In the present study the tensile test was carried out for steel sheets to offer the database for the material characteristics at various temperature condition. The results are constructed with tensile strength total elongation Lankford vale and the flow curve and these can be employed usefully into the analyzing program as input data for the sheet metal forming processes at warm condition.
The What-If-Not strategy as proposed by Brown & Walter (1969) is one of the most effective strategies for problem posing. However, it has focused only on the aspect of algorithms for generating problems. The aim of this strategy and how it is used to accomplish the aim of the challenging phase are not clear. We need to clarify the aim of the What-If-Not strategy and to establish the process of the strategy for accomplishing the aim. The purpose of this article is to offer a new What-If-Not strategy by clarifying the aim of the challenging phase.

There is considerable interest in the screening of higher plant extracts in modem drug discovery programs to discover new chemotypes with potent and selective biological activity. Such work may be performed in different laboratory settings, including those in academic institutions. In the case of cancer, plants offer the potential for the discovery of both cancer chemotherapeutic agents and cancer chemopreventives. (omitted)
Purpose: To compare and analyze current state of domestic and foreign educational program to develop a program and provide basic information for qualitative improvement of the program. Method: Referred to records and used various methods as searching on the Internet. Analyzing methods and standards are as follow : 1) As for the current status of domestic educational program, find out about organizations that conduct the program 2) As for the current status of foreign program, find out about United States, Canada and United Kingdom. 3) As for comparison and analysis, find out about curriculum, subject, the number of people, content, cost and time. Results: In comparison and analysis of subjects and program, United States, Canada and U. K. specified the subjects according to occupations to offer various programs appropriate for special occupational situations whereas domestic program only provide education of CPR and usage of AED. Foreign countries provide sufficient time from 5.5 to 40 hours according to occupations. In contrast, Korea only provide 2-4 hours of educations, which is insufficient to master techniques of first aid. In addition, foreign countries precisely regulate organizations that fulfill the qualification and specific guidelines for content of education. However, Korea doesn't have any standards of qualification or guidelines. Discussion: It is necessary to specify first aid education according to occupations to provide diverse programs. Furthermore, it is necessary to establish nationwide regulations for subjects and content of the programs of the first responder.

Second, extension educators from interdisciplinary areas should work together to develop programs. Extension programs can include intergenerational programs to help younger generations learn about the issue. Third, extension can collaborate with other agencies and groups to offer support groups. Offering educational programs is a key to empowering older people.
