중국소비자의 문화성향이 SNSs 구전행동에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Chinese Cultural Dispositions on the SNS eWOM Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 중국소비자들의 문화성향이 SNSs(Social Networking Sites)에서의 온라인 구전(eWOM) 행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 분석하기 위해 실시되었다. 실증분석 결과 나타난 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국소비자의 집단주의 성향과 SNSs에서의 eWOM 행동 간의 관계에 관한 가설1, 2, 3을 실증 분석한 결과, 중국소비자의 집단주의성향은 SNS에서의 의견탐색행동과 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타나 가설1은 채택되었다. 그러나 중국소비자의 집단주의 성향과 의견선도 및 의견전달행동 간의 관계에 대한 가설2와 가설3은 통계적으로도 유의하지 않아 기각되었다. 다음으로 중국소비자의 불확실성 회피성향과 SNSs에서의 온라인 구전행동 간의 관계에 대한 가설4, 5, 6은 모두 가설에서 설정한 방향과 동일한 방향성을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 의견탐색행동, 의견선도행동, 의견전달행동 간의 관계에 대한 가설7, 8, 9에 대한 검정결과, 의견선도행동이 의견전달행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 중국시장에서 SNSs를 활용한 마케팅 전략의 성공 가능성을 높이기 위해, 중국소비자의 어떠한 문화적 성향에 초점을 맞춰야 할 것인가에 대한 실무적 함의점을 제공 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

American And Korean Consumers Perceived Importance of Group Identity on Gift Giving Purchase Behavior

  • This study examines the importance of group identity (kin, friends, co-workers) when gift recipient changes among American and Korean consumers. Female college students and academicians completed a self-administered questionnaire. Four hundred fifty-eight respondents evaluated the perceived importance of group identity when buying an apparel gift for kin, friends, and co-workers. The results suggest that the importance of group identity may influence the type of gift a recipient receives. The results show that when buying a gift for kin, friends, and co-workers that both young and older American consumers place greater importance on self rather than the opinion of other group. The older and younger Korean respondents rated the opinion of each group (kin, friends, and co-workers) to be more important than self. Recommendations for future research on the affect of culture on consumer purchases are suggested.

인터넷의 양방향.공개 커뮤니케이션 장을 창출한 적극적 발신행위자의 속성에 관한 연구: 오피니언 리더의 속성을 중심으로 (A Study on the Characteristics of Active Information and Opinion Giver in the Interactive-Public Communication Space of Internet: Focused on the Characteristics of Opinion Leader)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 인터넷의 양방향 공개 커뮤니케이션 장에서 정보와 의견을 적극적으로 발신하는 이용자의 특성을 밝히는 것이다. 구체적으로는 오피니언 리더의 속성으로 알려진 주제에 대한 관여도, 개인화성향, 사회적 활동성, 정보원과 영향원, 인구 통계학적 특성 측면에서 적극적 발신자와 소극적 발신자 사이에 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. 인터넷 카페의 게시판을 통해 모집한 응답자에게 이메일 설문조사를 실시하여 최종적으로 175명으로부터 회신을 받았다. 분석결과는 정보와 의견을 적극적으로 발신하는 정도는 오피니언 리더의 특성과 관련성이 있음이 입증되었다. 먼저, 적극적 발신집단은 주제에 대한 관여도와 개인화 성향이 소극적 발신집단보다 높았다. 둘째, 적극적 발신집단은 사회적 활동성에서도 소극적 발신 집단보다 높은 적극성을 나타냈다. 셋째, 적극적 발신집단은 대인채널을 통해 정보와 의견을 더 많이 발신하고, 더 많이 수신하였으며, 전문 분야의 정보를 제공하는 잡지를 이용하는 정도도 높았다. 그러나 성별을 제외한 인구통계학적 특성에서는 두 집단 사이에 차이가 검증되지 않았다.

간호사 및 간호조무사 활용에 관한 개업의사의 의견조사 (A survey of private physician's opinion on utilization of nursing manpower)

  • The medical insurance system has been adopted in 1989. Since then, the utilization of medical care services has increased rapidly. It appears that the medical institution needs more nursing manpower such as nurses and nurse aides to meet an increased demand for medical care for the residents. However, the medical care clinics run by a medical practitioners has a more shortage of nursing manpower than hospitals. The purpose of this survey was to analyze the current employment status and to obtain an opinion on the improvement of utilization such as recruitment and retention of nursing manpower. The questionnaire sent to the private physician and the response rate was 28.7% ; 87 out of 300 physicians. 82.6% of the respondents employed nurses aides rather than nurses and an average number of employees per clinic was 2.5 persons. Most physicians had difficulties in recruiting nursing manpower. It took more than one month for replacement on average, therefore, they were suffering from giving good continual care for the patient and also high resignation of nursing personnel. The low wage, long working hours, hard work and lack of incentives are the biggest reasons for the difficulty in recruiting and retaining of the nursing personnel obtained for the clinics survey. The above mentioned problems would be solved in the near future by changing those difficulties. In the meantime, the private physicians are marking an effort to retain the nursing personnel by keeping a relationship of the private physician's cooperatives.

AN AUSTRALIAN PERSPECTIVE OF THE SUITABILITY OF THE SCL PROTOCOL'S PROVISIONS FOR DEALING WITH FLOAT FOR ADOPTION AND USE BY THE AUSTRALIAN CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

  • During the negotiation and resolution of delay and disruption disputes on construction projects, the use and misappropriation of float, and the question of float ownership, are considered to be a major concern to those involved. Most practitioners and authors are of the opinion that it is an issue that should be clearly defined and addressed within the provisions of the contract. However, the terms "float" or "ownership of float" are rarely mentioned (if at all) in most of the standard forms of Australian construction contracts, giving little guidance to those involved as to how this issue should be addressed. In October 2002 the United Kingdoms Society of Construction Law (SCL) published a Delay and Disruption Protocol (the Protocol) that contains a suggested approach to the issue. The aim of this research was to obtain an Australian opinion of the suitability of the SCL's Delay and Disruption Protocols suggested approach to the issue of float and ownership of float for use by the Australian construction industry. Qualitative interviews were carried out with Australian construction industry experts experienced in the administration, negotiation, and resolution of delay and disruption disputes to obtain their opinions of the suitability of the SCL's proposed approach. Results indicate general confusion and uncertainty as to how the issue of float and float ownership should be addressed in general, with the SCL's approach adding further to that confusion.

과학 실험에서 교사-모둠학생의 언어적 상호작용 사례연구 (Case Study on Verbal Interactions of Teacher-Small Group Students in Science Experiments)

  • 이 연구에서는 교사-모둠학생의 언어적 상호작용을 유형화하여 상호작용의 전체적인 형태를 확인 하고, 학생의 사고에 영향을 미치는 교사-모둠학생 상호작용의 특징을 살펴봄으로써 교사의 상호작용 개선에 기여하고자 하였다. 먼저 상호작용 유형은 문제해결과 관련된 행동과 기타의 두 범주로 구분하였고, 문제해결과 관련된 행동은 학생의 사고과정을 기초로 한 의견받기와 교사의 사고과정을 기초로 한 도움주기로 분류하였다. 의견받기는 동의와 질문, 교정, 반대가 포함되고, 도움주기는 정보와 힌트, 질문, 정리, 묻고 답하기로 세분화하였 다. 교사-모둠학생 상호작용은 대부분 교사의 질문과 학생의 답변으로 구성되었는데, 교사의 질문은 대체로 추론 형보다는 단순한 답을 요구하는 내용이 많았다. 또한 학생보다 교사의 사고과정에 더 많이 치우쳤으며, 정답을 제 시하는 한 두 학생과만 상호작용하는 경향이 있었다. 그 결과 교사의 도움주기 후에도 내용을 이해하지 못하는 학 생들이 종종 관찰되었다. 그러나 교사는 학생의 의견을 반복하여 동의를 표하거나 칭찬을 많이 하여 자신감을 심 어주고 있었으며, 학생의 모든 활동과 질문을 자유롭게 허용하여 누구나 편하게 의견을 제시할 수 있는 분위기를 만들고 있었다. 상호작용의 관찰로부터 학생의 사고에 영향을 미치는 교사의 상호작용 특성으로 동의나 격려의 표현, 생각을 유도하는 힌트의 제시, 학생의 의견을 기초로 한 상호작용, 허용적 분위기, 생각할 시간 제공, 학생 의 잘못된 의견 교정 등을 확인할 수 있었다. 이에 관련된 교육적 시사점을 논의하였다.

유아교육기관의 급식 기호도 및 만족도에 관한 연구 (Satisfaction and Preference with Meal Service of Child Education Center)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate meal service conditions in child education centers as well as the satisfaction and preference levels of preschoolers. Preschoolers' menu preferences for bab, miyeokguk, baechu-kimch, jajangmyeon, and yogurt were all high. There were also high preferences for jjim, jorim, bbokkum, and tugim. Attention articles meal service strong concern for check family communication tools, and parents had passive for frequency of giving parent's opinion. The variables that influence on importance to meal service were purchased a fresh groceries, balance nourishment for preschooler and meal service menu for kid's health promotion when ranked. The variables that influence on satisfaction to meal service were hygiene education, mealtime and place, equipped with a sanitary feeding facilities and purchased a fresh groceries when ranked.

  • In this study, in order to survey the effect on public recognition in malocclusion and orthodontic treatment by brochures made by Korean orthodontic association, sample were divided into control and experimental group and a questionnaire was inguired and the results were as follows: 1. In the experimental group, frequency of recognition for the need of orthodontic treatment was high, and this indicates dental health behavior and recognition can be inspired by adequate giving of information. 2. Between the control and the experimental group, patterns of the negative opinion was different, and especially the demand for specific orthodontic treatment can be influenced by the content of brochures. 3. The brochures used in this study can call attention to develope the orthodontic aspect for the malocclusion, hereafter more systemic and active measures for development of public dental behavior and recognition should be needed.

분만에 대한 여대생의 태도유형 (Attitudinal Type on Delivery for College Women)

  • This study was formed to propose a theoretical background trying to create a positive delivery experience by understanding college women's subjective accounts (their view and attitude) on delivery. Method: Q- methodology was used to appreciate the highly abstract concept in an objective manner, since delivery can be assessed differently with each experience. Result: There were three types of opinions about the delivery in college women. The first type (matured type) understood delivery to be a precious experience that enables women to gain the value of life through labor pain, and granted then more appreciation to their own mothers. The second type (will type) recognizes delivery as an option rather than an obligation for women. They think women chooses whether or not to experience the process, especially since delivery requires a great deal of responsibility. The third type (positive type) takes delivery as a valuable, worthwhile, and marvelous process that they wish to experience. They are not even afraid of giving birth multiple times. Conclusion: The study explains and allows us to understand college women's overall opinion and attitudes about delivery. Thus this study aids the seizure of an opportunity to build a theoretical base for delivery management.

Towards a Development Strategy for the Recruitment and Retention of Women Seafarers in Cargo Ships with Particular Reference to the Republic of Korea

  • The prime objective set for paper is to identify what are the women seafarers' problems and concerns regarding employment on cargo ships. From the cargo ship point of view, the question then is how to provide sufficient solutions for women seafarers in the male-dominated workplace of the ship through Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) activities. The methodologies of study combine qualitative and quantitative research methods. The progress of research is to conduct a survey by asking a consistent set of key opinion leaders from the Republic of Korea. Moreover, to evaluate the elements of the result, the research explores the way in which we should consider giving priority to aspects of the problem. Finally, based on the terms of CSR, the author recommends measures to support the needs of women when they are employed onboard the world's merchant vessels.
