  • This study examined the experience of administrators of home-based child care centers about CCFSM (Center for Children's Foodservice Management) service using a qualitative approach. Eight administrators of home-based child care centers in Seoul with more than one year's experience of CCFSM were interviewed regarding their opinions on support activities, standards, and foodservice management. The interviews were semi-structured with open-ended questions and they were transcribed and classified according to the subjects. There were negative opinions regarding the indications after a hygiene inspection leaving photographs or records behind, but most positive opinions were about round visits for foodservice sanitation and nutrition management. The participants thought that it is not enough that the number of nutrition education sessions for children be twice a year, and there was a suggestion to increase the rentals of nutrition educational materials. There was a complaint about the menus in that were difficult to prepare for lunch time or to obtain food ingredients for. The administrators poorly recognized how to use the standardized recipes and chlorine-based disinfectants, so they could not be applied properly. They also pointed out the problems of joint purchasing as low quality and high prices in the food service operation. They felt discriminated against compared to with larger scale child care centers because of their size and expressed concerns regarding the fact that many home-based child care centers were not included due to the lack of publicity and budget. Through the results, the CCFSM should provide a differentiated service and management by creating a dedicated team or staff for home-based child care centers so they will not feel left out. In addition, It is also important to constantly gather opinions to improve the menus and to use standardized recipes practically. In addition, it will be necessary to develop nutrition educational materials corresponding to the infants' age for home-based child care centers and increase the rent to expand nutrition education.

  • Objective: The Korean Industrial Hygiene Association(KIHA) held a forum on "Improvement of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) regulations for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency in the field" at its 2018 Winter Conference(February 2, 2018). This article summarized the major consensus opinions developed at the forum. Methods: Since the initial implementation of the MSDS system, the contents of the system have changed and related studies have been reviewed. Before the forum, online questionnaires were developed and opinions on the effectiveness of MSDS program were collected from various strata of the occupational health field. We also summarized the key opinions of companies, trade unions, experts, and government officials as discussed at the forums. Results: A total of 265 opinions were gathered through online questionnaire surveys from safety and health managers, trade unions, government officials, and health professionals. The results of online surveys and discussions showed some differences of opinion, but it was a common perception that the current MSDS system is not working effectively in the workplace. It was considered necessary to strengthen MSDS education and to make it easier for workers to understand and deliver the necessary information. In addition, it was confirmed that the supply of and education on MSDS to small- and medium-sized enterprise workers is not being well executed. In particular, MSDS training for subcontract workers should be carried out under the responsibility of the contracting employer. Conclusions: In order for the MSDS system to serve more effectively in the field in the future, it needs to be improved in terms of the effective education and training considering the type of industry and employment.

  • This paper investigates the asymmetric effect of social sentimental on an individual stock price return. For this purpose, four companies such as POSCO, Korean Electricity, AMORE PACIFIC, KIA Motors are chosen from KOSPI listed companies in terms of dataperspective. The main estimation results are as follows: the positive opinions affect only the stock prices return of three companies while the negative opinions affect all of the companies. It shows that positive or negative texts give asymmetric effect on stock price return and the effect of negative opinions is bigger than that of positive opinions. The results imply that investors are more sensitive to the negatives since they have the tendency of loss aversion. Also, it indicates that subjective opinion on SNS can be used as the proxy for the investment sentiment.

  • Financial fraud undermines the sustainable development of financial markets. Financial statements can be regarded as the key source of information to obtain the operating conditions of listed companies. Current research focuses more on mining financial digital data instead of looking into text data. However, text data can reveal emotional information, which is an important basis for detecting financial fraud. The audit opinion of the financial statement is especially the fair opinion of a certified public accountant on the quality of enterprise financial reports. Therefore, this research was carried out by using the data features of 4,153 listed companies' financial annual reports and audits of text opinions in the past six years, and the paper puts forward a financial fraud detection model integrating audit opinions. First, the financial data index database and audit opinion text database were built. Second, digitized audit opinions with deep learning Bert model was employed. Finally, both the extracted audit numerical characteristics and the financial numerical indicators were used as the training data of the LightGBM model. What is worth paying attention to is that the imbalanced distribution of sample labels is also one of the focuses of financial fraud research. To solve this problem, data enhancement and Focal Loss feature learning functions were used in data processing and model training respectively. The experimental results show that compared with the conventional financial fraud detection model, the performance of the proposed model is improved greatly, with Area Under the Curve (AUC) and Accuracy reaching 81.42% and 78.15%, respectively.

Therefore, the paper will review the exisitng opinions regarding this issue, and studied the original meaning of Jinkuiyaolue. Method : First, the opinions of the historical doctors related to the clauses within Jinkuiyaolue are reviewed. Existing opinions are divided into categories, and their meanings and limitations are analyzed. Followed by this, Huangdineijing and later generations' annotations were studied to discover a way to distinquish Yin and Yang of Jinkuiyaolue's Yangqi within the Sinqi. Result & Conclusion : The disease pathogen as explained within Jinkuiyaolue can be understood as an activity of Simqi, and it's difficult to view it as the Yin and Yang in terms of blood qi. Therefore, Jinkuiyaolue refers to the deficiency in terms of the aspect of Yang within the activity of Sinqi. The Yangqi of this can be viewed as an activity of Shenming.

The major findings of this study were as follows: First, many residents were dissatisfied with the quality of managerial service, but they thought that managerial services were very important. For example, they thought that safety inspection of the playground was very important, yet the current level of service was not satisfactory. Second, the characteristics of residents that determined the degree of residential satisfaction were income the location of the residence, and degree of participation in the community events. Third, the residents generally did not want to participate in the managerial services and community programs through such activities as participation in resident committee. In order to improve the housing management efficiency, residents' participation is critical. • The purpose of this study was to propose a framework and system for an advanced evaluation scale for the Multicultural Family Support Center and its services. For this study, we used the Meta-Evaluation method, which is also known as an 'evaluation of the evaluation.' The data were collected from 134 surveys of individuals working in the Multicultural Family Support Center. The questionnaire consisted of two parts: a) general opinions regarding the present evaluation scale; and b) concrete opinions about the details of the scale. The results indicated several problems and issues for improvement. In light of these results, we suggest that not only do the detailed scales have to be modified to incorporate workers' opinions, but also that the management of the evaluation system itself has to be improved in order to achieve more effective evaluation procedures.
