대학생 자원봉사자의 PGA 정규 투어 프로골프대회 참여 만족·불만족 귀납적 내용분석에 따른 제도적 개선 방안 (Systematic improvement method depending on analysis of inductive contents on university volunteers'satisfaction & dissatisfaction on participating in stipulated PGA pro-golf competitions)

  • 본 연구는 PGA 정규 투어 남자프로골프대회에 자원봉사자로 참석한 대학생들의 참여 만족과 불만족에 대한 귀납적 분석 방법을 통하여 내용을 분석 후 결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구의 대상자는 2019년 "2019 더 CJ컵@나인브릿지 골프대회에 자원봉사자로 참여한 대학생을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 300명의 응답자 중 설문내용이 충실하지 못하다고 판단되는 76부를 제외한 224부를 내용분석 하였다. 먼저 참여 만족의 전체 세부영역인 408개의 원자료를 중심으로 2차 귀납적 범주분석을 실시하여 전체 10개의 세부영역과 5개의 일반영역으로 범주화하였다. 구체적으로 살펴보면, 첫째, "골프대회 경험만족"은 골프대회, 골프정보, 골프장으로 구분되었다. 둘째, "선수만족"은 직접관람, 유명선수로 구분되었으며, 셋째, "환경만족"은 장소만족, 시설만족으로 구분되었고, 넷째, "참여만족"은 봉사만족, 유능감 만족으로 구분되었다. 마지막으로 "대인관계 만족"은 세부영역과 동일하게 적용하여 구분하였다. 참여 불만족의 경우 전체 세부영역인 369개의 원자료를 중심으로 2차 귀납적 범주분석을 실시하여 전체 10개의 세부영역과 3개의 일반영역으로 범주화하였다. 구체적으로 살펴보면, 첫째, "대회운영 시스템 불만족"은 세부적으로 업무 체계 불만, 운영 체계 불만, 관리 체계 불만, 전달 체계 불만으로 구분되었다. 둘째, "자원봉사 처우 불만족"은 자원봉사 처우 불만, 업무과다 불만, 근무시간 불만으로 구분되었으며, 셋째, "자원봉사 복지 불만족"은 식음료 불만, 복장불만, 부대시설 불만으로 구분되었다.

팀 내 리더-구성원 교환관계(LMX) 분화의 원인과 결과 : 팀 수준 분석 (The Antecedents and Outcomes of the Differentiation in Leader-Member Exchange(LMX) within a Team: Team-Level Analysis)

  • Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) model of leadership has suggested that members within the same work team are differentiated in terms of their level of the quality of leader member relationships. However, the differentiation in leader member relationships has not been examined for its possible team-level effects. In this study, the possible impact of this role differentiation on team members' affective reactions was explored. As hypothesized, teams whose members experienced higher level of LMX tended to have higher overall job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and team efficacy. Contrary to expectation, however, the team-level mean on LMX was not related with team-level variability on LMX. Based on these findings, several theoretical and practical Implications are discussed.

  • 본 연구는 일과 생활의 균형(WLB)과 상사신뢰, 직장행복감, 조직몰입 간의 전체적인 구조적 관계를 연구하는 것이다. WLB와 상사신뢰는 직장행복감에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 직장행복감은 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가 그리고 직장행복감의 매개효과를 연구하는 것이다. 대기업 및 중소기업에 근무하는 직장 재직자들을 대상으로 설문자료를 수집하였으며, 연구항목의 타당성과 신뢰성을 확인하고 경로분석 방식으로 연구가설을 검정하였다. 연구가설의 검정결과 WLB와 상사신뢰는 직장행복감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 직장행복감은 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 또한 직장행복감은 WLB와 상사신뢰, 조직몰입 사이를 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 가설검정 결과를 토대로 WLB와 상사신뢰의 수준이 높을수록 직장행복감은 높아지며, 직장행복감이 제고될수록 조직몰입의 수준 역시 높다는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 우리나라 기업 구성원들의 직장행복감과 조직몰입을 달성하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

Work-Life Balance(WLB) 영향요인에 관한 메타 분석 (Meta-Analysis on Factors Influencing Work-Life Balance(WLB))

  • 이 연구의 목적은 Work-Life Balance(WLB)와 관련 다수의 실증 연구 결과물을 토대로 메타분석을 실시하여, WLB와 그 관련변인 간의 관계 양상을 살펴보는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해서 2018년 12월까지 국내에서 발행된 학술지 게재 논문을 연구 분석대상으로 수집하였다. 자료수집은 한국교육학술정보원의 데이터베이스를 활용하였으며, 총 27편의 국내 학술지의 126개 하위그룹의 통계치를 가지고 코딩을 진행하였고, CMA(Comprehensive Meta Analysis) 3.0 프로그램을 활용하여 메타분석을 진행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, WLB와 관련된 전체 평균효과크기는 0.365로 작은 효과 크기를 보였다. 둘째, WLB가 영향을 미치는 종속변인 구분의 효과크기는 직무몰입, 혁신, 성과, 만족 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, WLB 연구의 종속변인이 개인 초점일 때보다는 조직 초점 변인일 경우 효과크기가 두 배 이상 큰 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, WLB 연구의 종속변인이 희생, 직무스트레스, 이직의도와 같이 부적인 영향을 미친다고 선행연구에서 조사된 종속변인은 -0.254의 효과크기를 보였으며, 직무만족, 정서몰입과 같이 정적인 영향의 종속변인은 0.576의 중간 정도의 효과크기를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, WLB 하위요인 구분 간 효과크기는 일-성장 균형, 일-가정 균형, 일-여가 균형 순으로 나타났다.

Dental Coordinator의 직업의식에 관한 주관성 연구 (A Research Relative to the Subjective View on the Occupational Consciousness of the Dental Coordinator)

  • This research is an attempt to establish a basic material in discovering the subjective types of the dental coordinators occupational consciousness, utilizing the Q-Method Theory, which is capable of measuring the subjective nature of human being by scientific and systematic method. The characteristics of each type were analyzed so as to have the dental coordinator to possess the desirable understanding of the occupational view together for them to have self-confidence as a lifetime specialty occupation. Upon completion of the study, it was found that there are three types of subjective views pertaining to the occupational consciousness on the dental coordinator. The result on the analysis of the characteristics is as follows : Type 1 is the Taking Serious View on the Patient Service, which priority is placed on kindness and looking after any difficulties of the patient, namely, it is the type that puts the importance on the high level medical examination and treatment based on good service. Because of the kind service to the patient, those under this category considered their job satisfaction have been improved. It goes without saying that they were developing the services, which satisfy themselves, and it was confirmed that they thought that they should make things smooth for any development of problems that may arise between the patient and the dentist. Type 2 is the Taking Serious View on Career and Organizational Strength. This is a type that aims on the systematic nature of the internal job, namely, organizational strength itself viewed from the stand point thai either self-confident or work merit is proportional to experience. This type is to actively treat the problem and endeavor to solve the issue when dissatisfaction is held by the dental hospital system, which is either followed according to the work responsibility or by an organization having an appropriate system on remuneration, Type 3 is the Placing of Importance on the Overall Circumstances. This is the type that places importance on the overall now of the dental hospital, and it is the type, that most greatly recognizes the importance of the role of the dental coordinator. The dental coordinator should provide the sense of reliability to both the dentist and to the staff of the medical examination and treatment and should be able to adjust smoothly the overall now of the medical treatment. The dental coordinator is expected to be a medical service specialist, who is capable to solve the problems of the staff of the medical treatment intuitively and to adjust the relation between the employees. With the above result, it was found that although there was no mutual exclusiveness between the respective types, there are particular characteristics among each type. Therefore, this research has discovered and analyzed the subjective view types relative to the occupational consciousness of the dental coordinator for the proper understanding on the characteristics of each type to enable the dental sanitary students and the graduates of the Dental Sanitary Department, who are aspiring to become dental coordinator, as the basic guide material to be actively utilized.

치과위생사의 근로생활의 질(QWL)에 관한 연구 (A study of quality of working life to dental hygienist's)

  • Objectives : Dental hygienist's work satisfaction and stress affect the overall quality of work life(QWL). Therefore, this research is intended to suggest fundamental data to improve QWL by finding out characteristics of each work satisfaction and stress element. To this end, a total of 327 dental hygienists working at general hospitals, university hospitals, dental hospitals and dental clinics across Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon were surveyed. Results of survey are as follows. Methods : The collected data were analyzed by using an SPSS 12.0 statistical program, obtaining the following results. The collected data conducted a questionnaire survey for 327 dental hygienists who work at the hospitals, university hospitals, dental hospitals, and dental clinics located at Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Incheon district from January until March, 2009, and drew the conclusions as follows. Result : 1. Demographic characteristics, income from 1.5 to 1.99 million were the whole lot, more than 2 million to less than 1.5 million was similar. Marital status Married Unmarried higher than the atheist religion, Christianity, Catholicism, Buddhism, and other, respectively. Classification by level of education in the college graduate, university graduate, graduate diploma, respectively. 2. Are working in a job-related characteristics of dentistry, dental hospital, general and university hospital, respectively. The making in position, Mount, contractor, responsible, senior, was an intern in the order. The five-day workweek whether working at night and is not going to care whether the conduct was similar. Classification of working hours and 8 hours, 8 hours, 8 hours or less orderly, and total of less than 1-3 years of clinical experience, 5 years, less than one year, less than 3-5 years, respectively. 3. There comes out a significant difference according to age, income, position, gross clinical experience, and whether to put night shift into practice in job stability in terms of the quality subsequent to general characteristics(p<.05). 4. There comes out a significant difference according to marital status, one's place of work, position, whether to put a five-day workweek into practice in work environment and benefits package in terms of the quality subsequent to general characteristics (p<.05). 5. There comes out a significant difference according to age, marital status, income, position, and gross clinical experience in education & training and benefits packages in terms of the quality subsequent to general characteristics(p<.05). 6. There comes out a significant difference according to whether to put night medical treatment into practice in social usefulness in terms of the quality subsequent to general characteristics(p<.05). 7. There comes out a significant difference according to marital status, income, one's place of work, gross clinical experience, work hours, and whether to put a five-day workweek into practice in leisure activity in terms of the quality subsequent to general characteristics(p<.05). 8. There comes out a significant difference according to income, one's place of work, and position in wage level in terms of the quality subsequent to general characteristics(p<.05). 9. There was no significant difference in all items related to human relations and free communication in terms of the quality subsequent to general characteristics(p>.05). Conclusions : It is necessary to analyze factors related to work satisfaction and stress in order to improve dental hygienist's quality of work life. Hospitals must support them systematically and institutionally and related organizations must conduct practical research.

기혼간호사의 양육스트레스와 직무몰입이 재직의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Married Nurses' Parenting Stress and Job Involvement on Retention Intention)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 기혼간호사의 양육스트레스와 직무몰입 및 재직의도의 관계를 파악하고 재직의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 C 지역에 위치한 1개의 대학병원과 200병상 이상의 2개의 종합병원에 재직하고 있는 만 6세 이하의 미취학 자녀가 있는 기혼간호사 174명을 대상으로 수행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료 수집은 설문지를 이용하였으며, 자료수집 기간은 2016년 8월 20일부터 9월 15일 까지였다. 수집된 자료는 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 대상자의 양육스트레스는 4점 만점에 $2.67{\pm}0.54$점, 직무몰입은 5점 만점에 $3.11{\pm}0.58$점, 재직의도는 5점 만점에 $3.56{\pm}0.79$점이었다. 재직의도는 양육스트레스와 부적 상관관계(r=-.186, p=.014), 직무몰입과는 정적 상관관계(r=.345, p<.001)가 있었다. 재직의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인은 교육정도(${\beta}=.28$, p=.042), 근무만족도(${\beta}=.60$, p<.001), 주말근무 여부(${\beta}=.20$, p=.042), 직무몰입(${\beta}=.31$, p<.001), 양육스트레스(${\beta}=-.22$, p=.038)로 확인되었으며, 이들 변수들은 재직의도의 36.8%를 설명하였다(F=21.18, p<.001). 본 연구 결과를 통해 기혼간호사의 재직의도를 향상시키기 위해서는 양육스트레스를 감소시키고 직무몰입을 높일 수 있는 중재 방안이 모색되어야 함을 확인할 수 있었다.

보육교사의 이직의도와 관련된 억제변인의 메타회귀분석 (A Meta-regression Analysis on related Protective Variables of Childcare Teacher's Turnover Intentions)

  • 본 연구는 지난 10년간의 보육교사 이직의도와 관련된 선행연구를 바탕으로 이직의도를 억제하는 변인들의 효과크기를 메타분석을 통해 검증하였고 메타회귀분석을 통해 조사시기와 조사지역에 따른 변화추이를 검증하였다. 연구대상으로는 분석을 위해 효과크기 변환이 가능한 논문 33편을 선정하였다. 연구결과 이직의도와 관련된 억제변인군의 효과크기는 조직외면적, 직무, 조직내면적변인군 순으로 나타났고, 세변인군 모두 중간효과크기를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 조직외면적변인군의 하위변인은 근로시간의 효과크기가 가장 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 직무변인군의 하위변인은 교사효능감과 직무만족이 큰 효과크기를 가진 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직내면적변인군의 하위변인은 대인관계와 원장과의 관계의 관계가 큰 효과크기를 가진 것으로 나타났다. 조사대상, 조사년도에 따른 이직의도 억제와 관련된 변인의 메타회귀분석 결과 모든 연구 개념들이 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 변인들에 대한 상관분석 결과, 복지후생은 수도권외지역보다 수도권지역일 수록 효과크기가 큰 것으로 나타났다.

The Positive Impact of Corporate Ethical Management on Employee Performance

  • Purpose: Prior studies regarding ethical management on worker's performance have primarily focused on specific industries or regions, potentially limiting the generalizability. This gap in knowledge underscores the need for a comprehensive investigation that considers a diverse range of industries and thoroughly examines the multifaceted aspects of ethical management. Research design, data and methodology: The academic search platform used for this study was 'Google Scholar', 'Scopus', and 'Web of Science' indexes various scholarly articles, including peer-reviewed journals and books. By utilizing specific search terms such as "corporate ethical management" and "employee performance," a vast pool of relevant studies was identified. Results: The findings indicated four effects: first, a positive correlation between ethical management practices and heightened employee motivation and engagement; second, an augmentation in organizational commitment and job satisfaction among employees; third, a reduction in turnover rates, indicating enhanced employee retention; and fourth, an elevation in overall productivity and performance outcomes. Conclusions: In sum, this study offers actionable insights, advocating for adopting and reinforcing ethical management strategies as a potent means to foster a high-performance work culture. These encompass fostering a robust ethical framework, cultivating a culture of transparency and open communication, and providing avenues for employees to voice ethical concerns without fear of retribution.

종합병원 간호사의 소진 측정도구 개발 (Development of the Burnout Scale for General Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a measurement tool for burnout in general hospital nurses and verify its reliability and validity. Methods: Construct factors were extracted through an extensive literature review and in-depth interviews with nurses. Psychometric testing was conducted with 550 nurses in a general hospital. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability testing. Results: As a result of factor analysis, 4 factors and 26 items were selected. The burnout factors of general hospital nurses were professional quality of life, work environment excellence, job satisfaction, and negative emotions. The overall coefficient of determination was 46.38%. These factors were validated through convergent, discriminant and concurrent validity testing. The internal consistency reliability was acceptable (Cronbach's α=.91). Conclusions: The Burnout Scale for General Hospital Nurses is a valid and reliable tool that contributes to the assessment of burnout in general hospital nurses. This scale is expected to be used in burnout practice and research of general hospital nurses.
