이 논의는 고등평생학습생태계 구축에 초점을 두고 기존의 주장들에 대해서 비판적 고찰을 목적으로 진행하였다. 첫째, 현 한국의 대학교육 특성과 지방대학 위기 담론을 논의하였다. 둘째, 평생학습사회와 평생학습체제 구축에 대한 주장을 고찰하였다. 셋째, 고등평생학습생태계 구축에 대한 주장을 검토하고 실천적 방안에 대해 비판적 고찰을 하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 고등평생학습생태계 구축을 위한 방안은 상당히 구체적으로 논의 해왔고 이를 통한 지방대학의 위기 극복과 지역균형발전의 가능성은 충분하다. 다만 첫째, 대학이 중심적인 역할을 해야 하는데 이를 위해 대학 개혁이 이루어질 수 있는지 의문을 제기하였다. 둘째, 위기 극복을 위해 국가의 책임과 책무, 지속적인 지원이 요구되고 있다. 반면 현 한국의 정부 당국의 협조가 가능한지 의문을 제기하였다. 셋째, 지역사회 중심으로 거버넌스를 이루어 민주적인 방식에 따라 진행하는데 이해 관계자 합의를 위한 토대 형성 전략이 구성되어 있는지 의문을 제기하였다.

본 연구는 기업의 존폐가 갈리는 위기상황에서 기업이 필요한 것은 기업의 정당성이라 가정하고, 평상 시 기업의 명성 관리와 사회적 책임 활동 수행이 위기 시 기업의 정당성 확보에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보기 위한 목적으로 이루어졌다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해서, 삼성중공업의 기름유출 사건과 이 위기를 극복하기 위해 삼성중공업이 발표한 지원대책을 분석사례로 선정하여 성인 320명을 대상으로 실험연구를 진행하였다. 이를 통해 첫째, 기업 명성이 기업의 정당성에 미치는 영향, 둘째, 기업의 사회적 책임 활동의 동기와 적합성이 기업 정당성에 미치는 영향, 그리고 기업 명성과 사회적 책임 활동에 대한 인식 간 상호작용이 기업 정당성에 미치는 영향을 밝히고자 했다. 연구 결과, 삼성중공업의 기업 명성은 위기 시 기업의 제도적 정당성에는 영향을 미치지 않지만 행동적 정당성 인식에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기업의 정당성에 사회적 책임 활동의 적합성은 영향을 미치는 반면, 사회적 책임 활동의 동기는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 마지막으로, 변인 간 상호작용 효과를 살펴본 결과, 기업 명성과 사회적 책임 활동의 동기 간의 상호작용 효과는 나타나지 않았고, 명성과 사회적 책임 활동의 적합성 간 상호작용 효과는 유의한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 기업 명성, 사회적 책임 활동의 동기, 사회적 책임 활동의 책임성간의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 기업의 실용적 차원 정당성에 대한 3요인 간의 상호작용효과가 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과를 통해, 평소 명성 관리와 사회적 책임의 이행으로 공중의 요구를 충족시킨 기업의 경우 위기 상황에서도 기업 자체의 존재와 기업의 행동을 지지하고 인정하는 기업 정당성을 더 쉽게 부여받을 수 있다는 사실을 확인하였다. 즉, 기업이 위기 상황에서 기업 존재가치와 기업행위의 정당성을 확보하여 효과적으로 위기를 극복하기 위해서는 평소 꾸준한 명성 및 관계 관리와 적극적인 사회적 책임 이행이 중요하다는 것을 보여주었다.

The TFT-LCD industry has shown dramatic growth by making technological advances and satisfying consumer needs. It now stands at the heart of the display industry. However, the TFT-LCD market is maturing and is unlikely to sustain the fast pace of growth in years to come. There has been an oversupply in the LCD sector entering 2008 due to capacity expansion aimed at fueling growth coupled with softening demand amid the global economic slowdown and recent financial turmoil. The LCD industry has successfully coped with oversupply on several occasions. Each time, LCD makers faced up to the challenge and responded with a pioneering spirit. They continued to grow by turning crisis into opportunity. LG Display aims to create new markets by developing products based on innovative technology and providing more attractive products through a value-added product planning that incorporates consumer needs. Through a continuous cost innovation targeted at stimulating demand by making products more economical to consumers, we will be at the forefront of overcoming the current oversupply and sustaining robust growth for the TFT-LCD industry. Depending on our management of the situation, the current oversupply could prove to be an opportunity to create even bigger markets for the future.

This paper considers the case study of the change management and business innovation of the rail construction agency fer overcoming the crisis it faced in early stage. It will provide the suitable innovation techniques of each change stage. Also, each phase it evaluated the change degree of organization culture especially by the six box model of Weisbord and the Quinn's model. For the Period of Change, organization culture will grow about 10% and harmonize with 4 competitive organization culture; community, innovation, hierarchy, product. Only, it discovered that the difference of the current culture and rho organizer' wish is considerable by the Quinn's model. It wilt be able to describe the innovation fatigue which the organizers feel in the change of organization culture. For the successful innovation, it wilt have to be managed properly and the new innovation technique will have to be developed for solving.

The sudden shock of repeated oil crisis and the subsequent violent increases in petroleum prices have given rise to an intensive worldwide effort to develop alternate sources of clean energy. Against this background, a great deal of attention has recently come to be focused on mini-scale hydroelectric power turbine generation. There is now a strong demand for the development of a hydroelectric generator suitable for generating power on a small scale and copable of overcoming the high per kilowatt cost of conventional one's then Francis turbine. Hence was accordingly developed the "Cross flowturbine generator" of 1000kw and less, which we call. This mimi-scale water turbine is reliably and easily handled and also can be economicaly manufactored in a range with effective head of over 3meter's a flow rate of minimum 30 liter per sec and an output of below 1000kw good's.kw good's.

The objective of this paper is to investigate digital transformation in logistics within the shipping and logistics industry. This paper examines the case of Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM) and draws insights from its success in becoming the top company amidst the industry challenges. To achieve a more in-depth analysis, a single-case study approach was employed. Various secondary data have been analyzed to support the examination of HMM's digital transformation. HMM has emerged as a global leader in transportation services. The company's success is attributed to its development of diverse ships, robust logistics systems, and pioneering a digital logistics platform, ultimately overcoming the crisis. Especially, this paper show that the digitalization of logistics has been analyzed as the most significant transformation. The findings of this paper can offer valuable implications for other companies grappling with similar challenges in the current trade landscape.

본 연구의 목적은 전쟁이론 관점에서의 COVID-19를 분석하고, 이를 극복할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 전쟁이 국제적인 상황에 따라 그 패러다임과 국가 위기관리 시스템을 변화시키는 것과 마찬가지로 최근의 COVID-19도 언택트 문화를 특성으로 하는 New Normal의 시대를 야기하고 있다. COVID-19와 관련된 학술적 연구가 주로 의학, 관광, 경제적인 분야에 초점이 맞추어졌지만, 군사학이나 전쟁이론 측면에서의 연구는 미진한 형편이다. COVID-19가 국가의 생명과 재산상에 막대한 위협을 주고 있기 때문에 전쟁이론 측면에서 COVID-19를 극복해야 할 적으로 간주 할 수 있으며, 전쟁이론 중에 전쟁의 속성과 양상, 승리요인 측면에서 현 COVID-19 상황에 대해 분석이 이루어진다. 정석적 분석 및 설문을 통한 정량적 결과 COVID-19는 전쟁의 속성 및 양상 측면에서 실제 전쟁과 매우 유사한 점이 존재하기 때문에 과거 전쟁의 승리요인을 바탕으로 COVID-19의 효과적인 극복 방안을 도출할 수 있다. 또한 분석적계층과정(AHP)을 통한 극복요인의 우선순위를 분석한 결과 명확한 목표와 동맹관계 확립이 COVID-19를 성공적으로 극복하기 위한 우선 시 되어야 함을 알 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 한국사회의 계층갈등의 지형을 규명하고 불평등의 전개양상에 대한 체계적인 분석을 통해 공감사회에 관한 틀을 마련함으로써 코로나 시대의 극복방안을 제시하고자 한다. 분석결과, 계층에 대한 객관적 차원뿐만 아니라 주관적 차원인 삶에 대한 만족도와 계층의식은 비례하며, 계층적 지위일치의 구성은 양극화를 보여준다. 왜곡된 분배구조와 사회가치에 의해 소득 및 자산격차가 심화되고 있으며 교육격차와 계층의 구조화로 사회이동의 가능성을 굴절시키고 있는 것이다. 이러한 문제는 기회균등이나 제도적 공정성만으로는 치유하기 어려우며, 문화적 가치체계에 대한 냉철한 진단과 과감한 개혁이 필요하다. 코로나 위기극복과정을 통해 과거로 회귀하는 것은 옳지 않으며 잘못된 의식과 관행을 바로 잡아 국가와 사회구성원의 정합성을 재정립해야 한다. 나이가 경제와 글로벌 및 디지털 차원의 혁신과정을 통해 국가발전보다 사회발전을 우선시하고 구성원의 삶 자체를 중시하는 뉴 노멀 시대의 대전환이 요구된다. 갈등해결의 지속성은 사회적 토대로서 공동체에 관한 연대의식에 달려 있으며, 사회구성원의 신뢰와 소통에 바탕을 두는 공감사회가 필요하기 때문이다.

세계적인 경제위기 시기를 맞아 최근 정부는 경제위기 극복은 물론 저탄소 녹색성장을 통하여 경제의 성장동력을 찾고자 노력하고 있다. 그리고 2008년 초에 불어닥친 초고유가 사태는 해양교통시설업무를 추진함에 있어 관련 운영시설의 비효율적인 에너지 낭비 요소를 적극 발굴하고 친환경적인 대체에너지 체계를 적극 도입하는 계기가 되었다. 이에 따라 예산절감 등 정부의 '초 고유가 대응 에너지절약대책'에 부응하기 위하여 추진되었던 태양광발전시스템 확충 등의 자체 개선사례 분석을 통하여 해양교통시설의 친환경 에너지시스템 적용가능성에 관하여 논하고자 한다.

This paper examines how Sedgwick makes a political allegory of founding the nation in domestic terms in The Linwoods (1835). Set in the Revolutionary period, The Linwoods is a historical fiction reconstructed by the writer in order to diagnose currently controversial issues. In this aspect, Sedgwick's interest in history is genealogical in Foucaudian sense. Foucault's genealogical method provides a way of recuperating a part of history hidden, submerged, obliterated by the official history. Seen in a genealogical perspective, the story of the Linwoods can be viewed as a political allegory in order to explore political conflicts of Sedgwick's own day. Faced with the threat of national disunion presented in the Nullification Crisis of sectional conflicts and divisions, Sedgwick attempts to provide a fictional solution to the first serious challenge to the U. S. Constitution. Going back to the times around the American Revolution, Sedgwick emphasizes how strenuously the American Constitution of America was formed as the outcome of the war against the tyranny of Britain, and how the Union was made on the basis of the cooperation between the States. By posing a contrast of political positions between family members, Sedgwick imagines a family/nation that allows diverse political positions. The conclusion of a diversity of marriages between man and woman who agree to be united after overcoming their differences in political affiliations seems to show her conservative proclivity to support the Union. However, by emphasizing the principles of freedom and equality represented by the significant role of Isabella and Rose, an African-American slave, in the victory of the American Revolution, Sedgwick also supports the spirit of the Jacksonian American democracy.
