사무자동화 구현을 위한 사무작업분석방법 개발 (Development of an office work analysis method for office automation)

  • The subject on office automation is gradually gaining more improtance due to the fact that the efficiency of office systems contribute to the increase of productivity as much as manufactoring systems themselves. For successful implementation of office automation, one must carefully plan and execute various steps such as the analysis of office tasks, personnel training, workplace design, equipment design, and so on. The previous studies related to the subject has not been concrete enough to be practically helpful for the actual realization of office automation. In this paper, a new analysis method of the office task is proposed. This analysis method is based on the Rasmussen's and Bennette's methods. The Rasmussen's method describes a way of quantifying mental workload while the Bennette's method provides a tool for the analysis of the office task. The posner's and Rouse's methods are also employed for the detailed division of tasks. The method proposed in this paper is believed to be easier for use and expected to be more helpful for us to cope with the clear definition of office tasks that is vital to successful implementation of office automation.

  • As the design environment of domestic infrastructure facilities shifts from a traditional co-work office system to a virtual digital co-work office, a CDE collaboration platform is required to build a digital co-work office suitable for the domestic design environment. In addition, a number of large multinational projects requiring collaboration from domestic and foreign construction companies are ordered, and procedures for performing tasks based on international standards such as ISO 19650 are required, so preparation for domestic designers is required. Therefore, this study aims to derive CDE requirements for the development of an ISO 19650-based CDE collaboration platform suitable for domestic design environments, and derived Korean CDE requirements based on ISO 19650 series and overseas CDE cases.

  • 오피스 건축물의 리모델링 사업에서, 신축과는 다른 리모델링 사업의 다양한 리스크로 인해 공기가 지연되는 사례가 빈번하게 보고되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 리모델링 프로젝트의 리스크 요인들과 리모델링 공사의 작업별 공기지연 발생가능성의 관계를 분석하고자 수행되었다. 리모델링 사업의 경험이 있는 29명의 전문가 면담결과의 과학적 통계적 분석을 통해, 리모델링 사업의 리스크 요인과 그로 인한 작업별 공기지연 가능성을 크게 3가지 측면에서 분석하였다. 즉, (i) 리모델링 공사의 작업별 공기지연 가능성, (ii) 리모델링 공사의 리스크 요인별 중요도, (iii) 리모델링 공사의 공기지연에 영향을 미치는 리스크 요인 등 세가지 분석결과를 제시하였다.

사무직 근로자의 VDT 증후군과 관련요인에 관한 연구 (A study on the VDT syndrome and relating work factors of office workers)

  • Objectives: The study was conducted to investigate visual display terminal(VDT) and related risk factors in office workers. Method: The study subjects were 539 officers at 3 places of business in Gwangju. The data were collected by self-administered questionnaire between October 12 and October 17, 2007. and they agreed to participate in this study. The tool was developed by Moon, Jaedong(1991) for VDT syndrome. Data analysis by using SPSS/win 10.0 was performed with descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA. Results: The summary of results is as follows: 1) The mean score of total VDT syndrome was $1.17{\pm}.65$ of full score 4.00, which was lower than other research. 2) For relation between general characteristics and total VDT, sex (t=-5.777, p=.000), age (F=3.516, p=.015), satisfaction of job (F=9.540, p=.000), self-awareness of health (F=25.015, p=.000) had statistically significant difference. 3) For relation between behavioral work factors and total VDT, break time of work(t=-5.363, p=.000), eye movement during computer work(t=2.176, p=.031), wrist exercise during(t=2.337, p=.020), distance between monitor and eyes(F=3.682, p=.012) had statistically significant difference. 3) For relation between environmental work factors and total VDT, height of chair(F=8.801, p=.000), space under desk(F=4.244, p=.015), reflection of monitor(t=2.697, p=.008) had statistically significant difference. Conclusion: To prevent and relieve VDT syndrome and musculoskeletal disorders in office workers, it is important to teach good posture and stretching exercise during work.

  • Smart work는 정보통신기술을 이용하여 시간과 공간의 제약 없이 언제, 어디서든 근로자가 업무를 수행할 수 있는 유연한 근무형태를 의미한다. 스마트워크의 유형에는 모바일 오피스, 홈 오피스, 센터근무, 원격협업으로 분류할 수 있다. 태블릿PC나 스마트폰을 이용한 스마트워크 방식을 모바일 오피스라고 하며, 이동통신망과 휴대 단말기를 이용한 서비스를 제공하는 방식이다. 모바일 오피스는 무선환경과 스마트기기를 이용하여 움직이는 사무실을 구현하는 것으로 언제, 어디서나 사내 시스템에 접속하여 정보 검색은 물론 결재, 승인 등의 업무를 수행할 수 있다. 이러한 모바일 오피스 시스템을 조선소에 적용한다면, 실시간 처리로 근로자들의 생산성과 업무 효율성을 향상 시킬 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 조선업을 위한 HSE관리 모바일 어플리케이션 개발을 위해 기능을 추출하고 설계하는 것이 목적이다. 모바일용 HSE 관리 어플리케이션을 개발하기 위해 10개의 기능들을 추출하였고, ooCBD 방법론을 이용하여 설계하였다.

  • 코로나19 장기화로 발생한 교육결손과 다양한 부작용을 해소하기 위하여 교육청 차원에서 다양한 지원이 이루어지고 있다. 학생회복 지원 못지않게 교원들의 심신 회복을 위한 종합지원도 중요하기 때문에 본고에서는 충청북도교육청의 교원회복 지원 사업과 우수사례를 살펴보았다. 충청북도교육청에서는 교원치유지원센터, 초·중등단기수업지원 순회기간제교사 운영, '초등생활도우미' 운영 지원, '학교업무 바로지원시스템' 고도화, 쉽고 수월한 저경력교사 업무 도움자료 개발·제작, 학교자율운영지원단 조직·운영 등 교원회복을 위한 다양한 지원을 통해 교육여건을 개선해 나가고 있다. 특히, 심리·정서 치유지원이나 힐링연수 등 재충전의 기회를 제공하는 것 외에 학교업무 재구조화나 일하는 방식 개선 등 학교업무를 효율화하고, 업무 경감을 지원하는 일은 교원회복을 위한 보다 근본적인 대책으로서 의의가 있다.

직장인의 주관적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Subjective Well-Being of Office Worker)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 직장인의 주관적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하는 것이었다. 이를위해 본 연구는 에너지, 업무 자신감, 업무 의미감, 조직/상사 지원, 동호회 활동, 가족관계 만족, 주관적 안녕감으로 구성된 이론모형을 제안하였고 분석하였다. 자료는 설문방법을 이용하여 수집하였고, 구조방정식 모형을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 업무 자신감과 의미감은 주관적 안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 관계도 주관적 안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구의 시사점은 우리나라 직장인의 주관적 안녕감을 예측할 수 있는 몇몇 요인들을 확인하였다는 것이다.

업무공간의 조명 환경 실태 조사 연구 (A Study on the Status of Illumination Environment in Workplaces)

  • The purpose of this study is to examinethe present illumination conditions in office environment and to suggest an efficient illumination plan in office planning process. Illumination conditions in work environment were surveyed in 6 offices to investigate whether the present illumination conditions were appropriate to the work type. The results of this study are as follows: Most of the general Illuminance level in the area of work were all at an adequate level, except one. The average Illuminance level in the all meeting rooms were met for the standard. Illuminance in the all reception area were extremely over the standard, The illuminations of this area were rather designed according to the image of the company than the standard. As for the illumination method in the area of general work, four offices used a general lighting by a direct lighting type, while two offices used a general lighting and a task lighting at the same time. This survey suggested that first, each company should consider illumination plan in the building planning process, second, illumination plan considering the type of places is needed, and third, illumination environment may be differentiated according to the work type. In conclusion, efficient illumination environment should be considered in office building planning process, especially In terms of illumination materials and methods.

오피스 빌딩 실내환경의 질에 관한 연구 (A Study on Indoor Environment Quality in Office Building)

  • The purpose of this study is to assess the characteristics of self-reported symptoms of workers in office building with HVAC system, and also to provide better workplaces in terms of comfort and health. The methods employed in this study include literature review, field observations, and survey. The self-reported symptoms of workers such as headache, fatigue, itching and dryness regarded as SBS symptoms commonly occur after around 3:00 pm and are relieved after leaving their office buildings. according to results in previous studies, above are possibly related to CO2 concentrations. It is also found work environment factors and the satisfaction on indoor environment are all associated with worker's health. Hopefully, this overview of current work environments concerning the level of satisfaction and health problems of workers would help create healthier indoor environment.

현대 국내 업무공간의 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Domestic Contemporary Office Space)

  • The development of digital culture has brought radical change in the fundamental concept of what workspace is defined by and has also switched the cognition of workspace originally being a place to spend time and do activities regarding tasks into space more than just that. If we take a look at the cases overseas firms have announced after the year 2000, we can find distinguishing facts different from the existing workspace composition, like creative workspace, amusement workspace, workspace for communities, etc. Thereupon, the goal of this research is to look into the domestic characteristics of workspace by investigating and analyzing case by case targeting domestic firms. This research is to first comprehend the theoretical study of workspace, the changing environment, and the characteristics of domestic workspace, going on to utilizing the information achieved above to analyze 8 appointed domestic firms as examples. Contemporary domestic workspace is defined not a place only for activities regarding work tasks but rather a place comfortable and friendly in the concept of a second residence, community node for sharing knowledge and information, mobile space for the digital nomads, and space for coincidental encountering and communication. Based on this the analyzed characteristics of contemporary domestic work places are metaphor, convergence, beyond boundary, and emergence. The characteristics mentioned above are considered elements that increase corporate profits by managing efficient smart-work and producing creative ideas. Therefore, I believe continuous research and development related to this subject is necessary.
