Purpose: To analyze Korean nurse-related channels and video titles on YouTube, the world's largest online video sharing and social media platform, to clarify public opinion and image of nurses. We seek utilization strategies and measures through current status analysis. Methods: Data is collected by crawling video information related to Korean nurses, and correlation is analyzed with frequent word analysis and keyword network analysis. Results: Through the YouTube algorithm, 2,273 videos of 'Nurse' were analyzed in order of recent views, relevance, and rating, and 2,912 videos searched for with the keyword 'Nurse + Hospital, COVID-19, Awareness, University, National Examination' were analyzed. Numerous videos were uploaded, and nursing work that was uploaded in the form of a vlog recorded a high number of views. Conclusion: We could see if the YouTube video shows images of nurses. It has been confirmed that various information is being exchanged rather than information just for promotional purposes.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the level of communication ability between paramedic students and patients in clinical practice. In addition, it was performed to produce essential data contributing to the qualitative improvement of communication ability. Methods: Data were collected from paramedic students with clinical experience after they provided online consent. Data collection was performed from June 3 to July 12, 2022. One hundred forty-seven questionnaires with 92 items were analyzed using SPSS statistics 28.0. Results: 57.1% of students took communication as a subject despite 92.5% of respondents saying that communication education is necessary for them. The average level of participant communication ability was 4.60 (±1.05) points (measured on a 7-point Likert scale). Among the subdivided communication ability levels, the highest level was demonstrated in the physical examination-related interview (5.36±0.96), and the lowest was shown in the completion part (3.93±1.51). Furthermore, a statistically significant difference was found in communication ability level according to school grade (F=4.709, p=.000). The highest correlation (r=.972, p<.001) was obtained between total communication ability and understanding the patient's point of view. Conclusion: Paramedic students should improve their communication skills to serve patients more effectively. Finally, more educational content should be developed on field-based situations in communication courses.
The purpose of this study is to explore the differentiated motivations of users of live commerce by focusing on the entry into untact consumption culture. In addition, we intend to verify the mediating effect of engagement in the relationship between the motivation and attitude of live commerce use. As for the research method, an online survey was conducted targeting live commerce users, and 245 valid samples were used for analysis. For data analysis, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, and mediation regression analysis were performed. As a result of the analysis, the motivation for using live commerce was derived from four factors: Enjoyment of interaction, Substitutability of personal examination, Need for community, Trend setting. And Engagement was found to have a significant effect on attitude. Finally, engagement was found to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between the motivation and attitude of live commerce use. The research results will provide implications for understanding non-face-to-face consumption culture and establishing effective strategies for the live commerce industry in the future.
The purpose of this study was to understand the factors with consumers' fashion experiential store experiences and investigate the effect on flow and brand attitude. The study also aimed to investigate whether gender moderated the relationship between consumers' fashion experiential store experiences and flow. An online survey of consumers in their 20s and 40s was conducted. The SPSS 27.0 program was used to perform frequency, factor, and reliability analysis. The structural equation model was analyzed using the SMART-PLS program. The structural model analysis confirmed that consumers' rational, physical, and relational experiences in fashion brand experiential stores strongly influenced flow and found that relational experience had the strongest influence on flow. The influence of rational, physical, and relational experiences and flow on brand attitude was confirmed, where flow had the strongest effect on brand attitude. The examination of the moderating effect of gender on the relationship between consumers' fashion experiential store experiences and flow found that the effect in men was significant for flow and brand attitude through rational experience and that the effect in women was significant for flow and brand attitude through relational experience. These results provide academic implications, and by strengthening consumer flow, we intend to propose the establishment of a marketing strategy and opportunity plan that can elicit a positive brand attitude.
Objectives: This study examines the status of iodine intake and compares the characteristics (region and thyroid disease prevalence) according to the iodine-sourced food intake pattern in Chinese adults. Methods: An online survey was conducted by enrolling 437 Chinese adults aged 18-65 years, living in three regions with different iodine nutritional statuses: Sichuan, Chongqing, and Guangdong. Results: The prevalence of thyroid diseases in Sichuan, Chongqing, and Guangdong were 12.5%, 8.5%, and 2.8%, respectively. Conversely, the proportion of people who received thyroid disease-related examinations was a mere 37.5%. Among the subjects who underwent thyroid examination, the prevalence of thyroid disease in the three regions was 32.2%, 21.8%, and 8.0%, respectively. No differences were obtained in the total iodine intake by region, but the type of iodine source foods differed. Regardless of the region, the highest iodine content was obtained from seaweed. However, the iodine content from iodized salt and other foods differed significantly by region. Factor analysis revealed three food intake patterns according to the iodine food source. The study further determined regional differences and differences in the prevalence of thyroid disease according to food intake patterns. Conclusions: High salt intake can also increase iodine intake, which is thought to have an effect on the occurrence of iodine-excess thyroid disease. Hence, efforts focused on improving salty eating habits need to be implemented.
The major purpose of this study is to examine the effects of customers' perceptions toward service quality of mobile music service on customer loyalty and switching intention. For this purpose, this study posited three service quality characteristics including interface, service, price quality as key determinants of customer loyalty and switching intention based on relevant literature reviews. A research model and hypotheses concerning the relationship between these variables were constructed. Moreover, this study explored the moderating effects of attractiveness of alternative and switching costs on the relationship between customer loyalty and switching intention. An online survey was administrated on 433 mobile music service users and a simple, multiple, and hierarchical regression analysis were employed. The results indicated that all of interface, service, price quality have significant positive influences on customer loyalty, and both of service quality and attractiveness of alternatives have influences on the switching intention in a positive way. On the other way, it was shown that switching costs have a negative influence on the switching intention. The moderating effect of attractiveness of alternatives on the relationship between customer loyalty and switching intention was also found. The implications of these results are discussed.
Job crafting has gained prominence in organizational practice as an important factor to cultivate positive performance, the purpose of this study is to present theoretical and practical implications of job crafting by examination of the effective variables that induce job crafting. We verify the correlation between shared leadership and job crafting and the mediating effect of learning goal orientation and knowledge sharing in the relationship between these two variables. Hypotheses were established on the basis of precedent research and various theories including social cognitive theory and affective events theory. The data were collected by conducting online surveys of 318 office workers who have served in various domestic organizations. The reliability and validity of the collected data were verified by SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0, and the hypotheses were analyzed by SPSS process macro 3.0. The study found that shared leadership yields positive effects on the learning goal orientation, knowledge sharing and job crafting of participants respectively and that learning goal orientation and knowledge sharing have a mediating effect in the relationship between shared leadership and job crafting. The results of this study present the effectiveness of shared leadership to facilitate the job crafting and implications and future research measures for the organization to develop a system for activating shared leadership, and for strengthening learning goals orientation and knowledge sharing.
The purpose of this study was to examine the physical environmental readiness for smart learning and the actual utilization of smart devices by special education teachers, and to suggest ways to vitalize smart education. For this, a 14-item survey questionnaire was developed, which touched upon issues regarding the availability of wireless internet service and teachers' utilization of smart devices. An online survey was conducted among a randomly chosen sample of 991 special education teachers across the nation, including teachers who work at special schools for developmentally disabled students and in special classes at all three levels of regular schools.The collected data was analyzed with the method of a cross-time-frequency analysis using a SPSS 21.0 statistics program. The research findings indicated that both special schools and classes had a poor smart education environment and that special education teachers were having a harding time because of the lack of the infrastructure and additional expenses. In addition, special education teachers were found to use smart device mostly for the purpose of motivating students. These research findings propose that it is urgent to set up a proper smart education environment for special needs students and to provide a systematic training program for special education teachers.
The proliferation of the Internet and the advent of e-commerce have amplified public concerns about privacy. Accordingly, much research effort has been made on the issue. While existing research on online information privacy has usually focused on the examination of antecedents of personal information disclosure, the literature has not paid attention to the potential changes of the antecedents' effects depending on the user's experience of the service. The current study aims to investigate the moderating role of site usage experience in Internet users' decision on personal information disclosure. Specifically, this study considers two types of antecedents of personal information disclosure on a site - the attributes of personal information requested (sensitivity and relevance of information) and the value of the service provided by the site; and examines how the effects of the antecedents on the disclosure intention are affected by the users'experience of the site. Our analysis of the data gathered through a web-based experiment reveals that site usage experience moderates the relationship between the attributes of personal information and disclosure intention. While usage experience attenuates the negative effect of information sensitivity on disclosure intention, it intensifies the positive impact that relevance of information has on disclosure intention. Based on the analysis results, we provide implications for the mitigation of the Internet users' privacy concerns as well as theoretical implications.

The physiological function test is the only patient contact area in the field of clinical laboratory. We need to recruit and encourage the experts due to requiring the expertise and long time for examination. However, there is currently no rule for estimating optimal workforce in the field of physiological function tests. The purpose of this study is to establish the basis of the studies for mid- to long-long term job creation in the field of ultrasound by evaluating the number of appropriate tests and appropriate workforce. We calculated the quantitative and qualitative workload for the number of appropriate tests and appropriate workforce using online questionnaire. All statistical analyses were performed using SPSS version 18.0 (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA). A total of 216 respondents were 48 (22.2%) male and 168 (77.8%) female. A total of 157 laboratories were 62 (39.5%) for echocardiography, 91 (58.0%) for the transcranial Doppler (TCD) and 4 (5.7%) for the carotid ultrasound. The mean number of appropriate tests was 10 ± 2 in the echocardiography, 9 ± 2 in TCD and 11 ± 2 in the carotid ultrasound. In addition, the number of laboratories required to recruit employees for appropriate workforce was 19 in echocardiography, 18 in TCD, and 0 in carotid ultrasound. The number of hospital required to recruit workforce were 7 primary hospitals, 22 secondary hospitals, 7 third hospitals. This study can be used as an important data as the first study at present time when the data on the workforce status and work environment of the ultrasonic laboratories is insufficient. Based on the quantitative and qualitative workloads, the number of appropriate tests and appropriate workforce can support mid- to long-long term job creation in the field of ultrasound.
