For the continuous information security governance, we have to focus on not just technical aspects like access control and DRM, but informal level management like information security(IS) behavior, culture, and personal value. But there are few informal level studies, while many formal level studies of IS governance or technical means. This study is an empirical test that how IS culture, normal beliefs, personal behavior and value affect employee's deviant behavior. And we define a lack of an awareness of value and importance on IS regulations in organizations as "Information Security Anomie" with the concept of anomie, a viewpoint on social organization.

An electric-pump cycle, which is a propellant supply system for driving pumps of a liquid rocket engine using an electric motor, has the advantages of simple system configuration and easy control of supply flow rate and pressure. This paper investigates and analyzes the overseas research trends of the electric-pump cycle. In addition, the research and development country, performing organization, application, engine thrust, pump pressure increase, motor power, and rotation speed are summarized. Among them, the design variables of the overseas research that applied the upper-stage propulsion system with the thrust range of 0.445~2.2 kN could be used in the study of a similar electric-pump cycle in Korea.
Park, Keun-Hye government has just established a new ministry for integrating and managing the policies for science & technology and ICT. From the ICT governance perspective, the new ministry implies separating promotion policies from regulation polices. The current paper aims to present ICT policy implications by providing a perspective on regulation and promotion. A delphi survey was conducted for 32 experts in ICT sector. According to the experts, a clear distinction between regulation and promotion policies is difficult, and thus, integrating regulation and promotion policies looks more preferable. In general, an independent ministry that integrates regulation and promotion policies is mostly preferred. Some suggested an independent committee inside the ministry might be desirable, especially for the broadcasting regulation policy to be independent from the ministry control. The current study proposes tight collaboration between the newly established ICT ministry and the Korea Communications Commission, and in the long term, integrated administration of promotion and regulation policies. In particular, this study emphasizes the importance of the integrated policy management to enhance government policy capacity.
The Korean Population Control Program has been implementing under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs through an existing network of health centers. This arrangement was successful in bringing population growth down to targeted level by the end of the Fourth Five Year Economic Planning, 1981. It is expected, however, that future goal will be harder to reach due to difficulty of reducing traditional family size norms further and to the projected increasing the number of eligible couples as the past Korean war baby boom generation enters the reproductive activity in the next few years. The recognition of the need for modification of population policy is increasing. The 1980 census shows that the total number of population reached approximately 38.5 million with 1.57 per cent of the growth rate. It was projected that the size of Korean Population will reach around 42 million and 51 million in 1986 and 2000 respectively. Furthermore, there is some argument as to whether decline in the birth rate in Korea is too slow to meet government target. Hence, a new development of population policy and greatly increased amount of effort will be needed in order to achieve Zero Population Growth Rate before the year 2050. The development of future national population policy and its related area are recommended as follow: 1. It is highly recommended that the population planning law governing both vital events of birth and death and population migration should be legislated. 2. The National Population Policy Council, Chaired by Deputy Prime Minister should be activated to implement and coordinate population program within ministries. 3. Responsible organization of population and family planning program should be established as a Bureau unit at central government level. 4. For the improvement of national vital registration, an existing system should be studied and developed.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the noise level on the boarding environment in a stern trawl ship, KAYA(GT: 1,737 tons, Pukyong National University). We measured the noise level at a working, an accommodation and a teaching area, and an engine space on January 9, 2010 while the KAYA was sailing on a liner sea route. At the working area, the ranges of the noise rating number(NRN) and the NRN determination frequency(FNRN) were from 44 to 73 and from 1000 to 2000Hz, respectively. The results were generally satisfied the criteria of the International Maritime Organization(IMO). The noise level at the area, except the radio room(w2), was exceeded the criteria(50dB(A)) for the efficient studying and working. The noise level at the engine control room and the machine workshop was respectively exceeded 1.2dB and 9.5dB than the criteria caused the conversation disturbance (70dB(A)). At the accommodation, NRN and FNRN were from 49 to 54 and from 1000 to 4000Hz, respectively. The noise level was below the criteria of IMO, but above 40dB(A) caused the sleep disturbance. At the teaching area, NRN and FNRN were from 44 to 63 and from 500 to 2000Hz, respectively. The noise level was exceeded than the criteria(50dB(A)) for the efficient studying. At the engine space, NRN and FNRN were from 95 to 100 and from 2000 to 4000Hz, respectively. The noise level was above the criteria of IMO(90dB(A)) for the residence, while it was not exceeded 110dB(A) for the transient.

This paper describes ultrasonically assisted grinding used to obtain a glossy surface quickly and precisely. High-quality surfaces are required for plastic injection molding dies used in the production of plastic parts such as dials for cellular phones. Traditionally, in order to finish the dies, manual polishing by a skilled worker has been required after the machining processes, such as electro discharge machining (EDM), which leaves an affected layer, and milling, which leaves tooling marks. However, manual polishing causes detrimental geometrical deviations of the die and consumes several days to finish a die surface. Therefore, a machining process for finishing dies without manual polishing to improve the surface roughness and form accuracy would be extremely valuable. In this study, a 3D positioning machine equipped with an ultrasonic spindle was used to conduct grinding experiments. An electroplated diamond tool was used for these experiments. Generally, diamond tools cannot grind steel because of excessive wear as a result of carbon atoms diffusing into bulk steel and chips. However, ultrasonically assisted grinding can achieve a fine surface (roughness Rz of $0.4{\mu}m$) on die steel without severe tool wear. The final aim of this study is to realize mirror surface grinding for injection molding dies without manual polishing. To do this, it is necessary to fabricate an electroplated diamond tool with high form accuracy and low run-out. This paper describes a tool-making method for high precision grinding and the grinding performance of a self-electroplated tool. The ground surface textures, tool performance and tool life were investigated A ground surface roughness Rz of 0.14 um was achieved Our results show that the spindle speed, feed rate and cross feed affected the surface texture. One tool could finish $5000mm^2$ of die steel surface without any deterioration of the ground surface roughness.
Objectives: The goals of this research were to evaluate acute (single-dose) and sub-acute (repeated-dose) toxicity profiles of methanolic extract of Pistacia integerrima J. L. Stewart ex Brandis (PI) for Wistar rats and to assess the safety profile of PI by observing physiological changes, mortality, changes in body weight, the histopathology of body organs, the hematology and the biochemistry of the animals. Methods: The toxicity profile of PI was evaluated using Wistar rats of both sexes. Animals were divided into four groups: Group 1; control group (normal saline), Group 2; PI-1 (250 mg/kg), Group 3; PI-2 (500 mg/kg), Group 4; PL-3 (1,000 mg/kg). An acute-toxicity study in which animals received a single dose of PI extract (2,000 mg/kg) and were then observed for 14 days for changes in skin, fur, eye color, mucous membrane secretions and excretions, gait, posture, and tonic or clonic movements was performed according to guideline 425 of the Organization of Economic and Corporation Development (OECD). In the repeated-dose toxicity study (OECD - 407) animals received a daily dose of PI extract for 28 days (4 weeks). The parameters observed in this study include body weight, hematology and biochemistry of the animals. Results: In the acute toxicity study, no mortalities or changes in behavior were noted in the animals. The repeated-dose toxicity study was also devoid of any toxicity in the animals during the 28 days of testing with PI extract. The extract did not alter- the body weight, hematology or biochemistry of the animals. The methanolic extract of PI was to be found safe to the no-observed-adverse-effect-level (NOAEL) for the single-dose and repeated-dose toxicity tests in rats. Conclusion: The methanolic extract of PI was devoid of toxicity; hence, it can be used for various ayurvedic preparations and treatments of diseases.

As the scale of construction work is enlarged, complicated and diversified, much construction information from the large number of construction sites is generated and reported to the head office. To control much information generated in construction sites simultaneously, the necessity of supporting system which could extract necessary information is increased. However, comparing with those of large companies, medium-sized companies's organization of head office and management system are weak. So it's difficult to manage multi-projects. Among these site managements, resource management is an important management area. But, resource planning is based on experience and judgement and has not associated with schedule information. So when schedule is changed, the plan must be amended manually. This study investigates material-planning model for multi-project management which is connected with daily report system and scheduling software.
This paper examines current developing status of space law as defined in terms of its unique principle that "the utilization of outer space for all mankind's interest". As commercialization of space activities has brought about heated debate on its legitimacy with respect to that principle, space law has come to witness a dual situation. One is the realization of that principle in establishing commercial space activities system where all mankind's interest is respected through the non-discriminatory distribution mode of space benefit. In satellite telecommunication system, the INTELSAT Organization assures its public service policy while protecting itself against a competition from separate systems. For remote sensing, commercialization of LANDSAT Systems promoted since 1984 seems not to affect present non-discriminatory distribution of data and information obtained. On the other hand, active participation of private entity aiming at commercial profit enables national government to manage more effective control and supervision of those activities with a view to promoting national interests. Also, newly developed private rules and regulations are emerging in business relations about commercial space activities. Extended capacity of national government assuring its national interest in production and distribution of international resources that is outer space, and regulation of space activities by newly developed rules and customs provoke a concern about a identity problem of space law. The best way to summarize this perspective might consist in saying that non space law regulations, which are not assumed as aiming at the promotion of all mankind's interest, are confirming their role about space related activities. For those reasous, we are now facing a developing status of space law as developments of commercial space activities continues.

With the revolution of IT technology, cyber threats and crimes are also increasing. In the recent years, many large-scale APT attack executed domestically and internationally. Specially, many of the APT incidents were not recognized by internal organizations, were noticed by external entities. With fourth industrial revolution(4IR), advancement of IT technology produce large scale of sensitive data more than ever before; thus, organizations invest a mount of budget for various methods such as encrypting data, access control and even SIEM for analyzing any little sign of risks. However, enhanced intelligent APT it's getting hard to aware or detect. These APT threats are too much burden for SMB, Enterprise and Government Agencies to respond effectively and efficiently. This paper will research what's the limitation and weakness of current defense countermeasure base on Cyber Kill Chain process and will suggest effective and efficient APT defense operation model with considering of organization structure and human resources for operation.
