디지털화(Digitalization)가 우리의 비즈니스 환경에 다양한 변화와 혁신을 일으키고 있다. 제조업에서는 오래전부터 자동화를 위해 로봇을 활용하여 처리속도 및 품질에 혁신을 이루었다. RPA는 이러한 제조현장의 혁신을 사무공간으로 가져온 것이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 사무공간에서 단순 반복적으로 이루어지는 업무에 대해 생산성을 향상시키는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 이러한 생산성 향상과 관련하여, 비즈니스 자동화(Business Automation)에 대한 개념을 살펴본 후, 비즈니스 문서 작업과 관련하여 자동화의 가능성을 확인하기 위해 5가지 업무영역을 대상으로 애자일 방법론을 활용하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 결론적으로, 품질점검 관련 97.3%, 편집 디자인 관련 31.7%의 생산성 향상이 가능함을 확인하였으며, 실제 업무에 적용하기 위한 방향성에 대해서도 살펴보았다. 향후 연구에서는 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 IPA(Intelligent Process Automation)의 적용방안에 대해 진행하고자 한다.

오피스의 개념이 바뀌면서 그 기능과 역할이 축소되고, 가정이 곧 사무실 화하는 업무형태가 주목을 받고 있다. SOHO(Small Office Home Ofice)라고 불리우고 있는 '가정내의 사무실' 즉 '홈 오피스'는 정보통신기술의 발달로 인해 가능해졌고, 기업의 리스트럭처링(Restructuring)붐을 타고 날로 확산 추세에 있다. 재택 근무 형태는 직원에게 여유 있는 시간과 집중력을 배가시킨 업무효율을, 기업에는 고정비용의 감소와 생산성 향상을 제공한다. 또한 교통문제나 환경문제를 해소할 수 있고, 여성이나 고령자, 장애자 등의 잠재 노동력을 활용할 수 있는 장점도 있다. 향후 업무형태의 주종을 이룰 것으로 예상되는 홈 오피스의 공간계획, 가구배치 등 디자인상의 문제를 연구하여 재택 근무자 들에게 효율적인 업무수행을 높이고 창조적인 환경을 제공하는 것이 무엇보다도 중요하다. 또한 합리적인 홈 오피스 가구디자인을 위해서는 건축, 인테리어 디자이너는 물론 정보통신 전문가, 고용문제 전문가 등 관련 분야의 전문가들이 공동으로 연구 추진되어야 할 것이다.

본 논문은 Seam 프레임워크 환경에서 안드로이드 스마트폰 기반의 모바일 웹앱 오피스 JPetStore 주문시스템의 설계 및 구현을 하는데 목적이 있다. 현재까지 경량 컨테이너 아키텍처로 현업에서 많이 잘 알려진 아키텍처로 Seam 프레임워크가 있다. 그러나 Seam 프레임워크 환경에서 모바일 웹앱 오피스의 분석 및 설계를 통한 구현 사례는 없었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 Seam 환경에서 안드로이드 기반으로 모바일 웹앱 오피스 JPetStore 주문시스템을 분석 및 설계한 후 구현함으로써 모바일 웹앱 오피스의 개발을 위한 참고 방향을 제공하고자 한다.

The objective of this paper is to clarify the relationship between ICT application and labor productivity in Vietnamese manufacturing firms and connect it with the context of economic restructuring in Vietnam. The study uses data of 3,428 manufacturing firms from the General Statistics Office of Vietnam and regression models. In addition to the general model, the study also runs the models for sub-samples of firms of different production technology levels. Research results show two main points. First, information technology can enhance the labor productivity of Vietnamese manufacturing firms. This is true for both ICT hardware applications, ICT services, ICT software solutions, and employees' ICT skills in firms. Second, manufacturing firms with higher levels of production technology use ICT more effectively and achieve a higher impact on labor productivity. The results confirm that the Vietnamese government can stimulate ICT application and digital transformation in firms, thereby increasing labor productivity and promoting economic restructuring in the direction of shifting from agriculture to industry and from low-tech industries to high-tech ones. The results also provide implications for business managers and policymakers in other developing countries who are adopting the digital economy as a development strategy.

Office interior design is based on the understanding of diversity information about working program, organization and networking system of the company. To build a good working environment, flexibility of space and communication between employees and employer in the office are very important. Due to the business growth, the "N" company requires more working space and this project is basically initiated to relocate in new working environment. This work pursues the clients can enhance more creativity and productivity in their working area. In order to promote the efficiency and comfort of the working environment, diverse employee's working characteristic, individual and collective requirements have been observed. The basic concept of the design can be summarized in the following : youth, simplicity, modern and nature.

This paper describes computer-integrated manufacturing (CIM) systems as strategic information systems for business which play an important role in accelerating the speed of business, and develops a measure showing a degree of business tendency to be CIM which enables the business to check on its present status as far as CIM is concerned. It is well known that the productivity of knowledge workers is lower than that of other workers. Nowadays, a great deal of effort goes into the productivity improvement of knowledge workers. In this respect, this paper also develops a quantitative model for the productivity of knowledge workers. Finally, this paper deals with following four steps which our small business should follow through its process of CIM: [Step 1] Using expert knowledge; [Step 2] Invention of technological information; [Step 3] Feedback of factory information to the management; and, [Step 4] Accelerating the speed of business.

Nowadays, large-scale office buildings have been multistoried, mechanized, and functioned with economic growth. These buildings have improved and developed technical and designated respects in varied society. Even though these buildings are in improved situation, working places which are one of the most important parts have not developed enough their functions and shapes. Working environments that were ignored have come a big issue to rise efficiency and productivity. Working functions and work's opinions did not examine and analyze because of careless cognition of working places. In these reason, workers are engaged in inconvenient surroundings that already set improper way or not to develope environments that obstructs productivity. Working places which were ignored in the past have come a big issue to rise productivity and efficiency. Now, the goal of this research is to reform working places more efficient and functional by examining by examining working environment and proper arrangements.

목적: 신축건물 재실자들의 안구건조증을 조사하고, 안구건조증이 작업생산성 및 일상적인 활동에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보았다. 방법: 신축한지 3개월이 지난 건물에서 일 평균 8시간 이상을 근무하는 사무직 근로자 33명을 대상으로 하였다. 실내공기질은 알데하이드류와 온습도를 측정하여 평가하였다. 안구건조증은 Ocular Surface Disease Index(OSDI)를 이용하여 정상, 경도, 중등도 및 중증으로 분류하였고, 라식수술, 눈 화장, 일일 컴퓨터와 스마트폰 사용시간, 그리고 일일 평균 근무시간을 조사하였다. 작업생산성과 일상활동 관련 설문은 Work Limitation Productivity 설문을 사용하여 손실정도를 10점 척도로 체크하였다. 결과: 사무실의 폼알데하이드 농도는 $42.42{\pm}6.30{\mu}g/m^3$ 이었고, 온습도는 각각 $26.2{\pm}0.7^{\circ}C$와 $40{\pm}1%$ 였다. 안구건조증은 정상, 경도, 중등도 및 중증이 각각 15.2%, 18.2%, 18.2%, 48.5%였다. 안구건조증의 심한 정도와 작업생산성 및 일상적인 활동의 손실 정도는 각각 0.599와 0.655의 높은 상관성을 보였다(p<0.001). 안구건조증이 중증인 경우는 정상에 비해 유의하게 높은 작업생산성 손실과 일상활동 저해를 나타냈다(p<0.001). 안구건조증이 심한 경우는 정상에 비해 작업생산성 손실과 일상활동 저해가 3점 이상일 확률이 각각 3.26배(p=0.032)와 2.25배(p=0.045) 높았다. 결론: 신축건물 사무직 근로자들의 안구건조증은 작업생산성과 일상적인 활동에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

In this study, we challenge recent apocalyptic rhetoric about idle, burdensome, and dependent older people. Our primary objective is to examine and compare the productive activities of older adults in both Korea and Canada using a broader definition of productivity that included household work. Another objective is to identify and compare the factors related to the participation of household work of older adults in both countries. In order to conduct a comparative culture study two data sets were used; one was the 1999 Survey of Time Use collected by Korean Statistics Office and the other was 1998 Survey of Time Use collected by Canadian Statistics Office. Many countries have been collected a time use survey and used to study labor, welfare, and culture. Total number of 17,730 Korean and 2,729 Canadian between when and 84 were included to analyze the data. It is clear from the results that older people engage in productive behaviors, particularly when the definition of activities is broadened to include unpaid work. However, it is also clear the productive contributions in terms of household work ale lower among older Koreans than among older Canadians.

현대 사회에서의 성공적인 기업 경영을 위한 가장 중요한 변수로 정보기술 및 지식의 전략적 활용을 들 수 있다. 직종과 분야를 불문하고 정보기술의 발달과 지식의 확산으로 빠르게 변화하고 있는 기업 사회는 그 조직 구성원들에게도 끊임없는 전문성 개발을 요구하고 있는데, 비서직 종사자들에게도 시급한 당면 과제가 아닐 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 최근 DACUM법에 기초하여 수행된 비서직 전문성 개발을 위한 직무분석 연구결과를 토대로 비서직 종사자를 위한 데이터베이스를 설계하고 구현하는 데 그 목적을 두었다. 비서직 전문성에 대한 직무분석 결과인 기대상태는 기업측이 사무관리에 요구하는 10개의 과업과 세부작업을 포함하며, 이로부터 23개의 개체를 추출한 후 이를 활용하여 사무지식관리를 포함하는 5개 종합서비스 영역을 설계하고 프로토타입을 구현하였다. 간단한 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 비서직무를 보다 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 지원하는 사무 데이터베이스는 비서직 종사자들의 생산성 제고뿐만 아니라 전문성 향상에도 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
