This study has been conducted to find out the characteristics of the form and the color of make-up in Oriental traditional plays by comparing the characteristics of Hahoe masque, which is one of Koran traditional plays with those of Chinese Peking Opera and Japanese Noh plays. The object of the study was confined to the make-up of women players. The distinguished characteristics of women make-up of oriental traditional plays are as followings. First, the make-up of woman players in Korean Hahoe masque adopts mask make-up and expresses the mental state of players very realistically. Second, the women players in Chinese Peking Opera wear face make-up and it is beautifully expressed but not exaggerated. Third, most of Japanese Noh players wear face make-up. However, only women players wear mask make-up so that they might express non-realistic mood. Overall, the women players in Korean Ha-hoe masque adopt mask make-up, Chinese Peking Opera face make-up, and Japanese Noh both mask and face make-up.

This study is to identify culturally the psychological effect of men and women's make-up, to examine men and women's tendency toward make-up and to figure out relationships between their psychological properies and its functions in modern society for the psychological analysis of Inspection(望診). This study has verified that makeup has a positive effect on their interpersonal relationships, psychological reation and self-confidence as well as it meets their fundamental aesthetic needs. The makeup of the psychological action on men and women is different as eroticism, feminism and etc. The social and cultural backgrounds of make-up are the needs of a variety of fashion, trend of public opinion, a cultural difference and etc. And further studies about psychological reason why they wear makeup need to be made. Makeup has an effect on their looks and it has a psychological effect of being able to decorate and move their mind. Finally, it is anticipated that the study for psychological approach to makeup could contribute on the study for positive makeup treatment and basic foundation of Inspection(望診) and physiognomy(觀相) in Oriental medicine.

The purpose of this study was to find how hybrid fashion and make-up responses to multiculturalism condition and how expression of hybrid. Today, every culture has taken on the compromise form by means of the cultural difference, variety, and pluralism according to the internationalization and the advance. In accordance with this current of the times, this study observed the hybrid found in the multiculturalism of the 21th century. The expression of hybrid in multiculturalism of contemporary fashion and make up combination of difference. Second, the society development and a generalized knowledge of multiculturalism and hybrid and history of make up. Third, characteristic of fashion about multiculturalism and characteristic of fashion about hybrid classify a divide into five according to fashion trend. As modern fashion trends show oriental motif since the transition of post-modernism, a number of great fashion designers such as Givenchy and Jean-Paul Gautier applied the concept of Orientalism to their fashion design. Total fashion is a trend in which make-up, hair-style, and accessories. together with clothing itself are considered a complete fashion as a whole, and sometimes appeals much to consumers. Given that the previous studies on Orientalism have focused only on clothing. this research aims at examining Orientalism with a total fashion approach to simultaneously study make-up, hair-style, accessories, and clothing, and showing that traditional oriental beauty is expressed by total fashion in which the past appeared again through the process of creative application. We analyzed the Orientalism total fashion from 1990 through 2001 and summarized the national differences among these countries in the following. First, China has a uniformed clothing. make-up, and hair-style as shown its traditional play, "KyungKeuk" and traditional costume, Chipao. Second, Japanese unique traditional costume has been passed on through its traditional costume, Kimono, and traditional play, "Kabuki" Finally, in Korea, make-up, hair-style and the design of the traditional costume. Hanbok, as appeared in "Myindo(means a picture of a beauty) Painted in the Chosun Era are applied and reappeared without much change. It is advised to note that the Orientalism fashion to be discussed in this study is limited to China, Japan, and Korea in Asia.Japan, and Korea in Asia.

The study has sought to explore how fashion emerges as a comprehensive tool of dress for increasing its brand appeal and express one's artistic sense and fashion by using everything from make-up to hair to trappings. Therefore, when it comes to fashion trends reflected in collections, the study is designed to improve understanding of make-up as one of the elements of total fashion and to help create diverse ideas in expressing creative and free make-up that can help perfect fashion concept in harmony with all the other elements. The study has pondered upon collection, trends and fashion make-up through literature study, and has gathered image data via the Internet. It also has conducted analysis of Ethnic style reconstructed combining past and the future, East and the West, and futurism style using asymmetrical forms without no defined patterns and hi-tech textures, which emerges as a result of post-modernism. The results of the study are as follows. Ethnic fashion that pursues strange and exotic beauty is characterized by its simple and idyllic images of traditional costume in Asia or primitive clothes in Africa. Make-up represent images of matt and pale skin, tanned yellow, glossy and thickly powered squeaky white skin. Point make-up highlighted eye lines, red chick, small and voluptuous red lips. Hair and accessory seeks diversity combining various ethnic styles together such as oriental, Indian, Islam and Africa. In addition, future-oriented fashion of the 21st century, twists in texture, various kinds of materials and changes in technique help give impressions of freedom and bizarreness.

Computerization is recognized as simple supporting tools up to recently but Information is made for the improvement of company's outcome beyond the assistant tools and is emerged as core tools of creating new opportunities for company in point of management strategy. But Information plays minor role in Korean Institute of Oriental Medicine(KIOM) yet. Information has not processed systematically because of lack of understanding and budget in KIOM. The purpose of this research is to make plan for knowledge information which is aimed to make effective supporting and strengthening the ability of KIOM's research, until 2013. Also we tried to find new project s for information and to apply the result to planned information projects. The final goal of this study is to make mid/long-term information plan of KIOM. We applied the general information strategy planning(ISP) method which is progressed as analysis of information technology, analysis of information status, design of future model and extraction of action plan order. First, we examined the information elements for the advanced management from analysis of management environment and analyzed information technology trends. Second, we list up the gaps and problems of KIOM's information status and define the future model to solve this problems. It is showed the road map of time and budget for future model to progress systematically inner-information of purpose. We hope that information of KIOM will be conducted successfully.

The objectives of this study were to examine the present state of Oriental clinical service based on Constitutional medicine and to make an accurate estimate of it's scale in 2015. The data for this study were collected from a questionnaire survey to 335 Traditional Korean Medical doctors who were selected as random samples. And this questionnaire is consist of several inquiries related with management and application of constitutional medicine. The 38.8% facilities of all Oriental medical centers and Clinics in the whole country are applying Constitutional medicine for treating patients. The 8,870 persons in all health workers are engaged in Constitutional clinical service. The proportion of sales by Constitutional clinical services to the total sales by Traditional clinical service is 26.6% in 2007. The proportion of application to medical care insurance by Constitutional clinical service is 21.6% of all amounts. After taking these results into consideration, the sales of Constitutional clinical service now are estimated to make up 26.6% percent of the total traditional medical service and the amount of it's sales in 2015 is expected to increase up to 2.8 times as much as the current quantity.

Traditionally, Korean Medicine put emphasis on the treatment and health-preserve method that corresponds with circulation of nature. And acupuncture is no exception to this rule. In "Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經)", some chapters present method that is changed according to the seasons. Among the chapters, there are some difference, but we can find a general theory. In spring, Yanggi(陽氣) is coming out but not strong and cannot diffuse. so the Yanggi(陽氣) hang up the middle of outer layer. Therefore, we can take some acupoints around the muscle interspace[分腠] or tiny branches of Meridian[孫絡]. In summer, Yanggi(陽氣) flourish and boil all around of the outer layer. So, we can take some acupunctural points from skin to the yang-meridian. In both fall and winter, five su point[五輸穴] make up almost of point. in fall, yanggi begin convergence. we can remove the Eum-pathogen[陰邪] and help the normal convergence by using Stream point[腧穴], River point[經穴] and Sea point[合穴]. In winter, Eum surround so solidly that the neo Yanggi(陽氣) cannot come out. So, we can break the yin by using Well point[井穴] and make be strong by Spring point[滎穴]. If we Study the method that correspond with the seasonal circulation more, we will be able to treat diseases more minutely.

This study for hair, traditional ornamentation and make up style of Korea, China, Japan. Their special aesthetic character of hair ornamentation and styles are similar difference of costume aesthetics. First we study about hair style of three countries We can find their different development characteristics of aesthetics and customes, cultural style of three countries. It is translated plain and simple for Korean, exaggerative and decorative for Chinese, romantic decoravive and decoration of Tang Dynasty influnced for Japanes. All styles are showed in modern oriental styles.

The Syndrome Differentiation(辨證) means to make diagnosises and to classify symptoms based oriental medicine theory. Questionnaires and clinical decision support system would assist the doctor checks up symptoms of a patient. We analyze about domestic and foreign patents and papers of these diagnosis tools and catch the trend. In patents, the system examines by telemedicine and offers medical information and prescriptions to patient. Papers was itemized fields ; theory, methods of analysis, clinical application, questionnaire, clinical decision support system. The results of this research can be applied to develop the high-quality tool to support syndrome differentiation.
