Recently the cyber home learning system is executed throughout the country as a part of educational policies to reduce expenditure on private education and to promote educational welfare for alienated classes. Thus, in order to examine the effectiveness of the cyber home learning system, we conducted an online questionnaire survey with elementary and secondary students, cyber teachers under the OO Office of Education. According to the results, overall satisfaction with the cyber home learning system and its effectiveness were found high. In addition, what were required for more effective the cyber home learning system were expanding the execution of unit school learning, strengthening teacher training, increasing incentives for cyber teachers, intensifying campaigns for the cyber home learning system, providing various types of information and contents of education, and activating learning activities such as community, message and chatting. This study is expected to be a steppingstone to the settlement of more effective the cyber home learning system.
This paper critically investigates the cultural phenomenon surrounding the news mobile phone app in which 'curation', relying on the news editing and adaption, has become much more significant than making the news directly. This study affirms the fact that a copying culture which is basically a combinative effect of duplication (alias) and imitation(mimesis) enables us enrich the human beings' creative activities. However, we need to warn the regressive aspects of copying culture challenging the journalistic principles. This study exemplifies a case of Pikicast, which has become the most rapid growing news content mobile app in Korea. By doing a case study, this paper suggests that 'social gift' should be given to the online users as a whole. The communal and social gift would be an alternative way to the unpaid crawling of the news resources from the digital commons by the news content curating corporation such as Pikicast.

A smartphone is a mobile phone that offers more advanced computing ability and connectivity than a contemporary basic feature phone. Unlike feature phone, a smartphone allows the user to install and run more advanced applications based on a specific platform. Smartphones run complete operating system software providing a platform for application developers. A smartphone will become the default computing method for many point activities in the not-too-distant future, such as e-mail, online shopping, gaming, and even video entertainment. For smartphone that contains sensitive information and access the Internet, security is a major issue. In the 1980s, security issues were hardly noticed; however, security is a major issue for users today, which includes smart phones. Because security is much more difficult to address once deployment and implementation are underway, it should be considered from the beginning. Recently our government recognized the importance of smartphone security and published several safety tips for using the smartphone. However, theses tips are user-oriented measures. Maintaining the security of a smartphone involves the active participation of the user. Although it is a important users understand and take full advantage of the facilities afforded by smarphone, it is more important developers distribute the secure smartphone application through the market. In this paper we describe some scenarios in which user is invaded his/her privacy by smartphone stolen, lost, misplaced or infected with virus. Then we suggest the security considerations for securing smartphone applications in respect with developers. We also suggest the methods applying domestic encryption algorithms such as SEED, HIGHT and ARIA in developing secure applications. This suggested security considerations may be used by developers as well as users (especially organizations) interested in enhancing security to related security incidents for current and future use of smartphones.

In today's era of digital technologies, the problem of religious communication in the cyberspace is being actualized, since the globality and accessibility of the WWW makes it one of the most effective and promising channels for transmitting various kinds of messages, including those of a religious nature. Today, religious organizations and movements pay the closest attention to the virtual media space, not only using it to attract new followers, but also for religious PR, image-making and branding, informing the world about themselves through news from the life of the organization and its followers. An equally important form of electronic communication in the online sphere is currently the interaction of various religious movements and religious cultures in general, or the dialogue of confessions in particular. Research in the digital space makes it possible to identify important trends in religious spheres based on the analysis of the flow of information on the Internet, to demonstrate the specifics of individual media outlets and the consequences of their activities for interreligious dialogue, to study the role of the Internet in changing religious beliefs, the possibility of changing religious identity, retrospective development of religious enlightenment at the turn of the century, to determine the vectors of possible interreligious interaction and discuss the role of digital technologies in the work of religious structures, to state the need to continue an active dialogue between representatives of religious movements, to hold expert seminars on interreligious dialogue on a regular basis, and to record the risks generated by the digital space. Thus, the coronavirus pandemic served as a background and context, a litmus test and a catalyst for accelerating and intensifying interreligious, interfaith dialogue and dialogue between religious organizations and society.

The aim of this study is to identify intelligent learning support functions in Learning Management System (LMS) to support university student learning activities during the transition from face-to-face classes to online learning. To accomplish this, we investigated the perceptions of students on the levels of importance and urgency toward learning support functions of LMS powered with Artificial Intelligent (AI) technology and analyzed the differences in perception according to student characteristics. As a result of this study, the function that students considered to be the most important and felt an urgent need to adopt was to give automated grading and feedback for their writing assignments. The functions with the next highest score in importance and urgency were related to receiving customized feedback and help on task performance processed as well as results in the learning progress. In addition, students view a function to receive customized feedback according to their own learning plan and progress and to receive suggestions for improvement by diagnosing their strengths and weaknesses to be both vitally important and urgently needed. On the other hand, the learning support function of LMS, which was ranked as low importance and urgency, was a function that analyzed the interaction between professors and students and between fellow students. It is expected that the results of this student needs analysis will be helpful in deriving the contents of learning support functions that should be developed as well as providing basic information for prioritizing when applying AI technology to implement learner-centered LMS in the future.

The growth of mobile devices and network infrastructure has brought significant changes to the music industry. Online streaming services has allowed music consumption without constraints of time and space, leading to increased consumer engagement in music creation and sharing activities, resulting in a vast accumulation of music data. In this study, we define metadata as "song sentences" by using a user's playlist. To calculate similarity, we embedded them into a high-dimensional vector space using skip-gram with negative sampling algorithm. Performance eva luation results indicated that the recommended music algorithm, utilizing singers, genres, composers, lyricists, arrangers, eras, seasons, emotions, and tag lists, exhibited the highest performance. Unlike conventional recommendation methods based on users' behavioral data, our approach relies on the inherent information of the tracks themselves, potentially addressing the cold start problem and minimizing filter bubble phenomena, thus providing a more convenient music listening experience.

Innovation is considered as an implemented innovation in education - in the content, methods, techniques and forms of educational activity and personality education (methods, technologies), in the content and forms of organizing the management of the educational system, as well as in the organizational structure of educational institutions, in the means of training and education and in approaches to social services in education, distance and multimedia learning, which significantly increases the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the educational process. The classification of currently known pedagogical technologies that are most often used in practice is shown. The basis of the innovative activity of a modern teacher is the formation of an innovative program-methodical complex in the discipline. Along with programmatic and content provision of disciplines, the use of informational tools and their didactic properties comes first. It combines technical capabilities - computer and video technology with live communication between the lecturer and the audience. In pedagogical innovation, the principles reflecting specific laws and regularities of the implementation of innovative processes are singled out. All principles are elements of a complex system of organization and management of innovative activities in the field of education and training. They closely interact with each other, which enhances the effect of each of them due to the synergistic effect. To improve innovative activities in the training of students, today computer technologies are widely used in pedagogy as a science, as well as directly in the practice of the pedagogical process. They have gained the most popularity in such activities as distance learning, online learning, assistance in the education management system, development of programs and virtual textbooks in various subjects, searching for information on the network for the educational process, computer testing of students' knowledge, creation of electronic libraries, formation of a unified scientific electronic environment, publication of virtual magazines and newspapers on pedagogical topics, teleconferences, expansion of international cooperation in the field of Internet education. The article considers computer technologies as the main building material for the entire society. In the modern world, there is a need to prepare a person for life in a multimedia environment. This process should be started as early as possible, because the child's contact with the media is present almost from the moment of his birth.

As social network service(SNS) environments have been changed and increased, people perceive SNSs as a part of their daily lives. Therefore mutual communication activities based on the Internet and its influences are expanding continuously. This paper explored the difference between consumers' emotional well-being level and social capital formed through SNSs. Given that the reason of using SNS and its utilization can be different depending on consumers, this paper also examines generation differences. Hence, we examine how the forms of emotional well-being and social capital in SNSs can be different according to each generation. We conducted a survey targeting the consumers who have an experience of using online SNS and looked into the effects of emotional well-being and social capital among generations using eighty three valid samples. In this study, we find that there are differences on the effects of the sizes and the types of social capital formed through SNS, depending on the generations. In particular, the size of social capital from younger generation was larger compared to the older generation and bridging social capital, one of social capital types, was also bigger in the younger generation compared to the older generation. Although general emotional well-being was not differentiated among the generations, we could find a generation difference by showing that older generation's negative well-being, one of emotional well-being types, was more sensitive than younger generation. Based on such results, this paper proposes SNS utilization plan sub-divided by generations, suggesting management direction of online social networks.

Our society is undergoing rapid changes due to COVID-19, and in particular, online learning using digital technology is being tried in various forms in the educational field. A change has occurred. However, the limitations of distance learning, such as reduced learning immersion in non-face-to-face educational situations, lack of interaction between teachers and learners, and lower basic academic ability, are constantly being raised, and an appropriate educational strategy is needed to solve these problems. This study focused on the concept of 'Metaverse' based on the interaction between the virtual world and the real world, and tried to verify the effectiveness of educational activities based on it. In detail, we propose an educational framework for realizing flipped learning in the Metaverse Virtual Classroom, and a frame developed by measuring the learning immersion of a single group with a teaching/learning program developed based on this. The effectiveness of the work was verified. When the metaverse platform-based flip learning framework and education program proposed in this study were applied, it was confirmed that learners' immersion in learning was improved.
The dispatch law has a negative impact on safety management at construction sites as the command and command relationship to safety assistants of the original contractor are applied to the dispatch law. Purpose: The purpose is to study the importance and impact of safety management according to the dispatch law, and to propose a direction for safety management so that safety assistants can actively and proactively prevent accidents. In this study, we used AHP analysis techniques for experts to achieve the final goal and verified the suitability through logistic regression. Method: AHP analysis technique is used for experts and workers and logistic regression analysis is conducted. Result: The result of analyzing scenario data where the dispatch method can be applied showed the importance in the order of education (SkillUp education), management (work-time management) and direct instructions (feedback instruction). In logistic regression analysis, feedback is the factor that affects direct instruction, and in education management, the ratio of education management is 3.42 times lower than that of other groups when only the team leader of the company gives work instructions. Conclusion: The management of feedback and education is more important than anything else within the range in which the dispatch method is not applied, and the expansion of non-face-to-face online education is judged to avoid the violation of dispatch method because the expansion of non-face-to-face online education due to covid 19 recently has brought more various target for safety education.
