조리실기 과목의 원격교육 활용을 위한 실증연구 - 2년제 조리전공 대학생을 대상으로 한 한식교과목을 중심으로 - (Application of Distance Learning to Practical Cooking Class - With a Focus on Korean Food Cooking Class in Culinary College Students -)

  • The current research aims to verify whether distance learning can be adopted in practical cooking class for Korean foods in a two-year college. The distance learning education can be a supplementary method to the traditional cooking class. The face-to-face teaching method and the distance learning method were compared in order to determine which of the one is more effective teaching method in the practical cooking class. The results of the present experimental study were analyzed based on the participant's learning expectation and satisfaction, the evaluation of the experimental process, and the academic performance. The results of this study showed that the participants in the face-to-face class evaluated their class experience higher than those in the distance learning class with respect to the participant's learning expectation and satisfaction, and the evaluation of the experimental process. On the contrary, regarding the academic performance, the participants in the distance learning class showed higher scores than those in the face-to-face class. The end result supports the claim that the distance learning method is more effective in the participants for gaining cooking knowledge.

준거집합 문제와 자격의 문제 (The Reference-Class Problem and the Qua-Problem)

  • 일반적으로 준거집합 문제는 확률에 관한 빈도주의가 직면하게 되는 문제로 알려져 있다. 헤이젝은 확률의 본성에 관한 다른 주요 이론들 역시 이 문제를 피할 수 없다고 주장하면서 조건부 확률을 원초적인 것으로 간주하면 이 문제는 해소된다고 주장한다. 이 논문에서 필자는 헤이젝의 논증을 비판적으로 검토하면서 준거집합 문제와 그 철학적 함축에 대한 올바른 이해 방식을 제시하고자 한다. 필자는 헤이젝의 주장을 두 가지, 즉 (i) 확률이 준거집합에 상대적이라는 주장과 (ii) 조건부 확률에 대한 비율 견해는 옳지 않다는 주장으로 구분하고, 이 두 주장이, 헤이젝의 생각과는 달리, 서로 연결될 필요가 없으며, 나아가 전자는 받아들이면서 후자는 거부하는 것이 옳다고 주장한다. 또한 필자는 준거집합의 동일성 기준을 두 기준, 즉 외연적 기준과 비외연적 기준으로 구분하고, 준거집합의 동일성 기준은 후자이어야 한다고 주장한다. 이를 위해서 필자는 준거집합 문제가 자격의 문제의 한 사례임을 논증한다.

역할놀이 비유 활동 수업이 초등학생의 과학 학업성취도와 과학탐구능력에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of The Role-Playing Analogy Activity Class on the Academic Achievements and the Science Process Skills of Elementary School Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of the role-playing analogy activity-based class on the academic achievement in science and the science process skills of elementary school students. One experimental group and one control group of 4th grade students were selected to perform a prior investigation on the academic achievement in science and the science process skill. Then the experimental group attended science lessons that were based on the role-playing analogy activity and the control group attended the traditional science lessons based on the text book and teacher's guide. After conducting lessons, a post investigation was performed for each group and the results were analyzed to produce the following conclusions. First, the role-playing analogy activity class was more effective to improve students' academic achievements than the traditional science class. And the role-playing analogy activity class was more effective to learners in the high-level group, which made a scores above the average in prior investigation on the academic achievement, whereas it was little effective to those in the low-level group. Second, the role-playing analogy activity class was effective to enhance students' science process skills than the traditional science class. And the role-playing analogy activity class was more effective to the learners' in the high-level group than those in the low-level group.

금강소나무 1영급 천연임분과 인공임분의 직경별 뿌리발달 (Root Distribution in Natural Stand and Plantation of One-Age Class Pinus densiflora for. erecta)

  • 본 연구는 강원지역 1영급 금강소나무를 대상으로 천연임분과 인공임분간의 직경별 뿌리의 분포 특성을 알아보기 위해 실시하였다. 직경별 뿌리분포는 두 임분 모두 0.5-2.0 mm 직경급의 뿌리가 가장 많았고, 10.0-20.0 mm 직경급의 뿌리가 가장 적었다. 두 임분간 직경별 뿌리발달에서 5.0 mm 이하의 직경급은 인공임분이 천연임분보다 우수하였지만, 5.0 mm 이상의 직경급 발달은 천연임분이 더 우수하였다. 토양층위별 뿌리의 직경별 발달은 천연임분이 인공임분보다 다양한 토양층위에 고르게 분포하였으며, 인공임분은 5.0 mm 이하의 직경급이 토심 10 cm, 토양 수평층위 20 cm 범위 내에 편중되어 발달하였다. 따라서 임분 성립방법의 차이는 뿌리발달의 현저한 구조적 차이를 나타낼 수 있으며, 이러한 결과는 인공조림시 올바른 식재방법과 조림지침을 제공하는데 중요한 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

부모의 사회계급이 1995-2001년도 출생아의 저체중에 미치는 영향 (The effects of the parents' social class on the low birthweight among the births, 1995-2001)

  • To investigate the effect of parents' social class on birthweight in Korea during the period of transition to a market economy, 1995-2001. Methods: All births resulting from pregnacies reported in 1995-22001(n=4,298,374) were studied with respect to social variation in birthweight. The results were adjusted for maternal age, parity, parents' education, gestational age, total births, the dead births among total births, the number of births in one delivery. Results: Between 1995 and 2001, mean birth weight was 3271g and low birth rate was 3.41%. Maternal education, faternal education, parents' occupation, the number of birth in one delivery, total births, gestational age, and the number of deaths among. total births were all independently related to the birthweight. Parents with lower education showed higher low-birthweight rates compared with parents with university level of education(OR: 2.16 for mother and 1.68 for father). Especially, mother's education showed stronger relationship with birthweight than fathers' education. The differences in birth weight by parents' social class, especially parents' educational level became stronger between 1995 and 2001. Discussion: This study suggests that the social differences of birth weight were increasing in order 1995 to 2001. Especially, this increasing tendency in variation in birth weight by social class was shown after economic crisis, 1998.

대학 예비부모교육 강좌의 수강 전후에 나타나는 대학생들의 자녀교육관 및 자녀양육태도의 차이 (The Difference in University Students' Beliefs of Appropriate Education and Child Rearing Attitudes Before and After Pre-parents Education Class)

  • The purposes of this current study were to develop a pre-parent education class for university students and to examine the difference in their beliefs after the program. The subjects of this study were 86 students who were selected from one university in Kyunggido, South Korea. Students had pre-test and post-test to measure the changes caused by the program. Two instruments were used: Beliefs of Appropriate Education and Child Rearing Attitudes. The results of this study were as following: In the post-test, students showed higher scores on affectionate child rearing attitudes. More specifically, students endorsed expression of affection toward a child, positive mother-child relationship, emotional involvement, giving a child equal right after having pre-parent education class. In terms of beliefs on appropriate education, in the post-test students became put more value on process, child, play, experience- oriented learning compared to their pre-test scores. In sum, this pre-parent education class is an effective one, which improve future parents' beliefs and attitudes on appropriate education and child rearing practices.

고 전력 응용을 위한 유도가열 Jar용 Active-Clamped Class-E 인버터 시스템의 새로운 Hybrid 제어 기법 (A New Hybrid Control Scheme with Active-Clamped Class-E Inverter system of Induction Heating Jar for High Power Applications)

  • This paper presents a new hybrid control scheme using Active-Clamped Class-E (ACCE) inverter of induction heating(IH) jar for high power applications. The proposed hybrid control scheme has characteristics, which act as class-E inverter at lower switch voltage and ACCE inverter at higher switch voltage than reference voltage of the main switch by feeding back voltage one as well as advantages of conventional ACCE inverter such as zero-voltage switching(ZVS) of the main switch and the reduced switch voltage due to the clamping circuit. Moreover, the proposed control method makes higher output power than conventional ACCE inverter control one since ACCE inverter is operated like class-E inverter at low voltage condition. The principle of the proposed control are explained in detail and the validity of the proposed control scheme is verified through the several interesting simulated and experimental results.

LINEAR POLARIZATION OF CLASS I METHANOL MASERS IN MASSIVE STAR-FORMING REGIONS

  • Class I methanol masers are found to be good tracers of the interaction between outflows from massive young stellar objects with their surrounding media. Although polarization observations of Class II methanol masers have been able to provide information about magnetic fi elds close to the central (proto)stars, polarization observations of Class I methanol masers are rare, especially at 44 and 95GHz. We present the results of linear polarization observations of 39 Class I methanol maser sources at 44 and 95GHz. These two lines are observed simultaneously with one of the 21m Korean VLBI Network telescopes in single-dish mode. Approximately 60% of the observed sources have fractional polarizations of a few percent in at least one transition. This is the fi rst reported detection of linear polarization of the 44GHz methanol maser. We also observed 7 targets with the KVN in VLBI mode. We will present its preliminary results, too.

인터페론 알파에 대한 단세포 군항체의 제조 및 특성 (Production and Characteriuation of Monoclonal Antibodies against Human Interferon-$\alpha$)

  • Seven monoclonal antibodies were produced by fusing splenocytes from Balb/C mouse immunized with partially purified human interferon-a (HUIFN-a) with NSO plasmacytoma cells. aery were identified as five IgG class (432.22: IgG2b/n, 460.52: IgG2b/a , 548.46: IgG2a/n , 573.10: IgG2b/h , 625.12: IgG2b/n ), one IgA class (460.50: IgA/n ) and one IsM class (465.27: IgA/n ), and all of them revealed highly sensitive to HUIFN- a IgG class monoclonal antibodies have pts ranged from 8.2 to 8.6. Ascites fluids produced from primed Balb/c mice and were purified through column chromatography. The cytopathic effect (CPE) inhibition assay to examine neutralization of HuIFU-a by IgG class monoclonal antibodies, gave that MAbs 460.52, 548.46, 573.10 can neutralize HUIFU- a arith varying degrees except 432.22. Therefore, it is deduced that these various monoclonal antibodies may recognize the distinct epitopes on HUIFN-a.

  • 한국형발사체 상단엔진에 사용될 7톤급 액체로켓엔진용 터보펌프의 임계속도 해석이 이루어 졌다. 7톤급 터보펌프는 기 개발된 실험용 30톤급 터보펌프 및 현재 개발 중인 한국형발사체 1, 2단 엔진용 75톤급 터보펌프의 기본 개념을 채용하여 1축 터보펌프로 설계가 진행 중이다. 2개의 볼 베어링으로 지지되는 산화제펌프 회전체와 역시 2개의 볼 베어링으로 지지되는 연료펌프-터빈 회전체는 스플라인 축으로 연결되어 설계 속도에서 작동한다. 본 연구에서는 회전체동역학 해석을 수행하여 터보펌프가 sub-critical 회전체로서 충분한 임계속도 분리 여유를 확보하는 지를 검토하였다.
