  • The online distribution systems under the wireless environment include many different factors from the conventional offline and wired networks. Furthermore, the multimedia content may be propagated more easily and illegally. The scheme to protect the rights and profits of people related to the copyrights of digital content Is needed. In this paper a framework for content distribution under the wireless environment based on MPEG-21 and UCI application process are proposed. This model can be applied to the digital rights management system and utilized to protect the rights of trading entities in online distribution of electronic commerce.

  • An electronic commerce model is proposed which distributes digital content in mobile environment. This model resolves the problems caused by various digital content and complex distribution structure. The online distribution systems under the wireless environment include many different factors from the conventional offline and wired networks. Furthermore, the multimedia content may be propagated more easily and illegally. The scheme to protect the rights and profits of people related to the copyrights of digital content is needed. In this paper a framework for electronic commerce of content distribution under the wireless environment based on MPEG-21 is proposed. • Purpose: While previous studies mainly focus on one shopping expectancy in the context of e-commerce or m-commerce, this study examines the relationship between consumers' performance and effort expectancy and their shopping intentions in the omnichannel retail environment in which both online and offline shopping channels are utilized concurrently in a single shopping journey. Research design, data and methodology: This study measured consumers' performance expectancy, effort expectancy, attitudes, and intentions toward an omnichannel shopping service. A survey was developed using an online survey platform and distributed to U.S. consumers for a 3-week period and 470 usable responses were obtained. The Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling were performed to test the reliability and validity of the measurement model and research model portraying the hypothesized relationships among constructs. Results: The results confirm that both performance and effort expectancy from shopping affected consumers' attitudes toward omnichannel shopping. The positive attitudes increased their omnichannel shopping intentions. Conclusions: Retailers should promote omnichannel strategies as effective shopping tools to improve consumers' shopping experiences and outcomes. This study suggests that retailers should implement omnichannel strategies that synchronize the retail channels they offer and promote the strategies as effective means to enhance customers' shopping outcomes and experiences.

  • Online-to-offline (O2O) commerce is the new trend that merges online commerce with traditional industries in various fields. The primary purpose of this paper is to find out which factors influence customers' intention to switch from call-based driver-for-hire services to O2O app-based services. This study used variables and factors based on Theory of Switching Intention, and Extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology in order to design research questions. We surveyed 500 users of call-based driver-for-hire services. According to the result of this study, dissatisfaction with the current call-based driver-for-hire services is estimated to be a significant factor that strengthens customers' intention to switch from the call-based driver-for-hire services to the app-based services. Loyalty to the previous call-based driver-for-hire services was not seen as a crucial motivator that causes customers to switch to the new O2O driver service. Switching cost also did not play a key role in explaining the relationship between dissatisfaction with the current call-based service and the intention to use the new app-based service. Performance expectancy, easiness in use, the level of user's knowledge or available assistance in relation to the use of app-based services, and expectancy for reasonable price was found to have meaningful impacts on customers' intention to switch from the call-based driver-for-hire services to the app-based services. Age, gender and user experience on the new service were found incapable of moderating the relationship between aforementioned factors which influence customers' choice of the app-based driver-for-hire service, and customers' intent to switch to the app-based service.

  • Rapid developments of Information and Communication Technologies(ICT) have made people learn with online contents allowing learning at onilne universities. The environments of offering educational contents at online universities differ from those at offline-based ones, so that alternative variables need to be considered in order to enhance learning effectiveness in online settings. In this study, the effects of Self-Regulated Learning(SRL) and motivation on learner-instructor interactions and academic performance in an online university were addressed. As a result, SRL and motivation not only directly affected both interactions and achievements, but also indirectly affected achievements via interactions. Also, learner-instructor interactions were directly effective on learning achievements. The implications of the research included comprehensive understandings of the structural relationships of teaching- and learning-related variables on learning. Suggestions were made based on the results.

  • O2O service that combine online with offline service has been rapidly increasing and O2O service is the new trend that merges online commerce with traditional markets in various fields. The purpose of this study is to investigate influences of University Student's Perceived O2O application characteristics on O2O services satisfaction and continuous use intention. For this purpose, questionnaires including O2O application characteristics scale, customer perceived O2O satisfaction scale and O2O use intention scale were administered to 241 college students in Seoul. Regression analysis revealed that O2O application Characteristics showed influences of O2O service satisfaction. The O2O application charac*teristics showed influences of continuous use of intention of O2O services, O2O services satisfaction showed partial influence continuous use intention of O2O service. The result of this study is expected to provide implication as an initial study O2O service which is spreading with the growth of mobile ICT. Ultimately, the results of this study provide a number of theoretical and practical implications.

  • The environment of the Internet provides an efficient communication of the things which are connected. While internet and online service provide us many valuable benefits, online services offered and accessed remotely through internet also exposes us to many different types of security threats. Most security threats were just related to information leakage and the loss of authentication on client-server environment. In 2016, Ahmed et al. proposed an efficient lightweight remote user authentication protocol. However, Kang et al. show that it's scheme still unstable and inefficient. It cannot resist offline identity guessing attack and cannot provide session key confirmation property. Moreover, there is some risk of biometric information's recognition error. In this paper, we propose an improved scheme to overcome these security weaknesses by storing secret data in device. In addition, our proposed scheme should provide not only security, but also efficiency since we only use hash function and XOR operation.

  • Purpose: Due to COVID-19, the rapidly changing untact culture from offline to online has spread rapidly, increasing the utilization of omni-channel. However, among the studies on consumers in the online market, there are not many studies that analyze Shopping Values and attitudes toward omnichannel Acceptance. Research design, data, and methodology: This study investigated through empirical analysis how Shopping Values and innovation propensity of consumers using omni channels affect omni channel Acceptance attitudes. The analysis results based on a total of 268 questionnaires using SPSS v.23 and AMOS v.23 statistical programs are as follows. Results: First, it was found that the perceived Value of omnichannel use had a positive effect on the innovation tendency, and the pleasure Value had a greater effect than the actual Value. Second, it was found that the practical and hedonic Value of the omnichannel had a positive effect on the attitude of service Acceptance. Third, it was found that Omni Channel's consumer innovation tendency had a positive effect on service Acceptance attitude. Conclusion: This study proved that Shopping Value perception and individual innovation propensity for omnichannel services have a positive effect on Acceptance attitude, and it is of academic significance in that it expanded understanding of what factors are needed to increase Acceptance attitude of Omni Channel services.
