  • Learning Organization is a learning based community to make the most important value in the era of Knowledge Economy, Creation. That's why people share, facilitate personal, individual's knowledge & experience systems each other and make good thoughts & ideas in the organization. This study measures the building practices having conducted the F team in Samsung electronics using DLOQ that indicates the activate degree of Learning Organization and the quantitative degrees of Learning Organization through comparing the cross-evaluation between the already measured companies in addition to analyzing the F team's success factors. Learning Organization requires sustainable and continuous activity, nor completes by changing many factors with human resources. The study will have the achievement if we measure the successful activity through global companies built a Learning Organization and facilitate the improvement activity sustainably.

  • Purpose - Leadership style is an important factor in determining the attitude and behavior of employees and their satisfaction with an organization. Contributing the efficiency of an organization, Especially, servant leadership focusing on meeting employees' hopes and desires positively affect success of the organization and performance of employees. In the airline service industry it is necessary to conduct studies for an internal marketing on servant leadership that emphasizes the trust in the dignity of humans and spirit of service to subordinates as a factor affecting the job satisfaction. Research design, data, and methodology -Therefore, in this research, it is empirically analyzed that employees' perception of a supervisor's support plays mediating role in the relationship between employees' perception of servant leadership and perception of an organization's support using multiple and hierarchal regression analysis targeting 243 employees working in D Airline. Result - As a result, Employees' employees' perceived supervisor's support mediates the relationship between employees' perceived servant leadership of a supervisor and employees' perceived organizational support. Conclusions - This study suggests that the servant leadership of a supervisor perceived by employees constitutes an important preceding variable in enhancing the employees' perception on organizational support.

CEO특성과 경영통제간의 적합성에 관한 연구 (A Fitness between CEO Characteristics and Management Control)

  • 본 연구는 상황분석이론을 적용하여, 최고경영자(CEO)의 특성과 경영통제시스템간의 적합성이 존재할 때 기업의 조직성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 가를 구조방정식을 적용하여 실증 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국의 제조기업들을 대상으로, CEO의 특성을 크게, 위험감수성향과 성취동기로 구분하였고, 경영통제시스템을 행동통제와 결과통제로 구분하였다. 그리고, 조직성과의 경우, 주로 재무적 특성을 지닌 성과를 적용하여 분석하였다. 각 변수들간의 관계에 대해 개별적 또는 종합적으로 분석하기 위해 구조방정식을 적용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 성취동기와 위험감수성향 중 위험감수성향은 행동통제와 결과 통제에 유의적인 양의 영향을 미치고, 위험감수성향은 행동통제에 음의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 위험감수성향에 음의영향과 성취동기에 양의 영향을 받은 행동통제는 조직성과에 유의적인 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다.

  • 국내카지노산업은 60년대부터 국내경제의 고도성장과 더불어 양적, 질적으로 폭발적인 성장을 보이고 있지만 카지노산업의 특성을 반영하여 위기관리전략을 수립할 수 있는 가이드라인을 제시하는 연구는 현재까지 거의 진행되지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 위기관리에 대한 국 내외 학자들의 이론과 선행연구를 분석하여 학자들이 제시하고 있는 위기의 개념과 분류기준을 통해서 카지노기업의 특성에 적합한 안전관리 위기유형을 도출하고 위기관리요인을 환경적, 인력적, 시설적 차원으로 분류하였으며 식별된 세부 위기관리요인 들이 안전관리조직의 조직분위기와 업무성과에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하였다. SPSS 18.0을 활용한 인구통계학적 분석과 PLS 3.0을 이용한 경로모형분석으로 위기관리 요인이 매개변수인 조직분위기를 통해 안전관리조직 업무성과에 영향을 미치는 관계를 규명하는 탐색적 연구를 진행함으로써 카지노기업의 특성을 반영한 위기관리전략을 수립할 때 우선순위를 고려할 수 있는 이론적 근거를 제시하였다. 또한 카지노기업의 특성에 적합한 위기요인식별, 위기관리요인과 안전관리조직 업무성과 사이의 관계 규명 등을 통해 이론적 시사점과, 안전관리실무에 적용함으로써 얻을 수 있는 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

임상간호사의 감성역량, 학습조직화 및 간호조직문화가 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Emotional Competence, Learning Organization, and Nursing Organization Culture among Nursing Performance of Clinical Nurses)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of emotional competence, learning organization and nursing organizational culture on performance among clinical nurses. Methods : This study was conducted over a six-month period, with 170 nurses from general hospitals with 400 beds in three regions of Korea. Data were gathered from August 25th to September 10th, 2016, using a self-report questionnaire, and analyzed using the IBM SPSS 19.0 program. Results : The significant predictors of nursing performance were self-awareness (${\beta}=.32$), a master's degree or higher (${\beta}=.20$), relationship management (${\beta}=.26$), personal mastery(${\beta}=.23$), and 5~10 years in a clinical career (${\beta}=.16$). These variables explained 47.3% of the variance in nursing performance. Conclusions : To improve nursing performance, interventions that can enhance nurses' emotional competence and the need for program development to enhance their learning organization, as well as related variables, including academic credentials and clinical career, should be considered.

The Impact of Management's Values on Organizational Performance: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Value Consistency

  • This study examined the mediating effect of management's values on organizational performance and between them. Hypotheses 1, 2, 3, and 4 which were set up to achieve the purpose of this study, were verified as follows. First, Hypothesis 1 proposed that the values of management will have a positive effect on organizational performance. Second, Hypothesis 2 proposed that the values of management are likely to have a positive effect on the consistency of the values of organizational members. Third, Hypothesis 3 proposed that the consistency of the values of organizational members will have a positive (+) influence on organizational performance. We found that the consistency of the values of organizational members has a positive (+) influence on organizational performance. Hypothesis 3 was adopted. Fourth, hypothesis 4, the value consistency of the members of the organization, had a mediating effect between the organization performance on value management. The results of this study were all adopted research hypotheses. Therefore, management's values have a significant impact on the theoretical and practical aspects by showing the relationship between organizational members' value consistency and organizational performance. In the future, the necessity of further research on management's values and member's value consistency through various fields for organizational performance has emerged.

조직성과에 대한 인식연구: 공공기관을 중심으로 (Study on Organizational Performance: Focused on Public Institutions)

  • 본 연구에서는 조직성과를 재무적 관점이 아니라 정책관점, 고객관점, 조직내부관점 등으로 구분하여 공공기관 직원들을 대상으로 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 사례로 선정된 공공기관은 환경부 산하의 공공기관으로서 환경산업육성과 환경기술개발사업 등의 관리, 개발된 환경기술의 보급 및 실용화 촉진을 목적으로 설치된 기관이다. 연구대상이 된 공공기관은 조직성과를 어떻게 정의하며 어떻게 하면 조직성과를 제고할 수 있는지에 대한 고민을 가지고 있었다. 아울러 재무적 성과보다는 고객이나 정책의 관점에서 성과를 측정해보자 하는 데에 관심을 가지고 있었다. 본 연구 결과 연구대상이 된 공공기관의 정책적인 측면, 고객적인 측면, 조직내부적 측면에서의 성과에 대해서는 그리 높지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 조직의 정책성과, 고객성과 및 조직내부 성과를 제고하기 위해서는 조직구성원들간의 원활한 의사소통, 수평적 조직구조, 고객의 정책과정에의 참여독려, 업무 프로세스를 조직의 고객입장에서 재설계하고자 하는 노력이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

대학조직의 성과관리를 위한 계층분석과정의 적용 (Application of Analytic Hierarchy Process to the Performance Management of University Organization)

  • This study is to apply of AHP to the performance management of university organization. Especially, in the present study, the authors modeled performance evaluations for S university administration hierarchically and analyzed the weights of those. The domains of performance evaluations were divided in five domains: strategy, resource management, process, finance management, and customer management, referred to the viewpoints of BSC. The results of analysis revealed that strategy was the most important element of evaluation in the first stage and except for strategy and finance management which consist of the single element of evaluation respectively in the second stage, the efficiency of administration supporting service was the important element of evaluation. The weights of performance evaluations, however, revealed in different as the class of position. Finally this study showed that the weights of performance evaluations computed in the present study can be used as those of evaluation indices for S university administration.

  • The performance measurement of construction firms is considered as a competitive advantage to develop and improve their performance to have place in the market and stay able to face the continuous challenge. Egyptian construction firms (ECF) started recently to adopt quality management system (QMS) as a way to develop and improve their performance as previous studies showed. However, measuring that performance to include all the firm's aspects in a competitive way is a crucial process for the ECF's culture. The research is trying to indicate the role of the QMS implementation in measuring performance (MP) through developing a model for measuring performance on the organization level, and explore its impact on the organization that adopt quality management system. This model is based on specific elements and their related indicators which have been derived from national approaches and models of measuring performance (benchmarking, quality awards and six sigma).Elements determination and the status of their real practice has been investigated through a questionnaire to a representative sample of ECF. This model determines the performance level (PL) of the organization that measured by a mean of a point system. Weights of the elements in the point system considered both the elements' importance in the international models and its real practice in the Egyptian construction firms. So, the final outcome of the model reveals the level of firm performance that helps the firm to identify the weak points against the strong ones, Confirm the priorities and identify new opportunities for developing, and Check the position of the company in the market among the others. Another questionnaire has been developed to be distributed on a group of Experts on measuring performance for the purpose of model validation. The majority of surveyed experts agreed that the proposed model can be applied effectively.

Qualitative Content Approach: Impact of Organizational Climate on Employee Capability

  • Purpose - The corporate culture's energy is recognized to go through the company and facilitate a new balance to realize success, which means that the culture in an environment of various organizations affects the performance of its employees. The purpose of the current research is to investigate the impact of organizational culture on employee performance. Research design, data, and methodology - The current research conducted a qualitative content analysis. The primary research approach applied by qualitative content analysis is an inductive methodology, and this approach is a type of reasoning that seeks the application of logic, which later helps develop a theory that will guide the future research. Result - Research findings of the present study indicated that five solutions to the problems encountered through the execution of culture are attached to how effective the organizational culture are when workers execute. Thus, culture is realized to boost structure, because the structure of an organization elevates the behavior of the organization. Conclusion - Workers will be aware of both the negative and positive implications of executing culture in the organization. Therefore, organization managers must learn that various employees are vital people in their vicinity, and creating a culture that would make a good rapport with them is vital.
