Joint financial network of Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings Institute, which is an essential facility with a natural monopoly, maintained its closedness as monopoly/public utility model, but it has evolved in the form of open banking in order to obtain domestic fintech competitiveness in the rapidly changing digital financial ecosystem such as the acceleration of Big Blur. In accordance with digital transformation strategy of financial institutions, various ICT companies are actively participating in the financial industries, which has been exclusive to banks, through the link technology called Open API. For this reason, there has been a significant change in the financial service supply chain in which ICT companies participate as users. The level of security in the financial service supply chain is determined based on the weakest part of the individual components according to the law of minimum. In addition, there is a perceived risk of personal information and financial information leakage among the main factors that affect users' intention to accept services, and appropriate protective measures against perceived security risks can be a catalyst, which increases the acceptance of open banking. Therefore, this is a study on factors affecting the introduction of open banking to achieve financial innovation by developing an open banking security control model for financial institutions, as a protective measures to user organizations, from the perspectives of cyber financial security and customer information protection, respectively, and surveying financial security experts. It is expected, from this study, that effective information protection measures will be derived to protect the rights and interests of financial customers and will help promote open banking.

글로벌 경쟁의 가속화와 연구개발 투자의 위험성 증가에 따라 글로벌 개방형혁신에 대한 필요성이 제기되고 있는 가운데, 국제공동연구의 성과라고 할 수 있는 공동 출원 특허에 대한 품질평가를 통해 국제공동연구가 과연 효과적인지를 실증 분석하였다. 최근 들어 국제공동연구에 의한 공동출원 특허의 양은 더욱 가파르게 증가하고 있다. 1990년부터 2010년까지 21년간의 미국특허정보를 분석한 결과, 국제공동연구(international cooperative R&D)는 국내공동연구(domestic cooperative R&D)에 비해 피인용 수, 특허 패밀리 수, 청구항 수 등의 품질지표에서 모두 우수하다는 분석결과를 보여주었다. 국제공동연구에 의해 공동출원된 특허 가운데 가장 높은 품질을 보이는 산업은 IT산업으로 분석되었으며, 바이오산업, 자동차산업 등, 첨단산업 분야에서의 성과가 상대적으로 우수하다는 결과가 도출되었다. 미국특허 데이터베이스를 토대로 국제공동연구의 네트워크 분석을 수행한 결과 매개 중심성이 가장 높은 국가는 미국으로 나타났고, 독일, 영국, 캐나다, 프랑스가 그 뒤를 이었다.

본 연구는 2,500여개 제조업체를 대상으로 우리나라 중소제조업의 혁신활동과 성과를 유형화하고 그 차이를 분석함으로써 중소기업의 혁신성과와 그 원인을 밝히고, 개별기업의 혁신활동을 분석함에 있어서 정보네트워크의 활용 정도를 살펴봄으로써 최근 정부가 강조하고 있는 개방형 기술혁신의 적용 가능성을 탐색하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 기업의 혁신역량과 활동이 연구개발 활동의 성과인 특허출원 경향과 매출액 그리고 유형별 혁신성과를 설명하는데 있어 유의함을 확인할 수 있었다. 특허출원의 경우, 주력제품의 평균수명이 짧고 연구개발 전담인력 비율이 높을수록 중기업의 특허출원 경향이 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 중기업 및 소기업은 대학과 정부출연연 및 국립연구소의 정보원천이 각각 특허출원을 높이는 성향을 보여주고 있다. 매출액 효과는 대기업과 중기업에서는 연구소가 설립되어 있고 대기업에서는 주력 제품의 평균수명이 긴 경우 매출액이 증가 하였고. 노동조합의 존재는 매출액에 부(-)의 효과를 가졌다. 둘째, 기업이 혁신활동에서 채택한 정보원천의 유형은 기업의 혁신활동 및 목적과도 연결되어 있음을 확인하였다. 마지막으로, 제품혁신활동, 공정혁신활동, 조직혁신활동, 마케팅혁신활동 등 혁신성과는 혁신활동과 서로 연계성이 높았다.

Added value of music industry in Korea is not distributed and calculated properly, and this obstacle brings various problems in a creative environment. Meanwhile, a new business model such as Open Collaboration, Crowdsourcing and platform that makes decisions and innovation from external resources has been appeared in commercial area. This new model like a composer delivers to consumers directly through Youtube.com, and multi collaboration is applied to the music industry, and it enables a new type of mechanism for creation, distribution, division, and calculation of music. However there are not enough empirical study of the music market because existing relative researches has been centered around fundamental concepts and application methodologies. This research defines Open Collaboration Platform in the music industry, and studies affecting factors of Participation Intention for example Justice, Information System Quality and Perceived Value. For a survey we apply PLS(Partial Least Square) to analyse Equity, Information System Quality and structural equation between Perceived Value and Participation Intention. Analysis results show Distributive Justice and Procedural Justice affects Platform Trust, and Service Quality, Economical Value and Emotional Value affects Platform Usefulness. Also Platform Trust and Platform Usefulness affects Platform Participation Intention. We discussed academic and practical implication based on research results.

We have developed an information management tool for the EDISON (EDucation-research Integration through Simulation On the Net) open platform. EDISON is, at present, a web-based simulation service for education and research in five computational areas, namely, nanophysics, fluid dynamics, chemistry, structural dynamics, and computer aided optimal design. The EDISON open platform consists of three tiers: EDISON application framework, EDISON middleware, and EDISON infra-resources. The platform provides web portals for education and research in areas such as computational fluid dynamics, computational chemistry, computational nanophysics, computational structural dynamics, and computer aided optimal design along with user service. The main purpose of this research is to test the behavior of the release version of the EDISON Open-Platform under normal operating conditions. This management tool has been implemented using the RESTful API designed in EDISON middleware. The intention is to check co-operation between the middleware and the infrastructure. Suggested tools include User management, Simulation and Job management, and Simulation software (i.e., solver) testing. Finally, it is considered meaningful to develop a management tool that is not supported in other web-based online simulation services.

With rapid development of information and communication technologies, open collaboration can be eased through the Internet. Open source software, as a representative area of open collaboration, is developed and adopted to various fields. In this research, based on organizational learning theory, we examine the impacts of exploration and exploitation on innovation performance in open source software development projects. We define knowledge exploration as a number of developers from outside organization and knowledge exploitation as the ratio of member of an organization who participated in an open source software project managed by the organization. For analysis, we collect data of 4794 projects from github which is a representative open source software development platform using Web crawler developed by Python. As a result, we find that excessive exploration has curvilinear (invers U-shape) relationship on project performance. On the other hand, exploitation with enough external developers will positively impact on project performance.

Under the pressure of competition and efficiency in the 21st century, many firms need to adapt the system of new labor relationship, labor management' innovation. In global economy and information time, country and company have become a business imperative core strategy. Industrial and Labor management culture is more innovation and sustain, development. Therefore, This paper review, the new era of 21st century of knowledged based information society, new labor management culture's shape and the possibility of strong corporate culture's impact. This study suggested several improvement ways of Labor Management. The directions of participation in decisions in labor relation as follows: A manager and employee cope with partnership each other, open management is to successfully operate. Then investment enlarge human resource development, career development, education & training's enforcement etc. Employee are creativity and innovation task centered interested in the working conditions. First of all, employee has to not only effort to productivity improvement, but also voluntarily capacity improvement. These changes are hot issues to employee as well as to manager. Also, Government role is very important. They provide to constructive infra and human resource management should be develop as well as supported to knowledge based employee in socially responsible management. Finally, new labor relations culture' practice can effort the growth to improve upgrading strategy the sound labor-manager.

Recently world industry trends is moved from manufacturing to service. As a result product-market ideology is central to the service enabler of the service. And value creation and delivery of consumer-oriented services as the core design industry is gaining popularity abroad. But the Service design to dispose of the whole process from planning to be done systematically is not yet established a clear concept. This study suggested problems of the current service design industry, service plans and strategies for the development of service design through open questionnaire and FGI(Focus Group Interview) for using service model methodology which is presented by HyeogIn Kwon et al.(2010). And we also consider 27 kinds of developing challenges for service design industry innovation by 6 sectors, such as workforce, R&D, legal framework, lay the foundation, knowledge service and collaborative service.

In this practice article, we present the results of a scenario planning approach that is a hybrid of the three main schools of thought. Our research objective was to study the future of Interactive Digital Media applications such as online music, on-demand television and massively multi-player online role-playing games. Our approach, while essentially qualitative in nature, nevertheless draws from the rigors of the quantitative school in identifying and then tracking the significant dimensions of analysis that emerge over time as strands of events leading to plausible scenarios. Our empirical analysis revealed mapping strands to three themes - ownership, distribution and innovation - which we used in an expert validation exercise to formulate scenarios. We present and discuss the major findings and implications of this empirical investigation. In a nutshell, we conjecture that an open, competitive IDM marketplace with performance safeguards may serve both and lead to a win-win scenario. While there are differences among IDM sectors, a unified approach to regulation and policy would be effective.

본 연구에서는 개방형 혁신의 개념을 적용한 아이디어 지원 서비스 사례 연구를 통해 아이디어 사업화를 지원에 있어 필요한 서비스 요소를 유추해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 개방형 혁신의 개념을 도입한 국내외 아이디어 지원 플랫폼 사례를 분석하였으며, 시사점을 도출하였다.
