본고에서는 모바일 웹 플랫폼과 관련된 기술의 표준화 동향 및 향후 전망에 대하여 알아본다. 최근 웹 어플리케이션을 위젯 형태로 제공할 수 있는 기반기술의 표준화 작업이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이와 관련하여 표준화 단체인 World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)와 Open Mobile Terminal Platform (OMTP)에서는 위젯과 디바이스 Application Programming Interface (API)에 대한 규격 표준화 작업을 진행 중이다. 이러한 기술은 모바일 웹 어플리케이션이 Native 언어로 개발된 어플리케이션과 동등한 수준의 기능을 제공할 수 있도록 한다. 표준 위젯 규격에 기반한 웹 어플리케이션을 어플리케이션 스토어 유통 환경으로 확대하기 위한 산업 표준 단체로서 최근 Joint Innovation Lab (JIL)과 Wholesale Applications Community (WAC)이 설립되었다. JIL과 WAC은 다수의 이동통신사의 연합체로 구성되어 개발자와 이용자, 단말에서 네트웍에 이르는 광범위한 영역에 걸쳐 관련 표준 규격을 정의하고 인프라를 구축하고 있다. 특히 WAC은 기존 산업 표준의 적극적 채용, 신속한 상용서비스 도입 등을 통해 산업과 소비자의 필요를 충족시키려 함으로써 성공 가능성을 높이고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the Avant-garde's aesthetic values and expressoinal characteristic, and to find out(analysis) the design characteristic of Avant garde fashion since 1995. Expressoinal characteristics of Avant garde with the anti-aesthetic, radically pursuing newness, and open mind, are revealed dynamism, hostile innovation, and experimentalism. Futuristic images expressed in dynamism represent space style, body conscious style, cyborg style, kinetic style, and primitive style. And deconstructional images related to hostile innovation show punk style, grunge style, humor style, and abstractive style. Also surreal images related to experimentalism hold erotic style, depasemant style, deformation style, and collage style. The proper usage of newness offers the escape, the vividness, and the humour from the fatigue of the life and so, it is expected to offer the chance of transfering the active individuals and societies directly or indirectly By analyzing the instances for the images of avant-garde fashion since 1995, the contribution about the expectation of the design trends of the present and future is expected.

Recently as development of internet, Service based on World Wide Web is rapidly growing. According to this, Importance for suitability of web service is emphasized by increased user with development of technique of web service. Geospatial information field included with River Geospatial information(HydroG-OneFlow) has been doing that many study about web service which center of IT, However study about test of web service is lacking of situation. Accordingly, verification should be carried out to determine the performance of Web services with the Web services implementation HydroG-OneFlow. Performance & stability test are verified that HydroG-OneFlow for Apache Jmeter of open source and conformability & interoperability test are verified for StyleCop. Result of performance is that if users are increase the number of 500, average responses time is about two seconds. and Result of reliability is that if users are increase the number of 500, decrease about 0.2%. it is verified that conformability and interoperability test to swelled about reliability of HydroG-OneFlow. Through that It will be compensate for the implementation of seb service and vulnerability of HydroG-OneFlow.

As modern science and technology and warfare become to be advanced and precise, the weapon systems becomes more complex based on state-of-the-art technology. Therefore, firms in the defense industry continue to accelerate research and development for up-to-date weapon systems with high complexity which urge the firms to collaborate with the external organizations to obtain the knowledge required and eventually to reduce costs and risk. This study tries an empirical study about the effect of collaboration on the innovation performances from the network analysis perspective. By surveying collaboration relationships among 530 firms in the Korean defense industry, we analyzed the alliance network of the defense industry. Network centrality including degree, closeness, and betweenness centralities is investigated and then the relationship among the network centrality property, internal R&D capabilities and innovation is analysed. The results show that firms with high internal R&D capabilities place the firm at center of the network. On the other hand, except for the firms with highly connected centrality, no relationship was found between the internal R&D capabilities and its performance and in turn. these capabilities had both direct and indirect effects on innovation performances through mediated collaboration among firms. This study implied that Korean firms with a high internal R&D capabilities in the defense industry which utilize knowledge, information and resources within the network more frequently show more innovative performance. This result claims the policy makers to participate more firms in fostering open innovation for the defense industry.

Currently, information society is rapidly changing and demands innovation and creativity in various fields. Therefore, the importance of mathematics, which can be the basis of creativity and logic, is emphasized. The purpose of this paper is to develop a math education application that can further expand the logical thinking of mathematics and allow voluntary learning to occur through the use of readily available teaching aid for children to form motivation and interest in learning. This paper provides math education applications using a smartphone and blocks for children. The main function of the application is to shoot with the camera and show the calculated values. When a child uses a block to make a formula and shoots a block using a camera, you can directly see the calculated value of your formula. The preprocessing process, text extraction, and character recognition of the photographed images have been implemented using OpenCV libraries and Tesseract-OCR libraries.

Strategic link, to develop the business strategy and to build the infrastructure of the organization, is an important challenge to management activities of the company, it is a major study of management academia. Effective strategy and information systems influence the success of the organization. Strategic alignment model for analyzing linkage was introduced in this study. Strategic alignment model, is composed of business strategy, organization infrastructure, information technology strategy, and information technology infrastructure. We have studied that this models appear in some form in the field of actual companies. Our research subject is a agricultural venture in Chungnam province.

This study is the first step for ICT-based service model development for exhibition service innovation. To obtain the goal of this research, we derived the core problems of current exhibition industry service through previous literature, open-ended question and focus group interview. And then, we provided prioritization of twelve new services utilizing six assessment items(importance, duplication, urgency, ease of execution, prevalence, publicness) to derive policy priorities. We analyzed two portfolios that combination of four assessment items - importance/urgency and ease of execution/prevalence. Through surveying and analyzing the result, this paper serves that the priority facts are 'The work invisible barrier installation services', 'Exhibition history management and referral services', and 'Exhibit labels and descriptive text information service utilizing Augmented Reality'. In particular, 'The work invisible barrier installation services' is the most important service not only the assessment criterion of duplication and publicness but also overall measurement score points.

Smart City is the regional innovation platform that actively utilizes information and communication technologies to diversify city services and improve the performance and quality, hence improving the quality of life and creating new trends of urban activities. Recently, the importance of citizen participation is increasingly emphasized to build smart cities successfully and the Living Lab, an open innovation platform led by users, is taking center stage as a means of realizing it. Accordingly, this study aims to establish the plans for popularizing living labs that provide innovative environments for domestic smart cities. To this end, first of all, political trends related to domestic smart cities' living labs were analyzed, and then, individual characteristics and development processes of the relevant cases were investigated. In addition, in-depth interviews were conducted with the experts of specialized agencies from Netherlands, Finland, and Denmark, etc. which are considered as leading countries in smart cities' living labs. As a result, in order to popularize living labs in domestic smart cities, the following policies were proposed; establishing support systems for commercialization and dissemination, building intermediary support organizations, improvement of laws and institutions, establishing the joint response systems with neighboring areas, etc.

This study considered technology commercialization as a sort of external R&D of the licensee firm. Then, this study analyzed industrial characteristics of technology commercialization and interactions between internal R&D and technology commercialization from the licensee's viewpoint. Data from NTIS (National science and Technology Information Service) and KED (Korea Enterprise Database) were matched. 7,645 technology commercializations from 1,980 firms were extracted. Afterward, OLS and quantile regression were applied to the extracted data. The impact of technology commercialization on firm growth was concentrated to few high-tech and medium high-tech firms. Technology commercialization was effective in the growth in a year while internal R&D was effective in the growth in two years. The firm size was insiginificant variable. In analysis of 4 selected industries (automobile, electronics, semiconductor, chemistry), the impact was skewed among industries. Though the importance of technology commercialization is widely acknowledged, quantitative analyses like this study are uncommon. Therefore, this study can be useful for the tailored industry solutions for technology commercialization.

Since the introduction of the open innovation at the beginning of the 2000s, various studies have been carried out on the convergence of technologies, such as the development of new technologies and the development of the business domain. while exploring the technologies necessary for the convergence of appropriate technologies in this research, we propose a discovery process of challengeable research areas by means of the integration of heterogeneous fields which are based on the strategic formulation of ICT and chemical safety industry. In this paper, we consequently propose the 103 detailed convergent technologies based on ICT, especially including artificial intelligent technology and smart big-data platform architecture, were derived from the research areas of the chemical safety field, We expect that research related to the safety field will be frustrated in the future.
