미용실 여성고객의 연령에 따른 헤어 컷, 퍼머넌트, 염색에 대한 태도 (The Attitude of Hair Cut, Permanent Wave, Coloring by Age in Women's Customer)

  • The purpose of this study is to diagnose actual condition of preference of hair-styling, hair-styling techniques, management, grasping a consumer's consciousness, etc with women living in a city. The survey was gotten to a feminine customer who visited the ten of beauty-shops in shopping center. And statistical data about the actual condition of hair-styling preference realities, hair-styling method and style management was entered into the SPSS statistics analysis system. In brief, be as follows by the results of study. There showed significant difference that noted in hair-style information and basis alternative a beauty salon, there were able to know people whose age is from 20's to 40's got mainly an influence of public media very much and from 40's to 50's got mainly an influence of people around them. Basis alternative of a beauty salon showed significant difference to follow age categories. It appeared that introducing from people around them have a effect on the 20's and 30's, and 40's got an influence of convenience of traffic, and 50's got mainly the shortest distance. In an attitude toward a hair style, especially toward hair cut, a case to do hair cut was most a lot of in own selections, and its result was independent of age categories. The reason that wants to give a chance was most a lot of thinking without an age. Preference length of hair cut showed a significant difference according to age. In permanent section, own selections appeared most regardless of age. And in the permanent motive, also, to have a change appeared most regardless of age. And people had a preference natural to role up to setting regardless of age in permanent wave. In hair color section, women whose age is 20's, 30's, 40's had a motive for a change, on the other hand, 50's and their senior had a motive for a gray hair. Women of all over the age almost knew a fashion color, and they had a preference brown color. In a preference way along a hair color kind, there was a significant difference according to age, also. 20's and 30's did mainly 'semi-permanent coating' and 40's and 50's did mainly 'permanent hair color'. In a attitude about a hair-style management, the more age is young, the more a period is long term. And the more age is old, the more the outlay for price of cut is expensive. But, on the contrary, permanent price showed that the more age is young, the more the outlay for price of permanent is expensive. In hair color, the more age is old, the more a period is short and the more price is low.

저온 blanching 및 갈변저해물질의 처리에 따른 최소가공 감자의 저장 중 품질변화 (Quality Changes in Fresh-Cut Potato (Solanum tuberosum var. Romano) after Low-Temperature Blanching and Treatment with Anti-Browning Agents)

  • 신선절단 감자의 저장 중 갈변저해 및 일정 유통기한 확보를 목적으로 신선절단 감자에 갈변저해 물질과 blanching 처리를 적용 하였다. 사용된 갈변저해 물질은 다양한 갈변저해 물질을 조사하여 그 중 효과적인 갈변저해 현상을 나타내는 화합물 중 일부를 선정, 조합하여 갈변저해 용액(0.5% ascorbic acid+0.5% citric acid+0.5% sodium chloride+0.1% trehalose)으로 조제하고 침지 처리 하였다. 또한 이 갈변저해용액을 $60^{\circ}C$로 가온하여 저온 blanching 처리를 병행한 후 뚜껑이 있는 플라스틱(PET) 용기에 포장하여 $4^{\circ}C$에서 냉장저장 하면서 저장 중 품질 특성의 변화를 조사하였다. 저장기간의 경과에 따라 포장용기 내부의 산소 농도가 감소하고 이산화탄소의 함량은 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다. 신선절단 감자의 갈변을 가장 효과적으로 저해하는 구는 C.S.구(갈변저해용액에만 처리한 경우)로써 저장 14일 경까지도 매우 좋은 외관품질 상태를 유지하고 있었다. PPO 활성은 저장 초기 및 후기 모두 C.S.구에서 가장 낮게 나타났다. 총페놀 함량은 모든 처리구에서 저장 후기로 갈수록 감소하였으나 저장 7일경 일시적으로 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 저장 기간 경과에 따라 가용성 고형분의 함량은 증가하고 있었으며 pH와 적정산도는 각각 처리구 및 저장 기간에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 즉, 외관품질을 중심으로 C.S.구가 가장 효과적인 갈변저해 효과 및 저장품질을 나타내었다.

PCR-DGGE를 이용한 유기농 채소의 유해 미생물 신속 검지 (The Rapid Detection of Pathogens in Organically Grown Vegetables Using PCR-DGGE)

  • 현재 식중독 미생물의 검사에 전통적인 배지법이 다수를 차지하고 있으나 PCR이나 면역 분석법과 같은 신속 검출 법들의 사용이 증가하는 추세이다. 그러나 대개 speciesspecific 프라이머를 이용한 PCR에 의한 DNA 증폭산물을 전기영동을 통해 확인하는 방법을 사용하고 있는데 이는 각종 균주에 대해 각기 다른 프라이머를 사용하여야하는 단점이 있다. 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위하여 본 연구에서 는 여러 가지 균주를 동시에 신속하게 검지할 수 있도록 PCR-DGGE 기술을 연구하게 되었다. 그 결과 6종(S. typhimurium, P. fluorescens, B. cereus, S. aureus, E. coli, L. monoytogenes)의 유해 미생물을 선정하였고 DGGE 상에서 확실한 분리능을 보여 유해미생물의 인공마커로 사용할 수 있음을 보였다. 또한 실제 PCR-DGGE 기법을 사용하기 위하여 채소에서의 유해미생물 검출 감도를 확인한 결과 B. cereus를 제외한 5종(S. typhimurium, P. fluorescens, S. aureus, E. coli, L. monoytogenes)의 균들은 모두 $10^1$ CFU/g까지 검출할 수 있었고 B. cereus는 $10^3$ CFU/g이상 채소에 존재할 때 검출할 수 있었다. 또한 균질화 방법에 따라서 식물 DNA와 유해 미생물 간의 경쟁적 증폭현상이 일어남도 확인할 수 있었다. 이로써 본 연구에서는 유해 미생물의 검지, 인공마커의 제조, 식물 DNA와 유해미생물간의 경쟁적 증폭 현상 방지책과 유해미생물의 검출 감도 확인 및 염기서열을 통한 동정을 통해 PCR-DGGE가 식품에서 유해 미생물의 신속 검지 방법으로써 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 향후 국내 식품소비 패턴이 유기농 채소의 수요와 공급이 날로 증대 되고 있기 때문에 PCR-DGGE 기법이 유기농 채소들의 식중독 균에 대한 database를 구축하여 안전성을 확보하는데 기여할 수 있다고 생각된다.

효모 배양액으로부터 재조합 모넬린의 정제와 특성 연구 (Purification and Characterization of Recombinant Monellin Produced from Yeast Culture Medium)

  • The monellin, a sweet-taste protein, was expressed and secreted in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The secreted menellin was concentrated using an ultrafiltration membrane with a nominal molecular weight cut off of 3,000 or by ammonium sulfate precipitation. The monellin was purified by G-25 gel filtration chromatography, followed by CM-Sepharose ion exchange chromatography. The purified monellin was characterized by SDS-PAGE (SDS-Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis) and PHLC. The molecular weight of monellin was found to be 10,700 dalton, and its purity was over 95%.

  • In this paper, surface acoustic wave (SAW) bandpass filter is designed using the Fourier series approach and the I$_{0}$-shin window function. And also we studied a method to realize SAW filter using the apodized ID transducer which was fabricated with aluminum metallization of about 1500 A over .deg. thickness on Y-cut Z-propagating LiNbO$_{3}$, crystal by photolithographic technique (lift-off method). Experimental results on SAW bandpass filter responses show good agreements with the theoretical characteristics.s.

분산형 Amalgam에 대한 임상적 연구

  • The purpose of this study was to observe clinical behavior on a national dispersant amalgam alloy, KISTCAP which newly developed by the KIST (Korea Instute for Science and Technology) in Korea. The results were as follows: 1. There was no significant difference in manipulating between the above mentioned alloy and the conventional lathe cut alloy. 2. The condensation pressure for this alloy was relatively less than that of conventional one. 3. More time was needed to polish the surface of this amalgam filling body than the conventional one. 4. No notable difference was seen in the over-all clinical behavior between the Whitecap and kistcap, except the latter one showed a little more tendency in redish color.

  • A study is drawn up its result's tables and graphs by measuring tools(outside micrometer cylinder gauge and dial caliper gauge) on the difference of diameter volumes from before-discharge and after-discharge under 52 Kind's experimental condition by cupper and graphite electrode of CNC EDM. The EDM is attached with A.V.R. and memory scope for keep up accuracy and the fixed table of work piece is used in order to eliminate the noise by the internal resistance of it and forcing to eradicate the discharge liquid. It is analyzed cutting conditions to compare its wave value and pulse time.(Ton Toff) through voltage and current for decreasing working error.

  • This is the abstract of lecture on Electro-optic characteristics of D-KDP crystal and its application for high speed shutter made by Dr. Naomi Furuya; The professor of Yamanashi University in Kofu Japan on March 31, 1973 for KEEI in the auditorium of Korea Electric Company. His lecture is listened by KEEI members that KDP Z-cut crystal can be utilized as a high speed shutter of 10$^{-6}$ second, combining special camera and 2-3KV electrical impulse generator and also recording slide photographs on tungoten lamp crystal voltage and melting fuse phenomena due to over-current taken by this special equipment had been demonstrated.

Speaker Change Detection Based on a Graph-Partitioning Criterion

  • Speaker change detection involves the identification of time indices of an audio stream, where the identity of the speaker changes. In this paper, we propose novel measures for the speaker change detection based on a graph-partitioning criterion over the pairwise distance matrix of feature-vector stream. Experiments on both synthetic and real-world data were performed and showed that the proposed approach yield promising results compared with the conventional statistical measures.

  • Three phase PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) converter of the small-scale wind power system is able to charge battery under the rated wind speed regions. However, it is impossible to control output power of converter at the over win speed region because back-EMF(Electro Motive Force) of PMSG(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator) is higher than the battery terminal voltage of PMSG is reduced. However, the cut-off wind speed exists although battery charging algorithm is implemented by flux weakening control method. Therefore, this paper performs analysis of other factors which affects limitation wind speed. The validity of the analysis are verified through simulation.
