Construction projects that should be under the construction supervision regulation were decreased in 2008 and new supervision projects in 2010 were significantly reduced by 60% comparing to the ones as of 2009. On the contrast, the volume of world construction projects including Middle·South Asia and Africa is forecasting to be increased by 46% in 2018. However, although the needs of oversea expansion of domestic construction supervision firms are appeared more and more, their preparations to the strategically important areas in the world are insufficient. Thus, this paper aims to suggest directions of strategics and plans for domestic construction supervision industry to expand the market to the world through questionnaire surveys and expert investigation.

The electric vehicle market has increased rapidly in recent years. Established global automakers have announced that electric cars will be developed and distributed. Furthermore, current electric cars are not merely breezes, instead, they are the mainstream of automobiles. However, high prices, short mileage, and long charge times are the main obstacles to the spread of electric vehicles. To solve these problems, the competition for technology development for the expansion of electric vehicles worldwide intensifies because of the improvements in mileage, price reduction, and expansion of charging infrastructure. In this paper, the trends in the development of key technologies for electric vehicles in overseas markets and the present strategic goals for the development of key technologies for electric vehicles in Korea will be identified.

이 연구의 목적은 태권도 전공 대학생의 해외 태권도 지도 활동 재참여 및 타인추천에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 최근 5년 이내에 해외 태권도 지도 경험을 가진 태권도 전공생을 모집단으로 설정하고 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 총 316명으로부터 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 일원배치분산분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 이에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도 전공 대학생의 개인적 특성, 활동내용, 대인관계에 따라 재참여 및 타인추천은 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 가정소득수준, 경험기간, 교육만족도 및 수요처만족도에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도 전공 대학생의 개인적 특성, 활동내용, 대인관계 요인은 해외 태권도 지도 활동 재참여 및 타인추천에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 개인적 특성보다 활동내용 및 대인관계 요인이 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 점을 고려하여 현실에 반영하였을 때, 궁극적으로 태권도 전공 대학생들의 취업시장 확대와 태권도 국제화를 더욱 발전시키는 데 공헌할 것이다.

금합금계 매몰재 재료의 물리적 특성은 각각 열팽창계수과 압축강도, 입도 분포에 크게 좌우된다. 일반적으로 금합금계 매몰재는 cristobalite와 quartz, plaster로 주성분을 구성하고 있다. 그리고 cristobalite와 quartz의 열팽창계수는 $2.6\times10^{-6}/^\circC$, $2.32\times10^{-6}/^\circC$, 로 이 두 재료의 혼합비가 매몰재의 열팽창 계수를 변화시키는 매우 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 현재 국내에서는 금합금계 매몰재는 전량 수입에 의존하고 있고 그 시장 수요 또한 대단히 크다. 따라서 균일한 입도 분포를 가지는 cristobalite와 quartz의 개발과 주조금속의 열팽창과 냉각에 따른 수축력을 고려한 열팽창계수를 가지면서 매몰재의 요구강도에 적합한 압축강도를 가지는 금합금계 매몰재의 개발이 필수적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 먼저 균일한 입도를 갖는 cristobalite와 quartz 분체의 제조와 cristobalite와 quartz의 혼합비에 따른 열팽창계수와 압축강도를 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 표면이 매끄럽고 균일한 입도 분포를 갖는 cristobalite와 quartz를 제조하였으며, cristobalite와 quartz의 혼합비가 45:25가 열팽창계수와 압축강도에서 매몰재가 요구하는 조건을 만족하였다.

Railroad started from invention of stream locomotive at the beginning of the industrial revolution. Development of diesel and electric locomotives in railroad induced science and technology since the industrial revolution. Korean high-speed train so-called high-speed train project, is localized 86.7%(compared to price), 92%(compared to number of parts). This technology has been contributed to KTX since 2004. High-speed railway was developed to integrated system, which is contained high technology such as civil, mechanical and electrical technology. This effects to advanced technology across the board science, technology, industry. High-speed railway is fast, safe, comfortable, eco-friendly as next generation's representative transportation. Furthermore it is inaugurate the era of the new railroad. Korea is opened the high-speed railway following Japan, France, Germany, Spain. Korea became the fifth nation of the high-speed railway. It joins the rank of developed countries operating at the speed of 300km/h. Especially, KTX is emerging as advanced transportation with reducing logistics costs significantly due to time advantage and transportation revolution. The purpose of this study is to present the strategy through internal and external railway market's analysis for Korea railway system's globalization expansion(overseas expansion).

This study is aimed to present measures for stable supply of fishmeal and to develop fish farming into a food industry and an export industry. The study analyzed current domestic and international supply and demand for fishmeal and suggested future prospects. The results of the study suggested the basic directions for the stable supply of fishmeal in Korea as follows: first, stable securing of fishmeal importers and establishment of the supply and demand monitoring system; second, policies to boost using of compound feeds and expansion of relevant fishmeal use; third, higher competitiveness of fishmeal and compound feeds through selective and intensive R&D investments. Based on the basic directions, the paper suggested implementation measures such as strengthening of cooperations with fishmeal suppliers abroad, expansion of overseas local market entrance, diversification of fishmeal trading countries, revision of relevant laws and polices on the fishmeal and feeds, organization of domestic fishmeal, promotion of group purchase, improvement of domestic fish meal quality, development of fish meal alternatives, etc.

The study explores the evolving landscape of overseas expansion strategies by Korean corporations, focusing on recent geopolitical tensions, the COVID-19 pandemic, and disruptions in global supply chains. It emphasizes the challenges faced by industries producing high-value products and delves into the concept of "Friend-Shoring" policies in the United States, leading major Korean companies to invest in local semiconductor, battery, and automotive factories. Recognizing the potential fragmentation of Korea's manufacturing sector, the paper introduces the "Mother Factory" strategy as a policy initiative, inspired by Japan's model, to establish core production facilities domestically. The discussion unfolds by examining the cases of major companies in Japan and the United States, highlighting the need for Korea to adopt a mother factory strategy to mitigate risks associated with friend-shoring policies. Inspired by Intel's "Copy Exactly" approach, the paper proposes a Korean mother factory model integrating smart factory technology and digital twin systems. This strategic shift aims to enhance responsiveness to geopolitical challenges and fortify the competitiveness of Korean high-tech industries. Finally, the paper proposes a Korean Mother Factory based on smart factory concepts. The suggested model integrates smart factory technology and digital twin frameworks to enhance responsiveness and fortify competitiveness. In conclusion, the paper advocates for the adoption of a comprehensive Korean Mother Factory model to address contemporary challenges, foster advanced manufacturing, and ensure the sustainability and competitiveness of Korean high-tech industries in the global landscape. The proposed strategy aligns with the evolving dynamics of the manufacturing sector and emphasizes technological advancements, collaboration, and strategic realignment.

이 연구에서는 공공부문 조직의 경영효율화 전략의 한 방안으로서 한국서부발전 사례를 통해 최근 전력산업의 해외진출 사례에 대한 현황분석을 시도하고, 이를 통해 경영효율화 전략을 도출해 봄으로써 향후 공공기관의 경영효율화에 대한 정책적 함의를 제시해 보는데 연구목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 선행연구의 경험을 토대로 (1) 기업환경 변화에 대한 대응 (2) 사용 전략(목표설정, 성과창출의 적시성, 리스크관리, 조직임무 및 역할) (3) 효율적인 인력관리 (4) 사업다각화 등의 4가지 분석국면을 토대로 분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과 공기업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 주요 측면으로서 해외사업의 효율적 추진을 위해서는 첫째, 불확실한 경영환경에 대한 적극적인 대응 노력이 필요하고, 둘째, 민관 협력적 거버넌스 체계 구축을 통한 사업 추진, 셋째, 효율적인 글로벌 인적자원 관리, 넷째, 전략적 구성요소들의 고려가 필요함을 제시하였다.

u-City는 첨단 IT 인프라와 유비쿼터스 정보 서비스를 도시 공간에 융합하여 생활의 편의 증대와 삶의 질 향상, 체계적 도시 관리에 의한 안전 보장 등 도시의 제반 기능을 혁신시키는 차세대 도시이다. 현재 u-City 시장규모는 급속도로 성장하고 있으며 이를 한국만의 새로운 브랜드화하여 추진할 경우 건설기술과 더불어 공간정보기술, 센서기술, 통신망 구축, 관련 장비산업 등을 복합하여 동반 진출함으로써 막대한 시너지 효과를 창출할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 u-City 구축 운영기술 및 관련 서비스, BIM/GIS 연계 활용 등의 측면에서 u-City 건설사업의 해외 진출 활성화를 위해 u-City와 관련된 국내외 시장 및 연구, 요소기술을 분석하고 진출 대상국의 선정 및 유형 분석, u-City 서비스의 패키지화 방안, BIM/GIS 연계 기술의 활용 등 u-City 해외진출 전략을 제시하였다.

우리 IT산업은 2007년 현재 GDP에서 차지하는 비중이 약 17%에 이를 정도로 국가 경제에 중추적 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나 최근 미국發글로벌 경기침체가 지속되면서, 이에 따른 소비위축으로 IT수요가 부진을 보이고 있다. IT수요의 부진은 IT공급과잉으로 이어져, 결국 IT가격의 경쟁심화로까지 나타나면서, IT산업 전체의 위기감이 고조되고 있다. 따라서 기존 수출품목 및 대상국가의 다변화와 그에 따른 차별화된 수출전략에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있기에 차별화된 수출전략을 위하여 전략품목 및 국가에 대하여 대기업과 중소기업간, 산업간, 연계사업간 등의 다양한 IT분야 패키지형 해외진출 방안을 제시해 보고자 한다. IT산업은 앞으로도 우리 경제의 큰 버팀목으로 자리잡고 발전해 나아갈 것이며, IT분야의 패키지형 해외진출 방안이 일조를 해 나아갈 것이다.
