The development of Information technologies huts contributed on-line training as one of important education methods. On-line training In firms, which is similar to e-learning or virtual education, provides trainees with more education opportunities in diverse ways. It has developed a range of innovative services with an one-stop solution of education within the electronic sector. Also under the on-line training environment, trainees can undertake customized training packages at anytime and any places. Moreover, information technology allows both the trainers and other trainees to be decoupled in any of the elements of time, place, and space. Two research questions are investigated : what are the determinants affecting the on-line training effectiveness and how those variables effect the two aspects of training effectiveness: learning performance and transfer performance. Based on the previous literature conducted on the traditional training environment, the determinants of training effectiveness are derived. light hypotheses are developed based on literature reviews and tested by questionnaires survey data. The collected data have been analyzed by LISREL. It is found that the relationship between individual, organizational and on-line sloe design variables and training effectiveness (learning and transfer) are significant. The contribution and limitations of this research are also discussed tilth future studies.

Background: The purpose of present study was to determine the effectiveness of training program based on job stress management in NEDSA and line staff. Methods: The study method of this study was quantitative and quasi-experimental research Methods: From the statistical population (all employees of the NEDSA and line staff in 2020-2021), 30 of these people were selected by judgmental sampling method and considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The participants were first matched based on age and education and were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. First, pre-test was taken from both groups (Job Stress Questionnaire). The experimental group was presented with a job stress management training package and no protocol was presented in the control group. After the sessions, post-test was received from both groups (experimental and control). After two months, a follow-up test was performed. Results: The results were entered into SPSS-24 software and analyzed. The results of repeated measure showed high effectiveness of the job stress management package (researcher-made). The results showed that the job stress management training package showed 67.5% effectiveness and also the training effect of job stress management training was stable for two months (follow-up). Conclusion: Based on these results, Training program based on stress management can be effective in military staff.
There is an important concern regarding the First-line nurse manager's leadership because of the recognition that effectiveness of Leadership in this position results in benefits for the whole health care organization. So knowledge and practice of effective leadership behavior are now more essential to nursing than ever before. First-line Nurse Managers must be effective leaders to meet today's challenge because staff nurse, patient are affected by them. So the purpose of this study was to identify and to analyse the need for Leadership program of First-Line nurse managers in university hospitals. There were three major purposes of this study. First, identify First-line nurse managers general characteristic, second, identify their experience of leadership training, third, identify and analysis their demands for leadership training program. The subjects for this study was 167 First-line nurse manager randomly from 18 university hospitals in Korea. The data were collected through questionnaires from Oct. 13th to Nov. 20th, 1997, data was analysed using frequencies and percentages. Especially the steps of analysis of descriptions were as follows: Initial analysis centered on the identification of the demands of first-line nurse managers. Later analysis collapsed the demands into broad categories. From the collect data, 283 demands of first-line nurse managers were identified. These demands were then sorted into 3 broad categories that included : Self development as first-line nurse managers, relationship with others, and practice. The result of the study were as follows ; 1) Most of nurse managers(79.6%) had leadership training course and had good experience to improve self leadership. 2) Their demands of leadership training course are as follows First, for self as first-line nurse managers, they want to learn leadership theory, identify their leadership style and then develop their leadership skill. Second, for others as first-line nurse managers, they want to improve their communication skill, empowering others, relationship with others. Third, for patients as first-line nurse managers, improve their knowledge of practice. From the above finding, this study can be suggested the following; 1. Develope a leadership training course to improve first- line nurse manager's leadership skill according to their demands, so they will be better able to lead staff nurses for organization purposes. 2. When develope leadership training program, it must be contained the factors which first-line nurse managers want to learn.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Self-Development training on the Human Relationship and Intrinsic Motivation for first-line nurse managers. Method: This was an empirical study on the Human Relationship and Intrinsic Motivation of Self Development Training. The researcher developed a new Self-Development Training Program, and the two-hour long training session was performed twice a week for each group. The program was performed for 4 session in two weeks. The subjects consisted with 24 nurse managers from C University Hospital in Seoul, Korea. The subjects were divided into two groups for the training. Two weeks before and 4 weeks after the training, subjects completed questionnaires that measured Human Relationship and Intrinsic Motivation. Analysis was completed by using SPSS PC 10.0 for percentile, mean, standard deviation and paired t-test. Result: The results of this study showed that Self-Development Training Program resulted in a significant effects on the Human Relationship. But the Intrinsic Motivation was not significantly affected by the program. Conclusion: This Self-Development training program had a positive effect on the Human Relationship and Intrinsic Motivation.

This paper is to analyse the major impact of the new era of information technology on the changes being made in physical environment of existing corporate training centers through the case of on- and off-line LG academies. By the analysis, some interesting features are to be found which can be a hint for the future planning and design of corporate training centers. Unlike the expectation in the early stage of changes, the rapid growth of on-line education forms a very strong partnership with the existing in-house training programs at all levels. Understanding of such key issues surrounding the use of facilities is specific to the formation of an effective environment for training programmes. After all aspects of the facility uses-not just the class rooms, but also the residential, dining, recreational, and support areas, as well as on-line type of educational services-are carefully examined, a design guideline is identified as considerations for guestrooms, classrooms, public facilities, the recreational areas, and the audio-visual provisions.

Aim: Tumors of upper gastrointestinal tract are among the cancers that have a quite lethal course. Cytotoxic chemotherapy is the most efficient therapeutic modality for metastatic gastric cancer. In patients who do not respond to first-line treatment, the response rate to second-line therapies is generally low and the toxicity rates high. This study concerned the efficacy and the side effect profile of second-line therapy with irinotecan in the patients who were being followed-up with the diagnosis of metastatic gastric cancer in $\dot{I}$zmir, Turkey. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively evaluated the efficacy and toxicity in 31 patients with metastatic gastric adenocarcinoma who presented to the polyclinic of Medical Oncology of Izmir Ataturk Education and Research Hospital between May 2008 and July 2011. All received chemotherapy regimens containing cisplatin, fluoropyrimidine (5-FU) and docetaxel as the first-line therapy for late stage disease. Irinotecan as a single agent was given at a dose of 210 mg/$m^2$ on each 21 days. Irinotecan (180 mg/$m^2$ on day 1), 5-FU (500 mg/$m^2$ on days 1-2) and leucovorin (LV; 60 mg/$m^2$ on days 1-2) as a combined regimen were given over a 14 day period. Results: Median age was 54 (range, 31-70). Irinotecan was given as a combined regimen for median 6 cycles (range, 3-12) and as a single agent for median 3 cycles (range, 1-10). Metastases were detected in one site in six patients (19%), in two different sites in 17 patients (55%) and in three or more sites in eight patients (26%). Four patients (12.9%) showed partial response and six patients (19.3%) showed stable disease. Progression-free survival (PFS) was found to be 3.26 months (95% CI, 2.3-4.2). Median overall survival (OS) was found to be 8.76 months (95% CI, 4.5-12.9). The most commonly seen grade 3/4 side effect was neutropenia but the the therapy was generally well-tolerated. Conclusions: In this study, it was demonstrated that second-line therapy with irinotecan given following the first-line therapy with cisplatin, fluoropyrimidine (5-FU) and docetaxel was efficient and safe. Further studies are needed for confirmation.
With the reformation of organization and function of local office of education in 2010, consulting-supervision is introduced to schools as a system for education reform to improve the quality of school education. However, a dedicated on-line portal system that can provide integrated management on the functionalities of consulting-supervision has not been implemented yet. To successfully operate consulting-supervision in schools, it is also needed to provide an on-line consultant education system, that can support teachers to train themselves as a supervision-consultant. In this paper, we introduce an on-line consultant training system that provides various learning activity tools for consultant training based on Learning Activity Management System(LAMS) and Action Learning. The system consists of Management stage, Analysis stage, Solution stage, and Action stage for the empowerment of consultants' expertises, and is named as MASA. Brain-writing, SWOT(Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threads) analysis, 5Whys, decision grid, PMI(Plus, Minus, Interesting), and black chart techniques were developed in MASA as learning activity tools for consultant training.

The health care environment becomes more competitive every day. It has fallen to nurse managers - from vice presidents of patient care to nurse managers and their assistants - to recruit and develop a workforce that successfully meets the needs of both patients and the organization. This means employees who demonstrate advanced critical thinking skills, creative problem solving, and sound decision making skills combined with clinical skills and patient advocacy. The environment which nurse managers create and the way they relate to their workforce, are pivotal to organizational viability. Especially leadership of first -line nurse managers contributes to the success of their organizations. First-line nurse managers are deserved to be one of the most administrative supervisors through the middle stratum in a hospital organization as being a manager in the field service if assessed from the overall aspects of hospital, as being an interim managers in the nursing department as well as being a supreme supervisor in a unit in terms of an organizational structure in the hospital. Similarly, as a compete leader, the first-line nurse managers have not only a professional which is qualified to perform a role of appropriate coordination with medical staff and key personnel but also hold an important key position a being responsible for performing his or her given role. The first-line nurse manager is expected to manage human and fiscal resources in ways not required before. While an identified need for well-prepared first-line nurse manager continues to plague the profession, first-line nurse managers often have difficulty providing the leadership required. The need leadership training to function effectively in their positions. But we hardly find a useful leadership training program for first-line nurse managers, therefore the purpose of this study was to developed the leadership training program for them. The steps of leadership program development were below: 1st step, 2 studies were done before develop a leadership program. One was done to ask to first-line nurse managers what they want to learn through leadership training, the other one was to ask the staff nurses what their opinions are for their first-line nurse managers leadership. 2nd step was searching other leadership programs contents. The results of this study were below: The total amount of hours is 24. Leadership training program contents are : Future of nursing profession (210min), understanding basic factor's of leadership and leadership theories(310 min), self understanding as first- line nurse managers(320 min), basic principle and practice of interpersonal relationship(210 min), assertiveness training, conflict management (180min), and group study(210min). This is challenging time to be a leader, especially in nursing. As nurse managers look toward the new millennium, it seems as through the same struggles are ahead that are behind. So nurse managers need to embrace change with a positive attitude. They need to demonstrate risk taking and support it in their staffs. All these things are possible that after they participate the leadership training program.
In order to establish the NIVTPD which is only one qualification training institute for vocational training teachers in Cameroon, the research team taught such as curriculum development methods, course materials development, and lecturing methodology for master teachers of NIVTPD. Also we prepared actual operation of NIVTPD by conducting actual lecture through Pilot training. This paper also includes two different surveys (Base-line and End-line surveys) results and two different tests (pre and post-test) results to assess the impact of training gained in NIVTPD on classroom performance. The results of the survey will be used for the improvement of NIVTPD's educational program through identifying the current state of the vocational training interface and integration, modification and improvement of the curriculum. Examination results can also be used as indicators for vocational training teachers' pedagogical knowledge and for future certification.
