Congenital hepatic fibrosis is an inherited, congenital disorder of the liver characterized by portal hypertension and hepatic fibrosis. We experienced a case of congenital hepatic fibrosis with esophageal varix in a 9-year-old male. He complained hematemesis, hematochezia, dizziness. In laboratory examination, AST/ALT was slightly increased. Esophageal varix was noted by an endoscopic examination. Hepatosplenomegaly and hypoechoic lesion of periportal area were seen by abdominal CT scanning. Histologic finding of liver biopsy showed fibrous tracts containing dilated bile ductules connecting adjacent portal spaces that were widened by mature fibrosis. Endocopic sclerotherpy and ligation was done. We summarized a case with review of literatures

Tuberculosis of the retropharynx is extremely rare. The diagnosis is frequently delayed because of its anatomical location and atypical symptom. It would be crucial to consider tuberculosis infection as a possible source of abscess and should be mindful about the tests to diagnose it. We experienced a 23-year-old man with retropharyngeal abscess caused by tuberculosis presenting hypernasality and hoarseness in the throat. In this article, we reviewed the etiology, diagnosis, and treatment of this case, with a review of literatures.

Hamangiopericytoma, first described by Stout & Murray in 1942, is a rare vascular tumor composed of spindle-shaped or rounded cells proliferating around endothelial lined capillaries. These proliferating cells were belived to arise from the pericytes of Zimmerman. Histologically, this tumor demonstrates great variability and clinical course cannot be predicted from the histological appearance. Head and Neck hemangiopericytoma appears to have a lower grade malignancy with frequent local recurrency and metastasis, therefore, aggressive surgical therapy should be the treatment of choice. We experienced a case of hemangiopericytoma occurred in the right skull base at submastoideal and suboccipital area presenting as neck mass in upper occipital triangle in a 42 years old female patient and we report it with a review of literatures.

The author experienced a case of $Henoch-Sch\"{o}nlein$ purpura with epididymitis in a 6-year-old boy who was admitted to our hospital due to left scrotal pain and the relapse of purpura on lower extremities for 3 days. Scrotal ultrasonography on admission revealed homogenously enlarged left epididymal head and small amount of fluid collection in left tunical space. The size of left epididymal head decreased gradually with no more evidence of fluid collection on day 7 and recovered completely on day 21. The author reports a case of $Henoch-Sch\"{o}nlein$ purpura with epididymitis with brief review of related literatures.

The incidence of nephritis associated with Henoch-Sch nlein purpura varies, but glomerulonephritis consistently accounts for most of the associated morbidity and mortality. A very small number of Henoch-Sch nlein purpura develop rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis. A three-year old male patient who showed acute nephritic nephrotic syndrome developed abdominal pain, arthralgia and multiple purpurae on lower extremities later. Peritoneal dialysis was done at the 6th hospital day and continued for 7 months. Renal biopsy disclosed crescentic glomerulonephritis (with 81% crescent formation) and methylprednisolone pulse therapy was done. These days, his general condition is good, but serum creatinine levels are 1.2-1.3 mg/dL. This case was reviewed briefly with the literatures.

Pulmonary arteriovenous fistula can occur in a variety of clinical situations including liver diseases, infections, metastatic carcinomas, systemic disorders, and after the palliation of congenital heart diseases. A 72-day-old male infant with Tetralogy of Fallot and pulmonary atresia underwent surgical correction without difficulty. However, ventilator weaning in the ICU failed initially because of an unexplained postoperative hypoxemia(FiO2: 0.8, PaO2: 40 mmHg, SaO2: 80∼90%). Postoperative follow-up lung perfusin scan at postoperative 15 days showed right-to-left shunt(33.6%) and ventilator weaning was performed on the 20th day after the operation (FiO2: 0.4, PaO2, 50mmHg, SaO2: 86.9%). Arterial oxygen saturation under room air was 80∼85% at 7 months postoperatively. One and half year follow-up lung perfusion scan showed decreased amount of right-to-left shunt (11.2%). We report a case with a review of the literatures.

Carcinoid tumors arising in the thymus are rare. Since Rosai and Higa in 1972 distinguished these neoplasms from thymomas, fewer than 100 cases have been reported in the world literature. The pathologic diagnosis of thymic carcinoids is been on findings from light microscopy, histochemical studies, and electron microscopy. About 50% of thymic carcinoids are seen with endocrinopathies. Recurrence and extrathoracic metastasis are characteristic of thymic carcinoids. Surgical extirpation of the tumor initially and of the subseguent recurrences in the most effective treatment today The role of adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy is still uncertain. Herein we report a case of thymic carcinoid tumor in a 36-year old male with brief review of literatures.

Much has been written about the possibility that the lining of a dentigerous cyst might undergo neoplastic transformation to an ameloblastoma which is defined as mural ameloblastoma. Mural ameloblastomas are estimated to constitute 5% of all ameloblastomas. 85% of the mural ameloblastomas were associated with dentigerous cyst, all of which were observed before the age of 30. The frequency of recurrence after simple enucleation of the cyst containing this lesion is considerably lower than that for ameloblastomas in general that are treated in a similar manner. Therefore, further and more extensive surgery is not required for mural ameloblastoma. We diagnosed a cystic appearance of a 17 year-old female as dentigerous cyst and undergone marsupialization. For 2 years of period, no significant change was observed and therefore enucleation was undergone and diagnosed as ameloblastoma. We report this case with a review of related literatures.

The authors report a 58-year-old woman with low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma primarily located in the right paravertebral area with extension to L4 neural foramen. The patient complained lower back pain with radiating pain along the posterolateral aspect of the right lower leg. She underwent subtotal surgical removal and Cyber Knife therapy. Diagnosis was made by strikingly characteristic microscopic appearance of a bland spindle cell sarcoma which contained numerous giant collagen rosettes and was also supported by immunohistological findings. The diagnostic image findings and literatures are reviewed and discussed.

This study analyzes on localization plans to successfully enter ASEAN market more rapidly growing than over-saturated the Asian or North American mobile game markets based on the Vietnamese market. Vietnamese smartphone market is the fastest growing in ASEAN based on its young aged population of average 28.2 year-old and low 3G service charges. Considering one of the most common activities through smartphones is the mobile game, the smartphone demand increase can be forecasted to be based on the growth of Vietnamese game market. Global strategies for exporting products to the global market can be classified into 'standardization' and 'localization'. From among these, Korean game companies are making profits by localization plan. But the Vietnamese mobile game market still has entry barriers. Therefore, this study is to contribute to Korean mobile game companies' localization plans for the Vietnamese market by finding and supplementing limits of the Vietnamese mobile game market based on literatures and statistics materials.
