본 연구는 실제 분류 시스템 개발자들의 행태를 이해하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여, 협력행태를 중심으로 협력의 유형, 협력에 영향을 미치는 요인, 협력이 분류 시스템 개발에 미치는 영향 등을 조사하였다. 또한 협력에 대한 이해가 분류 교육자, 연구자, 개발자에게 제공하는 의의를 논의하였다. 자료는 문헌조사, 현장인터뷰, 관찰법, 이메일의 방법을 통하여 수집되었다. 본 연구는 이미지 분류 시스템 개발팀을 대상으로 조사하였으며 사회과정모델을 연구의 프레임워크로 채택하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 간호사를 대상으로 한 경력개발 관련 국내 연구의 최신 동향을 탐색하여 향후 간호 보건 분야에서 경력관련 논문의 이론적 접근과 실천적 방향성을 제시하고자 시행하였다. 연구 대상은 2008년부터 2017년까지 10년간 국내 학술지에 실린 간호사 경력개발 관련 연구였다. 검색 데이터베이스 RISS 및 KISS등을 통해 검색어를 '간호', '간호사', '경력', '경력개발', '경력개발 프로그램', '경력관리'로 하여 검색된 논문 중 최종 29편의 논문을 분석대상으로 선정하였다. 분석은 전체적인 동향분석을 위해 연도별, 출처별, 연구설계 및 대상자 별로 살펴보았고, 주제 별 경향성을 파악하기 위해서는 내용분석방법을 채택하였다. 내용분석 결과 상위 범주로 경력개발과 경력개발결과로 나뉘었고, 경력개발의 하위범주로 조직 경력관리, 개인경력관리 경력개발결과의 하위범주로 경력성과로 나뉘었다. 하위범주인 개인경력관리는 경력탐색, 경력계획, 경력정체, 경력단절로 구성되어 있었고, 조직경력관리는 CLS개발 및 적용, CLS 인식도 조사, 경력개발 모형구축으로 구성되어 있었다. 경력성과는 경력몰입, 조직몰입, 이직의도, CLS 적용 후 변화, 경력만족, 경력변경의도 순으로 구성되어 있었다. 그리고 가장 많이 다룬 주제는 경력성과 중 경력몰입으로 나타났다. 따라서 앞으로 경력개발 관련 간호연구의 방향성은 개인 차원과 조직차원의 욕구를 부합시킨 통합적인 연구가 필요하며, 또한 대상자, 연구설계와 연구주제에 있어서의 다양성이 요구된다.

본 연구에서는 국토교통부의 지방청 조직의 재설계를 통해 건설사업관리를 활성화하기 위한 방안을 제시하고 있다. 재설계 방안은 지방청 현황분석, 현업 요구사항 분석, 국 내외 선진사례분석을 통해 수립된 조직 통합 및 광역화, 사업관리 조직화, 지식관리 조직화라는 3대 개선방향을 바탕으로 도출되었다. 이후 조직 재설계방안을 구현하기 위해 16개의 추진과제를 도출하였으며, 이들 과제에 대한 중요도, 실현가능성 및 선 후행관계를 바탕으로 추진일정계획을 수립하였다. 수립된 추진일정계획을 바탕으로 도출된 추진과제를 성공적으로 수행한다면, 국토교통부 지방청 조직의 건설사업관리가 보다 활성화 될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다. 궁극적으로는 시설 운영 및 유지보수관리로 대변되는 비핵심역량 영역을 외부에 위탁하고, 지방청 역량을 신규 SOC 건설에 대한 사업관리에 집중함으로써 비용절감 및 대국민 서비스향상을 이룰 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

This study is about an architectural change for traditional hospitals to meet the challenges of the rapidly changing general hospital through a case study on specialized centers in Korea. Rapidly changed social facts are made new paradigm which is not functional organization but patient centered. It makes many changes from traditional hospital to specialized center, such as disease based care organization, cancer center. The purpose of this study is to find architectural design guidelines for general hospitals which are struggling to change from to functionally organized hospital to the new disease and organ based care center that are patient focused. In order to find applicable design guidelines, analyze general hospital's organizational features and their factors.

In the recent society of knowledge industry, a changed phenomenon of domestic corporate culture, Work Smart working in creative and various ways beyond time and space is emerged from Work Hard working just hard. Thus, many corporations are trying to configure the emotional space beside the work space to make effective and creative achievements in free work environment out of rigid organizational culture in the past. This space is called Amenity space which enables to implement physical and psychological healings simultaneously and this is not a place for rest like in the past industry society. This research suggests distinctive characteristics of other amenity furniture unlike general furniture by analyzing the variously suggested change of forms of amenity furniture for Work Smart and the changes of configuring key factors such as forms, structures and functions of amenity furniture.

Purpose - The pool of entrepreneurs with progressive qualities such as creativity and innovation was considered concurrently with such factors as work and capital that stimulate economic development and growth. This study aims to present a model to support the development of a strategic approach for achieving an overall academic entrepreneurship system in Iran. Research design, data, and methodology - The research design of this study is based on applied research because of its objectives, using principles and techniques formulated for basic research to solve operational and real organizational issues. This design also drives the method used, describing and interpreting the findings. Secondary data (library research) was used for this study's data collection. Because of this research's essential characteristics, no hypothesis is launched, and no research setting, questionnaire design, population or population sampling, validity or reliability tests, or statistical analysis are needed. Results and Conclusions - The model is created using a strategic approach acting in an octal setting comprising social, cultural, legal, economic, political, technological, competitive, and natural environments to present a conceptual framework for future studies.

This research aims at the provision for all of the basic data upon the arrangement of organization and allocation which include the details of required spaces and adequate area in the design of Multipurpose Senior Centers. This analyzed research is to be proposed for Multipurpose Senior Center in various local areas in the city, it aims to clarify the existing condition in the operation of each organizational required space. Further more this research examines their relationship between the facilities available and the population use of the local elderly age. Consequently, the Daejeon Multipurpose Senior Center, including participation in the program and the very high frequency of use of the room entails a smooth progress of the program, improves the quality of space and based on the initial design is fully reflected in the step.

An ecconomically competitive automated manufacturing system integrates the various control processes and data used in design, manufacturing, sale and service of products. CIM is a way to achieve such integration through computers and computational techniques in design, planning, and manufacturing. Developing effective CIM architectures is hampered by integration problems. The key to resolving these problems lies in a better understanding of manufacturing function and how it is related to other manufacturing functions. Integration of CIM environment requires coordinated solutions to data management problems for individual application system as well as for exchange of data between these applications. This requires a common framework for data management throughout the CIM environment. This paper discusses the design paradigm as a framework for this purpose. Designing an organizational structure to meet those goals involves 1) analyzing the functions through functional decomposition, 2) developing a data model to coordinate functions. As a result, we propose an object-oriented design methodology for manufacturing information system.

Human factors is a key issue in the maritime industry including ship design and navigation safety. Human factors for ship design is to optimize safety and convenience of crews and passengers. And human factors for navigation safety is to minimize marine accident occurrence by human and organizational error. There are several technical requirements to incorporate human factors and marine system Risk analysis. human behaviour analysis and human M&S(modeling and simulation) are examples of technical requirements. This paper provides the key issues and technologies of human factors for ship design and navigation safety.

As facing the rapid advance of information technologies, the postal service is required to have capabilities of real-time logistics characterized by collaboration, ubiquity and intelligence which are necessary to the organizational management. In this study we discuss the design of the next generation information system based on real-time enterprise strategy to achieve real-time integrity and upgrade of postal information system. After briefly addressing the issues on developing information system and current situation, we provide the design direction and the framework of the to-be system. We develop detailed specification of each subsystem and provide an operational scenario. We believe when this framework is put into use, it can contribute to competitive performance by giving the integrity and consistency in implementing information systems of the Korea Postal Service.
