The neutron decay constant, ${\alpha}$, and effective delayed neutron fraction, ${\beta}_{eff}$, are important parameters for the control of the dynamic behavior of nuclear reactors. For the heavy water zero power reactor (HWZPR), this document describes the measurements of the neutron decay constant by noise analysis methods, including variance to mean (VTM) ratio and endogenous pulse source (EPS) methods. The measured ${\alpha}$ is successively used to determine the experimental value of the effective delayed neutron fraction as well. According to the experimental results, ${\beta}_{eff}$ of the HWZPR reactor under study is equal to 7.84e-3. This value is finally used to validate the calculation of the effective delayed neutron fraction by the Monte Carlo methods that are discussed in the document. Using the Monte Carlo N-Particle (MCNP)-4C code, a ${\beta}_{eff}$ value of 7.58e-3 was obtained for the reactor under study. Thus, the relative difference between the ${\beta}_{eff}$ values determined experimentally and by Monte Carlo methods was estimated to be < 4%.

The Giant Magellan Telescope Organization (GMTO) is developing the GMT Software Development Kit (SDK) for the Observatory Control System (OCS). The SDK models a subsystem of the GMT using a Domain Specific Language (DSL) which can generate a skeleton code and validates the availability of the model automatically. The OCS includes a Device Control System (DCS) and all the devices are connected with the DCS via EtherCAT. The DCS has a component (Hardware Adapter) to communicate with EtherCAT slaves. In this presentation, we demonstrate the modeling process and describe the importance and usage plan of the SDK.

APT공격은 특정 목표를 두고, 지속적으로 공격하는 신종 해킹기법으로 해커가 다양한 보안위협을 악용해 특정 기업이나 조직의 네트워크에 지속해서 공격하는 것을 APT 공격이라고 한다. 특정 조직 내부 직원의 PC를 장악한 후, 내부 서버나 데이터베이스에 접근하여 개인정보 유출 사고나 중요자료 유출과 같이 기업이나 기관 내 중요 자산 탈취에 성공할 때까지 공격하는 것이 특징이다. 또한, APT 공격은 한순간에 공격이 이루어지지 않고 있으며, 수년에 거쳐 이루어지므로 해킹 감지가 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 지속적인 APT 공격에 대해 고찰하고, 대응방안을 제시하여 각 조직에 근무하는 경영진부터 일반 직원까지 보안 필요성을 인식하고 교육하고 보안 관리체계를 구축을 목표로 한다. 또한, 보안 업데이트, 최신 백신을 설치하여 악성코드 침투를 예방하는 방법을 제시하여 기업이나 조직은 항상 해킹당할 수 있다는 인식을 심어주어 조직 내에 근무하는 사람들은 악성 코드가 침투할 수 있는 취약점을 설명하고, APT공격에 대응할 수 있는 환경을 제시한다.

"International Safety Management(ISM) Code" means the International Management Code for the Safe Operation of Ships and for Pollution Prevention as adopted by the Assembly, as may be amended by the International Maritime Organization. This Code have brought into force internationally since 1th July, 1998 by incorporated to the new Chapter Ⅸ in the SOLAS Convention. Accordingly those States which give effect to the SOLAS Convention will have to ensure that rules giving effect to the Code are introduced into their domestic legislation. The purpose of this Code is to provide an international standard for the safe management and operation of ships and for pollution prevention, by this to reduce the maritime casualty which could caused by neglect of person. To achieve this purpose the ISM Code specifies a number of broad 'safety management objectives' for owning or operation companies, and it requires that such companies should establish, implementing and maintain a written Safety Management System(SMS) covering a whole range of safety environmental and related matters. These requirements of the Code could effect on the carrier in some points such as duty of due diligence to care for cargo, due diligence to make the vessel seaworthy and burden of proof etc. In this respect, We should know that the ISM Code could effect on the carrier advantageously or disadvantageously subject to whether the carrier observed the requirement of the ISM Code. Although it does not add cause of liability or increase limitation of liability imposed to the carrier.

Transposition cell to point and Heightened brightness of color using pointillism of painting. Led lighting cell object is expressed being decoded by digital code.

2006년 2월 23일 스위스 제네바에서 국제노동기구의 총회에서 해사노동협약을 채택하였으며 이 협약은 전문과 본문, 규칙, 코드 A 및 코드 B의 4 단계로 구성되어 있다. 따라서 향후 이 협약의 발효에 대비하여 선원법 등 관련 법령의 개정이 필요하며 해사노동증서의 발급 및 해사노동적합선언서의 준비와 관련한 검사 기관의 지정 및 관계자의 교육 등에 관한 법령이 제정되어야 할 것이다.

Government Organization and Public Institution have been developed many kinds of agricultural information systems such as agricultural policy, cultivated technology, marketing, and trade so on since 2000. Farm management conditions are diverse and complex more and more. Therefore, farmer want to service the specific agricultural information. Farmer don't like to access many Web sites to retrieve agricultural informations. They hope to receive one-stop its service. Government Organization began to review its information in order to make them more customized agricultural information service. We came up with an effective plan and Service Standardization Code for integrating agricultural technology informations in 2009. We can guide to carry out an effective portal service of agricultural information because we have a good experience about integrating information and system. This paper suggested the service scheme of integrated agricultural information for improving accessibility its information to farmer.

1986년부터 1994년까지 진행된 우루과이라운드 협상의 결과로 1995년에 WTO(World Trade Organization：세계무역기구)가 설립되었다. 2001년 총 140여 개 국을 두고, 세계 무역의 총 90%를 차지하는 WTO의 출범으로 세계 경제는 무한 경쟁 시대를 맞이하게 되었으며 특히, 건설 분야에서는 대형 외국 건설 기업들이 후진국 건설 과제의 확보를 위하여 WTO에서 작성한 '건설자유경쟁사항'을 제시하였다. 또한 현재 각 국가별 공업 규격을 조정ㆍ통일하고, 물자와 서비스의 국제적 교류를 유도하며, 지적, 과학적, 경제적 활동 분야에서 세계 상호간의 협력을 증진하는 ISO(International Standardizing Organization)규정에 의해 많은 나라들은 자국의 이익을 보존하며, 나아가 국가간의 경쟁에서 낙오되지 않기 위한 발빠른 대응책을 마련하고 있는 실정이다. 일례로 유럽 국가들은 그 지역에 적합한 건설 시방서를 작성하기 시작하여 최근에는 EC2(European Code 2)를 출판한 실정이고, 아시아에서는 ACMC(Asian Concrete Model Code：아시아 콘크리트 모델 시방서)를 1990년도 초반부터 연구 작성하기 시작하였다.(중략)

IMO는 1994년 해양안전 및 해양환경보호를 위해 ISM Code를 채택하였으며, 2002년 12월 선박, 선원, 화물, 항만시설의 안전을 도모하기 위해 ISPS Code를 채택하였다. ISPS Code는 2004년 1월부터 발효되는바, 해운회사 및 항만당국은 본 규정의 시행에 매우 촉박한 상태이다. ISM Code와 ISPS Code는 ISO 9001의 경영시스템 개념에 기초하고 있지만 목적은 다르다. 따라서 이들 세 기준들의 요건들을 비교분석하는 것은 매우 의미가 있을 것이다. 본 고에서는 이들 세 기준들의 배경, 원리, 요건들을 비교분석하고 해운계가 ISPS Code에 적합하게 보안조치를 수립하고 이행하는데 참고가 될 제안을 제시한다.

지구온난화로 인해 극지방의 해빙속도가 빠르게 증가하고 있으며, 이러한 환경변화로 북극항로에 대한 관심은 북극해 주변국뿐만 아니라, 먼 이웃국가들에게까지 확산되고 있다. 과거 극지역을 항해하는 선박에 대한 설계 및 운용과 관련된 선급 규칙은 주로 북극해에 인접한 러시아, 노르웨이, 핀란드에 의해서 주로 개정되어 왔다. 그러나 국제해사기구(IMO)에서는 극지해역을 운항하는 선박에 대한 안전성을 확보하기 위해, 강제규정인 극지방운항선박 안전코드(Polar Code)를 제정하기로 결정하였으며, 현재 2014년에 개발을 완료할 예정이다. 본 논문은 이러한 극지방운항선박 안전코드의 제정 현황을 파악하고, 앞으로 극지방운항선박 안전코드의 제정을 위한 우리나라의 각 기관의 역할 및 시사점 대해 분석하고자 한다.
