In traditional environment, user must search each journal OPAC, bibliographic DB, and full-text DB and E-Journal separately until user finds scientific and technology informations that he needs. The purpose of this study is to build one-click service system of Journals that supports integrating search. This system provides various functions, such as, journal browsing, journal search, article search, alert function, my library, document delivery service by integrating databases and electronic journals. Users search all information sources through journal OPAC and acquire journal full-text by single interface.

근래 들어 생명과학 및 생명정보에 대한 관심이 높아지면서, 활발한 연구 활동의 결과물로 많은 정보를 얻을 수 있게 되었다. 방대한 생명정보를 분석할 수 있는 많은 알고리즘이 개발되었으며, 웹 기술이 발달함에 따라 생명정보의 활용도가 높아져서 다양한 방법으로 정보 서비스가 가능하게 되었다. Web Services는 XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI를 사용하는 분산 컴포넌트 기반의 컴퓨팅 기술로 서비스를 제공하는 Service Provider와 서비스 제공자의 정보를 저장하는 Service Registry 및 서비스를 사용하는 Service Requestor로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 바이오인포매틱스 분야에서 Web Services를 구성하는 모든 요소들을 개발한다. 특히 One-Stop Web Services는 GUI 환경의 인터페이스로 사용자에게는 용이한 실행 환경을 제공하고 있으며, Web Services 개발자에게는 사용자 인터페이스 개발 부담을 줄일 수 있다.

There has been much interest in optimizing the halting patterns of high-speed trains, for example by introducing more non-stop trains to supply faster train service to the passengers, which could later bring about a discussion about introducing new high speed train service with differentiated price and service. In general, halting patterns can be considered by constructing an efficient line plan, in which all demand should be covered and the total travel time can be reduced as much as possible. In this study, we present a two-step process based on two optimization models. One is to minimize total kilometers of trains to run on each route ; this will be done using a line planning model under the assumption of all-stop patterns. Then, in the next step, the all-stop patterns are optimally decomposed into several halting patterns in order to minimize the total travel time. We applied the two-step process to the latest demand data in order to develop KTX halting patterns as well as to determine the frequency of each line and compare the current line plan with the optimized one.

Big data technology is being used in various fields followed by the development of information and communication technology. In the corporate and public sectors, diverse system platforms are built and operated due to the needs of users, but efficiency is low because they are built from an individual service perspective rather than an integrated service perspective. In this study, the relationship between presenting the characteristics of the type of shared information platform, the integration plan, and integration performance of the shared information system platform was analyzed. The results of the study will provide guidelines for the integration of shared information system platforms by the government and private companies in the future.

High unemployment rates repeatedly cause recurring social problems such as fewer employment opportunities and employment insecurity. Following this trend, various programs related to employment have been provided through various government and institutions. However, they have established overlapping policies and programs and there is no one stop gateway to find effective and efficient way to find relevant information. For this purpose, this study aims to provide employment and job search subject gateway development. The study has carried out case studies, literature reviews, and user survey. Based on this study, it suggested a linked metadata model to organize and link scattered information together, and a digital gateway operating diverse information services. It is expected to provide a basis to develop comprehensive information service model for employment.

Paperless trade is a new trade paradigm that has innovated on traditional trade procedures, which relied on manual work in the past, and applied an IT-based e-document standard. To realize paperless trade in Korea, a lot of efforts have been made. Korea has overcome many difficulties, a lack of awareness, trials and errors, etc. at the initial introduction stage and strived to establish a stable infrastructure through the government's policy support and active cooperation with the trade business communities and related organizations. Now, Korea became a well-known leader in IT industry, especially in the paperless trade infrastructure and strategic policies. The one-stop trading system named 'uTradeHub' is operated by a paperless trade service provider, Korea Trade Network(KTNET). uTradeHub includes trade finance and settlement, customs clearance and export and import logistics, improving trading procedures and reducing related expenses. Private-Public joint efforts from Korean government and private sectors which have respectively fulfilled their role and function with market-oriented practical policies and strategies has lead Korea a world leading country in paperless trade. Moreover, Korea expended its efforts to the global areas. Korea has started to activate multi-national paperless trade alliances such as PAA(Pan-Asia e-Commerce Alliance), ASEAL(Asia Europe Alliance for Paperless Trading) as well as established the bilateral cooperative networks with China and Taiwan. The one-stop trading system, uTradeHub should keep close cooperations between nations since trade itself is implemented in a cross-border ways. In the near future, it is expected uTradeHub can achieve best results in the simplification of procedures and cost savings when an international linkage is completely established with international cooperations.

우리나라에서 무역이 차지하는 비중이 적지 않다는 점은 누구나가 주지하고 있는 사실이다. 이와 관련하여 관련 당사자들은 이러한 무역을 통한 경제성장을 위하여 치열한 노력을 경주하고 있으나, 현실적으로 저임금 노동력을 바탕으로 한 개도국 제품과 고도의 기술력을 바탕으로 하고 있는 선진 제국의 틈바구니에서 어려운 경쟁을 벌이고 있다. 이를 물류의 측면에서 살펴 본다면 제반 경쟁국에 비해 관련 물류비 역시 높은 실정으로서 전자무역의 환경하에서 이러한 물류업체들의 현황은 어느 정도 수준이며, 이와 관련된 제반 문제점은 무엇인가를 규명하고 그 대용방안을 모색하고져 한다.

이번 호에서는 광주 시민에게 편리한 최상의 행정서비스를 제공하는 "정부광주합동청사"에 방문하여 박회록 기술팀장을 만나보았다. 현재 정부청사는 정부서울청사, 정부과천청사, 정부대전청사 및 정부지방합동청사(광주, 제주, 춘천, 대구)로 분류되며, 정부세종청사 및 정부마산합동청사는 건축 중에 있다. 정부광주합동청사는 광주지역에 산재되어 있는 국가기관 청사를 한곳에 모아 지역 주민에게 종합적인 행정서비스를 신속하게 제공하기 위하여 2008년 12월에 준공되었고 현재 광주지방국세청 등 13개 특별행정기관이 입주해 있으며, 대민행정 One-Stop Service 확대는 물론 청사의 통합관리로 인력 및 예산절감 등 국유재산 활용도를 크게 높이고 있다.

Recently, education is regarded as a service item and university education services are being exported abroad. In the form of educational export operations, export of educational contents and curriculum, specific consultancy projects for foreign institutes, installation of local educational facilities, or attracting foreign students are being carried out. Korea has the potential and competitiveness to export dental education. The advantages of Korea's dental education services, such as dental equipment and materials, excellent education programs, and high-quality human resources, will enable the export of education services in various ways. Establishment of educational infrastructure and educational programs for overseas dental students, export of educational consulting items, clinical training programs for foreign dentists abroad, invitation for international clinical workshops, dispatch of faculty members, exchange student programs can be considered as exporting dental education service items. Therefore, in a long-term perspective, it is necessary to establish differential and appropriate educational export plans.

Logistics creates a boom in accordance with the recent new technique's development along with the recent RFID/USN of ubiquitous computing technique. The wave of 4PL(Fourth Party Logistics) that added the strategic consulting based on new IT techniques to logistics outsourcing through existing 3PL service with is a great issue. Moreover, the customer enterprises which contained manufacturers and distributors need the one stop service, therefore a method for effectively dealing with global logistics' environment changes is needed. Above all, a development of the 4PL system with RFID is very urgent. We developed the RFID u-4PL system progressed more than the present system, in which we applied many international standards. Finally, we constructed the web service based on Web 2.0 because of important condition of 4PL.
