IPTV에서는 제한수신시스템(Conditional Access System, CAS)을 사용하여 자격을 갖춘 시청자 만이 시청이 가능하도록 한다. 현재까지 CAS는 set-top box 혹은 cable card를 이용하여 사용자에게 서비스를 제공하는 것이 일반적이었지만 근래에는 기기간 호환성 문제 해결, DRM 등 다른 서비스와의 연동 문제 해결, 안전성 확보 등을 이유로 다운로드 가능한 CAS 시스템(Downloadable CAS, DCAS)에 대한 연구가 이루어 지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 오픈 케이블 기반의 DCAS 시스템의 취약성을 분석 및 보완하여 안전한 DCAS 시스템을 제안한다. 또한 제안한 시스템의 구현결과를 보여 요구사항에 대한 만족도를 분석한다.

The quest for reliability in Artificial Intelligence (AI) is progressively urgent, especially in the field of next generation wireless networks. Future Beyond 5G (B5G)/6G networks will connect a huge number of devices and will offer innovative services invested with AI and Machine Learning tools. Wireless communications, in general, and medium access control (MAC) techniques were among the fields that were heavily affected by this improvement. This study presents the applications and services of future communication networks. This study details the Medium Access Control (MAC) scheduler of Beyond-5G/6G from 3^rd Generation Partnership (3GPP) and highlights the current open research issues which are yet to be optimized. This study provides an overview of how AI plays an important role in improving next generation communication by solving MAC-layer issues such as resource scheduling and queueing. We will select C-V2X as our use case to implement our proposed MAC scheduling model.

지금까지 지리공간 데이터에 대한 접근과 처리에 있어서 상호운용성 보장을 위해 $OpenGIS^{TM}$ 명세에 준하는 다양한 프로토타입 시스템들이 설계되어 왔다. 그러나, 오브젝트 웹 GIS의 관점에서 보았을 때 실질적인 상호운용성을 보장할 수 있는 운영 시스템이 되기까지는 많은 걸림돌들이 존재한다. 특히, 새로운 아키텍쳐 설계에 있어 핵심 기반 기술 중의 하나라고 할 수 있는 매핑 라이브러리의 상호운용성 측면에서 진행되는 연구는 거의 없는 실정이다. 본 논문은 타 $OpenGIS^{TM}$ 기반 데이터 제공자들과 상호운용될 수 있는 매핑 커널인 OpenViews를 개발하는 데 초점을 두고, 이를 기반으로 한 새로운 차원의 개방형 GIS 시스템 설계를 제시한다. 이를 위해 향후 등장하게 될 여러 시스템들을 ORB를 통해 통합하기 위한 기본적 시스템 요구 사항들을 추출하였으며, 특히 심볼 객체를 분산시킬 수 있는 표준 인터페이스를 제시하였다. 개발된 매핑 커널은 확장성과 유연성을 보장할 수 있도록 100% 순수 자바를 기반으로 하였으며, 잘 알려진 디자인 패턴과 UML을 설계 과정에 도입하였다. OpenViews를 내장한 GIS 애플리케이션 서버는 OpenBroker를 이용하는 데이터 제공자와 함께 서블릿과 EJB기반의 웹 전자지도 출판을 쉽고 빠르게 처리할 수 있도록 하는 개방형 GIS 시스템 아키텍쳐의 핵심 구성 요소이다.

기술이 발전함에 따라 군사 및 보안 분야에서 무인 감시 시스템에 대한 폭넓은 관심이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 감시 시스템은 원격 서버와 연동할 수 있는 소프트웨어를 통해 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 멀티로터의 원격 제어 및 자동 비행을 위하여 오픈 소스 소프트웨어를 기반으로 제어시스템 및 감시 시스템 소프트웨어를 개발하였다. 또한, 리눅스 기반의 서버를 지원하는 Mjpg-streamer, 제어를 위한 Arduino 기반의 Multiwii 그리고 영상처리를 위한 OpenNI와 OpenCV 라이브러리 3종류의 오픈 소프트웨어를 탑재하여 구현된 결과를 보여준다.

우리나라 석회석 광산 대부분은 광상의 부존조건, 채광실수율, 안전조업, 경제성 등을 고려하여 노천채굴 방식을 채택하고 있으나, 광산개발 과정에 따른 진입로 확보, 발파 및 장비굴착, 암석의 파쇄 및 분쇄, 운반, 선광 등으로 인한 먼지의 날림, 소음, 진동, 폐석사면 붕괴에 의한 농경지 훼손 등의 광해를 발생시켜 환경적인 문제를 유발시키고 있다. 본 연구에서는 석회석 노천채굴 작업에 따른 주변의 환경피해 최소화와 광해에 따른 경제적 손실을 감소시키기 위해 현장 시공과정에서 체험하였던 광해저감 방법들을 제시하였다.

다중레벨보안은 하나의 시스템 내에 여러 보안등급의 데이터와 사용자를 수용하여 효율성을 높이기 위한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크를 통해서 여러 보안등급의 데이터가 저장된 디렉토리 서버에 다중레벨의 사용자들의 접근을 통제하기위한 방안을 제시하고 구현한다. 보안과 무결성 모두를 보장해주기 위해서 보안 모델과 무결성 모델을 결합한 새로운 형태의 모델을 정의한다. 이 모델을 OpenLDAP의 ACL(Access Control List)을 사용하여 구현하고 사용자의 등급에 따른 시스템의 접근통제를 가능하게 한다.

This paper presents a new loss allocation scheme using power contribution method Power contribution is to find how much power at each generating/1oad bus is contributed to individual load/generating bus. In this paper power contribution is calculated using fundamental circuit theory. In numerical simulation, an illustrative example applying the proposed scheme to 6-bus test system is shown.

Cloud computing provides access to big volumes of data and computational resources through various services. Cloud computing also supports to process these volumes of data using set of computers. Cloud computing can satisfy resource requirements through virtualization technology. Eucalyptus is an open source cloud computing environment helps the users to setup their own private cloud based on virtualization. In this paper, monitoring of virtual machines is explained with the eucalyptus cloud setup.

This paper described some applications using Open GIS Component that was called MapBase. There were 4 applications : KSDI(Korea Spatial Data Infrastructure) funded by MOIC(Ministry of Information and Communication), National Plants Resource Management System supported by Korea Forest Service, 7-Underground Facilities Management System of Cheongju funded by MOCT(Ministry of Construction and Transportation), and National Disaster Management System supported by MOGAHA(Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs. Because they wanted to access heterogeneous spatial database, it was necessary to select MapBase as their base methodology. The main feature of MapBase was component S/W which provided the interoperability and reusability among GIS applications as well as non-GIS information system through common specification. In this paper, we showed some applications' architectures and functions to increase understanding MapBase. That would help you to make application using MapBase.

Air Transportation industry becomes more competitive that the restriction on new access to market were eased and relaxed. Liberalization of international air transport will continue, via bilateral and multilateral process. Korea, Japan, and China have expanded enormously the economic trade and cultural exchange bilaterally in the Northeast Asia, they are acknowledging the importance and necessity of improved connection, it order to face effectively other regional blocks of US-Canada, NAFTA, ASEAN, CLMV. In particular, nobody denies that it is urgent to liberalize bilaterally the air transport in Northeast Asia for promoting reciprocal benefits and prosperity. Recently while open skies bilateral agreements was signed between Korea-China in June, 2006. The agreements processes are too heavily influenced by flag carriers; leading to capacity/market sharing between the bilateral carriers in most markets, against the interest of consumers and overall economic interest of the nation. For successful operation of Northeast Air Market, it is need to set up development strategy paradigm by creating cross-border sub-regional (Northeast Asian) open skies bloc as well as preparing and creating of LCCs operations.
