최근 정보통신 서비스가 대용량 고속화 및 멀티미디어화되고 일반 주거 지역으로의 유입 및 네트워크 설비 구축이 활성화되면서 기존의 전화망에 의한 단순 음성통신 또는 데이터 통신 환경과는 다른 시설 패러다임이 이루어지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 댁내통신설비의 고도화를 위하여 운영환경요소를 분석하고 국내외 표준화 현황을 살펴보고 현재의 댁내통신설비의 운영환경에 대한 현장조사를 통한 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하였다.

This study is concerned with the design of the communication based evaluation simulator for the development of the operational control algorithm for PRT(Personal Rapid Transit) system which has very short headway and requires accurate speed control of the vehicles to avoid the impact between the vehicles. The evaluation simulator is composed of central control system, vehicle control system, communication control system, AP for wireless communication, and monitoring system. For the mobile characteristics of the PRT vehicles wireless communication is employed for the transmission of the control and status information between the central control system and the vehicle control system. By using simple test operational control algorithm the effectiveness of the proposed evaluation simulator is shown.

Intermediaries are presenting not only transactional information that orchestrates electronic transaction, but also market related information and knowledge useful for sellers' understanding of the market status. However, we do not have strong evidence that the market related information and knowledge is properly utilized by sellers and that it has an actual influence on sellers' performance. According to the research result, absorptive capacity and the pattern of information system utilization is statistically significant to sellers' performance mediated by operational efficiency and market knowledge creation. Especially, explorative utilization of information system and realized absorptive capacity has a stronger influence on sellers' performance mediated by market knowledge creation. With this research result, this study maintains that sellers are required to absorb and utilize market related information and knowledge more actively through explorative utilization of information system to achieve better performance in the e-marketplace. On the other hand, intermediaries are recommended to provide abundant and valuable market related information and knowledge for the sellers to build up better e-marketplaces.

This study aims to derive suggestions to help develop Hanbok education in the future by examining its current status in domestic educational institutions in light of rising social demand for Hanbok in the era of fashion Hanbok. We assessed the Hanbok curriculum in educational institutions nationwide, including universities and specialized institutes, and conducted in-depth interviews to understand the operational status of Hanbok-specialized education. We found that the demand for education on production functions is decreasing, while the demand for in-depth education on the history of Korean costume and education integrating Hanbok with design and marketing is increasing. We also found that, in the case of universities, which play an important role in Hanbok research and education, professional research and training are shrinking in graduate schools, whereas Hanbok subjects are being maintained and new subjects are being taught in undergraduate courses. In the fashion Hanbok era, it has been suggested that Hanbok education needs to converge with design and marketing education, beyond teaching only Hanbok. In addition, the necessity of expanding liberal arts education within universities to meet social demand was proposed, and online education was expected to help spread knowledge.

본 연구의 목적은 노인주간보호시설에 대한 잠재이용자들이 지각하는 이용욕구와 운영 현황을 파악하여 문제점과 발전방향을 제안하는 것이다. 자료수집은 J도에 거주하는 일반인 320명을 대상으로 기관 인식과 이용욕구를 설문지로 조사하였으며, 6개 시설의 기관장 및 종사자에 대한 심층인터뷰, 기관의 운영 현황을 파악하고자 하였다. 분석결과 잠재이용자들은 주간보호시설의 기능 및 구체적인 역할에 대해 많이 인지하고 있지 않았으며, 시설비용 부담은 국가에서 부담하며, 시설을 이용 시 중요한 요인은 시설 및 환경인 것으로 나타났다. 심층인터뷰에서는 지금의 정책이나 제도는 현실과 괴리가 커 종사자들의 지위나 역할 그리고 기관의 운영 상태와 맞지 않는 것으로 나타나, 현장형 시스템의 재정립이 요구되고 있다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 주간보호시설의 발전방향은 국가차원에서 시민들에게 주간보호시설의 인식 개선 및 제고를 위한 적극적인 홍보와 가족지원강화가 필요하다. 둘째, 이용자의 욕구를 반영한 시설과 환경의 개선을 통한 요양서비스의 질을 높여야 한다. 셋째, 종사자의 열악한 고용 여건과 처우를 현실에 맞게 개선해 요양서비스의 질을 높여 나가야 한다.

본 연구는 코로나19 상황에서 육아종합지원센터 어린이집 지원사업 운영실태를 파악하고, 운영 개선 및 발전 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기 지역 소재의 육아종합지원센터에서 어린이집 지원사업을 담당하는 보육전문요원 6인 대상으로 2022년 2월 1주부터 4주까지 심층 면담을 통해 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 코로나19 상황에서 육아종합지원센터 어린이집 지원사업의 운영실태에 있어서는 사업 운영방식의 다양화, 비대면 교육 확대, 개별컨설팅 및 소규모 교육 요구가 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 운영상의 어려움은 미디어 활용 능력 부족, 예측 불가 상황에 대한 대처 부담, 어린이집과 보육정책기관 사이의 소통역할 미흡으로 나타났다. 지원 요구는 전산 전문인력 확보, 온라인교육 활성화를 위한 환경 구축, 긴급상황에서의 효율적 업무전달체계가 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

도로는 일관성 있는 선형으로 안전하게 주행할 수 있도록 설계되어야 하며. 안전성 향상을 위해 적절한 주행속도로 주행할 수 있는 환경이 제공되어야 한다 적절한 도로환경을 제공하기 위하여 설계 시 정확한 주행속도의 반영은 필수적이므로, 이를 예측할 수 있는 주행속도 예측모형이 필요하다고 판단된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 주행속도 예측모형 구축을 위해 영동고속도로를 대상으로 주행속도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 크게 선형요소, 교통운영특성 요소로 분류하였다. 분류한 요인을 중심으로 평면직선, 평면곡선구간 그리고 종단곡선구간의 각 구간별로 상관분석을 통하여 주행속도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 선정하였다 선정한 요인들을 대상으로 다중회귀모형을 이용하여 주행속도예측모형을 구축 및 검증 결과, 본 연구의 주행속도 예측모형이 통계적으로 모두 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 평면 및 종단선형요소를 동시에 반영하여 국내 도로 실정에 맞는 주행속도 예측모형을 개발하였다는 데에 그 의의가 있다. 그러나 분석자료가 영동고속도로로 한정되어 전국을 대표할 수 없으므로 향후 전국을 대상으로 도로 선형요소를 바탕으로 대표성을 지닐 수 있는 연구가 필요하다고 판단된다.

본 연구는 경기도를 주요 분석대상으로 하여 공유재산 보유현황, 관리체제와 운영성과, 운영의 한계점 등을 분석하였다. 또한 경기도와 서울특별시, 인천광역시 등의 타 광역단체들의 공유재산 관리체제를 비교·분석하여 시사점을 얻고자 하였다. 동시에 경기도 전체 공유재산 실무담당자를 대상으로 공유재산 운영과 관련된 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 경기도는 재정자립도가 완전하지 않기 때문에 재원확충이 중요인데도 불구하고 공유재산의 세외수입 실적이 보유규모에 비해 미미한 수준이다. 그 원인으로는 무엇보다도 공유재산 관리전담부서가 별도로 신설되어 있지 않고 기존의 업무를 담당하는 주무부서도 행정력이 부족하다는 점이 주요 원인이라 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공유재산의 운영 성과와 기타 재산 가치를 증대시키기 위해서는 공유재산 전담부서를 신설할 것을 제안하고자 한다. 설문조사에서도 공유재산 운영 성과를 개선시키려면 현재의 관리체제를 개편해야 하며 그 개편방향은 전담부서의 신설이어야 한다는 인식이 형성되어 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

Today, most of elevators have an emergency call facility for emergency situations. However, if the network installed in the elevator is also out of power, it cannot be used for the elevator remote monitoring and management. So, we develop an integrated and unified emergency call system, which can transmit not only telephone call but also data signals using PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network) in order to remote monitoring and management of elevators, even though a power outage occurs. The proposed integrated emergency call system to process multiple data such as voice and operational information is a multi-channel board system which is composed of an emergency phone signal processing module and an operational information processing module in the control box of elevator. In addition, the RMS(remote management server) systems based on the Web consist of a dial-up server and a remote monitoring server where manages the elevator's operating information, status records, and operational faults received via the proposed integrated and unified emergency call system in real time. So even if there's a catastrophic emergency, the proposed RMS systems shall ensure and maintain the safety of passengers inside the elevator. Also, remote control of the elevator by this system should be more efficient and secure. In near future, all elevator emergency call system need to support multifunctional capabilities to transmit operational data as well as phone calls for the safety of passengers. In addition, for safer elevators, it is necessary to improve them more efficiently by combining them with high-tech technologies such as the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence.

냉동기는 얼음을 만드는 기계이다. 이를 제조 및 판매하는 회사는 대부분 중소기업으로, 판매 후 사후 관리에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 사후관리의 어려움은 대부분 구매처의 불필요한 고객 서비스 요청에 기인하며, 이 요청은 결국 판매처와 구매처의 불필요한 비용 지출로 이어진다. 하지만 재정적으로 열악한 냉동기 제조 기업은 이 비용을 최대한 줄이고자 한다. 뿐만 아니라, 국외에 냉동기를 판매하고 싶어도 사후 관리 때문에 주저하고 있는 상황이다. 이러한 이유로 냉동기 제조업체는 직접 방문 없이 원격지에서 냉동기의 상태를 확인하고 적절한 조치를 취할 수 있는 시스템을 필요로 하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 원격지에서 냉동기의 상태를 모니터링하고 필요에 따라 제어할 수 있는 냉동기 원격 제어 및 운전 상태 모니터링 시스템을 구현하였다. 개발된 시스템을 통해, 냉동기 제조업체와 냉동기 구매업체는 냉동기의 상태를 빠르게 파악함으로써 즉각적으로 고장에 대응할 수 있다. 게다가, 판매 후 유지보수 및 관리를 효율적으로 할 수 있어 비용절감에 큰 효과가 있을 것으로 예상된다.
