본 연구에서는 수요에 기반한 해외산업단지 조성을 위해 베트남과 인도네시아를 대상으로 제조업 부문 투자유치 분야와 한국기업의 해외진출 현황을 살펴보았다. 또한, 산업단지 등에 입주한 국내기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 해외진출의향에 대한 세부사항을 분석하였다. 그리고 앞서 조사한 투자유치 분야와 해외진출 희망업종 및 기진출 업종을 상호 연계함으로써 기진출 업종과의 연계, 신규시장 개척을 위한 유치분야 진출, 국가별 특화전략 도출 등 해외산업단지 조성방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 특화전략은 중점국가를 대상으로 국내외 니즈를 반영한 해외산업단지 기업유치계획 수립 시 기초자료로 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구에서는 해외 산업단지 건설의 국내경제 파급효과를 극대화하기 위한 방안을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 해외 건설협회의 준공실적 원시자료와 산업연관모형을 응용하여 산업단지 개발단계별(조사설계, 단지조성, 공장건축) 유발계수를 도출하였다. 분석결과, 도시용역은 인건비 비중이 높게 나타나고 있으며, 단지토목은 손익액 비중이 높게 나타났다. 이에 비해 공장건축은 중간투입비중과 손익비중이 높게 나타났다. 결국 동일한 공종과 비교할 때 산업단지의 해외개발은 고용측면에서는 용역이, 기업의 영업잉여 측면에서는 토목과 건축이, 국가경제 측면에서는 건축의 효과가 크게 나타난다. 따라서 우리나라 국내경제 파급 효과를 극대화하기 위해서는 단순히 해외 산업단지 개발을 통해 부지를 분양하는 사업구조보다는 산업단지 내 공장 건축까지 사업에 포함할 수 있는 수주전략을 도모할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

본 연구는 해외어학연수의 외국어 정확성 향상에 대한 효과를 조명하기 위해 한 학기 동안 해외대학에서 어학연수를 받은 27명의 한국 대학생들이 한 학기의 시간차를 두고 작성한 두 영작문 간의 차이와 오류들을 조사하고, 그러한 차이가 통계적으로 유의미한지를 검정하여 외국어 정확도 면에서의 변화를 분석하였다. 어학연수 이후에 영작문의 길이와 문장의 길이가 증가하였으나 전체 문장수는 감소하였다. 학생들은 더 많은 수의 단어를 더 복잡한 구조의 문장에서 사용하여 오류의 수도 증가하였다. 이를 볼 때, 어학연수 이후 학생들의 문장 생성능력이 향상되고 복잡한 형태의 문장들을 쓰려고 시도한 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 한 학기 동안 해외어학연수를 받은 이후 대체로 학생들의 문장생성능력은 다소 증진하였지만, 문법적 요소들을 문장 속에서 정확하게 사용하는 문법적 정확성은 크게 향상하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 비록 해외 어학연수가 집중적으로 목표언어만 학습하여 언어입력을 확대할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 목표언어에 자연스럽게 노출될 수 있는 환경적 이점을 제공하긴 하지만, 한 학기라는 기간 안에 문법적으로 정확한 문장을 생성해내는 문법능력을 향상시키는 데는 크게 효과적이지 않았다는 것을 시사한다.

본 연구는 해외인턴쉽의 외국어능력 발전에 미치는 영향을 고찰하기 위해 15주간 해외인턴쉽 프로그램에 참여한 10명의 한국대학생들이 작성한 영작문의 변화를 조사하였다. 자료수집을 위해 참여학생들은 인턴쉽 전후로 영작문 하나씩을 작성하였다. 수집된 자료를 이용해 두 영작문의 구성요소 및 어휘 사용면의 변화들을 분석하였고, 이어 통계분석도 실시하였다. 본 논문의 결과에 의하면, 참가자들이 인턴쉽 이후에 더 많은 수의 문장들을 사용하였고, 문장들이 더 길어졌으며, 아울러 더 복잡한 구조의 문장을 생성한 것을 알 수 있다. 또한 어휘의 유창성과 사용능력이 증가하였고 문장 내에 다음절의 다양한 유형의 단어들이 사용되었다는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 해외인턴쉽이 외국어능력 향상에 유용하다는 것을 나타낸다. 따라서 글로벌 경쟁력 제고를 꾀하는 중소기업들은 생산성, 품질 등 산업적 능력 제고뿐만 아니라 해외인턴쉽과 같은 훈련프로그램을 통해 인적자원의 글로벌 역량도 강화할 필요가 있겠다.

The Korean Veterans' Pension Fund has previously pre-purchased Gibril Tower on Business Complex in Dubai, UAE, via a project-financed construction investment. Although the property is near completion, the investor syndicate's attempt to debt-finance due arrears was foiled in Dubai central bank's credit control of real estaterelated loans. Accordingly, the investment coordinator offered an additional capital injection, a collateralized leverage, and a maturity extension to the syndicate. If the syndicate rejects the offer, they may risk a nearcomplete capital loss and a possible default of the main contractor. Otherwise, the syndicate may still face uncertainties regarding interest receivables, principal re-payment, foreclosure, economic recession in Dubai, and the Islamic bond bill in the Korean Parliament. A possible exercise of the latter option may be due to the agency-prone nature of pension fund managers. Given these qualitative risk factors as at April 1, 2011, a real options approach-implied optimal decision suggests an extended and complete cash augmentation into the project finance deal.

With the social atmosphere of respect for human life and the increasing interest in safety of field workers, research and development is underway in various ways to transform direct live method into indirect live method in the field of distribution. As part of this measure, it was necessary to convert electric pole and complex facilities work from machining power distribution to indirect live operation, and install a straight connecting sleeve that connects cut wires for by-pass method, but it failed to meet the tensile strength standard when constructing a sleeve constructed by direct method. In this paper, the design factors were derived based on the case of overseas similar sleeves and the tensile strength evaluation of each variable was performed, based on the analysis of these test results, the method for securing tensile strength of straight-line access sleeves for indirect running was presented.

한국에서 국가가 산업발전의 중요한 역할을 하면서 산업단지의 입지와 발전은 경제적 요인에 만이 아니라 정치$.$사회적 요인에 의해 결정되어 왔다. 전라북도 산업단지의 입지 역시 단지 내에 입주할 기업의 결정이 아니라 국가의 투자전략에 의해 결정되었다. 공업화 초기 단계에는 산업기반시설과 해외 수출 시장에의 접근성에서 수도권과 남동 지역에 비해 상대적으로 열악한 전라북도는 대단위 주요 산업단지의 입지 지역에서 제외되면서 국가공업체계의 주변지역으로 남게 되었다. 1980년대 지역간 불균형을 해소하기 위한 공간정책이 시행되면서 전북의 산업단지 발달이 급속히 진행 되었다. 산업단지 개발이 본격화 되면서 전북의 산업단지는 지역 제조업 발달을 선도하면서 지역경제의 구조 변화는 물론 제조업의 구조 변화에도 크게 기여하였다. 특히 제조업 내에서 상대적으로 높은 기술을 요하는 부문의 발달을 유도하여 전북의 제조업 고도화를 주도하고 있다. 대단위 산업단지의 발달은 전북 제조업의 공간적 패턴에 크게 영향을 주면서, 지역의 중심인 전주, 익산, 군산 세 도시에 집중되어 분포하고 있다. 이들 세 지역의 인접성을 감안할 때, 이곳에 입지한 산업단지는 지역 내의 네트워크 형성에 유리하여 전북 제조업 발달에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

Recently, the using of prefabricated temporary equipments is increasing in the industrial field because it can reduce the installation and dismantling period. The various types of prefabricated temporary equipments are manufacturing with various materials in domestic and overseas countries. However, those equipments should win the safety certificate according to the "Governmental Notification about Safety Certification" which regulate the member-based safety certification. It tends to cause over performance of temporary equipments because it couldn't consider structural benefit of the prefabricated products. As the result of this study, it is concluded that the establishment of new safety certification standard for the prefabricated temporary equipments is resonable and the movable scaffold is appropriate for those prefabricated temporary equipment. The movable scaffolds are using as single structure and cannot be expands horizontally. Other types of temporary equipments are using as complex structure which can freely expand horizontally according to the main structure. From the results of the study, the standard of vertical compression performance of prefabricated movable scaffolds should be more than double the performance of single main frame. Other test items of safety certification standard should be fixed when the Notification is amended. The prefabricated temporary equipments which are adopted for the safety standard on assembled structure should be used, moved and kept in assembled state and not separated discretionally. The establishment of new standard for the assembled structure based on this study leads to the development of various types of temporary equipments using structural efficiency of prefabricated structure.

현행 환경영향평가 내 건강영향평가는 단일 물질별 기준초과 여부를 평가하고 적정 저감방안을 수립하도록 시행된다. 이에 따라 일부 개발 대상사업의 경우, 위해성평가의 모든 물질이 기준을 만족하지만 노출농도가 기준에 매우 근사한 경우가 존재한다. 하지만 여기서 모든 물질들의 동시 노출을 고려한다면 건강영향은 단일 물질별 관리보다 상당히 크게 발생할 여지가 있다. 실제로 수용체에 노출되는 건강영향을 파악하기 위해 배출물질의 통합평가 방법론의 구체화 및 개선방안 마련이 필요하다. 본 논문은 해외 선진사례 및 국내외 문헌고찰을 통해 누적위해성평가 및 위해성의 통합기법에 대한 개념을 정의하고, 산업단지 개발 시 다물질에 대한 건강영향을 고려한 누적위해성평가 활용을 위한 방법론을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법론을 통해 산업단지에 배출되는 유해중금속 4종(Ni, Cr⁶⁺, Cd, As)에 대한 통합지표를 산출하였으며, 과거 10년(2011~2020년) 간 수행된 산업단지 개발사업에 대한 사례적용을 통해 활용성을 확보하였다.

The way for seller to procure the goods for selling is to produce the goods at his own factory and to buy the manufactured goods from the other company. In order to produce the goods for selling the seller have to obtain the resource from the domestic company or overseas. In the middle of producing the goods to sell, seller may breach the right of a third party based on intellectual property rights. That is to say, seller may use the machine that has not itself been patented and use a process which has been patented by a third party. Seller may manufacture the goods which themselves are subject to the third party industrial property rights. Nowadays it is stressed the importance of intellectual property rights such as a patent, brand, and design. These factors consist of the core elements of the competitiveness of the goods. Many embedded software have been used in the various sector. So the disputes regarding to the intellectual property rights is gradually increasing in number. Article 42 of CISG defines the seller's delivery obligations and liabilities in respect to third party intellectual property rights and claims. It contains a special rule for this similar kind of defective in title, which tries to provide an proper solution to the complex problems caused by such rights and claims in international transactions. When seller will apply this clause to the business fields, there are several points to which seller should give attention. First, Intellectual property is general terms in intangible property rights, encompassing both copyright and industrial property. Which matter fall within the scope of intellectual property? The scope of intellectual property can be inferred from the relevant international conventions, which are based on broad international consensus. Second, Article 42 of CISG governs the relationship between the seller and the buyer, that is to say, questions of who has to bear the risk of third party intellectual property rights. The existence of such intellectual property rights, the remedies available and the question of acquiring goods free of an encumbrances in good faith are outside the scope of the CISG. The governing law regarding to the abovementioned matters is needed.
