복합화력발전설비와 지역난방설비가 연계된 종합열병합발전시스템의 일간 최적운전계획 수립 (A Daily Optimal Operation Scheduling of Total Cogeneration System Operating by Combined Heat Power Plant and District Heat Devices)

  • This paper describes the optimal operation scheduling of total cogeneration system which is interconnected with combined heat power plant of utility and district heat devices. The numerical modeling about the cogeneration system and the auxiliary thermal energy devices are established and simulation is carried out by LINDO program in order to minimize the operation cost under the national viewpoint. The results reveal that the established numerical modeling and the operation strategy can be effectively applied to the total cogeneration systems to reduce the energy cost.

  • 본 논문은 전력회사 소유의 열병합발전소와 난방공사 소유의 보조열원설비들이 서로 연계되어 열에너지를 공급해 주고 있는 종합 열병합발전시스템에서, 보조설비들의 최적규모산정 및 일간 최적운전계획 수립 기법을 제안하였다. 최적규모산정과 운전계획수립은 국가적인 측면에서 총 연료비가 최소가 되는 관점에서 수립하였고, 이를 증명하기 위하여 계절별(춘계, 하계, 동계) 및 종류별(평일, 휴일, 연휴)로 나누어 각각의 시뮬레이션 결과로부터 최적의 규모 및 운전계획을 수립하였다. 본 연구결과는 자사의 이익이 증대되도록 계획을 수립할 공산이 큰 종합 열병합발전시스템에서 국가적 측면에서의 기법과 가이드라인을 제시하였으므로 현장에서의 많은 활용이 기대된다.

  • The body of an excavator, one sort of the construction equipment, consists of mainframe part, track frame part, boom part and arm part. The all parts are manufactured in the body welding operation. The scheduling in the body welding operation of a construction equipment manufacturing is to take all the various constraints into consideration. The offset time, due date, daily capacity of operations, daily jig's capacity, precedence relation, outsourcing, alternative resource and all of the shop floor environment should be considered. An APS(Advanced Planning & Scheduling) system is a proper and efficient system in such circumstance. In this paper, we present an APS system, the optimal scheduling system for the construction equipment manufacturing specifically for the body welding operation, using ILOG Solver/Scheduler. ILOG Solver/Scheduler is a general purposed commercial software which supports to find a feasible or optimal solution using object oriented technique and constraints satisfaction programming, given constraints and objectives.

  • Information security and preservation of customer's data privacy are key factors for further wide spread adoption of microgrid (MG) technology. However, strong coupling between the operation cost of multi-microgrid (MMG) system and privacy of customer data makes it more challenging. A nested energy management system (EMS) has been proposed in this paper. The surplus/shortage information from the inner level MGs is included in processing the optimal operation of outer level MGs. This type of optimization ensures a layered privacy-preservation to customer at each MG level. The proposed EMS architecture is a better trade-off architecture between the operation cost of the MMG system and customer privacy-preservation at each level of MG.

  • Haul routes for earthmoving operation need to be carefully selected because the decision on the haul routes could make a significant difference in the project's cost and time. This paper proposes a decision support system for improving productivity of earthmoving operation that helps construction managers choose the best haul routes of trucks based on time slots. Also, a methodology for optimal selection of haul routes considering traffic conditions and topographic conditions of the routes is explained. Raster data model is used to find an available shortest path based on cost weighted distance. A system was developed on a geographic information system environment for efficient database management and easy manipulation of graphical data. A real-world case study was conducted to verify the applicability of the proposed system.

  • Surface mount technology has been evolving in the electronics industries. Efficient operation of surface mounters is closely related with the productivity of the electronic products. In this study, modeling and optimal algorithm for allocating feeders and sequencing mounting jobs in the rotary type surface mounter, which consider all the constraints, in the hardware and are easy to be used in the field, are developed.

  • This paper describes the optimal operation scheduling on cogeneration systems which have thermal loads of different pressure each other. The cogeneration systems has two units and operate connecting with various auxiliary devices as heat storage tanks, independent generators and auxiliary boilers. The optimal modeling and scheduling technique proposed in this paper will be applied to industrial cogeneration systems.

  • The container crane is still operated by skillfull human operators. So an automatic crane operation system is strongly required. In this paper, the digital control method is applied to position an anti-swing control for container crane. Two methods of digital optimal regulator control and digital redesign control are used for experiment. From these experimental results, it is respected that both methods can be applied effectively to an actual container crane operation.

  • Through the optimization design of the pneumatic components it leads the energy efficiency increasement and resources saving. Also it effects on the high speed operation, low speed operation, low weight, and complexity of pneumatic systems. In this paper the development of the software will be described based on Object-Oriented technology, which will provide function for development of pneumatic system without any deep knowledge about pneumatic system.

  • This paper presents a optimal operation algorithm of 1MW class Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) which is constructed in EHWA electric corporation. Total electric charge of conventional '97 year and simulated '98 year are compared to verify the validity of the proposed algorithm. Simulation results have showed that the about \\32,000,000 reduction of electric charge for 1 year.
