Although the physical therapy of both East and West has been based on an identical philosophy, they have had their own therapy with difference in its form and pattern. In general, cupping is used to diagnose and treat viscera by means of acupuncture point, and myofascial release is also used for both diagnosis and orthopedic treatment on the basis of trigger point and myofascial however, when they have a lot of identical facts such as using both mental and physical aspects of human beings for treatment, keeping nervous action balanced, and recovering depressed nervous functions and relieving the pain. In addition. their identical fact includes that they tend to treat patients by using symptoms and reaction shown in their skin, and that both East and West try to consider myofascia as an integrated totality and as a unified body of organic functions with correlations. Among the principles of myofascial release, recently, it has been very identical that stimulus given to the skin results in synapse to sympathetic nerve through dosal horn cell has an effect on viscera, and that cupping is sued for diagnosis and treatment of viscera. It is required, therefore, to continue to carry out studying on this field.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the research trend of Korean traditional medicine for musculoskeletal disorders related to wrist and hand under Korean healthcare facilities. Methods We collected data from search engines for research including foreign and domestic online database using the keywords ligament tendon, wrist sprain, tendinitis, trigger finger, carpal tunnel, ganglion cyst, de Quervain's and Raynaud. Results A total of 45 articles were about ligament tendon, wrist sprain, tendinitis, tenosynovitis, trigger finger, carpal tunnel syndrome, ganglion cyst, de Quervain's tenosynovitis and Raynaud disease. Out of 45 articles, 20 articles were about carpal tunnel syndrome and the most commonly used measurement was visual analog scale. Conclusions This study shows the research trend of musculoskeletal disorders related with the wrist and hand. Through the collected data, the treatment methods and specific information of treatments were organized. This study can be used in clinical environments and will contribute for further study in musculoskeletal disorders related with the wrist and hand.

Because of the inherent flexibility in their design for improved material properties, composites have wide applications in aerospace vehicles and automobiles. The purpose of this study is to investigate the energy absorption characteristics of CFRf (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics) tubes on static and impact tests. Static compression tests have been carried out using the static testing machine(Shin-gang buckling testing machine) and impact compression tests have been carried out using the vertical crushing testing machine. When such tubes were subjected to crushing loads, the response is complex and depends on the interaction between the different mechanisms that control the crushing process. The collapse characteristics and energy absorption were examined. Trigger and interlaminar number affect the energy absorption capability of CFRP tubes.

Compared to research on the success of IT projects in general, research on the management of conflict in IT teams and its impact on project success is insufficient. This research performed a comparative study to analyze the nature and evolving phenomenon of conflicts in IT project teams. This study aimed at; First, Why a conflict is created within and around an IT project team. Second, What is the phenomenon of conflict evolution, diffusion, and/or resolution? Third, How the differences in conflict management style affects the IT project performance? Three propositions were drawn from the analysis of two intensive analysis of conflict cases and their comparison. Proposition 1 : Both 'the method of pointing out a problem' and 'the pointed-out contents' can be the trigger of conflicts around an IT project. Proposition 2 : While the focus of attention of one party is 'the method of pointing out a problem', if the other's and focus of attention of one party is 'the pointed-out contents', that is, if the focus of attention mismatch, the conflict can be amplified. Proposition 3 : According to the temporal nature of the relationship, e.g., short-term versus long-term, the way people approach and deal with the conflict differs.

본 논문에서는 30cm 이하의 단거리의 물체를 인식하기 어려운 초음파 센서의 특성을 개선하기 위하여 2개의 커패시터 초음파 트랜스듀서를 사용하여 송신과 수신을 분리함으로써 단거리 측정과 무선에 의한 원거리 정밀 측정이 가능한 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 무선으로 송수신 하도록 설계되었으며 무선으로 연결된 송신, 수신의 동기를 일치시켜야 한다. 트리거 펄스는 10Hz이며, 이 주파수는 무선 모듈에서 데이터를 전송하기에 매우 낮은 주파수이므로 캐리어 신호와 트리거 신호를 합성 및 분리하는 방법을 제안한다. 개발한 시스템은 범용 마이크로프로세서인 8051을 이용하여 구현하였으며, 그 유용성을 입증하기 위한 실험 결과 송신 센서와 수신 센서를 마주보게 배치하여 송신 초음파가 수신 초음파 센서로 직접 보낼 때 센서간의 거리가 0mm부터 측정이 가능하며 송신 센서에서 초음파가 송신되고 물체에 반사한 후 수신 센서로 수신되었을 때 7cm부터 물체를 감지하였다.

하나의 아미노산 서열의 기능이 밝혀지면, 그와 유사한 서열 구조를 가지고 있는 서열의 기능도 유추해 낼 수 있다. 또한 기능이 밝혀진 단백질의 아미노산 서열을 변화시키거나 유용한 단백질을 만드는 것도 가능하다. 이 과정에서 하나의 원본 단백질 서열에 대하여 다른 서열 구성을 가지고 있는 여러 가지 단백질 서열이 생겨 날 수 있다. 여기서, 원본 단백질을 변화시켜 만든 단백질 버전 서열과 단백질의 주석정보를 저장 및 관리하는 체계적인 기법이 요구된다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 로컬 서열 정렬 기법을 적용한 단백질 아미노산 서열의 버전관리 기법과 트리거를 적용한 단백질 주석데이터의 이력 관리 기법을 제시하였다. 제안된 기법을 통하여 원본 서열과 버전서열의 유사도 측정 및 버전 관리의 자동화와 저장 공간을 감소시킬 수 있다. 또한 단백질 정보의 이력을 저장하고 서열 변화 정보를 분석하여 돌연변이 연구에 의한 유용한 단백질 개발 및 신약 개발이 가능하다.

본 논문에서는 높은 홀딩 전압을 갖는 SCR(silicon-controlled rectifier)기반 양 방향성 ESD 보호회로를 제안하였다. 일반적인 ESD 보호회로와 달리 양방향의 ESD Stress mode의 방전경로를 제공하며 높은 홀딩전압으로 latch-up면역 특성을 갖어 효과적인 ESD보호를 제공한다. 또한, 높은 홀딩전압을 위한 설계변수인 Gate Length와 N+bridge Length의 길이 변화에 따른 시뮬레이션을 Synopsys사의 TCAD 시뮬레이터를 사용하여 확인 하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 2.1V에서 6.5V까지 홀딩 전압의 증가로 latch-up 면역 특성을 개선 하였으며, 기존 SCR보다 6.5V의 낮은 트리거 전압특성을 갖고 있어 제안된 ESD 보호 회로는 5V 이상의 공급전압을 갖는 application에 적용 가능하다.

Tetralogy of Fallot has shown its familial aggregation in several familial studies. This reported case is another example which occurred in a family in two brothers. They revealed no cytogenetic abnormalities, but the anatomical cardiac malformation of them showed much similarity, total conal defect in ventricular septum and .one had patent foramen ovale, the other atrial septal defect. The familial recurrence tendency of Tetralogy of Fallot as well as other congenital heart diseases could be explained on multifactorial inheritance as shown in many reports. In spite that we couldn`t find out any environmental trigger or teratogens, our case may be accepted on the base of multifactorial mechanism.

The matrix-type superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) using YBCO thin film consists of the trigger and current-limiting parts. We fabricated the matrix-type SFCL with the integrated current limiting modules. we carried out the experiment of matrix-type SFCL with the integrated current limiting modules connected in series or parallel. We saw current characteristics due to ratio of change the shunt resistance and turns. We confirmed that the difference of critical current between superconducting units was decreased by increment of current flowing into the reactor which applied the magnetic field into the superconducting units..
