디지털 제조가 새로운 패러다임을 열어가는 시점에서 이를 뒷받침 하기위한 오픈소스 하드웨어의 동향을 살펴보고자 한다. 디지털 제조의 등장 배경에 대하여 고찰해보고자, 아울러 이를 뒷받침 할 수 있는 정부의 정책에 대한 동향과 제언을 제시하고자 한다.

In this paper an EGD generator of small capacity with the operating gases of $O_2,\;N_2$ and air is made and the electric characteristics in relation to energy conversion range length, corona current and gas pressure are investigated. The results are as follows: 1. There is a critical value in conversion range length for maximum open voltage and the critical value increases with fluid velocity. 2. The open voltage increases approximately linearly with corona current. 3. There is a critical value in the gas pressure for maximum open voltage and this pressure of gas decreases with fluid velocity in constant conversion range length.

Hydrodynamic analysis of a surface-piercing body with an open chamber was performed with incident regular waves and forced-heaving body motions. The floating body was simulated in the time domain using a 2D fully nonlinear numerical wave tank (NWT) technique based on potential theory. This paper focuses on the hydrodynamic behavior of the free surfaces inside the chamber for various input conditions, including a two-input system: both incident wave profiles and forced body velocities were implemented in order to calculate the maximum surface elevations for the respective inputs and evaluate their interactions. An appropriate equivalent linear or quadratic viscous damping coefficient, which was selected from experimental data, was employed on the free surface boundary inside the chamber to account for the viscous energy loss on the system. Then a comprehensive parametric study was performed to investigate the nonlinear behavior of the wave-body interaction.

We discovered 722 open clusters within 1 kpc using Gaia DR2 data. These clusters are detected in the proper motion space and confirmed on the spatial distribution with parallax information. We divided the 3628 regions and visually searched using python program. Among 722 open clusters, 430 clusters are previously unknown clusters. Catalogue of discovered clusters is unloaded on the online catalogue at https://radio.kasi.re.kr/project/shlee/. Owing to the good membership criteria, we could see the halo structure of the clusters. In that reason, the average size of the discovered cluster is about 9 times than that of previously known clusters.

In this study, the stability of an anion exchange membrane water electrolyzer (AEMWE) cell was evaluated in an on-off cycling operation with respect to an applied electric bias, i.e., a current density of 500 mA cm^-2, and an open circuit. The ohmic and polarization resistances of the system were monitored during operation (~800 h) using electrochemical impedance spectra. Specific consideration was given to the ohmic resistance of the cell, especially that of the membrane under on-off cycling conditions, by consistently feeding the cell with KOH solution. Owing to an excess feed solution, a momentary increase in the polarization resistance was observed immediately after the open-circuit. The excess feed solution was mostly recovered by subjecting the cell to the applied electric bias. Stability tests on the AEMWE cell under on-off cycling with continuous feeding even under an open circuit can guarantee long-term stability by avoiding an irreversible increase in ohmic and polarization resistances.

We present deep UBVIc and Hα photometry for the young open cluster IC 1590 which is at the center of the HII region NGC 281. From Ha index, 39 Hα emission stars and 15 Hα emission candidates are selected. The reddening law toward IC 1590 is slightly abnormal (RV,cl = 3.6 ± 0.2). The distance modulus of IC 1590 obtained from the reddening-free (Q', QVλ) diagrams is 12.4 ± 0.1 mag (d = 3.02 ± 0.14 kpc), which is consistent with distance d = 2.91 ± 0.42 kpc from the parallax of Gaia DR2 catalogue within the error range. We also determined the age and mass function of IC 1590 using the stellar evolution models and PMS evolutionary tracks. The median age of PMS stars is 2.4 ± 2.2 Myr. The initial mass function (IMF) of IC 1590 is the Salpeter-type IMF with a slope of �� = -1.26 ± 0.14 for m > 1 M⊙ stars.

The hospital school is an organization designed to encourage long-term health-impaired students to receive treatment and education at the same time. There are 33 hospital schools in Korea. However, the management of hospital schools varies greatly depending on the amount of resources and support they possess, and especially the lack of manpower and quality improvement of education programs were found to be the biggest problems. This study aims to discuss the case of Hospital School in Yeungnam University Hospital (YUH), which successfully overcame internal resource limitations while solving existing hospital schools through networking and open innovation with external organizations. In particular, through cooperation with students of Herewego, volunteering club in Yeungnam University business school(YUBS), we increased the social interest of hospital school by creating a special program with financial support of Daegu city. They created customized education service programs for hospital schools that reflect their major-business management. The cooperativ e case of YUH's Hospital School and YUBS's Volunteering Club of Herewego showed that the cooperation is not only about volunteering service but also the open innovation, introduced as a platform to expand the company's source of product development. We think that this is a case of value creation through exchange of knowledge. It could have many implications for solving the problem of hospital school.

In the present paper we construct and introduce a new topology from an old one which are independent each of the other. The members of this topology are called ${\omega}_{\delta}$-open sets. We investigate some basic properties and their relationships with some other types of sets. Furthermore, a new characterization of regular and semi-regular spaces are obtained. Also, we introduce and study some new types of continuity, and we obtain decompositions of some types of continuity.
