포병 표적탐지 레이더 운용의 계량적 효과 분석 (An Analysis of the Operational Effectiveness of Target Acquisition Radar)

  • 미래전장에서 대화력전(Counter Fire)의 중요성은 더욱 부각되고 있다. 대화력전은 적 화력자산과 이를 지휘통제하는 모든 요소를 타격하여 적의 화력자산의 능력과 전투지속능력 및 전의를 약화시키는 화력전투를 말한다. 대화력전은 크게 공세적 (Proactive) 대화력전과 대응적(Reactive) 대화력전으로 구분된다. 지금까지의 연구들을 보면 공세적 대화력전의 탐지수단인 UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle:무인항공기)에 대한 운용효과 연구는 지속적으로 발전되고 있지만, 대응적 대화력전 탐지수단인 포병 표적탐지 레이더에 대한 운용효과를 계량적으로 분석한 결과는 없는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 운용중인 포병 표적탐지 레이더의 운용효과를 C2(Command & Control : 지휘통제)이론과 행위자 기반 시뮬레이션인 MANA(Map Aware Non-uniform Automata)모델을 이용하여 계량적으로 분석 제시함으로써 표적탐지레이더 운용 효과를 구체적으로 보여주었다.

Thermal analysis and optimization of the new ICRH antenna Faraday Screen in EAST

  • In Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak (EAST) experiments, to achieve long pulse and high-power ICRH system operation, a new kind of ICRH antenna has been designed. One of the most critical factors in limiting the operation of long pulse and high power is the intense heat load in the front face of the ICRH antenna, especially the Faraday Screen (FS). Therefore, the cooling channels of FS need to be designed. According to thermal-hydraulic analysis, the FS tubes are divided into several groups to achieve more excellent water cooling capability. The number of series and parallel tubes in one group is chosen as six. This antenna went into service in the spring of 2021, and it is delightful that the temperature distribution of the FS tube is below 400 ℃ in 14.5 s and 1.8 MW ICRH system operation. However, the active water-cooling design was not carried out on the upper and lower plates of FS, which led to severe ablations on that region under long pulse and high power operation, and the temperature is up to 800. Therefore, the upper and lower side plates of the FS were designed with water cooling based on thermal-hydraulic analysis. During the 2022 winter experiments, the temperature of ICRH antenna FS was lower than 400 in the pulse of 200s and the power of 1 MW operation.

프랜차이즈 모기업 핵심역량 자원이 가맹점 관계결속과 재계약의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Core Competence and Resource Sharing on the Relational Bond among Franchisees and on Re-contract Intention in the Franchising Parent Companies)

  • Purpose - The domestic franchise industry has made significant contributions to industry such as investment, employment, and community economy development, facilitating growth potential. The franchise industry provides management knowhow transfer between parent companies and franchisees as per contracts addressing use of business signs, franchisees' independent position, franchisor support, and royalties to be paid to the franchisors. However, many franchisors lack management knowhow and provide insufficient support because of poor control of franchisees and not having a systematic approach to support. This results in dissatisfied franchisees and failure to establish long-term relationships. Few studies have examined relational commitment and/or re-contract intention by support resources between franchisors and franchisees, despite a considerable output of theories and studies of the growth of the franchise industry. The purpose of this study, therefore, was to examine the effects of the ability to provide resources on relational commitments and re-contract intention, and to suggest causal relationships and implications. Research design, data, and methodology - The subject was domestic franchisors registered with the Association of Franchise with more than 50 franchisees. Franchisees under contract for 2 years and considering re-contract of their franchise 2 years later were used. The subjects totaled 300 franchisees in Seoul. A questionnaire survey was used to investigate the subject of franchisees' concessions during the 10 days from November 21, 2013 to November 30, 2013. After excluding 16 surveys with poor answers, 284 responses were finally used. Four areas and 44 questions were used. A nominal scale was used for four common characteristics questions including gender, ages, educational background, and franchise managing time. Questions regarding ability, relational commitment, and re-contract intention made use of a Likert 5-point scale. Data coding and data cleaning were used. SPSS 18.0 was used as follows. First, frequency analysis was done to investigate demographic characteristics. Second, exploratory factor analysis was done to verify validity of testing tools, and Cronbach's α coefficient was used to verify reliability. Third, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were done. An exploratory factor analysis was done to verify validity of concepts. A correlation analysis was done to test relationships between the variables, and multiple regression analysis was done to verify franchisor's ability, franchisees' relational commitment, and re-contract intention. Results - The following were the outcomes. First, store operation management, finance operation management, and human resource management affected the calculated bond. Second, store operation management and finance operation management affected the emotional bond. Third, store operation management, finance operation management, human resource management, and marketing management affected the prescriptive bond. Fourth, calculated bond and prescriptive bond had an effect on re-contract intention. Conclusions - As stated above, in franchise management, parent companies' offer and instruction of core competence to their franchisees as an information resource could improve the relational bond by helping them grow together through the resource sharing. Consequently, core competence factors were promoting factors that could improve franchisees' re-contract intention for a long time.

시내버스 운행여건과 서비스 수준에 관한 연구 - 울산광역시 사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Relationship between Bus Operation Environment and Level of Service of Intra-City Bus - In the place of Ulsan Metropolitan Area -)

  • 본 연구는 시내버스 서비스 수준을 의미하는 노선별 차량 운행대수의 영향을 미치는 운행여건과 상관성 분석에 관한 연구이다. 분석방법은 회귀분석방법을 적용하였으며, 분석대상은 울산시 2013년 기준 98개 노선으로 한정하였다. 상관성분석을 위한 모형 도출을 위해 먼저 상관분석을 실시하여 종속변수인 운행대수와 독립변수인 운행거리, 운송수입금, 운송원가간의 관계를 분석한 결과, 아주 높은 유의수분에서 상관성이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 회귀분석은 모형을 3가지 유형으로 구분하여 실시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째 울산시 98개 버스노선 전체를 대상으로 도출한 모형은 Y(운행대수)=$-4.532+0.00002877*X_1$(운송수입금)인데, 이 의미는 운행대수 1대 증차를 위한 필요조건은 1일 승객 수가 140명 정도 증가하여야 시행할 수 있다는 점을 알려준다. 두 번째는 일반형, 좌석형, 중형으로 구분되는 버스 운행형태별 모형은 일반형의 경우 Y(운행대수)=$-10.954+0.00004283*X_1$(운송수입금), 일반형 시내버스를 1대 증차하기 위해서는 1일 승객 수가 약 153명 정도 증가되어야 시행할 수 있음을 보여주며, 중형의 모형은 Y(운행대수)=$-0.859+0.00001438*X_1$(운송수입금)인데, 이 의미는 1일 승객 수가 약 52명 정도 증가되어야 시행 가능함을 보여준다. 세 번째는 버스노선 운행체계별 모형 분석의 경우, 공동배차제의 경우 Y(운송대수)=$-4.786+0.00003028*X_1$(운송수입금)인데, 이 의미는 운행대수 1대 증차를 위한 필요조건은 1일 승객 수가 약 140명 정도 증가해야만 시행할 수 있으며, 개별노선제의 경우 Y(운행대수)=$-2.339+0.00002030*X_1$(운송수입금)인데, 이 의미는 운행대수 1대 증차를 위한 필요조건은 1일 승객수가 약 140명 정도 증가되어야 시행할 수 있음을 보여준다. 따라서 버스노선 운영체계별로 모형을 도출하여 운영체계가 시내버스 노선별 차량 운행대수에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 두 가지 운영체계 모두 차량 증차를 위한 추진할 경우, 1일 승객 수가 140명 정도는 확보되어야 한다는 공통적인 결론에 도달되었으며, 노선운영체계 특성에 따른 노선별 차량 운영대수 차이는 거의 없는 것으로 분석되었다.

산학일체형 도제학교 운영에 대한 교원의 교육요구도 분석 (A Need Analysis of Teachers regarding the Operation of Vocational Education and Training High Schools Participating in the Apprenticeship System)

  • 이 연구에서는 산학일체형 도제학교의 운영 내용에 대한 교원의 중요도와 난이도를 조사하고 교육요구도를 분석함으로써 산학일체형 도제학교의 효과적인 운영 지원 항목을 도출하고 정책적 제언을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 산학일체형 도제학교 운영 영역 및 항목을 도출하여 설문 조사지를 개발하였고 전국의 산학일체형 도제학교 담당 부장 교사와 관리자급 교원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 121부의 설문지를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 산학일체형 도제학교 교원들은 도제학교의 모든 운영 영역이 중요하지만 어렵다고 인식하고 있다. 도제학교 운영 영역 중에서 기업 홍보 선정 및 관리, 도제 학생 관리, 프로그램 개발 및 학교 교육과정 편성 운영 계획 수립의 교육요구도가 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 산학일체형 도제학교 교원들은 도제학교 운영 영역의 모든 세부 항목에 대해서 대체로 중요하지만 어렵다고 인식하고 있다. 이상의 결과에 따라 도제 사업단 구성 기준 완화, 지방자치단체 중심형 도제 사업 운영, 도제학교-기업 정보 시스템 구축, 유관기관의 지원 방식 개선, 도제 담당교원의 인센티브 강화, 기업 OJT 전담 지원기관, 지역 중소기업 연합 도제교육센터운영, 도제학생 전담 근로 감독 실시, 산학협력지원교사 육성, NCS기반자격의 법제화 등이 요구된다.

가솔린 기관의 공회전 시 밸브 타이밍 변경에 따른 잔류가스 유동 변화에 관한 해석적 연구 (Numerical Analysis of Flow Characteristic of Residual Gas due to Changes in Valve Timings during an Idle Operation in an SI Engine)

  • Residual gas fraction in a combustion process is very crucial to improve combustion and cyclic variations. Especially, the residual gas fraction is strongly affected by backflow of the residual gas during the valve overlap period in an idle operation. Therefore, it is one of the most interesting that valve timings can affect flow characteristics of gas exchange process, especially during idle operation. This analysis investigates residual gas fraction with respect to valve timing changes which is critical for combustion efficiency and engine performance. Flow characteristics of residual gas by changing intake and exhaust valve timing are calculated by CFD methodology during an idle operation in an SI engine. It is analyzed that retarded EVO and advanced IVO results in the increase of valve overlap period and consequently, residual gas fraction. Futhermore, changes in IVO have stronger effects on variation of residual gas fraction.

회로 차단기 절연파괴로 인한 직류 전기철도 화재 사고사례 분석 (Analysis of Fire Accident on DC Electric Traction Vehicles Caused by Breakdown in the Line Breaker)

  • Fire or electrical problem while DC electric traction vehicle operation caused by various reasons can lead to not only suspension of the operation, but also severe aftermath such as massive casualty. In this paper, fire analysis on DC electric traction vehicle caused by electrical breakdown on line breaker, which is in connection with the power supply, is presented. When the electric arc, the by-product of frequent line breaker operation, is not fully diminished, it leads to electrical breakdown and fire. Especially, electrical breakdown can be easily induced by the open-and-close operation of inner contractor inside line breaker, eventually followed by ground fault and generation of transient current. Electric arc is consequent on the ground fault and acts as possible ignition source, leading to fire. Also, during the repetitive operation of the line breaker, the contactor is separated each other and some copper powder is generated, and the copper powder provided breakdown path, resulting in fire.

알루미늄 7075 복합압출재에 대한 공정해석 및 설계 (Analysis and Design of a Forming Porcess for Combined Extrusion with Aluminum AIIoy 7075)

  • A Combined extrusion operation consists of forward and backward extrusion forming and it is possible to make the process be simple by employing it. But the metal flow pattern induced by the operation is hard to analyze accurately because the flows are non-steady, which have at least two directions dependent upon each other. So engineers in the industrial factories had conducted the two extrusion operations separately. A new process was designed by the industrial expert for forming of an alu-minum preform using the combined extrusion operation. In this study, experiments and finite element analysis was carried out to determine the process parameters. Through the preliminary experiment, it was shown that warm forming condition was more desirable than cold or hot ones. And optimal shape of initial billet could be also determined. From the compatibility test, bonde-lube was chosen as the optimal lubricant and 20$0^{\circ}C$ as the material temperature by the inspection of micro-structure. The operation was simulated by the rigid-plastic finite element method to examine the metal flow. Disap-pearing of dead metal zone was observed as the punch fell down and desirable shape was obtained from the one operation. As a result of this study, 7 operations could be reduced and 225% of material saved.

간호수가 산정을 위한 상대가치를 이용한 수술실 간호행위 간호강도 분석 (Analysis of Nursing Intensity Related to Nursing Activities in Operating Room using the Relative Value Scale For Nursing Cost)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to perform an operating room nursing activities analysis and estimate nursing intensity of each nursing activity based on the Relative Value Scale (RVS). Methods: The methodology for this study of RVS was based on the work of Hsiao et al. The first stage was to identify nursing activities and the second to measure intensity of nursing activities including technical skill, mental effort, and stress. Results: Calculation of the RVS for 99 nursing practices showed a score range from 300.00 to 1337.78. CS operation assistant, OS operation assistant, and obtaining certification had high nursing intensity. Surgical hand washing, putting on surgical gowns, surgical gloves and surgical caps and mask had low nursing intensity. Conclusion: The activities of operating room are not compensated separately but reimbursement is usually included in physician fees. In the future, an estimation of nursing cost should show the nursing contribution rate to total operation revenue.

Analysis of Channel Flow Low During Fuelling Operation of Selected Fuel Channels at Wolsong NPP

  • Wolsong NPP are CANDU6 type reactors and there are 4 CANDU6 type reactors in commercial operation. CANDU type reactors require on-power refuelling by two remote controlled F/Ms (Fuelling Machines). Most of channels, fuel bundles are float by channel coolant flow and move toward downstream, however in about 30% of channels the coolant flow are not sufficient enough to carry fuel bundles to downstream. For those channels a special device, FARE (Flow Assist Ram Extension) device, is used to create additional force to push fuel bundles. It has been showing that during fuelling operation of some channels the channel coolant flow rate is reduced below specified limit (80% of normal), and consequently trip alarm signal turns on. This phenomenon occurs on selected channels that are instrumented for the channel flow and required to use the FARE device for refuelling. Hence it is believed that the FARE device causes the problem. It is also suspected that other channels that do not use the FARE device for refuelling might also go into channel flow low state. The analysis revealed that the channel How low occurs as the FARE device is introduced into the core and disappears as the FARE device is removed from the core. This paper presented the FARE device behavior, detailed fuelling operation sequence with the FARE device and effect on channel flow low phenomena. The FARE device components design changes are also suggested, such as increasing the number or now holes in the tube and flow slots in the ring orifice.
