This paper concerns the die face design for a heat protect panel aided by the finite element forming analysis in order to eliminate the surface defect and to improve the surface quality. The CAE procedure of the stamping process is introduced in order to reveal the reason of surface inferiorities and to improve surface quality. Complicated shape of the product induces the surface inferiorities such as wrinkling due to the insufficient restraining force of the forming blank and the non-uniform contact of the blank with the tools. This paper proposes a new guideline for the die design which includes the modification of tool shapes and addition of the draw-beads on the tool surface for ensuring the increased the restraining force with the uniform contact condition. The effectiveness of the proposed design is verified by the forming analysis and is confirmed by the tryout operation in the press shop. The analysis and test results show that the modified process parameters such as tool shapes and draw-beads can reduce the tendency of wrinkling and improve surface quality.

Since the mid 1980s, the concept of logistics has become more important to the enterprises in strategic sense because it had aggrandized itself to more comprehensive and integrative concept. Therefore study on the service organization of the logistics system for customer’s satisfaction from the management’s point has been focused as one of the major subject in order to improve the logistics quality which would ultimately increase the value of logistics service. This study has been focused on what the port logistics functions and the factors of the port logistics quality are those Korean port managers acknowledge as important factor. And examins these port logistics quality levels and the port logistics value (port productivity, service results) obtained by the results of these activities while reviewing the relation of the custom value which the port managers evaluate in order to evaluate and promote the competitiveness of the Korean port. According to the study results the port logistics function which the Pusan Container Terminal managers recognized as important were customer service management the flexibility of the port facilities and curtailment of the original operation cost of the port. It also indicated that the managers recognized the importance of the customer-oriented terminal management as it showed a close relationship with the port quality level.

Purpose: This study identified the effects of chronic disease number, quality of sleep and, serum serotonin concentration on the elderly's depression in order to provide basic data for the development of intervention program to effectively prevent and manage depression of the elderly living in the community. Methods: The study surveyed 207 people aged 65 or older living in the community. The general characteristics of the subjects, the number of chronic diseases, the quality of sleep (PSQI-K), the hematological test (Serotonin) and the depression (K-GDS) were statistically analyzed using SPSS/WIN 23.0. Results: It was shown that the elderly's depression differed significantly depending on the number of chronic diseases, the quality of sleep, and serum serotonin concentration, and that the variable that most affected depression was the quality of sleep. Next, the number of chronic diseases and serum serotonin levels were the variables affecting the depression of the elderly. Conclusion: In order to prevent and manage the depression of the elderly in the future, treatment and education for diseases and depression should be provided to the subjects. In particular, nursing interventions are needed to improve the quality of sleep for the elderly. Health care programs should also be provided, such as providing nutritional supplements to provide serotonin and increasing daytime activities.

In this study, systems and procedures for improving the research and development and purchasing projects for defense specifications were investigated, and the current situation was analyzed in terms of the disclosure and establishment of defense specifications. I would like to discuss the measures that need to be taken to improve the specification affairs of our defense sector in order to improve the production quality of military supplies. It should be noted that it is necessary to establish specifications and procedures for improving the quality of domestically purchased military supplies. Therefore, it is highly imperative to systematically establish detailed performance, and miscellaneous specifications in order to actively respond to the rapid development of superior private technologies. In addition, the barriers in the entry of the defense industry should be removed through active disclosure of the specification data, and the opportunities for participation should be expanded to promote a smooth follow-up logistics support and to improve the quality of military supplies

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating roles of relationship quality, satisfaction and trust, and switching cost during the process of the effects of service quality in the beauty industry. Assuming the attractiveness of alternatives of such structural relations may differ between paths of groups, effects of influence on the relation of each composition concept were investigated. This study adopted a three-dimensional model of service quality, "process quality", "outcome quality", and "environment quality." Amos was used to analyze the research hypotheses and the proposed model. The result of the study suggests that service quality positively influences relationship quality, and relationship quality yields service loyalty. The results also indicates that relationship quality positively influences switching cost and switching cost positively influences service loyalty. Each service quality dimension had a significant effect on satisfaction, trust, and the relative importance of service quality dimensions on satisfaction; trust followed the order of process quality, outcome quality, and environment quality. The moderating variable such as the alternatives' attractiveness is found to be important moderators of the path of the model.

Background: Despite the existence of established guidelines advocating the use and value of chemotherapy order templates, chemotherapy orders are still handwritten in many hospitals in Lebanon. This manuscript describes the implementation of standardized chemotherapy order templates (COT) in a Lebanese tertiary teaching hospital through multiple steps. Initial Assessment: An initial assessment was conducted through a retrospective appraisal of completeness of handwritten chemotherapy orders for 100 adult patients to serve as a baseline for the project and identify parameters that might afford improvement. Choice of solution: Development of over 300 standardized pre-printed COTs based on the National Comprehensive Cancer Network templates and adapted to the practice culture and patient population. Implementation: The COTs were implemented, using Kotter's 8-step model for leading change, by engaging health care providers, and identifying and removing barriers. Evaluation: Assessment of physicians' compliance with the new practice (122 orders assessed) was completed through two phases and allowed for the identification of areas of improvement. Lessons Learned: Overall, COT implementation showed an average improvement in order completion from 49.5% (handwritten orders) to 77.6% (phase 1-COT) to 87.6% (phase 2-COT) reflecting an increase of 38.1% between baseline and phase 2 and demonstrating that chemotherapy orders completeness was improved by pre-printed COT. As many of the hospitals in Lebanon are moving towards standardized COTs and computerized physician order entry (CPOE) in the next few years, this study provides a prototype for the successful implementation of COT and demonstrates their role in promoting quality improvement of cancer care.

The purposes of this study were to identify brand equity factors influencing on brand preference and to investigate the effects of preference, price acceptability, distribution proximity, and appropriateness on brand performance of domestic and imported cosmetics brands. A total of 300 women aged between 20 and 49 years were surveyed on two domestic brands and two imported brands that were well-known to consumers during the month of September, 2006, in Seoul, Daejeon, Gyeonggi-do, and Chungcheong-do. The data were analyzed with factorial analysis, multiple regression analysis, ANOVA, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, etc., using the SPSS 12.0. The result of the study included: 1) Four factors of brand equity were identified: brand image, social reputation, quality, and brand awareness. 2) Brand image, quality, appropriateness, and brand performance of the domestic brands were higher than those of the imported brands. But brand awareness of the imported brands was higher than that of the domestic brands. 3) Brand preference of the domestic brands was affected by social reputation, quality, brand image, and brand awareness in order of significance. And brand performance of the domestic brands was affected by brand preference, appropriateness, price acceptability and distribution proximity in order of significance. 4) Brand preference of the imported brands was affected by brand image, social reputation, brand awareness, and quality in order of significance. And brand performance of the imported brands was affected by appropriateness, price acceptability, brand preference, and distribution proximity in order of significance.

Various quality models using quality factor, quality criteria and metrics have been proposed in order to evaluate quality of software products. However, a customized quality model which is specific to the characteristics of software component is required. In this paper, we propose external quality prediction techniques enable us to predict what external quality the final software product will have by using metrics as with internal attributes of software in development. We also propose a model not only for measuring quality by using metrics but also for applying internal attributes of ISO 9126 into artifacts of software component development.

Purpose: The study proposes extended application of reviewing and developing international quality assurance system for useful and practical quality stabilization of foreign military product. There are several problems with quality assurance activities for foreign military products. To improve theses problems, this study researches measures and effects of entrustment of quality assurance activities to suppliers group abroad by utilizing the system. Methods: In order to carry out the research, consignment system for international quality assurance activity of advanced country has been analysed through this study. By applying the consignment system to the case of foreign military product, the possibility and effects of consignment is researched. Results: Through this study the procedure and substance of the international quality assurance system is verified. The quality assurance activities were consigned to suppliers group by utilizing the system, thus application basis for international quality assurace activities is established. Conclusion: Defense Import through The Quality Assurance System of trade countries using the International Quality Assurance System suggests the solution to endemic problems. The Introduction Military Product with the Quality Assurance System of Korean Government improves the competitiveness of defense export.

As the competition between countries has become higher and the notion of software quality has been widely spread. it has been necessary to develop technologies that can ensure and produce high quality software. With the advent of information-oriented society. quality control has to transfer to the quality control activities focused on software system instead of those activities focused on hardware system. If so, how do we get to handle the quality control on the basis of the new approach. Also, as software applications have grown. so too has the importance of software quality. In order to manage software quality, the technology to specify and evaluate both the software product quality and development process quality objectively quantitatively is most important. To produce products of good quality, we need a more progressive quality control system according to the need of software development life cycle. In other words, we do software right the first time or build quality in the process. On the basis intermediate and final time or build quality in the process. On the basis of data achieved, we can evaluate the products according to the consequences of the data, What are the problems to contrive the software quality control system?, we con promote the quality of products. To achieved that goal, we con provide a suitable the technique and method of software quality control.
