포트폴리오를 어떻게 구성하느냐에 따라 수익은 크게 차이가 난다. 시장 상황에 맞는 전략들로 포트폴리오를 구성하는 것은 오랜 경험과 탁월한 노하우가 있어야하는 어려운 작업이다. 본 논문에서는 SVM을 활용하여 쉽고 빠르게 적절한 전략 포트폴리오를 구성하는 방법을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템의 성과는 벤치마킹의 성과와 비교하여 2배 이상의 수익을 내는 것을 확인하였다. 1990.01.03~2011.11.04 동안의 KOSPI200 데이터 중 이전 80%의 데이터로 학습을 하고 최근 20%의 데이터로 성능을 시험하였다. 각 전략별로 선택여부를 판별하는 SVM모델을 만들고 그 결과를 바탕으로 포트폴리오를 구성하였다. 벤치마킹을 위해 KOSPI200 선물을 2계약 매수한 경우의 수익, 시험 시작 직전 30일간 최고 수익을 낸 2개 전략의 수익, 실제 최고 수익을 낸 전략 2개를 보유했을 때의 수익과 비교하였다. 매매 비용을 반영하지 않을 때는 벤치마킹은 132.2~510.37pt의 수익을 냈고, 본 시스템은 1072.36~1140.91pt의 수익을 보여주었다. 그리고 거래비용을 감안하면 벤치마킹은 130.44~502.41pt의 수익을 냈고, 본 시스템은 706.22pt~768.95pt의 수익을 나타내었다. 본 논문은 기계학습을 통한 전략 포트폴리오를 구성하는 방안이 유의미하며 실전에 활용할 수 있음을 보여주었다. 이를 바탕으로 여러 전략과 다양한 시장에 적용해서 안정성을 검증하면 견고한 상용 솔루션으로 발전시킬 수 있을 것이다. 그리고 자금관리 기법을 더 반영한다면 수익을 더욱 크게 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다.

In this paper, we develop a new conceptual framework for finding new business opportunities in the cloud computing environment. We propose a service model framework for cloud computing business. In the service concept of the proposed business model, we categorize customer needs and service offering value, while we analyze customer behavior for developing revenue model. In addition, we analyze cloud computing market drivers for finding an evolution path of the proposed business model. Finally, we develop cloud computing business strategies for Korean IT service industry.

최근 지역을 기반으로 하는 온라인 지역 커뮤니티가 본격적으로 활성화되고 있다. 온라인 지역 커뮤니티는 같은 지역에 속해 있어 이로 인해 동일한 관심사를 중심으로 형성되는 커뮤니티이다. 따라서 온라인 지역 커뮤니티는 전통적인 현실공간의 커뮤니티와 가상 커뮤니티의 속성을 함께 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 온라인 지역 커뮤니티의 유형을 도출한 뒤 유형별 커뮤니티 구축, 운영, 활성화 방안, 운영 등에 대한전략을 사례 비교함으로써 성공적인 온라인 지역 커뮤니티를 논의하고자한다.

Purposes of this study were to apply and examine that the importance-performance analysis(IPA) could be a useful park management tool. The IPA is an easily-applied technique developed in marketing field to measure attribute importance and performance. It displays them simultaneously on a 4-quardrant action grid; therefore, park managers can upgrade current services and address marketing strategies for various user segments. The children's grand park was selected as a study are. Two different types of questionaires were utilized for data analyses. They were collected from one respondent by on-site distribution or by mail survey, because attribute importance and performance should be rated before and after visiting a park, respectively. Then, total data was segmented systematically by 2 variables-age and benefit sought. Action grids from order to meet the needs of each segment. Several comments on both data collection methods and segment variables selection were described to improve the IPA in recreation settings for future researches.

원자력의 개발과 지속적인 이용은 방사성폐기물과 사용후핵연료의 발생을 야기시키며, 발생된 사용후핵연료의 안전하며 효율적인 관리는 1990년 초부터 중요하며 민감한 국제사회의 이슈가 되고 있다. 특히 구 소련의 해체를 포함한 최근 중부유럽의 정치적인 변화에 따른 안전한 사용후핵연료관리 문제와 현재 원자력산업이 직면하고 있는 어려움 등이 국제정치의 관점에서 그 의미를 더하고 있다. 따라서 국가별로 현재 검토 및 시행되고 있는 사용후핵연료 관리에 대한 현황을 정리하였다. 즉 국제원자력기구에서 개최하고 있는 사용후핵연료관리회의에서 발표된 나라별 관리정책에 대한 현황 및 기타 기술자료에서 발표된 최신의 사용후핵연료관리 실례에 대한 내용을 정리하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the online extracurricular program operated by the university. The program contents applied in the study included learning strategies such as time management, goal setting, note taking, and memorization methods. The program used in the study was operated in an online environment, and the content was developed between 27 and 29 minutes. The developed contents can be taken using the learning management system. The variables selected to analyze the effects of this program were learning strategies and learning flow, and satisfaction was also included to examine the responses of program participants. The results of the study are as follows. First, learning strategies and learning flow showed statistically significant differences. This result is because the content was composed of meaningful sub-topics by selecting the elements necessary for learning activities. Second, as a result of program satisfaction analysis, it was confirmed that the average for all questions was high. Among them, the average of the item that the theme and contents of the program were useful was the highest. Third, open responses were analyzed by classifying them into cognitive and affective domains. In the cognitive domain, meanings such as knowledge, understanding, and application were presented as keywords, and in the affective domain, a number of keywords for motivation and attitude change were presented. This study is significant in that it provided practical programs necessary for university freshmen and analyzed their effects.
