몫 없는 자들을 위한 공유사회의 꿈: 토머스 모어의 『유토피아』 (A Dream of Communal Society for Parts Without Parts: On Thomas More's Utopia)

  • 이 글은 토머스 모어의 "유토피아"에 대한 대위법적 읽기를 시도한다. 에드워드 사이드가 주창한 대위법적 읽기란 특정 작품 속에 들어있는 잠재성이 시간적 문화적 이데올로기적 경계를 가로질러 현재에 말을 걸게 하는 독법을 말한다. 이 글은 현재의 맥락을 드러내기 위해 2011년 점령운동 당시 활동가들이 내놓은 "유토피아"에 대한 상반된 해석을 검토한다. 당시 점령운동 반대론자들은 이 운동이 기존 유토피아 서사의 한계를 벗어나지 못하고 있다고 비판하면서 그 문제점을 작중인물 히슬로다에우스와 그가 2부에서 그리고 있는 유토피아의 형상에서 찾고 있다. 반면, 점령운동 옹호론자들은 모어의 텍스트를 긍정적으로 읽어내고 있지만, 이들이 초점을 맞추는 것 역시 유토피아 사회의 구체적 모습이 그려진 2부가 아니라 자본주의에 대한 비판이 전개되고 있는 1부이다. 이들은 이상주의자가 아닌 사회비평가 히슬로다에우스를 복원하고자 한다. 이 글은 점령운동 반대론자들 뿐 아니라 옹호론자들로부터도 비판받고 있는 2부 유토피아 상상의 급진적 가능성을 적극적으로 읽어내고자 한다. 2부는 1부 후반부에서 전개되는 부분적 유토피아의 한계를 드러내면서 기존 질서의 모순을 해소한 총체적 사회변화의 가능성을 그리고 있다. 이 가능성은 '없음'(nothingness)에서 발견된다. 유토피아에서 왕은 존재한다고 묘사되고 있지만 그가 거주할 공간은 '없는' 것으로 나타나며, 시장은 도시를 구성하는 구역의 중앙에 존재한다고 말해지지만 실상 그 공간 역시 '없다.' 담론과 실제 공간지도 사이에 불일치가 발생하고 있는 것이다. 이 불일치가 루이 마랭이 유토피아서사의 특징으로 제시한 '중성화'(neutralization)를 만들어낸다. 중성화는 텍스트의 이념적 모순이 해소되는 계기이다. 텍스트에 존재하는 이 중성화의 계기가 기존질서에 존재하지 않는 미지의 가능성, 근대 주권권력과 자본주의 체제를 넘어선 공유사회에 대한 유토피아적 꿈을 열어놓는다. 이 꿈은 우리 시대에 자본주의에 대한 대안으로 새롭게 소환될 수 있다.

생활 주변 자료의 활용이 과학 지식, 탐구 능력 및 과학적 태도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Daily Commodities on Students이 Scientific Knowledges, Inquiring Abilities and Scientific attitudes)

  • This study was performed to examine the effects of daily commodities on student's scientific knowledges, inquiring abilities and attitude toward science in elementary school science classes. Daily commodities were collected and sorted properly so as to be readily utilized as experimental instruments in science classes. 164 students of elementary school 5th grade in Taejon City were selected for the study and they were evenly divided into two different groups, one for experiment and the other for comparation respectively. In every science classes throughout the school semester, the experimental group was supplied with daily commodities in addition to conventional instruments while the controlled group for comparation was supplied only with conventional instruments. Student's responses to the questionnaire were treated by statistical analysis and for that purpose the computer programme of SPSS WIN(6.0) was employed. The results of the study are as follows; 1. There is no expressive disparity appeared in the increments of scientific knowledge between experimental and controlled (comparing) groups. 2. The disparity of increments in inquiring ability between experimental and controlled groups is fairly expressive (P<0.05). The experimental group with daily commodities in science classes attained 5% more in increment of inquiring ability than the controlled group. 3. The disparity of the changes in student's attitudes toward science between two groups is remarkable (P<0.001). Student's attitude toward science was much more improved in experimental group than controlled group. The difference in improvement rate between two groups is 8%. The facts mentioned above make it evident that in elementary school science course daily commodities are very effective to enhance student's positiveness as far as both inquiring ability and attitude toward science are concerned. In this respect, a lot of efforts are expected to be made in searching and supplying further the proper daily commodities for elementary science courses. In addition, it is also called for that the examples of replacing conventional instruments with daily commodities will be introduced in future editions of elementary school science book and its guide book if possible.

  • 지역혁신발전 전략산업 가운데 하나로 대전시가 "대덕연구단지 영상타운 건립" 사업을 추진하고 있는 가운데, 대덕밸리가 보유한 관련기술의 현황을 파악하고 활용방안을 검토하기 위한 대덕밸리 디렉토리북의 제작이 검토되었다. 이 연구는 활용도높은 대덕밸리 디렉토리북의 제작을 위하여 기술현황 조사방안과 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 한 디렉토리북의 정보아키텍쳐 구성 방안을 정보디자인 관점에서 고찰하였다.

전주지역 중학생의 가정교과의 주생활 영역에 대한 행동체계별 요구도 (The Behavioral Systemic Needs of Students for the Housing Chapters in Home Economics Curriculum)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine middle school students' three behavioral systemic needs for the Housing chapter in Home Economics curriculum, Through literature review, the concepts of the three behavioral systems in this study were divided into technical, interpretive and emancipatory one. The questionnaire survey method was used, The subjects were selected randomly the third grade 259 students at 6 middle schools located in Jeonju city, from December 17, 2004 to January 17, 2005, Data were analyzed by using SPSS/WIN 11.5 program. The results were as follows; 1) Average of importance which middle school students recognized was showed the interpretive behavioral system> the emancipatory behavioral system> the technical behavioral system, That of reflection of the text book was showed that the technical was same with the interpretive, and the emancipatory was a little lower value than two systems, And needs in each system were the emancipatory behavioral system> the technical behavioral system> the interpretive behavioral system, 2) Average needs were showed according to the sub-chapter of housing. 'Preservation and Repair of house' in the technical behavioral system and 'Indoor Environment and Equipment' in the interpretive and the emancipatory behavioral systems.

  • This study is to investigate the contents and status of documentary records based on "Hyogyeongdang Gyechukmun" related to the Old House of Papyeong Yun's family. This house is located in Goegok-dong, Daejeon Metropolitan city, and is considered as one of the high-class houses in the mid-Chosun dynasty. The results might be summarized as follows: First, Hyogyeongdang Gyechukmun was written by Yun Seom in 1675 (the 1st year of King Sukjong's reign), which is a kind of general drawing book containing a plane figure and a bird's-eye-view of the old house. It is an important historical record to identify the feature and characteristics of the high-class houses in those days. Second, Papyeong Yun's Old House was founded with five buildings including a shrine, women's quarters, Hyogyeongdang, servants' quarters, and a warehouse. On the southern front, there used to be a pond. Third, the standard measure used to build the old house was about 310.00/尺(chuck). Chuck(尺) is the measuring unit of the Chosun Dynasty.

전통한지를 활용한 패션 액세서리 상품개발(제4보) - 전통한지로 만든 상품에 대한 소비자 태도와 행동 - (A Study on Fashion Accessary Product Development by Using Traditional Hanji IV - Consumer Attitudes and Behaviors Toward Traditional Hanji Products -)

  • Jeonju is well-known as a native place of traditional Hanji from ancient times because of it's proper weather, soil, and sunlights. Traditional Hanji is selected one of the Traditional Cultural Contents Industries of Jeonju nationally, and can produce synergy effects on gaining competition if we develop traditional Hanji industry into high-technology by relating cultural contents. The purposes of this study was to identify consumer attitudes and behaviors toward traditional Hanji products. The results of this study were as followed: 1. Representative products of Jeonju City were a rice with vegetables, a traditional Hanji, and a Korean-style house, and these results showed a consistancy with Han-Brand products promoted by Ministry of Culture and Tourism. 2. Many consumers experienced of a box, a copy paper, a book or notebook made of Hanji, but less experienced of fashion accessary products. Consumers had higher interests in wall or window paper and copy paper, but had lower interests in fashion accessary products such as necktie, shawl, and folding fan. More consumers intended to use wall or window paper and copy paper, but intended fashion accessary products less. Many kinds of Hanji products were produced and displayed on a Hanji Crafts House, but only few consumers had experiences. 3. Younger generations had higher interests and experiences of Hanji products, and unmarried officiers or full-time house wives had experiences Hanji crafts more. 4. Consumers were interested in daily necessaries or interior products made of Hanji.

An Introduction of Park-Based Mixed Use District around Urban Large Parks and Green Spaces - With Special Reference to the Application of Landscape Urbanism to Mixed-Use Development -

  • The 21st century is currently undergoing an era of urban regeneration. The purpose of this research is to secure and expand the green infrastructure with zoning regulation in the context of urban regeneration. This objective also seeks a way of urban regeneration through the use of existing large parks by employing park-based mixed use districts around the periphery of large urban parks and green spaces. This research examines the limits, problems of existing single- and mixed-use zoning districts for securing of green infrastructure by book review. This research finally advocates introducing a another type of urban mixed-use districts, namely park-based mixed use district and its characteristics and functions, by using landscape ecology and landscape urbanism as a theoretical basis. The results of this research suggested that large parks and green spaces should be considered as one of patch in landscape ecology. This research also discusses the possibility that, as patches have ecotones with greater biodiversity in the peripheral areas of it, the green infrastructure can be constructed around the periphery of large urban large parks and green spaces by introducing cultural ecotone of nature's convergence with the city. As a result, the green infrastructure and high density of land use and using behaviour can be increased. Park-based mixed use districts encourage the convergence of parks and the city, with the park being used as the main function; residential, commercial, business and cultural uses etc. are partial functions. In order for the park-based mixed use districts to be designated, the size of large urban parks and green spaces, as well as location, city function and condition of the peripheral areas all need to be considered. The necessity to examine the designated width of the park-based mixed use districts and the form of the peripheral area was also discussed. This research, which is based on investigative research results, suggests that further in-depth and comprehensive analysis of the actual condition of urban large parks and peripheral areas needs to be completed. Specialists and other interested parties, analysis and investigation on related plans and designs are also needed for the institutional practice.

문제발견 중심의 과학토론수업이 초등학생들의 과학 창의적 문제해결력과 과학탐구능력에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Scientific Discussion Classes Focusing Problem Finding on the Primary School Students' Scientific Creative Problem Solving Ability and Science Process Skills)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of scientific discussion classes focusing problem finding on the primary school students' scientific creative problem solving ability, science process skills and attitude toward science class. To verify this research problem, the subject of this study was fifth-grade students selected from four classes of M elementary school located in Busan city. For four months, the experimental group of 51 students was taught using the "scientific discussion classes focusing problem finding". The control group also of 53 students was taught in normal classes which used a text-book. All students were given pre and post test to verify the effects of scientific discussion classes focusing problem finding on the primary school students' scientific creative problem solving ability, science process skills and attitude toward science class. The results from this study are as the following. First, the scientific discussion classes focusing problem finding were effective in scientific creative problem solving ability among the primary school students. It is possibly because in the process where one student compare his/her own thoughts with the others' ones and discuss them. Second, the scientific discussion classes focusing problem finding were effective in science process skills among the primary school students. Third, the scientific discussion classes focusing problem finding were effective in attitude toward science class. In conclusion, the scientific discussion classes focusing problem finding had positive effects on improvement of primary school students' scientific creative problem solving ability, science process skills and also could lead to a change in students' cognition about science class to a positive way. Therefore, the scientific discussion class focusing problem finding is hopefully to be provided as an effective instructive strategy of science class in school in the future.

O2O(Online to Offline) 서비스 디자인을 활용한 반디앤루니스 서점에 대한 사례연구 (A Case Study of Bandi&Luni's Bookstore Using an Online to Offline(O2O) Service Design)

  • 본 연구는 온 오프라인의 경쟁이 치열한 출판물 유통환경에서 차별화된 서비스 개념으로 운영되고 있는 반디앤루니스 센텀시티점에 대한 사례 연구이다. 반디앤루니스는 국내에 14개의 오프라인 서점과 온라인 서점을 갖고 있는 대형서점 중 하나이다. 본 연구의 목적은 반디앤루니스의 O2O 서비스와 서비스 디자인에 대한 독특한 시례와 관행을 통해서 시사점을 제공하는데 있다. 반디앤루니스의 역사, 서비스 컨셉, 가치, 성과 등을 다양한 매체를 활용해 찾고, O2O서비스와 서비스 디자인에 대한 기존 연구들을 살펴 보았다. 즐거운 고객 경험을 제공하기 위해서는 고객의 관점에서 서비스를 디자인해야 하며, 고객이 오랫동안 머물 수 있도록 고객의 라이프 스타일을 고려한 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 빅데이터, 사물인터넷, 인공지능(AI)의 시대에 온 오프라인의 경계를 허물고 고객 경험을 향상시킬 수 있는 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 정보 통신기술을 활용한 서비스 디자인 혁신이 필요할 것이다.

구조적 동형을 활용한 순열과 조합의 교수.학습 효과 (Teaching and Learning Effects of Structural-Mapping used Instruction in Permutation and Combination)

  • 본 연구는 구조적 동형을 활용한 순열과 조합의 교수 학습이 학생들의 학업 성취도에 효과가 있는지를 살펴보고 문제 해결 과정에서 나타나는 학생들의 특징이 무엇인지를 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 S고등학교 2학년 2개 반 학생들을 대상으로 실험반에는 4차시의 구조적 동형을 활용한 수업을, 비교반에는 4차시의 기존의 교과서 중심의 수업을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 구조적 동형을 활용한 수업은 기존의 교과서 중심의 수업보다 학업 성취도 향상에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 실험반의 5명을 대상으로 성취도 검사지를 분석하고 면담한 결과, 학생들은 순열과 조합 문제에서 '서로 다른', '서로 같은'과 같은 표현이 있으면 구조적 동형을 활용하여 문제를 해결하는 것이 더 쉽다고 하였고, 공 상자 모델에서는 공과 상자의 구별 여부만 판단하면 되므로 기존의 방법보다 더 많이 사용한다고 하였다. 또, 구조적 동형을 이해하는 학생들은 문제를 해결할 때 공 상자 모델과 기존의 방법 중에서 각 문항에 적절한 풀이 방법을 스스로 택하여 해결하는 것으로 나타났다.
