The purpose of this study was to develop fashion On-line store attributes for fashion On-line shopping mall and to identify significant On-line store attributes, influencing consumers'purchase intention of interned fashion product shopping. A questionnaire was administered to 456 adults who had purchasing experience at fashion On-line shopping mall. SPSS 9.0 package was used for data analysis. Factor analysis, $X^2-test$, t-test, frequency, percentage, one-way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis were utilized. The results were as follows; 1. The On-line store attribute dimensions of fashion On-line shopping mall were tangibility, variety, marketing promotion, responsiveness, reputation, price and convenience. 2. The purchase experienced consumers showed higher purchase intention of Internet fashion product shopping and highly perceived about all sub-factors, except reputation. in On-line store attributes that have significantly positive influence on fashion On-line shopping attitudes. The purchase experienced consumers showed more favorable attitudes toward Fashion On-line shopping than non purchase experienced consumers. Attitudes toward Fashion On-line shopping have directly impact on purchase intention of Internet fashion product shopping.

Partial discharge(PD) test can be performed either when the rotating machine is not operating(off-line) or during normal machine operation(on-line). This paper presents an on-line and off-line PD test on a large hydro-generator and induction motor using the same PD acquisition system(PDAS) and ceramic coupler(CC) sensor. PD signal characteristics of CC sensor proved similar with that of epoxy mica coupler(EMC) sensor as a results of PD test for simulated defect winding and frequency response test. A comparison of on-line and off-line PD test for PD characteristic parameters-phase resolved PD(PRPD), maximum PD value(Qmax) and PD occurrence energy(POE)-indicated that on-line PD test could reliably and effectively diagnose insulation conditions which were verified by off-line PD test.

The advantages of implementing a virtual channel can be derived from the notion of the 'death of distance' that would result from electronic commerce. According to this view, the internet was going to make distance irrelevant, in that firms would no longer need to establish a physical presence in a geographical location in order to do business there. However, on-line firms selling physical products could take advantages of presence in the related off-line(brick and mortar) industrial area. This paper developed a conceptual framework that highlights the various types of synergies by location on-line businesses in the related off-line industrial area. Using data from 96 on-line ventures selling physical products, factor analysis was used to figuring out six synergies including improved customer trust, value-added service, cost savings, personnel and organizational efficiency, sharing products and customer information, relationship with suppliers, and relationship with local government. The six empirically derived critical synergy factors were then used to examine how they improve performance of the on-line ventures measured by Balanced Scorecard(BSC). According to lthe results, we concluded that the on-line firms selling physical products can take advantages of presence in the related off-line industrial area.

On-line ADR is to use means of settling disputes online to settle disputes happened on-line or off-line. It gave important opportunity for engaging in a commercial transaction to small group or individual. If it uses judiciary proceeding, it will cost too much, complicate and take considerable time. So, because of these reasons, OECD even encourage on-line ADR as a mean for relieving consumer's damage actively on e-commerce. Korea is also trying to introduce on-line ADR partially or completely in Korea Consumer Agency, The National IT Industry Promotion Agency, The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. However, Korea's on-line ADR is more insufficient than advanced country's. Nevertheless, because on-line needs to introduce, this study suggests the problem and plan centering the type and the present condition of on-line ADR.

The threat of COVID-19 pandemic put many universities in Korea to develop and implement various types of non-face-to-face on-line classes, such as on-line real time class and on-line recorded video class. Online education has been recognized as one of the effective educational methods because of its ubiquitous and flexible educational environments. Even though COVID-19 led to many problems such as faculty's burden and stress during the early stage of COVID-19, both students and faculties have gradually become familiar with on-line environment. As students have got accustomed to the online environment, on-line recorded lectures are shown to be more preferred rather than on-line real time class. Researches regarding the learner's satisfaction of on-line classes during the COVID-19 indicate that systematic and good quality contents and interaction by instructor are important factors. This study, therefore, investigate the learner's satisfaction of online classes in Liberal Arts course using recorded video contents in terms of contents and interaction. The results of empirical analysis reveal that systematic and good quality contents are likely to predict learner's satisfaction and interaction plays a great role in providing those contents. These findings provide insights that preparing systematic contents and interaction are key to enhancing learner's satisfaction of on-line classes in Liberal Arts course.

This research aims to cast light upon security characteristics of the Peace Line, which have been underestimated. To understand maritime order and maritime security policy of the Republic of Korea between 1950 and 1970, it is necessary to analyze the Peace Line as line of defence and to investigate its character This research begins with analyzation of historical facts and investigation on security characteristics of the Peace Line. It goes further to examination of legal justification of the Peace Line, which was one of international legal issues of the period, principally regarding its security characteristics. As results of the study, it could be said that the security characteristics of the Peace Line was the line of defensive waters, which set its goal mainly to prevent infiltration of communist spies. The Peace Line had practical effect as it functioned as a base line of the ROK Navy to take anti-spy operation. At the early phase of the Korea-Japan Negotiation, the Korea delegation interpreted significance of the Peace Line passively. After abrogation of Clark Line, the delegation, however, became positive to maintain the Peace Line and its security characteristics. Security characteristics of the Peace Line was recognized again, as it became the base line of special maritime zone which was made in 1972. Through analysis on international law, it is concluded that the Peace Line was fair as a part of the right of self-defense against indirect aggression. North Korea attempted indirect aggression mainly from sea way, and these might undermine peace and cause urgent and unjust damage on the ROK. Thus the ROK's action of anti-spy operation through the Peace Line can be justifiable as considering the right of self-defence. Also the Peace Line accorded with principles of necessity, immediacy and proportionality. As it was argued on the above, the Peace Line as line of defence was one of the most significant factor in the ROK's maritime security history from the Hot war against communist forces to Cold war period after Korean War and must not be underestimated.

온라인 전기자동차는 도로에 매설된 급전선로로부터 유도자계를 통하여 비접촉 방식으로 전기를 집전 받아 정차 및 주행 중에 충전하는 자동차이다. 이러한 비접촉 충전을 위해서는 도로에 매설된 급전 시스템과 차량 하부에 장착된 집전 시스템이 필요하며, 급전 시스템은 다시 급전 인버터와 급전선로로, 집전 시스템은 집전 모듈(pick-up)과 집전 레귤레이터로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 급집전 시스템 각각의 장치를 소개하며, 더불어 구축된 시스템의 성능에 대해서도 소개한다.

정보산업분야의 발전은 산업구조의 변화와 새로운 패러다임을 요구하는 시대로 변모하고 있다. Off-Line에서 처리하던 많은 내용들이 On-Line으로 변화의 조짐이 보이고 이러한 변화에 따라 많은 기업들이 연구와 투자가 지속적으로 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 Off-Line에서만 처리되던 DM발송 시스템을 On/Off-Line의 연계를 이용하여 좀더 효율적으로 데이터를 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고자 DM발송 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

This study was implemented to offer materials for the activation of On-line food shopping mall though census about purchasing food. A percentage of people who had accessed to On-line food shopping mall was 53.8%, and who had an experience of purchasing food at the On-line sopping mali was 18.9%. The number of food purchasing in On-line food market is $1{\sim}3$ times(67.7%). It is general that an amount of food purchase is less than 100,000 wons. And the health assistant food is the most interesting item followed by Meet, Special products like a laver and mushroom, and an anchovy. in purchasing food at On-line market, customer thought that the confidence and the freshness of food are important because customer can't choose a product directly. In the future of food purchase using On-line shopping mall, 38.1% of people show their intend of purchasing at the mall. People who had experience of food purchase though the Internet have more positive view about repurchase than ones had not.

강황(Curcuma longa)으로부터 bisdemethoxycurcumin (BDMC), demethoxycurcumin (DMC) 및 curcumin의 생물 활성을 offline-ABTS 측정법과 on-line screening high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-ABTS 측정법을 적용한 빠른 스크리닝을 통해 정량 및 성분 분리를 하였다. 이때, off-line-ABTS와 on-line screening HPLC-ABTS 비교는 미미한 오차를 보여주었다.
