Various studies on lighting energy savings are conducted, given that lighting energy consumption accounts 23.5% of building energy consumption. Especially, external type light shelf's efficiency is acknowledged; however, its application is limited in Korea, where high rise building ratio is high, due to high wind pressure. This study delves into natural lighting system to cope with wind pressure, and proposes the punching plate-installed light shelf. This study actually draws lighting energy output, according to whether the punching plate is applied through the test-bed, and verifies the effectiveness of the punching plate-installed light shelf. The conclusion is presented below: First) The result of performance evaluation of light shelf with the punching plate in winter solstice showed that the awning area decreased as the opening ratio increased so that the indoor distributed illumination tended to increase, and $-40^{\circ}$ which was advantageous for awning was determined as the proper angle. Second) The light shelf with the punching plate in spring/autumn equinox shows improved lighting according to the angle, and the appropriate angle of light shelf with the punching plate has increased to $15^{\circ}$ and $20^{\circ}$ according to the opening ratio in comparison to $5^{\circ}C$ which is the appropriate angle of light shelf with no punching plate due to the reflection area reduced by the reflecting plate with holes. Third) The result of performance evaluation of light shelf with the punching plate in summer solstice showed that the lighting performance tended to decrease as the opening ratio increased. 4) The light shelf with the punching plate incurs a 50% energy loss in comparison to the light shelf with no punching plate. However, its effectiveness has been proven in the aspects that it can bring a 50% energy saving in comparison to the case with no installation of light shelf and that it can be designed in response to wind pressure on the high floors.
The author performed this study for investigation of the magnitude of mandibular positional change caused by joint sound during mandibular opening and closing movement. There have been many studies stated mandibular border movement or other functional movement, and there also have been many studies reported clicking sound related to mandibular movement speed, trajectory and clinicl course of temporomandibular disorders(TMDs), but there have not been so many studies stated spatial mandibular position accompanied by joint sound. For this study 46 TM joint from the patients with TMDs were used and they were compared by character and occuring phase of the joint sound. Synchronized data which were amplitude and frequency of joint sound and amount of mandibular positional change were collected through sonopak and BioEGN rotate of Biopak system, respectively. Mandibular position was analyzed for translational and rotational movement change between before and after joint sound. The obtained data were processed with SAS program and summary of this paper were as follows : 1. Mean value of the amount of translational movement in whole joints were 6.0mm in vertical direction, 3.3mm in anteroposterior direction and 0.8mm in lateral direction between before and after joint sound. 2. Mean value of the amount of translational movement in clicking joinnts showed slightly increased tendency than in popping joints. 3. The amount of mandibular change in translational movement during closing phase were more than during opening phase. 4. The amount of mandibular rotational change in whole joints were $1.1^{\circ}$, 1.0mm in frontal plane and $0.9^{\circ}$, and 0.8mm in horizontal plane. 5. The amount of rotational movement were more in clicking joints than in popping joints and were more during closing phase than during opening phase, but statistically significance were showed only in frontal plane.
The purpose of this study was to estimate primary diagnosis, prediction of prognosis and recognition fo treatment progress for treatment of TMD patients through measuring the various ranges of mandibular movement in normal and TMDs patients using Mandibular Kinesiograph K-6 Diagnostic system. In normal groups, 20 adults were selected, who have normal or class I molar relationship, and have no symptoms on TMJ and masticatory muscles, and have restorations less than 3 surfaces on each tooth, and have no other prosthetic restoration. In Patients group, we selected 31 outpatients who were confirmed to TMDs with clinical examination and radiographic findings. The obtained results were as follows : 1. In maximal opening, patient group was showed the limitation of vertical movement range (P<0.01) and lager lateral deviation than in normal group (P<0.05). And actual dimensional displacement of opening was calculated larger in normal group (P<0.05). 2. In protrusive movement, patients group was showed the limitation of anteroposterior movement range (P<0.001) and larger deviation than in normal group (P<0.01). And actual 3 dimensional displacement of protrusion was calculated larger in normal group (P<0.001). 3. In lateral maximum excursion, compared with normal group patient group was no significant differences to affected side, but was showed the limitation of lateral movement to unaffected side (P<0.001). 4. There was no significant difference in movement velocity of opening and closing in both groups. 5. Mandibular movement from physiologic rest position to centric occlusion was moved more anteroposteriorly in patient group. 6. Mandibular movement from centric relation to centric occlusion was no significant difference in both groups.

In this study, new dinuclear chiral Co (salen) complexes bearing $BF_3$ have been synthesized and their properties as the asymmetric catalyst have been examined. The NMR, UV and ESCA analyses were performed to determine the structure of synthesized catalysts. Their catalytic activity and selectivity have been demonstrated for the asymmetric ring opening of various terminal epoxides by hydrolytic kinetic resolution technology. The easily prepared dimeric complexes exhibited very high enantioselectivity for the asymmetric ring opening of epoxides with $H_2O$ nucleophile, providing enantiomerically enriched terminal epoxides (> 99 %ee). The dimeric structured chiral salen showed remakablely enhanced reactivity and may be employed substantially lower loadings than its monomeric analogues, and in addition no racemization happened during the separation of product epoxides. The system described in this work is very efficient for the sinthesis of chiral epoxide and 1,2-diol intermediates.

The stereoselective synthesis of chiral terminal epoxide is of immense academic and industrial interest due to their use as versatile starting materials as well as chiral intermediates. In this study, new polymeric chiral Co(salen) complexes bearing tallium (III)chloride and iron (III)chloride (ferric chloride) have been synthesized and characterized. Their catalytic activity and selectivity have been demonstrated for the asymmetric ring opening of various terminal epoxides using water and phenol derivatives as nucleophiles. The easily prepared polymeric complexes exhibited very high enantioselectivity for the asymmetric ring opening of epoxides with $H_2O$ and phenol nucleophiles, providing enantiomerically enriched terminal epoxides (> 98% ee). The system described in this work is very efficient for the synthesis of chiral epoxide, 1,2-diol and ${\alpha}$-aryloxy alcohol intermediates.
This study was performed to investigate the relationship between Forward Head Posture(FHP) and Craniomandlbular Disorders(CMDs). Many studies reported that there was some relationship between them, however, there is still controversy. So It Is necessary to observe and compare many more patients with CMDs wirh normal controls. For the study 85 patients with CMDs and 37 dental students were selected as experimentals and controls, respectively. And the experimentals were classified Into two groups, that is, TMJ internal derangement group and muscle disorders group according to clinical diagnosis. For measuring the FHP, CROM(Cervical-Range-of-Notion)was used. This goniometer is composed of three part. First, gravity goniometer for flexion and extension. Second, magnetic compass and yoke for rotational movement. And last, forward head arm and vertebra locator for forward head posture. Next T-Scan, electronic occlusal analyzer, was used for recording of occlusal contact state. Other items such as maximum opening, lateral excursion, Helkimo's anamnestic index, and muscle palpation point from Friction's craniomandibular index were checked clinically by one examiner. The result of this study were as follows : 1. In male, control group showed much more measurement in resting forward head posture than did experimental group. But there were not significant differences between groups in female subject. From this results, the author contended that CROM is new measuring system and differ from other goniometers in some aspect, so that results should be re-evaluated 2. Mean value of maximum mouth opening in nearly all groups were greater than 40mm. and mouth opening had a significant correlation with occlusal force and with anamnestic index both sex. 3. Mean value of palpation point had not any correlationship with forward head posture in both sex, but there was significant difference between upper and lower group by rounded shouldes. 4. In summary, there was no significant relationship between forward head posture and sign and symptom of Craniomandibular Disorders.
The stereoselective synthesis of chiral terminal epoxide is of immense interest due to their utility as versatile starting materials as well as chiral intermediates. In this study, new chiral Co(salen) complexes bearing cobalt(II) chloride, iron(III) chloride and zinc(II) nitrate have been synthesized and characterized. The mass and EXAFS spectra provided the direct evidence of formation of complex. Their catalytic activity and selectivity have been demonstrated for the asymmetric ring opening of terminal epoxides such as styrene oxide and phenylglycidylether by hydrolytic kinetic resolution technology and for the synthesis of glycidyl buthylate. The easily prepared complexes exhibited very high enantioselectivity for the asymmetric ring opening of epoxides with $H_2O$ nucleophile, providing enantiomerically enriched terminal epoxides (>99% ee). The newly synthesized chiral salen showed remakablely enhanced reactivity with substantially low loadings. The system described in this work is very efficient for the sinthesis of chiral epoxide and 1,2-diol intermediates.
The leading foreign arbitration agencies have established a representative office in China since 2015 to improve their arbitration agencies' problem being neglected by foreign parties. The Chinese government has enacted a system in which mediation services can be provided in China. The Chinese government seems to expect that if foreign arbitration agencies enter China and compete with Chinese arbitration agencies, Chinese arbitration agencies will also have an opportunity to develop through competition. In addition, it seems to reflect the expectation of Chinese parties that rather than using a foreign arbitration agency under foreign countries as the arbitration site to settle disputes, it would be more advantageous to arbitrate in China as the arbitration site with a foreign arbitration agency. The Chinese government has adopted a strategy to gradually open China's commercial arbitration service market to foreign arbitration agencies. Regarding the scope of arbitration services, China opened an arbitration service market limited to non-profit activities and foreign arbitration agencies in 2015 and then opened it to commercial activities in 2019. Also, the provision of arbitration services by foreign arbitration agencies is limited to foreign-invested companies registered in the Shanghai Pilot Trade Zone and parties in China, which are the counterparties of disputes between them. It will take a little more time to see how much the Chinese government will expand the number of parties that can use foreign arbitration agencies in the future.

The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of clothing materials and the opening of the garment on the microclimate of the skin simulating system during the coupled heat and moisture transfer. To determine the effect of size and location of openness of the garment, openness was simulated by removing parts of the spacer ring of the modelling system. To evaluate the changes of humidity and temperature of air layer in the system, buffering indice, Kd and Pr, and efficiency of openness were determined. When the openness was imparted to the system, the transport rate of heat and moisture increased abruptly; at the total openness of 26.4%, which simulated the openness of neck, armhole and waist, Kd increased at least more than three times of the closed system. As the openness increased, the effect of clothing materials decreased gradually to lose its effect at the 60% openness and approached the value of nude. Temperature regulating index showed, however, higher value than nude which was apparently due to the still air layer.
This paper describes the implementation of the machine vision system and the method of classifying the objects. Its system described in this paper is consisted of robot, conveyer system, warehouse, and machine vision. This system first recognizes the object on conveyer, and then robot moves it to the warehouse. The position of the object on conveyer is always not constant, because it is not easy to extract the feature of its object and classify it into one of several categories. In this paper, to classify or inspect the pattern of the object, we propose the method of template matching using feature vector such as position invariant moment and mophological operation such as opening and closing. And we indentified an unregistered object using unsuperviser learning method and assigned it to the new pattern. We implemented its system and obtained satisfied results.
