웹기반 홍수관리시스템 구현을 위한 홍수분석모듈개발 (Development of Flood Analysis Module for the Implementation of a Web-Based Flood Management System)

  • This study was to develop the flood analysis module (FAM) for implementation of a web-based real-time agricultural flood management system. The FAM was developed to apply for an individual watershed, including agricultural reservoir. This module calculates the flood inflow hydrograph to the reservoir using effective rainfall by NRCS-CN method and unit hydrograph calculated by Clark, SCS, and Nakayasu synthetic unit hydrograph methods, and then perform the reservoir routing by modified Puls method. It was programmed to consider the automatic reservoir operation method (AutoROM) based on flood control water level of reservoir. For a $15.7km^2$ Gyeryong watershed including $472{\times}10^4m^3$ agricultural reservoir, rainfall loss, rainfall excess, peak inflow, total inflow, maximum discharge, and maximum water level for each duration time were compared between the FAM and HEC-HMS (applied SCS and Clark unit hydrograph methods). The FAM results showed entirely consistent for all components with simulated results by HEC-HMS. It means that the applied methods to the FAM were implemented properly.

  • 본 논문에서는 여러 분류 응용들의 개발 및 운용을 지원하는 멀티미디어 통신 서비스 프레임워크를 정의한다. 본 프레임워크에서는 응용 구조에서부터 분산 처리 기반 구조와 통신망 구조에 이르기까지 다양한 멀티미디어 응용 서비스를 수용하기 위한 구조와 기능을 정의한다. 이를 위하여 응용 계층 구조에서는 멀티미디어 응용들의 요구사항을 분석하고 수직 및 수평 서비스를 도출하고, 이러한 응용들이 분산된 위치에서 상호동작시 필요한 분산 투명성, 자원 공유, 상호 운용성 그리고 응용의 이식성을 보장하는 분산처리 기반 구조를 정의한다. 또한, 필요한 통신 자원을 효율적으로 관리하고, 네트워크 구성요소인 라우터나 스위치가 능동적인 서비스 처리 능력을 갖는 통신망 구조를 Active Networking 기술을 도입하여 정의하였다.

양수발전의 비시장 가치 추정 (Estimation of the Economic Value of Pumped Storage Power Generation in Korea)

  • Purpose - This study estimated the non-market value of pumped storage power generation using the contingent valuation method(CVM). Design/methodology/approach - CVM, a non-market value estimation method, was used. The perception of pumped storage power generation and the willingness to pay(WTP) for pumped storage power generation were investigated among 612 randomly selected households. Findings - It was analyzed that the average value per household was 7309.99 won/month, and the sources of these benefits were 1819.37 won due to the improvement of power generation efficiency, 1320.48 won due to the improvement of power system reliability, 2359.24 won due to the stabilization of electricity rates, 2110.89 won due to water resource management It was assumed that a circle occurred. If the average monthly benefit per household is expanded to cover countries across the country, it is estimated that the annual value to our society from pumped storage power generation will be KRW 1.796.6 trillion. Research implications or Originality - It is necessary to consider the operation of pumped-water power generation by reflecting the value of pumped-up power generation that is not evaluated in the market. Since Korea's electricity market is isolated in a state where it is impossible to connect with other countries, it may be vulnerable to a stable electricity operation system. Therefore, there is a need for a facility that can stably secure reserve power and produce power quickly when necessary. If pumped-water power generation is actively used for power operation, a more stable power system can be secured.

  • Total Quality Management (TQM) is the aggregated management philosophy for quality including production, operation, human resource, leadership, marketing, and etc. TQM is the advanced concept and philosophy rather than traditional "Quality Control" or "Quality Assurance". Nowadays, downstream costs has been increased, that made cost accountants' attention to costs of quality. Many countries have developed their own quality awards system in order to improve overall national quality level. The Deming Prize of Japan and Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) of United States are two representatives of quality prizes. We compared the two awards by means of their history, objective, coverage, and judging criteria. Deming Prize has a longer history than MBNQA. Deming Prize selects five winners a year, while MBNQA has two or three areas. The biggest difference is judgement criteria. The Deming Prizes focuses on statistical control which is a traditional quality control method, while MBNQA concentrates on modem business concept such as customer satisfaction. The suggestions to these awards are: evaluate more on information of quality; evaluate more on inter-functional relationship between quality control function and other link more financial success.e financial success.

AHP를 활용한 자율운항선박 원격운영자의 국내 면허체계 적용방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application for Domestic Remote Operator Licensing System for Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships Using the AHP)

  • 자율운항선박 기술은 점차 발전하고 있다. 하지만 완전 자율운항선박이 등장하기 전까지는 원격운영센터에서 원격운영자가 제어하는 형태를 가지게 될 것이다. 그러나 현재 그들의 면허체계는 국내외적으로 정해지지 않았다. 역량이 검증되지 않은 원격운영자의 등장은 항행 안전에 위험이 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 문헌 연구를 통해 원격운영자의 면허체계를 위해 고려해야 할 평가기준과 국내 해기사 면허체계 내에서 수립할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고 AHP를 활용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 원격운영자의 면허체계를 위해서는 우선적으로 법률제정이 필요하고 선박직원법 제4조 해기사 면허의 직종에 원격운영자의 직종을 추가하는 방안이 가장 선호되었다. 이에 따라 원격운영센터의 조직구성도 기존 선박의 선교인적관리 조직과 유사하게 형성할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 자율운항선박의 인적 관리 측면에서 원격운영자의 효율적인 양성과 항행 안전에 이바지할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 본 논문에서는 ICT(Information Communication Technology) 기술을 이용하여 스마트팩토리 기반 CPPS(Cyber Pysical Production System)를 활용한 Digital-Twin 플랫폼 개발과 관련된 연구를 제안한다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 플랫폼은 선행 제조 공정 계획 단계부터 BOP(Bill of Process) 관리 기능을 포함하여 P3R(Product, Process, Plant, Resource)을 연계한 3D Model 시뮬레이션 기능을 수행한다. 또한 생산 공정, 설비, 레이아웃, 생산량 예측이 가능한 Digital Twin 플랫폼을 제안한다. 본 논문을 통해 제안된 플랫폼은 초기 계획 설계 단계에서부터 제조, 생산, 운영 및 유지보수 단계까지의 전체 스마트팩토리 제조 공정을 관리할 수 있는 특징을 제안하였다.

국내 OEM/ODM 화장품 제조기업의 생산계획 및 효율화를 위한 분산형 MRP시스템 개발 (Development of Distributed MRP System for Production Planning and Operation in Korean OEM/ODM Cosmetics Manufacturing Company)

  • Up to date cosmetic OEM/ODM (original equipment manufacturing/original development manufacturing) industry receives attention as a future growth engine due to steady growth. However, because of limited research and development capability, many companies have employed commercial management platforms specialized for large-sized companies; thus, overall system effectiveness and efficiency is low. Especially, MRP (material requirement planning) system introduced originally in 1970s is employed to calculate the requirement of the parts. However, dynamic nature of production lead time usually results in incorrect requirements. In addition, its algorithm does not consider the capability of the production resources. Also, because the commercial MRP system calculates all subcomponent for fixed period, the more goods have subcomponent, the slower calculation is. Therefore, conventional MRP system cannot respond complicated situation in time. In this study, we will suggest a new method that can respond to complicated situations resulting from short lead time and urgent production order in Korean cosmetic market. In particular, a distributed MRP system is proposed, that consists of multi-functional and operational modules, based on the characteristic of the BOM (bill of material). The distributed MRP system divides components (i.e. products and parts) into several fields and decrease the problem size; thus, we can respond to dynamically changed data any time. Through this solution, we can order components quickly, adjust schedules and planned quantity, and manage stocks reasonably. In addition, a prototype of the distributed MRP system is presented in this paper, in which ERP (enterprise resource planning) sever data is associated with an excel spreadsheet via MSsql. System user interface is implemented by a VBA (visual basic for applications) tool. According to a case study, response rate for delivery and planning achievement rate were enhanced about 20%, and inventory turnover was also decreased. Consequently, the proposed system improves overall profit.

  • VMS (virtual manufacturing system) may be defined as a transparent interface/control mechanism to support human decision-making via simulation and monitoring of real operating situation through modeling of all activities in RMS (real manufacturing system). The three main layers in VMS are business process layer, manufacturing execution layer, and facility operation layer, and each layer is represented by a specific software system having its own input modeler module. The current version of these input modelers has been implemented based on its own 'local' framework, and as a result, there are no information sharing mechanism, nor a common user view among them. Proposed in this paper is a unified modeler framework covering the three VMS layers, in which the concept of PPR (product-process-resource) model is employed as a common semantics framework and a 2D graphic network model is used as a syntax framework. For this purpose, abstract class PPRObject and GraphicObject are defined and then a subclass is inherited from the abstract class for each application layer. This feature would make it easier to develop and maintain the individual software systems. For information sharing, XML is used as a common data format.

  • Tourist destination remodeling project is the tourist destination activation program to promote underdeveloped tourist destination that the Ministry of Culture and Sports has been implementing as a pilot program since 2005. Since previous tourist destination development programs focused on developing facilities, they could not quite cope with the changes in the tourism paradigm. Especially for caves, they could not escape from the simple sightseeing for the characteristics of the resource were fit to the caves. These results failed to meet tourist demands to experience and participate that the number of tourists is continuously decreasing. To cope with the circumstances, the government introduced a pilot program, a comprehensive tourist destination reorganization plan designed to comprehensively promote the tourism contents development (software) that can differentiate the region such as the tourism activation programs, tourist destination management and operation system reorganization (humanware) along with the repair of facilities (hardware project). This study emphasized the participation of residents who are the actual subject of management and operation of tourist facilities and programs in the course of establishing the master plan for remodeling for Gossi Cave that it can be used as the reference for establishing remodeling plan based on resident participation in the future.

IT 인적자원 역량 개발을 위한 교육체계 프레임워크 및 프로세스 도출에 관한 사례연구 (A Case Study on the Education Framework and Process for IT Human Resource Competency Development)

  • 정보기술(Information Technology)의 변화는 IT 인력에게 계속적인 역량개발을 요구하고 있다. 그로 인해 IT 인력의 역량개발이 기술의 변화를 따라가지 못한다면 IT 조직은 도태될 수밖에 없으며 업무를 수행함에 있어서도 여타 다른 인력에 비해 큰 지장을 받게 된다. 많은 기업들이 이런 이유로 IT조직을 별도로 관리하고 있으며, IT 직무체계를 기술기반에서 정립하여 관리하려고 시도하고 있다. IT 인력의 교육이 여타 다른 인력의 교육체계와 다른 특성을 보이고 있음에도 불구하고, IT 인력의 교육체계수립에 대해 이런 특성을 반영한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 IT 인력의 교육체계를 수립하고 그 운영방안을 제도화하기 위한 프레임워크를 제시하고 그 프레임워크에 따르는 개별 프로세스를 제시하고, 그것을 사례 연구를 통하여 비교해 보고자 한다. 제시된 프레임워크와 프로세스의 특정은 IT 인력 교육의 특성을 고려하여 구성하였다. 본 연구는 최근 IT 인력 교육체계를 수립한 A사를 사례 기업으로 선정하여, 문헌연구를 통하여 도출된 프레임워크와 프로세스와 비교하였다. 이를 통하여 IT 인력의 교육을 위해서는 IT 직무체계의 합리적 수립이 필수적이며, 이를 위해 직무기술서가 IT 직무에 적합하게 구성될 필요가 있으며, IT 인력의 경력경로를 전문인력경로와 관리인력경로로 나누고 서로 다른 교육과정을 구성한다는 사실을 도출하였다. IT 교육훈련체계를 효과적으로 계속해서 운영하기 위해서 IT 인력 교육 담당자는 교육훈련대상자를 구별할 수 있어야 하고, IT 직무별 역량과 스킬을 잘 파악하고 있어야 하며, 기술적 지식을 가지고 항상 신기술 변화와 도입을 주시하고 있어야 한다.
