Purpose: This study was conducted for the purpose of selecting important events from among various events that may pose a risk to railway passengers. For this purpose, opinions of various railroad vehicle passengers and railway operator workers were investigated and analyzed. Method: The survey was conducted on 1,000 men and women in their 20s and 60s and 429 workers at 11 company across the country. A survey was conducted on the dangerous situations that may occur in subways, general railroads and high-speed rail vehicles targeting passengers. For railway operator workers, the questionnaire is limited to subway vehicles. Result: Among the passenger risk factors(abnormal behavior and dangerous situations) selected based on the frequency and importance of occurrence of passenger risk factors, the main risk factors are selected 'car door jamming', 'sexual harassment', 'intoxicating behavior', 'fighting' /assault', 'wandering around', and 'not wearing a mask'. Conclusion: The major risk factors affecting passengers were selected by surveying passengers and railway operators. we plan to develop a CCTV detection system with AI technology that can quickly and continuously detect the major risk factors of railway vehicles selected as a result of this study.

This study collected and analyzed transportation card data in order to better understand the operation and usage of city buses in Ulsan Metropolitan City in Korea. The analysis used quantitative and qualitative indicators according to the characteristics of the data, and also the categories were classified as general status, operational status, and satisfaction. The existing city bus survey method has limitations in terms of survey scale and in the survey process itself, which incurs various types of errors as well as requiring a lot of time and money to conduct. In particular, the bus means indicators calculated using transportation card data were analyzed to compensate for the shortcomings of the existing operational status survey methods that rely entirely on site surveys. The city bus index calculated by using the transportation card data involves quantitative operation status data related to the user, and this results in the advantage of being able to conduct a complete survey without any data loss in the data collection process. We took the transportation card data from the entire city bus network of Ulsan Metropolitan City on Wednesday April 3, 2019. The data included information about passenger numbers/types, bus types, bus stops, branches, bus operators, transfer information, and so on. From the data analysis, it was found that a total of 234,477 people used the city bus on the one day, of whom 88.6% were adults and 11.4% were students. In addition, the stop with the most passengers boarding and alighting was Industrial Tower (10,861 people), A total of 20,909 passengers got on and off during the peak evening period of 5 PM to 7 PM, and 13,903 passengers got on and off the No. 401 bus route. In addition, the top 26 routes in terms of the highest number of passengers occupied 50% of the total passengers, and the top five bus companies carried more than 70% of passengers, while 62.46% of the total routes carried less than 500 passengers per day. Overall, it can be said that this study has great significance in that it confirmed the possibility of replacing the existing survey method by analyzing city bus use by using transportation card data for Ulsan Metropolitan City. However, due to limitations in the collection of available data, analysis was performed only on one matched data, attempts to analyze time series data were not made, and the scope of analysis was limited because of not considering a methodology for efficiently analyzing large amounts of real-time data.

Part 2 of the Questionnaire Survey on Marine Safety and VTS in the Philippine Coastal Waters presents the alternatives to risk reduction, modifying the VTS, the qualification and competency of a VTS operator and effectiveness of the services and assistance rendered by VTS. This study finds that majority of respondents chose "Improved education and training of mariners" as the best alternative to risk reduction and the "Strict enforcement of ship safety regulations" as the best alternative based on the respondents' ranks last served onboard and areas of familiarity. In modifying the VTS, the areas with VTS chose to "Improve or upgrade" and for those without, is to "Implement" the system. The best VTS system is the "Port and Approaches" type and the PCG is selected to operate, maintain and supervise the system. As a VTS operator, the necessity of shipboard experience is considered "Essential" and the experiences include "Ship-handling and Communication", and "Management level" experiences. The effectiveness of the assistance and services rendered by VTS are considered "Very Important". Based on these findings, this study recommends improvement of education and training of mariners and users of the waterways including the training of VTS operators manning the VTS centers, strict enforcement of ship safety regulations along the busy and main ports of the country and installation of VTS system with the most appropriate type with the supervision of PCG.
The purpose of this study is to develop a measure of service quality in the traditional market by examining previous research on the service quality of the traditional market studied so far. After defining basic concepts through definition of traditional market and existing studies, 5 categories of configuration items for SERVQUAL measurement in traditional market were made up based on existing researches related to definition of service quality and service quality of traditional market. A survey was conducted on the items that fit the intention of this study and various statistical analyzes were conducted. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. The reliability of the items was measured by the reliability test, and the predictability and accuracy of the items were examined. The validity of the measured variables was verified through confirmatory factor analysis. Reliability, empathy, responsiveness, certainty, and tangibility were the most important factors in this study. Responsiveness factors include communication, time reduction, real time, promptness. Assurance factors include the assurance of delivery, prompt answers, product knowledge items. Tangibility factors include, convenient device systems, location information, presence as a fact, and as a result, the latest modern items are adopted. The quality of service in the traditional market developed in this study was found to be good in reliability and validity test. Confirmatory factor analysis result using structural equation model also met the conformity index standard. If service satisfaction is measured based on this research, basic data can be presented to policy makers who implement policies on traditional markets to make the right decisions. In addition, it will be able to provide traditional market operators with operational strategy and marketing data. In the future, based on the traditional market service quality scale developed in this study, it is necessary to grasp the factors to be continuously managed to improve the service quality of the traditional market, user satisfaction, and intention to use.

This study was conducted to analyze new nurse satisfaction and factors of the new nurse orientation program and improve their effectiveness. The CIPP evaluation model was applied in this study to assess each module of the program systematically. The respondents of the survey were 452 of five affiliated hospitals of an educational foundation. The respondents' perceptions were 'Senior', 'Operating', 'Introduction', 'Unity', 'Usefulness', and 'Needs' (from highest to lowest). Multiple regression analysis indicated that 'Operating', 'Unity', 'Usefulness', and 'Hospital Introduction' had a significant impact on satisfaction. The results presented herein indicate that planners and operators should improve effectiveness of new nurse orientation programs by enhancing sense of unity, instilling confidence as a nurse, and increasing personal utilization of subjects.

Design modification is one of the elements that must be controlled in the process of any construction project. Especially a military facility project comes with more obstacles than private work due to the unique characteristics and closeness of the military. As there are both the project manager and the user within the ordering body, it is likely to have difficulties unless communication is conducted smoothly. The reason is that such issues regarding communication lead to design modification and it will result in the user's dissatisfaction. Thus this study aimed to identify the elements that generally cause design modification by analyzing characteristics of military projects from the status of current project contracts, analyzing past elements that lead to design modification and comprehensively researching responds from the survey on operators of facility projects. It is expected that loss from design modification of military facility projects is reduced by proposing feasible and practical improvements.
Recently, railroad's preference greatly increased as the environment-friendly means of transportation as the importance in the aspects of environment and energy efficiency. So the government established the Korea Rail Network Authority which takes full charge of railroad construction in 20047 for regular railroad construction to combine major key points in the whole country with each other to be one city region by connecting them to each other to be within the commute time range of a hour and thirty minutes. And it has arranged large-scale railroad construction by establishing plans to build the 1st and 2nd national railroad networks as the national project and investing about 100 trillion won in it from 2006 to 2020. As large-scale railroad construction is promoted as the national project like this, there has been a string of safety accidents in it due to the large and complex construction project. As the government strengthened the safety accident prevention plans, safety accidents have tended to decrease in 2011. However, accidents of construction machinery have found to increase. Therefore, this study tried to investigate accident cases of the Korea Rail Network Authority for the recent 5 years and analyze accidents of construction machinery to prevent them in railroad construction sites and suggest accident prevention plans due to it by conducting, investigating, and analyzing the survey of its operators and superintendents of the construction sites and drawing the problems.
When VTSOs (Vessel Traffic Service Operator) determine the degree of collision risk for two vessels, they consider comprehensive information about each vessel's course, speed, DCPA, TCPA, and encountering situation. In this study, we proposed a utility function based on the risk attitudes of VTSOs toward the Risk Index (RI). The RI was calculated using the risk of encounter, the risk of approach, and the risk of time for two vessels in order to predict each ship's collision risk from the VTS viewpoint. We obtained each coefficient of the RI and the risk attitude through a survey of collision risks among VTSOs of Korea. In order to verify whether the proposed utility is reasonable, we validated by applying the degree of collision risk to some historical cases of accidents in Busan port along with the Ship of ES value($ES_S$) of ES(Environmental Stress) model.
Purpose Recently the usage of Mobile Instant Messenger(MIM) has been increased all over the world. With the development of Mobile Internet, a large amount of mobile application came into being, such as WeChat, the most popular MIM now in China. It has a huge number of registered users, but just only half of them are the "active users". This study intends to examine what factors affect MIM user's continuance intention and actual usage behavior. Design/Methodology/Approach Based on the framework of Perception/Emotion-Behavior and the extended ECM-ISC (Expectation Confirmation Model of IS Continuance), this research introduced some unique variables to a user satisfaction model focusing on perceived/emotional factors in WeChat. In this model, perceived/emotional factors have been divided into enabler factors and inhibitor factors to analyze the effect on continuance intention and actual usage behavior. Also, the moderate effect of the habits was discussed. An online questionnaire survey of 203 WeChat users was conducted and the empirical validation was employed to test the research model. Findings From the empirical results, perceived usefulness, expectation confirmation, and needs for affiliation significantly affected satisfaction. Also, satisfaction influenced continuance intention which led to actual usage behavior. We found that the habit moderates the relationship between satisfaction and continuance intention. The result of this study provides guidance to the developers and operators of WeChat on how to improve enhance users' satisfaction and loyalty.

To explore the impact of restaurant service quality for foreigners in South Korea on customer satisfaction, customer trust, and loyalty from three dimensions: quality of physical environment, food quality, and service quality and the influence of perceived price on satisfaction and loyalty, a survey was conducted by collecting 202 valid questionnaires and Amos 23 was used to examine the relationships between variables. The results show that the quality of physical environment, food quality, and service quality have significant positive effects on customer trust, but only food quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty and all three have no significant effects on customer satisfaction. In addition, customer trust has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, but the effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty has not been verified in this study. At the same time, perceived price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, but no significant effect on customer loyalty. Then the study examined the moderating effect of gender by using the SEM multi-group analysis method, founding that there are no significant differences between male and female on the impact of the three dimensions of restaurant service quality on customer satisfaction, and no significant differences between male and female on the impact of perceived price on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction on loyalty, meaning that gender's moderating effects are not valid. These conclusions of this study are useful for restaurant operators to improve the quality of the physical environment, food quality and service quality, effectively improve customer trust, and thus customer satisfaction and loyalty.
