Background: Cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) is a serious public health problem in the Northeast of Thailand. CCA is considered to be an incurable and rapidly lethal disease. Knowledge of the distribution of CCA patients is necessary for management strategies. Objectives: This study aimed to utilize the Geographic Information System and Google $Earth^{TM}$ for distribution mapping of cholangiocarcinoma in Satuek District, Buriram, Thailand, during a 5-year period (2008-2012). Materials and Methods: In this retrospective study data were collected and reviewed from the OPD cards, definitive cases of CCA were patients who were treated in Satuek hospital and were diagnosed with CCA or ICD-10 code C22.1. CCA cases were used to analyze and calculate with ArcGIS 9.2, all of data were imported into Google Earth using the online web page www.earthpoint.us. Data were displayed at village points. Results: A total of 53 cases were diagnosed and identified as CCA. The incidence was 53.57 per 100,000 population (65.5 for males and 30.8 for females) and the majority of CCA cases were in stages IV and IIA. The average age was 67 years old. The highest attack rate was observed in Thung Wang sub-district (161.4 per 100,000 population). The map display at village points for CCA patients based on Google Earth gave a clear visual deistribution. Conclusions: CCA is still a major problem in Satuek district, Buriram province of Thailand. The Google Earth production process is very simple and easy to learn. It is suitable for the use in further development of CCA management strategies.

Today's massively multiplayer online games(MMOGs) can contain millions of synchronous players scattered across the world and participating with each other within a single shared game. The increase in the number of players in MMOGs has led to some issues with the demand of server which generates a significant increase in costs for the game industry and impacts to the quality of service offered to players. In dealing with a considerable scale of MMOGs, we propose a cloud computing and peer-to-peer(P2P) hybrid architecture in this paper. Given the two nearly independent functionalities of P2P and cloud architectures, we consider the possibility of fusing these two concepts and researching the application of the resultant amalgamation in MMOGs. With an efficient and effective provisioning of resources and mapping of load, the proposed hybrid architecture relieves a lot of computational power and network traffic, the load on the servers in the cloud while exploiting the capacity of the peers. The simulation results show that MMOGs based on the proposed hybrid architecture have better performance and lower traffic received compared with MMOGs based on traditional client-server system.

Cloud computing has recently become an attractive solution for massively multiplayer online games(MMOGs), as it lifts operators from the burden of buying and maintaining hardware. Peer-to-peer(P2P) -based solutions present several advantages, including the inherent scalability, self-repairing, and natural load distribution capabilities. We propose a hybrid architecture for MMOGs that combines technological advantages of two different paradigms, P2P and cloud computing. An efficient and effective provisioning of resources and mapping of load are mandatory to realize an architecture that scales in economical cost and quality of service to large communities of users. As the number of simultaneous players keeps growing, the hybrid architecture relieves a lot of computational power and network traffic, the load on the servers in the cloud by exploiting the capacity of the peers. For MMOGs, besides server time, bandwidth costs represent a major expense when renting on-demand resources. Simulation results show that by controlling the amount of cloud and user-provided resource, the proposed hybrid architecture can reduce the bandwidth at the server while utilizing enough bandwidth of players.

This study presents a multilingual integrated ontological approach that enables linking classification systems. thesauri. and terminology databases in science and technology for more effective indexing and information retrieval online. In this integrated system, we designed a thesaurus model with concept as a unit and designated essential data elements for a terminology database on the basis of ISO 12620 standard. The classification system for science and technology adopted in this study provides subject access channels from other existing classification systems through its mapping table. A prototype system was implemented with the field of nuclear energy as an application area.

To cope with the explosive growth of Internet services, Service Function Chaining (SFC) based on Software-defined Networking (SDN) is an emerging and promising technology that has been suggested to meet this challenge. Determining the placement of Virtual Network Functions (VNFs) and routing paths that optimize the network utilization and resource consumption is a challenging problem, particularly without violating service level agreements (SLAs). This problem is called the optimal SFC placement problem and an Integer Linear Programming (ILP) formulation is provided. A greedy heuristic solution is also provided based on an improved two-step mapping algorithm. The obtained experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can automatically place VNFs at the optimal locations and find the optimal routing paths for each online request. This algorithm can increase the average request acceptance rate by about 17.6% and provide more than 20-fold reduction of the computational complexity compared to the Greedy algorithm. The feasibility of this approach is demonstrated via NetFPGA-10G prototype implementation.
Purpose: This study was aimed to analyze the sexual health curriculum for the nursing baccalaureate and associate's degrees in Korea. The curriculum proper based on Posner's theory presented the analysis of purpose, content, organization, and underlying assumption. Methods: This study was conducted with sexual health education guidelines, nursing practice standards, 181 curriculums, and teaching materials. Data were collected through literature, online homepage from 181 nursing school, and textbooks from July to September, 2013. Data were analyzed using percentage and mean with SPSS 12.0. Results: The purposes were mostly included in the low grade cognitive learning domain. The contents included 20 key elements among 22, so the scope was not inclusive. There was an unbalance between content's depth and scope, because total mean credit of sexual health nursing education was only 19.81 hours. The spiral structure of organization showed continuity, sequence, and integration with international standards. The interdisciplinary integration and transcultural value were advantages of the curriculum. Conclusion: This study provided a view on understanding sexual health nursing curriculum and implication for advanced education. The proclaiming of the standard and concept mapping of sexual health curriculum may contribute to the curriculum development for the advanced nursing.
In this paper, we newly propose a traffic information service model that collects traffic information sensed by an individual vehicle in real time by using a smart device, and which enables drivers to share traffic information on all roads in real time using an application installed on a smart device. In particular, when the driver requests traffic information for a specific area, the proposed driver-personalized service model provides him/her with traffic information on the driving directions in advance by predicting the driving directions of the vehicle based on the learning of the driving records of each driver. To do this, we propose a traffic information management model to process and manage in real time a large amount of online-generated traffic information and traffic information requests generated by each vehicle. We also propose a road node-based indexing technique to efficiently store and manage location-based traffic information provided by each vehicle. Finally, we propose a driving learning and prediction model based on the hidden Markov model to predict the driving directions of each driver based on the driver's driving records. We analyze the traffic information processing performance of the proposed model and the accuracy of the driving prediction model using traffic information collected from actual driving vehicles for the entire area of Seoul, as well as driving records and experimental data.
Objectives: Restorative Dentistry and Endodontics (Restor Dent Endod; RDE) is an English-language journal published by the Korean Academy of Conservative Dentistry, and it has been online since 2012 with quarterly publications. The purpose of this paper was to review and analyze the publications in this journal since its inception and over the 7-year period from 2012 to 2018. Materials and Methods: This paper assessed the number, type, and subject of articles published, as well as authorship patterns and article citations of the journal over a 7-year period. The citation indicator for the journal (h-index) was assessed using Google Scholar. Results: The number of articles per issue has remained relatively consistent in the 7 years that were analyzed. An analysis of the article types revealed various categories of review articles. Original research articles accounted for the most articles per volume. Twice as many articles per volume were on endodontic topics than on restorative subjects. Articles published in RDE have been widely cited in Synapse, Crossref, and PubMed Central. A country-wise mapping of authors' institutions revealed significant contributions from authors around the world. With an h-index of 24, RDE ranks third among journals in its specialty. The most cited articles were open lectures on statistics and research articles on recent concepts, technology, and materials. Conclusion: Over the last 7 years, RDE has served as a platform for a large number of manuscripts in the field of restorative dentistry and endodontics.

Purpose: This study aims to investigate an overview of the reputation of e-commerce from 2001-2021. Research design, data and methodology: This study uses a bibliometrics technique involving published results from the Scopus database. Keyword tracking uses the terms e-commerce + reputation. The data collected meets the criteria for the type of journal publication. Data was collected using the Publish or Perish (PoP) program and exported into VOSviewer. Bibliometrics examines certain fields of science based on several components such as author and co-author, citation and co-citation, keywords related to theme mapping, origin, and source of publication. Data was collected using the Publish or Perish (PoP) program and exported into VOSviewer. Results: The results show the total citations from 118 papers are 1429, with citations per paper of 12.11 and citations per year of 68.05. The trend of publications from 2001-2021 shows the dynamics of increasing or decreasing, but this trend is still developing. Conclusions: This paper also presents articles that have contributed greatly to the study of e-commerce reputation, the most productive authors, and clustered themes regarding e-commerce reputation. Reputation is an important area of e-commerce research. Reputation is also essential factors for e-commerce in facing business competition and needs to be a consideration for digital business practitioners.
