중형항공기용 터보팬엔진의 정상상태 성능해석 및 동적모사에 관한 연구 (I) (A Study on Steady-State Performance Analysis and Dynamic Simulation for Medium Scale Civil Aircraft Turbofan Engine (I))

  • 중형항공기용 터보팬엔진의 설계점, 탈설계점에 대한 정상상태 및 천이상태 성능해석을 수행하였다. 정상상태 성능해석은 설계점으로 선정한 지상최대추력조건과 탈설계점으로 선정한 최대상승조건과 순항조건에서 수행하였으며 부분부하 성능해석 결과 저압압축기 회전속도 90%RPM에서 가장 연료소모율이 적어 경제적임을 확인하였다. 천이상태 성능해석은 각각의 비행조건에서 연료의 Step증가, Ramp증가, Ramp감소, Step 증가 후 Ramp 감소의 경우에 대하여 수행하였다. 천이상태의 성능해석을 위해서는 압축기와 터빈의 일에 대한 조합이 필요한데, 일의 조합방정식에 포함된 잉여 토오크의 적분에는 Modified Euler Method를 적용하였다. 천이상태 성능해석 결과, 모든 비행조건에서 Step 및 Ramp 증가의 경우 고압압축기의 터빈입구온도가 제한온도를 초과하며, 최대상승조건에서 연료를 Step 또는 5.5초 이내의 Ramp 증가시킬 경우 고압압축기에서 실속이 발생함을 확인하였다.

  • In this study, the settlement prediction method based on field monitoring data under preloading improvement with ramp loading is developed. Settlement behavior can be predicted with field monitored settlement throughout the entire preloading process including ramp loading followed by constant loading. The developed method is verified by comparing its predicted results with results from physical model tests and field monitoring data.

  • 고속도로 상의 반복, 비 반복정체를 해결하기 위해 많은 곳에서 램프미터링을 실시하고 있다. 그러나 기존 램프미터링은 특정 시간에 정체가 반복적으로 발생하는 지역을 대상으로, 정체가 되기 전에 고속도로 본선의 교통량을 조절하여 정체가 되지 않도록 운영하는 것에 중점을 두고 있기 때문에 돌발상황과 같은 비 반복정체에 대처할 수 없다. 또한 정체 후 정체 해소를 위한 대책이 없으며, 각 진입로마다 단독으로 램프미터링을 운영하기 때문에 정체를 빠른 시간 안에 해소시킬 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 기존 램프미터링의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 충격파 이론을 도입한 램프미터링 기법인 SARAM(Shockwave Adaptive Real time Ramp Metering)을 개발하였다. 서울외곽순환고속도로의 장수IC~중동IC 구간을 대상으로 실험한 결과, 평균속도는 7.32km/h 만큼 증가하고 평균지체 시간이 39.14sec 만큼 감소하는 것을 확인하였다.

  • AC PDP with MgO protective layer coated with the optimum evaporation rate of $5{\AA}/s$ can generate more enhanced efficiency through the vacuum in-line sealing process. However, the optimized process conditions still require the optimum driving scheme on the ramp-up and ramp-down slope of the reset waveform for enhancing the efficiency. In this paper, for the in-situ vacuum sealed PDP with the optimum evaporation rate of MgO protective layer, the address delay time was investigated with various slopes of ramp waveform during a reset ramp-up and ramp-down period. In this study, the minimum statistical delay time was obtained at the ramp-up rate of $6.0 V/{\mu}s$ and the ramp-down rate of $0.7 V/{\mu}s$ of the reset waveform.

  • Ramp metering is one of the most efficient and widely used control methods for an intelligent transportation management system on a freeway. Its objective is to control and upgrade freeway traffic by regulating the number of vehicles entering the freeway entrance ramp, in such a way that not only the alleviation of the congestion but also the smoothing of the traffic flow around the desired density level can be achieved for the maintenance of the maximum mainline throughput. When the cycle of the signal detection is larger than that of the system process, the density tracking problem needs to be considered in the form of the discrete-time system. Therefore, a discrete-time sliding mode control method is proposed for the ramp metering problem in the presence of both input constraint in the on-ramp and exogenous disturbance in the off-ramp considering the random behavior of the driver. Simulations were performed using a validated second-order macroscopic traffic flow model in Matlab environment and the simulation results indicate that proposed control method can achieve better performance than previously well-known ALINEA strategy in the sense that mainstream flow throughput is maximized and congestion is alleviated even in the presence of input constraint and exogenous disturbance.

  • In this paper, the measured electrical resistance method is proposed to analyze the ramp-tab contact during the load/unload (L/UL) process. Since this method supplies the voltage change due to the resistance change, we can easily and conveniently identify the ramp-tab contact from the acoustic emission (AE) signal. At first, we carefully deposit the conductive material on the surface of the conventional ramp by sputtering method. The ratio frequency (RF) magnetron co-sputtering system is applied to accomplish the deposited double-layers on the ramp surface. One layer is the stainless steel for the conductive layer and the other is the titanium layer for the cohesive function between the ramp surface and the stainless steel layer. In order to guarantee the stiffness and damping properties of the original ramp, the deposited conductive layer is intended to have very thin thickness. After integration the proposed ramp device into the L/UL system and networking the electrical resistance circuit, the L/UL performance is experimentally evaluated by comparing the measured electrical resistance signal and AE signal.

  • 본 연구는 도로연장측면에서 본선에 비해 상대적으로 연결로에서 발생하는 사고빈도가 높고, 교통사고가 증가하는 추세인 고속도로 연결로의 교통사고 예측모형의 개발에 초점을 두었다. 연결로 유형별(직결, 준직결, 루프)로 통계적으로 유의한 사고인자를 선정하고, 사고율과의 관계가 비선형 임을 분석하여 변수를 변형(Variables Transformation)하여 All possible 방식으로 예측모형을 개발하고, 통계적 진단 및 검증을 거쳐 유의성을 확인하였으며 이에 기존 개발 모형에 비해 예측력이 더욱 우수한 결과를 보였다. 개발된 사고예측모형은 보다 비용면에서 효율적이고, 안전한 트럼펫형 IC 연결로의 설계와 연결로 교통사고 원인분석에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • About 12 million people of the mobility handicapped were increased by the end of 2009 year. Universal design concept has been implemented in developed countries. Since 2004 low-floor buses are in Korea. In this study, there is no provision for mobility handicapped and small buses that can be comfortable riding car ramp design presented. The gate of a small buses lowered height of 200mm. Install the ramp in the center of the ramp by an air cylinder moves from side to side. The slope of the ramp was controlled by a hinge. Air cylinder thin type applicable in the narrow space of the slide cylinder was used.

  • The objective of study is to examine relationship between traffic flow characteristics of two lane entrance terminal and acceleration length, and to suggest the acceleration length by level of service. The relationship between the speed ratio and the distance from the ramp appeared to be a quadratic concave from. In the case of two lane entrance ramp, the acceleration length is suggested as 1.4~2.0 times longer than the acceleration length of one lane entrance ramp. It is also recommended that acceleration length for two lane entrance ramp should be designed according to the level of service at the right most lane (level of service A : 1.4 B : 1.6 C : 1.8 D : 2.0 times of the one lane entrance ramp acceleration length) on freeway.

  • Ribosome-associated membrane protein 4 (RAMP4) is a membrane protein that exposes its N-terminal hydrophilic portion on the cytoplasmic side and spans the membrane close to the C-terminal end. RAMP4 has previously been reported to belong to the set of proteins that remains associated with membrane-bound ribosomes, and controls the glycosylation of major histocompatbility complex class II-associated invariant chain. RAMP4 also may be relative to the stabilization of membrane proteins in response to stress, with other components of translocon, and molecular chaperons in ER. Application of 5'-RACE technique with specially designed primer, we cloned a 715 bp cDNA fragment which contains a 195 bp ORF, termed RAMP4. The deduced protein has 64 amino acid residues and contains a putative transmembrane-spanning domain at the COOH terminus.
