Different chemical and dynamical environments in two massive star forming regions, G19.61-0.23 and G75.78+0.34

  • Complex organic molecules (COMs) are commonly detected in star forming regions and considered important species since they are seeds of prebiotic molecules. Although COMs form in ice mantles on dust grains, they are preferentially detected in the gas phase. The origin of the gaseous COMs highly depends on the circumstance of each star forming region. Therefore, the distribution of COMs emission reflects the physical and chemical conditions of the region. We present the newly detected COMs, especially methanol emission lines toward two massive star forming regions, G19.61-0.23 and G75.78+0.34 in the Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array Band 3 observations during the Cycle 2 phase. Multiple transitions of methanol are detected in both regions but show different emission morphology. The origin of the desorption (e.g. shocks or high energy photons) is discussed.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the formation and change of road-block-lot of the old inner city in cheongju The result of this study are as follows; (I)Among others a system roads of in around the old castle in cheongju city is most of feature north and south direction of road. Lot system is organic relations of north and south direction of road. Therefore, urban tissue in around the old castle in cheongju city is established order road system keep on the change of expansion urban tissue. (2) Block type classified into non-division, 2division and over 3division. (3) The square block remains mostly in Cheongju old castle, two-division block was around south of castle. And block of the grid-form street system divided into over 3 division. Through the guideline about characteristic of block type, residential area should be developed as a characteristics area in the urban area.

다단계 공급체인에서의 장비운용가용도 시뮬레이션 분석 (An Operational Availability Analysis in Supply Chain Using Simulation)

  • This study shows the operational availability(Ao) analysis of the supply chain with maintenance functions using the system dynamics simulation. The simulation uses 60 equipments which are serial systems composed by 4 major components. And every entities are connected each other by causal loops. So whole simulation executed like one organic system. Specially we consider 2 constraints, one is the number of spare parts and the other is maintenance capacity level. 2 constraints have 11 levels each so the simulation has 121(11*11) scenarios which scenario has 30 different random number seed. The simulation executed total 3,630(11*11*30) times. We analysis average Ao of total equipments by 121 scenarios and additionally the regression of the average Ao and 2 constraints. As the result, we can get the more accurate values by the system dynamics simulation than the regression to analysis complex system like the supply chain with maintenance functions.

Mixed-Island Formation and Electronic Structure of Metallo-Porphyrin Molecules on Au(111)

  • Orderings and electronic structures of organic molecules on metal substrates have been studied due to possible applications in electronic devices. In molecular systems, delocalized pi-electrons play important roles in the adsorption behaviors and electronic structures. We studied the adsorption and electronic structures of Co-Porphyrin molecules on Au(111) using scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and spectroscopy (STS) at low temperature. Molecules form closely packed two-dimensional islands on Au(111) surface with two different types, having different shape evolutions in our energy-dependent STM observations. The Kondo resonance state, occurred by spin exchange interaction between the Co center atom and conduction electrons in the metal substrate, was observed in one type, while it was absent in the other type in scanning tunneling spectroscopy measurements. Possible origins of two molecular shapes will be discussed.

나노튜브를 이용한 AC구동 OLED

  • 탄소 나노튜브(carbon nanotube, CNT)를 사용하여 AC 구동 방식의 organic light emitting devices (OLED)를 만들었다. 이 소자는 ITO가 코팅된 유리 위에 유전체 층, 유기 발광층 그리고 맨 위의 금속 전극 층으로 총 3개의 층으로 구성되어있다. 유전물질로써는 cyanoethyl pullulan (CRS)를 N,N dimethylformamide (DMF) 용매에 녹여 ITO층 위에 코팅하였고, 유기발광 물질로 poly[2-methoxy-5-(2-ethylhexyloxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene] (MEH-PPV)를 chloroform (CF)에 녹여 유전체 층 위에 코팅하였다. CNT를 MEH-PPV와 섞어서 유기발광 혼합물을 만들고 난 후, 유전체층 위에 코팅하였다. 마지막으로 알류미늄 전극을 시료 위에 코팅하였다. 소자에서 사용한 MEH-PPV에 의해 나오는 붉은색 발광을 확인 한 결과, CNT를 사용한 OLED 소자가 CNT를 사용하지 않는 소자보다 brightness가 좋았고, 전류도 더 작게 흘렀다. CNT의 농도에 따라 brightness의 변화는 경향을 나타냈다. CNT에 의한 percolation 효과 때문에 이러한 OLED 시료의 성능 향상이 이루어졌음을 입증하는 실험결과를 발표에서 설명할 예정이다.

  • The organic-inorganic hybrid polymer thin films were deposited using the gas phase method which known as molecular layer deposition (MLD). Titaniumchloride (TiCl4) and 1,4-phenylenediamine (PD) were used as monomers to deposit hybrid polymer. Self-terminating nature of TiCl4 and PD reaction were demonstrated by growth rate saturation versus precursors dosing time. Infrared spectroscopic and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were employed to determine the chemical composition and state of hybrid polymer thin films. Layer by layer growth was showed by increasing UV-VIS absorption peak of hybrid polymer thin films.

Rapid Identification of the ${\alpha}$-Glucosidase Inhibitory Compounds from Geranium thunbergii Sieb. et Zucc. by HPLC-micro-fractionation and HPLC-UV-$MS^n$

  • In this study ethanol extracts of aerial part of Geranium thunbergii Sieb. et Zucc. was investigated for their ability to inhibit a-glucosidase, and thus was fractionated using two organic solvents, including dichloromethane, ethyl acetate. The ethyl acetate-soluble fraction, which manifested potent enzyme inhibitory properties, was then followed by tracking down the active compound by combining HPLC micro-fractionation to an enzyme assay in 96-well plate. The ${\alpha}$-glucosidase inhibitory activity profile showed that two peaks exhibited potent inhibitory activity, and then the structural analyses of the two peaks were carried out by HPLC-UV-MS. The main ${\alpha}$-glucosidase inhibitory compounds in the ethyl acetate-soluble fractions of ethanol extracts of Geranium thunbergii Sieb. et Zucc. were tentatively identified as geraniin and kaempferol-7-rhamnoside.

오존수를 이용한 태양전지용 웨이퍼의 세정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Solar Cell Wafer Cleaning using Ozonate Water)

  • 실리콘 태양전지 제조에 기판으로 사용되는 156 mm 실리콘 웨이퍼의 제작 공정에 적용하기 위한 오존수 세정 메커니즘에 대하여 연구하였다. 이를 위하여 생산 공정에 있어서 제품 불량 및 성능 저하를 유발하는 웨이퍼 표면 오염원을 분석하였으며, 이를 제거하기 위한 오존 세정공정에 대하여 실험하였다. 이 기술을 적용한 결과 미세입자는 94% 이상 제거 되었으며, 잔류 유기물도 45% 이상 더 제거되는 것으로 나타났다.

  • We present simulations and results to demonstrate the viability of stainless steel foil as a substrate for low power consumption, flexible AMOLED displays. Using organic planarization layers, we achieve very smooth surface properties, resulting in excellent TFT performance, that can be repetitively flexed without significantly affecting device performance. The use of phosphorescent OLEDs enables the design of low power consumption 40" AMOLED displays.
