  • 저자는 매복된 상악 정중 과잉치를 주소로 내원한 환아를 3차원 전산화 단층촬영술을 이용해 매복된 과잉치의 위치를 파악하였으며 다음의 결론을 얻었다. 1. 인접한 영구치에 대한 위해한 영향을 주지 않기 위해 상악 정중 매복 과잉치의 정확한 위치 판별이 요구된다. 2. 3차원 전산화 단층촬영법은 매복 과잉치의 위치판별에 있어서 객관적인 중요한 정보를 제공한다.

다기관 코호트 연구에서 경동맥 내막-중막 두께 측정의 측정자간 신뢰도 평가 (Inter-Rater Reliability of Carotid Intima-Media Thickness Measurements in a Multicenter Cohort Study)

  • 목적: 경동맥 내막-중막 두께와 경동맥 경화반의 존재유무는 죽상동맥경화증의 임상 전단계를 나타내는 지표로 널리 사용되고 있다. 경동맥 내막-중막 두께를 측정할 때의 측정자 의존성 때문에, 다기관 연구에서는 경동맥 내막-중막 두께와 경화반 측정의 기관간 신뢰도를 확인하는 것이 중요하다. 이 연구의 목적은 심뇌혈관 및 대사질환원인 연구센터에 속해 있는 세 임상기관 사이의 경동맥 내막-중막 두께와 경화반 측정의 측정자간 신뢰도를 평가하는 것이다. 방법: 심뇌혈관 질환 과거력이 없는 사람 20명이 2014-2015년 사이에 이 연구에 참여하였고(연령 37-64세), 미리 정해진 프로토콜에 따라 연구참여자의 좌, 우 경동맥을 세 임상기관에서 반복적으로 측정하였다. 총 경동맥의 원위부에서 측정한 경동맥 내막-중막 두께의 최대값과 평균값을 기록하였다. 경동맥에서의 경화반 존재유무는 측정자에 의해 확인되었다. 경동맥 내막-중막 두께와 경화반 존재유무의 신뢰도를 급내상관계수와 카파 통계량을 통해 각각 평가하였다. 결과: 계산된 급내상관계수는 최대 경동맥 내막-중막 두께를 평가하였을 때 0.647이었고 (95% CI: 0.487-0.779), 평균 경동맥 내막-중막 두께를 평가하였을 때 0.758 (95% CI: 0.632-0.854) 이었다. Bland Altman plot에서, 관측치의 대부분은 평균의 차이에서 ${\pm}1.96$ 표준편차 사이에 분포하였다. 각 기관 사이의 경화반 존재유무에 대한 카파 통계량은 0.304 (기관 1과 2), 0.507 (기관 1과 3), 0.606 (기관 2와 3)이었다. 전반적인 일치를 평가하는 Fleiss카파값은 0.445였다. 결론: 세 임상기관 사이의 경동맥 내막-중막 두께의 측정자간 신뢰도는 훌륭하였으며, 경화반 존재유무에 대한 신뢰도는 적정하였다.

컴퓨터 시각을 이용한 계란 표면의 결함 검출 (Detection of Surface Defects in Eggs Using Computer Vision)

  • A computer vision system was built to generate images of a stationary egg. This system includes a. CCD camera, a frame grabber, and an incandescent back lighting system An image processing algorithm was developed to accurately detect surface holes and surface cracks on eggs. With 20W of incandescent back light, the detection rate was shown to be the highest. The Sobel operator was found to be the best among various enhancing filters examined. The threshold value to distinguish between the crack and the translucent spots was found to be linear with the average gray level of a whole egg image. Those values of both gray level and area were used as criteria to detect holes in egg and those values of both area and roundness were used to detect cracks in egg. For a sample of 300 eggs, this system was able to correctly analyze an egg for the presence of a defect 97.5% of the time. On the average, it took 59.5 seconds to analyze an egg image and determine whether or not it was defected.

원격 비전시스템을 위한 HMD의 방향각 측정 알고리즘에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Rotation Angle Estimation of HMD for the Tele-operated Vision System)

  • In this paper, we studied for the real-time azimuthal measurement of HMD (Head Mounted Display) to control the tele-operated vision system on the mobile robot. In the preexistence tele-operated vision system, a joystick was used to control the pan-tilt unit of the remote camera system. To give the sense of presence to the tele-operator, we used a HMD to display the remote scene, measured the rotation angle of the HMD on a real time basis, and transmitted the measured rotation angles to the mobile robot controller to synchronize the pan-tilt angles of remote camera with the HMD. In this paper, we suggest an algorithm for the real-time estimation of the HMD rotation angles using feature points extraction from pc-camera image. The simple experiment is conducted to demonstrate the feasibility.

자동 시각 검사를 위한 개선된 서브픽셀 알고리즘 (An Improved Subpixel Algorithm for Automated Visual Inspection System)

  • A new improved algorithm in edge location to subpixel accuracy using decent-based weight to spatial information is proposed in this paper and applied to automated visual inspection(AVI) system. An application of the new edge operator as an edge detector is also provided and compared with Tabatabai and Lyvers edge detectors. The existing algorithms located edger to subpixel accuracy using least-square or moment-based methods. The algorithms also use only spatial information or grey-level values to locate edges. However, the proposed algorithm consider the weighted sum of grey-levels values of each edge pattern. The results show that the proposed algorithm is relatively less biased and has smaller standard deviation than the edge operations developed by Tabatabai and Lyvers in the presence of noise.

  • 용액중에서 화학반응을 설명하기 위하여 한개의 대표적인 입자의 반복적 충돌현상까지 고려한 동역학적인 이론을 경구모델을 사용하여 연구하였다. 반응성을 지닌 대표적인 입자의 상공간 밀도의 시간상관함수가 만족시키는 동역학방정식을 유도하였고 이로부터 비활성 용매 S중에서 일어나는 A + B ${\rightleftharpoons$ C + D 형태의 가역반응에 관계되는 반응속도 계수의 인자를 투영연산자방법으로 구하였다.

  • In this paper, we studied for the real-time azimuthal measurement of HMD(Head Mounted Display) using the feature points detection to control the tele-operated vision system on the mobile robot. A Force/Moment Direction Sensor and Its Application in Intuitive Robot Teaching Task

  • Teach pendant is the most widely used means of robot teaching at present. Despite the difficulties of using the motion command buttons on the teach pendant, it is an economical, robust, and effective device for robot teaching task. This paper presents the development of a force/moment direction sensor named COSMO that can improve the teach pendant based robot teaching. Robot teaching experiment of a six axis commercial robot using the sensor is described where operator holds the sensor with a hand, and move the robot by pushing, pulling, and twisting the sensor in the direction of the desired motion. No prior knowledge of the coordinate system is required. The function of the COSMO sensor is to detect the presence f force and moment along the principal axes of the sensor coordinate system. The transducer used in the sensor is micro-switch, and this intuitive robot teaching can be implemented at a very low cost.

일반화된 적응법칙을 사용한 안정한 기준모델 적응제어 (A Stable Model Reference Adaptive Control with a Generalized Adaptive Law)

  • In this paper, a generalized adaptive law is proposed which uses a rational function type operator for parameter adjustment. To satisfy the passivity condition of the adaptation block, we introduce a constant feedback gain into the adaptation block. This adaptation scheme is applied to the model reference adaptive control of a continuous-time, linear time-invariant, minimum-phase system whose relative degree is 1. We prove the asymptotic stability of the output error of this adaptive system by hyperstability method. It is shown that by digital computer simulations this law can give a better output error transient response in some cases than the conventional gradient adaptive law. And the output error responses for the several types of the proposed adaptation law are examined in the presence of a kind of unmodeled dynamics.

An influence of the exchange rate on NOE intensities of a ligand: Application to 37kDa trp-holo-repressor/operator DNA complex

  • The cross peak intensities versus mixing times of 2D NOESY spectrum for a corepressor L-trp were simulated for the case of a ligand exchanging between free (AX) and bound (A'X') forms in protein/DNA complex. The direct NOE (I(AX)) of the free ligand exhibited a small positive intensity indicative of the strong dominant influence of the bound ligand. The exchange-mediated NOE peak (I(AX')) was very sensitive to corepressor exchange. However, both diagonal (I(A'A')) and direct NOE (I(A'X')) intensities of the bound ligand were not affected much at initial stage. Both peaks were severely influenced by exchange at mixing times of greater than 100 ms. In conclusion, since the NOE intensity is a function of exchange rate, the exchange effect should be considered to properly extract accurate distance information for bound ligand in the presence of conformational exchange.
