  • 무선 환경에서의 온라인 유통 과정은 기존의 오프라인이나 유선 네트워크와는 다른 요소들이 많이 포함되어 있다. 더구나 디지털 저작물인 멀티미디어 콘텐츠는 쉽고 빠르게 불법 복제되고 전파될 수 있다. 이러한 환경 하에서 디지털 콘텐츠의 저작권과 관련된 당사자들의 권리와 이익을 보호할 수 있는 체계가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 유통 프레임워크인 MPEC-21에 기반한 무선 환경에서의 콘텐츠 유통 프레임워크와 UCI(Universal Content Identifier)를 적용한 프로세스를 제안하였다. 이 모델은 디지털 저작권 관리 시스템에 적용되어 전자상거래 시장에서 온라인 유통에 있어서 거래 당사자들 사이의 상호 권리 침해 방지를 위한 방법으로 활용될 수 있다.

스마트폰의 기능적 속성의 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Stmartphone's Functional Attribute)

  • In the future, smartphone convergences are not only based on the on/offline integration, but also with the integration between mobile communications and broadcasts. Therefore, there is a need to search for new direction of mobile device that enables variety user applications that are different from the existing size and application issue. The aim of this research is to improve user interface of smartphone's functional attribute. We study on the analysis of smartphone's functional attribute by AHP. The survey results in this paper showed that the most preferable attribute of smartphone among the 8 was the wireless internet 25.3%, followed by messaging 20% and application 19.8%, which totaled to 62.5%. But the samples used were mostly limited to those aged 20 through 30. So the results are not considered as a representative preference of all smartphone users, and should be considered otherwise before materializing them to a product. Therefore, for the more liable results the further research should be conducted to gather data from a variety of users of all ages, and the functional attribute should be analysed through QFD.

  • 최근에, 분야별로 다양한 도서가 출판되면서 인터넷이나 오프라인 서점에서 구매 선택폭이 넓어진 상황이다. 그러나 오프라인 서점의 경우 책의 손상을 방지하기 위한 비닐포장 현상이 나타나고 있다. 그 결과 책 내용 확인이 어려워 구매결정에 영향을 주게 되는 요인이 되고 있다. 이러한 요인은 연평균 독서량 감소 현상으로 연결된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 온라인 및 오프라인 서점의 문제점으로 인한 책 판매 감소 현상을 개선하는 마커(Marker)기술 및 AR을 이용한 도서 정보 알림 서비스 "아이 뷰" 어플리케이션을 제안하고자 한다.

  • Recently Korean firms are increasingly interested in internet business while the number of internet users reaches more than 10 million in Korea. As e-commerce develop rapidly, customer-oriented marketing for online business becomes very important. The issues of how to achieve customer satisfaction in Internet business and how to plan a marketing strategy for online business faced managers of Internet business. Customer-satisfaction is much more important for internet business than for traditional offline 'brick and mortars'. Marketing activities need to be carried out on customer-orientation to achieve high level of customer satisfaction. This paper will discuss how to develop customer-oriented marketing for online business. It will specifically study the characteristics and success factors of internet business, differences between online marketing-mix strategy for e-business in view of customer-orientation. Finally it will suggest a future direction for online fashion business by applying the customer-oriented marketing of Internet business to the fashion business.

Offline Camera Movement Tracking from Video Sequences

  • In this paper, we propose a method to track the movement of camera from the video sequences. This method is useful for video analysis and can be applied as pre-processing step in some application such as video stabilizer and marker-less augmented reality. First, we extract the features in each frame using corner point detection. The features in current frame are then compared with the features in the adjacent frames to calculate the optical flow which represents the relative movement of the camera. The optical flow is then analyzed to obtain camera movement parameter. The final step is camera movement estimation and correction to increase the accuracy. The method performance is verified by generating a 3D map of camera movement and embedding 3D object to the video. The demonstrated examples in this paper show that this method has a high accuracy and rarely produce any jitter.

  • To apply induction hardening method to a press die having 3-D free surface, the induction hardening tool moves on a press die above 1~2mm gap with constant velocity. Since the induction hardening process requires its own hardening path for each die, a direct teaching method which generates working path directly guided by operators is more suitable than an offline method using CAD/CAM data.   • 본 논문은 현재 영역 별로 파편화된 여러 O2O(Online to Offline) 서비스들을 통합적으로 제공하기 위해 자연어를 통한 NUI(Natural User Interface)를 개발하여 사용자가 명시한 상품 정보의 항목을 자동으로 분류하고자 한다. 이를 위해 e-commerce 도메인 정보 학습에 적합한 나이브 베이즈 분류(Naive Bayes Classifier) 알고리즘을 사용한다. 학습에는 미국 e-commerce 사이트 Groupon의 상품 정보와 분류 체계를 사용하며, 학습 데이터의 특징을 분석하여 상품 정보에 특화된 학습 데이터 정제 및 TF-IDF(Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency)를 통한 단어 별 가중치를 적용하여 알고리즘의 정확도를 향상시킨다.

  • Human beings have been fascinated by the applicability of the medium of photography since the device was first introduced in the thirteenth century to acquire images by attempting primitive and rudimentary approaches. In the 21st century, it has been developed as a wide range of technology that enables not only the application of artistic expression as a method of replacing the human-hand-painted screen but also the planar recording form in the format of video or image. It is more effective to use the information extracted from the image data rather than to use a randomly given file name in order to provide a variety of services in the offline or online system. When extracting an identifier from a region of an image, high cost cannot be avoided. This paper discusses the image entropy-based approach and proposes a linear methodology to measure the image entropy in an effort to devise a solution to this method.

Viewpoint Unconstrained Face Recognition Based on Affine Local Descriptors and Probabilistic Similarity

  • Face recognition under controlled settings, such as limited viewpoint and illumination change, can achieve good performance nowadays. However, real world application for face recognition is still challenging. In this paper, we propose using the combination of Affine Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT) and Probabilistic Similarity for face recognition under a large viewpoint change. Affine SIFT is an extension of SIFT algorithm to detect affine invariant local descriptors. Affine SIFT generates a series of different viewpoints using affine transformation. In this way, it allows for a viewpoint difference between the gallery face and probe face. However, the human face is not planar as it contains significant 3D depth. Affine SIFT does not work well for significant change in pose. To complement this, we combined it with probabilistic similarity, which gets the log likelihood between the probe and gallery face based on sum of squared difference (SSD) distribution in an offline learning process. Our experiment results show that our framework achieves impressive better recognition accuracy than other algorithms compared on the FERET database.

Design and Implementation of Healthcare Game Content in IOT Environment

  • In Recently, as the interest in health has increased and the spread of smart phones has become common, the development of smart health care related contents has been active. In this paper, we introduce the design, implementation and effects of game-based content that can make walking exercise fun in the Internet of Things environment. This content calculates the consumed calories by walking the stairs with the Beacon installed, and incorporates games to encourage continuous fun activities. It also provides event functions that enable on-off-line coordination. The goal of this content is to enable busy modern people to exercise lightly, funly, and constantly in the surrounding activity space. The effect of this content has been confirmed through the review of many users participating in offline events. This content is expected to be able to converge with various types of healthcare systems with the expansion of the application space.
