정량적 위험성 평가에 의한 안전관리 투자의 비용-편익분석 (Cost-Benefit Analysis for Safety Management Cost using Quantitative Risk Analysis)

  • The quantitative evaluation method of the safety management cost was suggested to prevent a gas accident as a major industrial accident. In a gas governor station, process risk assessments such as the fault tree analysis(FTA) and the consequence analysis were performed. Based on process risk assessments, potential accident costs were estimated and the cost-benefit analysis(CBA) was performed. From the cost-benefit analysis for five classification items of safety management cost, the order of the cost/benefit ratio was estimated.

  • The production management system software which can be applied In the medium and small companies is developed. Since the medium and small companies hesitate to install the computer system for production management owing to the lack of funds and the complexities of operation, the system is made to be used in PC and only requires minimum input data. This system is composed of interrelated modules for receive/order release, inventory management MRP, new product registration, document management and production scheduling. In this paper the architecture of the system, functions of each module, and information processing procedures of each funtion are discussed.

지식경영과 업무의 통합을 위한 지식경영 성공요인 도출 연구 (Success Factors of Knowledge Management in the Perspective of Knowledge Management Integration into Operations)

  • This paper aims to explore the success factors of knowledge management in the perspectives of knowledge management integration into operations and to examine the effect of those factors on the knowledge management performance of individual users and organizations in order to link knowledge management performances to operational performances. I found two factors such as "knowledge management integration into operation processes" and "knowledge management integration into application systems" and their measures by means of literature review and modified Delphi research. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis confirmed that those two factors and their measures are statistically valid. Besides, the structural equation modeling analysis showed that the relationship between "knowledge management integration into operation processes" and "individual user's performance on knowledge management" and the relationship between "individual user's performance of knowledge managemen" and "organizational performance of knowledge management" are significant.

  • The propose of this research is derive project management factors and evaluate its decision weight in LNG plant EPC phases. In order to research, we studied the demestic and international research trend and analysed expert opinions. Initially we derived nine project management factors in each phase of EPC. Elicited factors in research are project management, design management, cost management, time management, contract and craim management, safety management, environment management, and risk management. Then, we evaluated the weight of project management factors with expert survey method and elicitated. Finally, The remarkable points in the result are that key management factors of EPC project are project management and risk management.

AHP기법을 이용한 의료기관 성과요인의 우선순위 분석 (The Analysis of Order Priority of Management Performance Factors in Medical Organization)

  • 본 논문의 연구목적은 의료기관에서의 경영성과측정에 사용하는데 사용되는 성과 요인들의 우선순위를 연구하고자 하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 계층분석기법을 사용하였다. 또한 의료기관의 경영성과를 측정하는 성과측정요인과 그에 따른 핵심성과 요인(Key Performance Indicator : KPI)은 Kaplan과 Norton의 균형성과표(BSC) 측정방식을 응용하였다. 이를 위해서 연구자는 실험적이고 확정적인 요인 분석을 실시하여 성과측정요인을 생성하였고, 이들 측정요인들의 신뢰성과 타당성을 조사하였다. 92개 종합병원급 의료기관 중에서 56개의 병원으로부터 유효한 설문지에 대한 답을 얻었다. 요인분석으로 성과측정지표를 개발한 후에는 이들 요인들 사이의 우선순위를 결정하기 위하여 계층분석기법(AHP)을 사용하였다. AHP 분석의 결과로 우리는 성과측정요인과 그의 핵심성과지표들의 중요도에 따라 정렬된 리스트를 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 급변하는 의료환경에서 각 의료기관들이 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 경영전략의 하나로 채택하고 있는 경영성과분석 전략의 방향과 기준을 제시할 수 있다.

A Study on Information System Improvement for Air Logistics SCM

  • Compared with land logistics and sea logistics, air logistics takes not only less transportation time, but also makes just-in-time delivery possible. Because of this, in spite of high freight rates, many shippers make good use of airlines. To cope with borderless competition in this global age, most shippers using air logistics want to receive diverse information including just-in-time cargo delivery and dangerous situation as well as convenience and speed in job handling. Nevertheless, most domestic forwarders, who perform many kinds of important businesses for air logistics, mainly put emphasis on demanding information from overseas partners through their business agreements, that is, focusing on horizontal integration, instead of sharing information or improving job performance among air logistics participants. As a result, it is almost impossible to satisfy the needs of shippers. Airline users want to remove the uncertainties over their cargo movement. And in time of emergency, they want to take immediate measures through speedy information sharing and decision-making. In order to satisfy shipper's needs, all the organizations participating in the air logistics supply chain-cargo senders, cargo receivers, forwarders, transporters, licensed customs brokers, airlines as well as foreign partners-have to set up a vertical cooperation system. For effective air logistics SCM, it is very important to remove overlapping jobs, strengthen the efficiency of job handling, and provide online monitoring on cargo information in order to support decision-making. To this end, this paper has applied the concept of RTE (Real Time Enterprise), a new business management system, which tries to maximize competitiveness by removing many hindrance factors on an ongoing basis in managing and fulfilling core business processes based on up-to-the-minute information. In order to realize RTE-based information system for air logistics SCM, this paper has analyzed the information required by business process and by air logistics participant, and suggested the method for information sharing, point of time for information input and output, and its means.

  • 본 논문은 온톨로지의 텍사노미에게 강력한 계층분류, 정확성, 그리고 상호운용성이 성공적인 재사용가능한 정보관리시스템을 위해서 요구되는 이유에 대한 이론적설명을 서술한다. 수많은 가용정보중 이용자의 요구와 정보관리시스템이 보유한 적절한 정보를 연결하는 것은 정보학이 성취해야하는 목적일 것이다. 컴퓨터기술과 방대한양의 정보를 처리하는 기술력의 발전으로 이 목적은 가시화되고 있다. 본 연구는 분류학자들과의 심층인터뷰를 통해 최종이용자들을 위한 지식기반정보시스템의 가용성과 상호운용성에 대한 쟁점들에 대해 토론한다. 효과적인 정보관리시스템을 위해 온톨로지는 뛰어난 텍사노미를 요구하며, 텍사노미는 강력한 상호운용성을 필요로 한다. 본 논문은 특히 정보관리의 측면에서 상호운용성의 요소가 효과적인 텍사노미 구성의 주요요소임을 제안한다.
